30 मई से इंग्लैंड और वेल्स में शुरू हो रहे क्रिकेट विश्व कप 2019 में भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम अपनी परंपरागत नीली जर्सी के साथ ही कुछ चुनिंदा मैचों में ‘भगवा जर्सी’ में भी दिख सकती है. फुटबॉल के तर्ज पर बन रहे नियमों के मुताबिक ICC भी क्रिकेट में ‘होम’ और ‘अवे’ मैचों में टीम के लिए दो रंग की जर्सी का नियम बना रहा है. हालांकि अभी तक आईसीसी की ओर से इसकी कोई आधिकारिक घोषणा नहीं की गई है. विश्व कप में भारत के अलावा इंग्लैंड, श्रीलंका और अफगानिस्तान की जर्सी का रंग भी नीला है. इनके अलावा दक्षिण अफ्रीका, पाकिस्तान और बांग्लादेश की जर्सी का रंग हरा है.
विश्व कप इंग्लैंड में खेला जा रहा है, लिहाजा इंग्लैंड टीम को ‘होस्ट टीम’ होने के नाते अपनी जर्सी में बदलाव करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है. रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक विश्व कप में आईसीसी इस बात का फैसला करेगी कि कौन-सी टीम होस्ट टीम होगी और कौन-सी टीम विजिटिंग टीम होगी. इंडियन एक्सप्रेस की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक टीम इंडिया भगवा रंग की जर्सी में नजर आ सकती है. भारत को विश्व कप में इंग्लैंड, श्रीलंका और अफगानिस्तान के साथ मैच के दौरान भगवा जर्सी पहननी होगी, ताकि इन टीमों की जर्सी एक-जैसी न दिखे.
बता दें कि क्रिकेट इतिहास में ऐसा पहली बार होगा कि टीम इंडिया के पास जर्सी में दूसरा विकल्प मौजूद रहेगा. इसके अलावा टीम इंडिया पहली बार वनडे क्रिकेट मैच में परंपरागत नीली जर्सी के बजाए किसी दूसरे रंग की जर्सी में खेलते हुए नजर आएगी.
इंग्लैंड में जारी विश्व कप के बाद पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट टीम और इसका सपोर्ट स्टाफ ‘सख्त समीक्षा’ से गुजरेगा. देश के क्रिकेट बोर्ड ने बुधवार को यह बात कही. पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट बोर्ड (पीसीबी) ने कहा है कि विश्व कप के बाद टीम और उसके सपोर्ट स्टाफ की समीक्षा की जाएगी और इसकी रिपोर्ट बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष एहसान मनी को सौंपी जाएगी. साथ ही बोर्ड ऑफ गवर्नर (बीओजी) के पास भी यह रिपोर्ट जाएगी.
लाहौर में पीसीबी मुख्यालय में हुई बैठक के बाद जारी की गई प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है, “बीओजी ने बैठक में पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट टीम द्वारा हाल के दिनों में खेल के तीनों प्रारूप में किए गए प्रदर्शन पर चर्चा की है.” बयान के मुताबिक, “सभी सदस्य इस बात पर एकमत हुए कि इंग्लैंड में जारी विश्व कप में टीम का प्रदर्शन उम्मीदों से काफी बुरा है, लेकिन सभी ने टीम में विश्वास, समर्थन जताया है. साथ ही उम्मीद जताई है कि टीम बाकी के मैचों में अच्छी वापसी करेगी.”
विज्ञप्ति के मुताबिक, “इस बात पर सभी की सहमति बनी है कि विश्व कप के बाद पीसीबी, टीम और उसके सपोर्ट स्टाफ की बीते तीन साल के प्रदर्शन की कड़ी समीक्षा करेगा और बोर्ड के चेयरमैन तथा बीओजी को इसकी रिपोर्ट भेजी जाएगी.” पाकिस्तानी टीम इस समय विश्व कप में नौवें स्थान पर है. उसे हाल ही में भारत के हाथों शर्मनाक हार का सामना करना पड़ा.
नागपूर : राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क विभागाने अजनी व मानकापूर भागात सापळा रचून मध्यप्रदेशातून नागपुरात दारूची तस्करी करणाऱ्या दोन तस्करांना अटक केली. त्यांच्याकडून दोन कारसह १६ लाख रुपयांची दारू जप्त करण्यात आली आहे. अजय जीवन बांते (वय ३४, रा. सुधाविहार अपार्टमेंट,वंजारीनगर) व नवज्योतसिंग स्वरुपसिंग धालीवाल (वय २१, रा. दुर्ग, छत्तीसगड), अशी अटकेतील तस्करांची नावे आहेत.
राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क विभागाच्या उपायुक्त उषा वर्मा, अधीक्षक प्रमोद सोनोने, उपअधीक्षक मिलिंद पटवर्धन व अहिरे यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली विभागाचे अधिकारी केशव चौधरी, बापू बोढारे, सहायक उपनिरीक्षक प्रशांत येरपुडे, संजय मोरे, चंद्रशेखर दरोडे, कवडू रामटेके, राहुल पवार, रवींद्र निकाळजे, महादेव कांगणे, नीलेश पांडे यांनी वंजारीनगर पाण्याच्या टाकी परिसरात सापळा रचला.
अधिकाऱ्यांना एमएच-४३-एएफ-५७४३ या क्रमांकाच्या वाहनावर संशय आला. त्यांनी वाहन थांबविले. तपासणी केली असता वाहनात मध्यप्रदेशात निर्मित विदेशी दारूच्या २२५० बाटल्या आढळल्या. उत्पादन शुल्क विभागाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी बांते याला अटक करून कारसह आठ लाख ९६ हजार रुपये किमतीच्या दारूच्या बाटल्या जप्त केल्या.
याचप्रमाणे मानकापूर उड्डाणपूल परिसरात एमएच-१२- एलव्ही-६७३१ या क्रमांकाच्या वाहनातून दोन हजार दारूच्या बाटल्या आढळल्या. अधिकाऱ्यांनी धालीवाल याला अटक करून कार व दारूच्या बाटल्यांसह सात लाख २० हजारांचे साहित्य जप्त करण्यात आले. दोघांची गुरुवारपर्यंत पोलिस कोठडी घेण्यात आली आहे.
नागपूर : मुंबई- ज्याची राज्यातील सर्वांनाच प्रतिक्षा होती, तो मान्सून अखेर कोकणात दाखल झाला आहे. या वर्षी महाराष्ट्रात काहीशा उशिराने दाखल झाला आहे. हवामान खात्याने कोकणात मान्सून दाखल असल्याची माहिती जाहीर केली. आगामी काही दिवसात राज्यातही मान्सून हजेरी लावणार असल्याचा अंदाज आहे.
मागील आठवड्यात आलेल्या वायू वादळामुळे मान्सूवर परिणाम होणार असल्याची शक्यता त्यावेळी वर्तवण्यात येत होती. शिवाय, वायू वादळानंतर झालेल्या बदलामुळे मान्सून दाखल होण्यास उशीर लागणार असल्याचे वृत्त होते. आज हवामान खात्याने मान्सून कोकणातील आणि दक्षिण-मध्य महाराष्ट्रातील भागात दाखल असल्याचे जाहीर केले. आगामी दोन-तीन दिवसात राज्यातील काही भागातील हवामान पावसाची अनुकूल असणार असल्याचा अंदाज आहे.

नागपूर : स्वस्त घरांसाठी ७ हजारांपेक्षा अधिक नागरिकांचे अर्ज नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासकडे प्राप्त झाले. पंतप्रधान आवास योजनेंतर्गत ४ हजार ३४५ घरे बांधण्यात येत असून, अधिकाधिक नागरिकांना या योजनेचा लाभ घेता यावा, यासाठी २९ जूनपर्यंत ही मुदत वाढविण्यात आली असल्याचे नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासच्या सभापती शीतल उगले यांनी सांगितले.
प्रत्येकाला घर मिळावे, यासाठी शासनाकडून पंतप्रधान आवास योजनेंतर्गत स्वस्त घर उपलब्ध करून देण्यासाठी शासनाने पुढाकार घेतला आहे. एका घरकुलाचे क्षेत्र सुमारे ३२० चौरस फूट आहे. नागपुरात मौजा वाठोडा, तरोडी (खुर्द) मौजा वांजरी, वाठोडा या भागात स्वस्त घर बांधण्यात येत आहेत. पंतप्रधान आवास योजनेंतर्गत ४ हजार ३४५ घरे बांधण्यात येत आहे. डिसेंबर २०१९ पर्यंत ही घरे पूर्ण बांधण्याचे उद्दिष्ट नासुप्रकडून ठेवण्यात आले आहे.
या योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यासाठी सुरुवातीला ७ एप्रिल ही मुदत देण्यात आली होती. सुरुवातीला कमी अर्ज प्राप्त झाल्याने नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासने ही मुदत ७ मे पर्यंत वाढविली. आता ७ मे ही मुदत संपायला अवघे दोन दिवस शिल्लक असताना नासुप्रने पुन्हा ७ जूनपर्यंत ही मुदत वाढविली. आता अंतिम मुदत २९ जून असून सायंकाळी ६ वाजेपर्यंत अर्ज करता येणार असल्याचे उगले यांनी सांगितले.
ऑनलाइन करा अर्ज
प्रधानमंत्री आवासयोजनेंतर्गत आर्थिक दृष्टया दुर्बल घटकातील लोकांना स्वतःच्या हक्काची घरे मिळावी यासाठी नागपूर महानगर प्रदेश विकास प्राधिकरणातर्फे शहरातील विविध भागात घरकुल निर्मितीचे प्रकल्प राबविण्यात येत आहे. नामप्रविप्रा’तर्फे लाभार्थ्यांना अर्ज करण्यासाठी www.pmay.nitnagpur.org संकेतस्थळ उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आले आहे. नागपूर महानगर पालिकेमध्ये प्रधानमंत्री आवासयोजनेंतर्गत नोंदणी केलेल्या लाभार्थ्यांना सुद्धा पुन्हा www.pmay.nitnagpur.org या संकेतस्थळ अर्ज करण्याच्या सूचना नासुप्रकडून करण्यात आल्या आहेत. नासुप्रच्या विभागीय कार्यालयांतही ही सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आली असल्याचे नासुप्रकडून सांगण्यात आले.
आवश्यक कागदपत्र
अर्जदाराचा स्वतःचा पासपोर्ट फोटो, आधार कार्ड आणि स्वतःचे बँक खाते असलेल्या बँकेचा कॅन्सल चेक अनिवार्य आहे. १०० रूपयाच्या स्टॅम्प पेपरवर स्वतःचे पक्के घर नसल्याचे शपथपत्र, १० हजार रुपये अनामत रक्कम (बुकिंग चार्जेस-ईएमडी) आणि आवदेन शुल्क (जीएसटी’सह) ५६० रुपये लाभार्थ्यांना द्यावे लागणार आहे.
अडीच लाखांची सूट
तरोडी या भागात ९ लाख १५ हजार रुपयांत घर उपलब्ध होणार आहे. तर वांजरी या भागात याच घरांची किंमत ११ लाखांच्या घरात आहे. वाठोडा येथील घरांची किंमत ११ लाख ४० हजारांच्या घरात आहे. या घरांसाठी केंद्र सरकारकडून दीड लाख आणि राज्याकडून १ लाख रुपये अनुदान मिळणार आहे. त्यामुळे प्रत्येक घरकुलामागे अडीच लाख रुपये कमी होणार आहे. मात्र उर्वरित पैसा नागरिकांनाच भरावा लागणार असल्याचे नासुप्रकडून सांगण्यात आले.
लॉटरी जुलैमध्ये
स्वस्त घरांसाठी नासुप्रकडे प्राप्त अर्जदारांना घरकुल मिळवून देण्यासाठी २६ जून रोजी लॉटरी काढण्यात येणार होती. मात्र आता अर्ज करण्याची मुदत वाढविली असल्याने लॉटरी जुलै महिन्यात काढण्यात येणार आहे. जुलैच्या पहिल्या आठवड्यात ही लॉटरी काढण्यात येणार असल्याचे उगले यांनी सांगितले.
नागपूर : धंतोलीतील सिल्व्हर पॅलेस येथील नवोदय अर्बन को-ऑपरेटिव्ह बँकेतील ३८ कोटींच्या घोटाळाप्रकरणात आर्थिक गुन्हे शाखा पोलिसांनी तत्कालीन दोन व्यवस्थापकांना अटक केली आहे. राजेश बांते व राजेश बोगुल, अशी अटकेतील व्यवस्थापकांची नावे आहेत. दोघांची २४ जूनपर्यंत पोलिस कोठडी घेण्यात आली आहे.
२०१० ते २०१५ या कालावधीत बँकेचे तत्कालीन संचालक मंडळ, पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी बँकेच्या ठराविक कर्जदारांना विनाकारण कर्ज दिले. तसेच काही कर्जदारांकडे थकबाकी असतानाही त्यांना ना हरकत प्रमाणपत्र देण्यात येऊन तारण ठेवलेल्या मालमत्तेचे दस्तऐवज परत करण्यात आले होते. संचालक व पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी बँकेतून पैशांची उचल केली. तसेच रिझर्व्ह बँकेने निर्बंध घातल्यानंतरही पदधिकारऱ्यांनी बँकेचे आर्थिक व्यवहार सुरूच ठेवले होते.
संचालक मंडळ, पदाधिकारी व काही कर्जदारांनी या कालावधीत ३८ कोटी ७५ लाख २० हजार ६४१ रुपयांचा घोटाळा केला. सहकारी संस्थेचे जिल्हा विशेष परीक्षक (भंडारा) श्रीकांत सुपे यांनी केलेल्या अंकेक्षणानंतर हा घोटाळा उघडकीस आला होता. सुपे यांच्या तक्रारीवरून आर्थिक गुन्हे शाखा पोलिसांनी मे महिन्यात बँकेचे तत्कालीन अध्यक्ष, संचालक मंडळ, पदाधिकारी व काही कर्जदारांविरुद्ध फसवणुकीसह विविध कलमान्वये गुन्हा दाखल केला होता.
काँग्रेसचे नेते माजी आ. अशोक धवड या कालावधीत बँकेचे अध्यक्ष होते. पोलिसांनी बांते व बोगुल या दोघांना मंगळवारी अटक केली. बुधवारी त्यांना न्यायालयात हजर केले. न्यायालयाने दोघांची २४ जूनपर्यंत पोलिस कोठडीत रवानगी केली. आर्थिक गुन्हे शाखेचे पोलिस निरीक्षक दिलीप फुलपगारे या प्रकरणाचा तपास करीत आहेत.
नागपुर : वाड़ी में जल समस्या को लेकर बुधवार को बसपा के हिंगणा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष प्रणय मेश्राम, वाड़ी शहराध्यक्ष राहुल सोनटक्के के नेतृत्व में सैकड़ो महिलाओं ने महाराष्ट्र जीवन प्राधिकरण के दफ्तर पर मोर्चा निकाला ।
महिलाओं ने मुख्य अभियंता सुनील सुशिर के सभागृह को घेरा डाला। महिलाओं ने वाड़ी के साथ आम्बेडकर नगर की जलसमस्या के तत्काल समाधान की मांग करते हुए वेणा जल शुद्धिकरण केंद्र पर आंदोलन करने और केंद्र को बंद करने की चेतावनी दी। बसपा प्रणय मेश्राम ने मुख्य अभियंता सुशीर के साथ चर्चा की।
आम्बेडकर नगर आखिरी छोर पर होने से जलापूर्ति नहीं हो रही है।कम दबाव में जलापूर्ती होने से नागरिकों को पानी नही मिल रहा है।साथ ही वाड़ी में अवैध नल कनेक्शन होने से भी आम्बेडकर नगर का पानी खिंचा जा रहा है।इस पर कार्रवाई की मांग बसपा कार्यकर्ताओं ने की।
नागपुर : सीजेडए (द सेंट्रल जू अथाॅरिटी) के जू डिजाइनिंग एक्सपर्ट ग्रुप ने महाराजबाग चिड़ियाघर के मास्टर प्लान की बारीकी से जांच के बाद कई सुधर की आवश्यकता बताई है। चिड़ियाघर के मास्टर ले आउट प्लान में इन सिफारिशों के अनुसार बदलाव के बाद ही सीजेडए को भेजना है। इसके बाद ही संस्था चिड़ियाघर की मान्यता फिर से बहाल करने पर विचार करेगी।
संशोधनों में सबसे मुख्य मुद्दा वन्यजीवों के बाड़ों को सीजेडए के दिशानिर्देश के अनुसार बनाना है। इसके साथ ही चिड़ियाघर में प्रवेश और निकास के लिए एकल मार्ग ही रखे जाने का मुद्दा भी है। महाराजबाग जू के इनचार्ज एसएस बावस्कर ने यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि शहर में चिड़ियाघर के अस्तित्व को बनाए रखने की मुहिम सफल रही है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि जू रूल्स 2009 के अंतगर्त आने वाले कई नियमों और आदेशों का पालन नहीं किए जाने के कारण सीजेडए महाराजबाग की मान्यता जारी रखने के आवेदन को अस्वीकार कर दिया है। इस बाबत जारी सीजेडए का पत्र 29 नवंबर को जारी किया गया था।
इसके पहले महाराजबाग को सीजेडए से पहला शोे कॉज नोटिस दस दिसंबर 1997 में जारी किया गया था। नोटिस में कहा गया था कि प्रबंधन या तो चिड़ियाघर को बंद कर दे या किसी बेहतर जगह पर शिफ्ट किया जाए। उसके बाद सीजेडए की टीम समय-समय पर चिड़ियाघर का मूल्यांकन कर रही थी।
अंतिम मूल्यांकन 2018 जनवरी में किया गया था। इस संबंध में केंद्र सरकार से अपील के बाद सीजेड ने मास्टर प्लान में संशोधन के लिए राजी हुआ।

-मास्टर प्लान में चिड़ियाघर में रह रहे जीवों के बाड़ों और देखरेख में सुधार को प्राथमिकता। उनके बाड़ों को सीजेडए के दिशानिर्देश के अनुसार न्यूनतम स्थान उपलब्ध करना।
-चिड़ियाघर में फिलहाल जाे जीव नहीं हैं उनके लिए प्रस्तावित बाड़ों की जगह को मास्टर प्लान से हटाना और प्लान को उसके अनुसार सुधारना। उदाहरण के लिए चिड़ियाघर में फिलहाल सफेद बाघ नहीं हैं। प्लान में प्रस्तावित सफेद बाघ के बाड़ को हटाना।
-तेंदुए के बाड़े का क्षेत्रफल बढ़ाना और उसके खाना दिए जाने की जगह और आराम करने की जगह को एनिमल्स कलेक्शन प्लान के मुताबिक तैयार करना।
-ऐसे जानवर जो चिड़ियाघर में अकेले हैं उनके लिए जोड़े की व्यवस्था करना। फिलहाल महाराजबाग में टाइगर, स्लोथ बेयर और लंगूर के लिए जोड़े की व्यवस्था नहीं है।
– चिड़ियाघर आने वालों के लिए एक ही दिशा में भ्रमण का प्रावधान करना।
-चिड़ियाघर में प्रवेश व निकाल के लिए एकल द्वार की व्यवस्था और वर्तमान प्लान के दिखाए गए बहुमार्ग व्यवस्था में सुधार।
-लुप्तप्राय : प्रजाति क्षेत्र की जरूरत नहीं है। इसके लिए प्रस्तावित जगह को ग्रीन एरिया बनाया जाए।
– पशु चिकित्सा अस्पताल समेत अन्य स्वास्थ्य संबंधी सेवाएं उचित स्थान पर स्थानांतरित किया जाए।
– सुधारित मास्टर प्लान में एनिमल्स कलेक्शन प्लान के तहत विस्तार से टाइम लाइन के साथ बताया जाए कि जीवों के लिए जोड़े की व्यवस्था और बाड़े काे सीजेडए के दिशानिर्देश के अनुसार बनाना शामिल हो।
नागपुर : ग्लोबल एसोसिएशन ऑफ फिजिशियन ऑफ इंडियन ओरिजिन (जीएपीआईओ) का दसवां सम्मेलन नागपुर में होगा। एकेडमी ऑफ मेडिकल साइंस के सहयोग से आयाेजित यह सम्मेलन किंग्सवे हॉस्पीटल में 3, 4 और 5 जनवरी 2020 में होगा।

Nagpur : Mumbai – A 53 year old man was arrested in Ghatkopar for attempting to sell 1.3 kg of ambergris (whale spew), worth Rs 1.7 crore in the illegal market, police said on Tuesday.
Ambergris or ‘whale vomit’ is a rare and expensive wax that is produced as a secretion in the intestines of sperm whales to protect them from the sharp beaks of squid, which they eat, and is passed as vomit. Also called ‘floating gold’, it can be found floating in tropical seas and is used as a fixative in the process of manufacturing perfumes, since it is slowest in evaporating.
Acting on a tip-off, a joint team of police and forest department officials laid a trap on Saturday in the Cama Lane of suburban Vidyavihar area, and nabbed Nagpur resident Rahul Dupare, police said.
“We seized 1.3 kg of ambergris, worth Rs 1.7 crore, from him. It is a prohibited item. We have registered a case under the relevant sections of the Wildlife Protection Act and have arrested Dupare,” a police official said.
The Wildlife Protection Act (1972) states that any part of an endangered animal is illegal for sale. The sperm whale, protected under this Act, was declared an endangered species in 1970.
Although ambergris can be found floating in the sea, the possibility of that happening is quite rare. Therefore, a team has been dispatched to Gujarat for further investigation since the possibility of Tupare being involved in an illegal racket cannot be ruled out, the Mumbai police added.
Ambergris is soluble in alcohol, chloroform, ether and certain volatile and fixed oils. The substance was seized from Tupare has been sent to a lab for further examination.

Nagpur : New Delhi- The BJP’s senior lawmaker Om Birla was unanimously elected the new Lok Sabha Speaker today after opposition parties supported his candidature. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who moved the motion for his election, personally led him to the Speaker’s chair after the formalities were over.
“Jan Seva (public service) has been the focal point of the politics of Om Birla. He is a compassionate leader who will preside over the sittings of the House,” PM Modi said.
Commending the lawmaker, the Prime Minister said: “The work that you have done, the manner in which you have dedicated your life for the benefit of the nation in all your years as a legislator and a parliamentarian, is commendable”.
Mr Birla, he said, had been there not only for the people of Rajasthan, but also contributed to the reconstruction efforts after the earthquake in Gujarat.
“I cannot forget how he stayed in Kutch for months when that part of Gujarat was affected by a devastating quake. In the same way, he stayed in Kedarnath for months when there were floods,” he said.
There was also a pat on the back for Sumitra Mahajan, who preceded Mr Birla.
“When we look back at the previous Lok Sabha, we remember our former Speaker, from whom we learnt how to keep smiling no matter what the situation. how to handle work in a calm and balanced manner. I am sure that that is something we all have learnt from and will continue,” he said.
Ms Mahajan, who turned 76, did not contest the election this time in keeping with the party’s age bar.
Mr Birla, a three-time lawmaker from Rajasthan’s Kota, is considered close to party chief and home minister Amit Shah. The 56-year-old had been active in politics from his student days and was the president of the BJP’s state unit for six years.
Congress’s Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, who has been named the party’s leader in the Lok Sabha, said, “As custodian of this House it is your responsibility to uphold its dignity. we assure you that the Congress will not play a negative role”.
Quoting the Prime Minister, he said the focus now should be on neutrality, not opposition.
Nagpur : Maharashtra Government on Tuesday presented an additional Budget for 2019-20 with a revenue deficit of Rs 20,292.94 crore, higher than last year’s deficit of Rs 14,960.04 crore. The Government has estimated revenue expenditure of Rs 3,34,933.06 crore against revenue receipts of Rs 3,14,640.12 crore, said Finance Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar, who tabled the Budget proposals in the Legislative Assembly. The Budget, which comes three months before State elections, envisions development of agriculture, irrigation and infrastructure and on welfare of women, backward and other backward classes and tribals. It proposes Rs 12,000 crore for irrigation sector, Rs 350 crore for micro-irrigation, Rs 1,000 crore for development of Dhangar community, Rs 200 crore for OBC Corporations, Rs 600 crore for research by four agricultural universities and Rs 100 crore for construction of houses for Divyang. Insurance cover will be made available to 5.5 crore people under the Gopinath Munde Shetkari Apghat Vima Yojana. The scheme will be expanded with an outlay of Rs 210 crore. Benefits of amnesty scheme would be available in respect of outstanding tax in the ratio of undisputed tax and disputed tax proportionately, the minister said.
The interim Budget presented in February was of Rs 4,03,207 crore and due to new items of expenditure, there was an increase of Rs 1,586 crore, Mungantiwar said. Under the Maharashtra Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest, Penalty or Late Fee Ordinance, benefit of amnesty would be available in respect of outstanding tax in the ratio of undisputed tax and disputed tax, proportionately, he said. Regarding the Professional Tax Act, the Minister said the provision for penalty for enrollment holder for late registration has been done away with. Instead, a levy of fixed interest of 1.25 per cent is proposed, he added. Under the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, now there is no need to file audit report for dealers having turnover of more than Rs one crore and tax liability of Rs 25,000 or less in a year, he said. The Budget provides for Rs 12,597 crore for water resources department and Rs 600 crore for setting up four agriculture universities.
It proposes to build a memorial for former Prime Minister late Atal Behari Vajpayee in Mumbai while announcing a grant of Rs 150 crore for facilities at the Sir J J School of Art, Architecture and Applied Arts here. An additional Rs 10 crore fund has been provided for Darpankar Balshastri Jambhekar Senior Journalists Pension Scheme. Mungantiwar also proposed Rs 200 crore for OBC corporations in the State. The aid under the social assistance scheme has been raised from Rs 600 to Rs 1,000 for the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana and Shravan Bal Yojana.
Drought-hit Mah farmers given Rs 4,461 crore : Govt
The Maharashtra Government on Tuesday expressed solidarity with farmers reeling under the impact of severe drought in large parts of the State and said a sum of Rs 4,461 crore has been credited in bank accounts of more than 66 lakh cultivators as part of relief measures. Finance Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar, while tabling the additional Budget for 2019-20 in the Assembly, said the sum of Rs 4,461 crore has been credited as a grant in bank accounts of 66,88,422 farmers in 17,985 villages spread over 26 drought -affected districts. He outlined drought mitigation steps undertaken by the Government. The minister said a control room has been set up in each of the Collectorate to tackle the issue of drinking water scarcity. Powers for approval of tankers have been delegated to sub-divisional officers to cut down on delays. Piped water supply schemes in the drought-affected areas, which were closed due to electricity arrears, have been restarted by paying 5 per cent of the pending dues from the scarcity fund, the minister said.
He said as of June 10, 5,243 villages 11,293 huts and settlements are being supplied drinking water through 6,597 tankers. As many as 9,925 wells and borewells have been acquired to augment drinking water supply and an approval has been given to 2,438 temporary water supply schemes, Mungantiwar said. To overcome fodder scarcity, 29.4 lakh metric ton fodder has been produced on 30,000 hectares of galper lands (tracts created by deposition of sediment by rivers).
Due to this, the level of fodder scarcity has come down, the minister told the House, Mungantiwar said. Up to June 10, 1,635 fodder camps have been started, benefitting 11,04,979 animals, he said. For the first time, a decision has been taken to start fodder camps for goats and sheep in the drought-affected district, he said.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday hailed the Budget of his Government as “inclusive” and one that will take the State forward in “difficult times”. The BJP-led Government has been able to retain the growth rate to a great extent despite a drought this year, he said. The Chief Minister also dismissed Opposition legislators’ claim that the budget provisions were “leaked” on Finance Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar’s Twitter handle before he read out the Budget in the Assembly. “I congratulate Finance Minister for presenting a very balanced budget. This is truly a budget that will take all the sections of Maharashtra forward,” Fadnavis told reporters. “This is a Budget which will take the state forward even during difficult times,” he added. The State’s fiscal situation was better compared to other States, the Chief Minister said. The allocation for irrigation is the highest among the budgets presented to date, he claimed. The Government has carried out impressive work regarding rural roads, water supply and infrastructure development in cities such as Mumbai, Fadnavis said.

नागपुर : इंडियन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन (आईएमए) के नेतृत्व में सोमवार को शहर के निजी डॉक्टर हड़ताल पर रहे। हड़ताल के दौरान निजी अस्पतालों के बाह्य रोगी विभाग (ओपीडी) को पूरी तरह से बंद रखा जिससे नागपुर ही नहीं बल्कि शहर और राज्य के बाहर से उपचार के लिए आए मरीजों को परामर्श नहीं मिल सका।
आईएमए की हड़ताल के कारण शहर की स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था बुरी तरह से लड़खड़ा गई और मरीजों को दिनभर भटकना पड़ा। हड़ताल में आईएमए के 3700 डॉक्टरों के अलावा 5 हजार से अधिक चिकित्सकों ने हिस्सा लिया। वही सरकारी अस्पताल के निवासी चिकित्सकों ने काली पट्टी बांधकर काम किया।
कोलकाता में निवासी डॉक्टर पर हमले के विरोध में सोमवार को आईएमए के नेतृत्व में शहर के सभी निजी चिकित्सक हड़ताल पर चले गए। आईएमए की इस हड़ताल में शहर के अन्य चिकित्सकों के संगठन और उनसे जुड़ें संगठनों ने भी उसमें हिस्सा लिया। इस वजह से निजी अस्पतालों और सभी डॉक्टरों की ओपीडी बंद रही। जिससे हजारों की संख्या में शहर के बाहर से उपचार के लिए पहुंचने वाले मरीजों को बिना उपचार के लौटना पड़ा।
कई सारे मरीज सुबह से लेकर शाम तक इंतजार करते रहे कि शायद डॉक्टर शाम को देखेंगे लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ। इसके बाद कुछ मरीज वापस लौट गए तो कुछ मरीजों ने अगले दिन दिखाने की तैयारी कर ली। रविवार को अवकाश होने के बाद सोमवार को हड़ताल होने के कारण मरीजों की संख्या भी बहुत अधिक थी लेकिन किसी भी मरीज को ओपीडी में उपचार नहीं मिला। हड़ताल में इमरजेंसी के मरीजों को किसी भी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना नहीं करना पड़ा।
इन पर भी रहा असर प्राइवेट डॉक्टरों के हड़ताल पर होने के कारण उसका असर अन्य चिकित्सकीय संस्थानों पर भी पड़ा। डॉक्टरों की हड़ताल में पैथोलॉजी लैब पर जांचें बंद रहीं और रेडियो डायग्नोसिस सेंटर पर सीटी, एमआरआई और एक्स-रे जैसी सुविधाओं को बंद रखा गया। इसके अलावा ब्लड बैंक भी बंद रही।
निवासी चिकित्सकों ने बांधी काली पट्टी
शासकीय चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय एवं अस्पताल (मेडिकल) और इंिदरा गांधी शासकीय चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय एवं अस्पताल (मेयो) के निवासी चिकित्सकों ने सोमवार को काली पट्टी बांधकर अपना विरोध दर्ज करवाया। पिछले दिनों निवासी चिकित्सक एक दिवसीय हड़ताल पर रहे।
काश्मीर : पुलवामा हल्ल्याच्या सूत्रधारांपैकी एक असणारा जैश-ए-मोहम्मदचा दहशतवादी सज्जाद भट याला सुरक्षादलाने आज सकाळी अनंतनाग येथे कंठस्नान घातलं. त्याच्या एका सहकाऱ्याचाही खात्मा करण्यात आला असून या चकमकीत सैन्यदलातील एक जवानही शहीद झाला आहे.
१४ फेब्रुवारीला पुलवामा येथे सीआरपीएफच्या ताफ्यावर २०० हून अधिक स्फोटकांनी भरलेल्या एसयुव्ही गाडीने हल्ला केला होता. सीआरपीएफचे ४८ जवान या हल्ल्यात शहीद झाले होते. या हल्ल्यात वापरलेली गेलेली एसयुव्ही सज्जाद भट नावाच्या तरुणाची असल्याचं पोलीस तपासात स्पष्ट झालं. पुलवामा हल्ल्याचं प्लॅनिंगही भटनेच केलं होतं.
गेल्या तीन महिन्यांपासून सुरक्षा दल भटचा शोध घेत होते. सोमवारी संध्याकाळी भट अनंतनाग जवळीत बिजबेहरा येथील एका इमारतीत लपला असल्याची माहिती गुप्तहेर यंत्रणांनी दिली होती. त्यानंतर सुरक्षा दलाने सज्जाद भट लपला असलेल्या इमारतीला घेरलं. इमारतीत लपलेल्या दहशतवाद्यांनी गोळीबार सुरू करताच सुरक्षा दलाने त्यांना चोख प्रत्युत्तर दिलं. काही तासांतच सज्जाद भट आणि त्याच्या एका सहकाऱ्याचा खात्मा करण्यात सुरक्षा दलाला यश आलं.
या चकमकीत एक जवानही शहीद झाला आहे. या इमारतीत अजूनही काही दहशतवादी लपले असून सुरक्षा दलांचे सर्च ऑपरेशन सुरू आहे. भट आणि त्याच्या सहकाऱ्याकडून मोठ्या प्रमाणात शस्त्रसाठाही जप्त करण्यात आला आहे.
Nagpur : After failing to get link through which documents are to be verified, students aspiring to get admissions to first year degree engineering had to return home disappointed on Monday. The admission process to be conducted for BE First Year began on Monday. Students were supposed to do on-line registration. After the registration, students were to visit Setu Suvidha Kendra and do the documents verification. They were supposed to do the process through a link. The scanned documents were to be sent through the link. The link was expected to give a message, ‘Your documents are verified’. Unfortunately, students did not get any reply. Instead the software diverted the details to the old link. After trying for long, students did not get any response.
This went on till evening. Several Setu Suvidha Kendras have created whatsapp groups and added all the co-ordinators of facilitation centres in the group. The group got flooded with the messages of complaints. While talking Anand Rayate, Commissioner of State CET Cell admitted that students faced a lot of problems. “This is for the first time that we are conducting admission process for all the professional courses in a combined manner. Obviously while adjusting to new system we are facing problems. Though we have outsourced the services, we need a lot of manpower. I had requested all the directorates to provide the same but we did not get. Of course, this can not be the excuse for what had happened on Monday. By late evening we resolved the problem and from Tuesday onwards, students will not have to face such a problem.”
According to one college administrator, “The problem was not resolved by late night too. Students are facing one more problem according to which many students still did not get the marksheets from Board. Many students are yet to receive Leaving Certificates from their respective institutions. Some parents told this newspaper that Government hurriedly announced the admission process because of which students have to suffer. Many parents blamed Government for bringing all the admission procedures under Setu Suvidha Kendras which are not prepared fully. Issue of percentile of MHT CET too would create problems during admission process as Setu Suvidha Kendras have no software that could convert percentile into percentage. Till now, CET Cell has no solution in sight for the percentile issue.
नागपूर : नवीन वस्तूंची ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग करणाऱ्यांप्रमाणेच जुन्या वस्तूंचीही ऑनलाइन खरेदी करणाऱ्यांची संख्या झपाट्याने वाढत आहे. मागील सहा महिन्यांत ओएलएक्सवरून ८५ नागपूरकरांना गंडा घातला गेला आहे. सुमारे २५ लाख रुपयांची फसवणूक झाली आहे. वस्तू विकणाऱ्यांनी, सैन्यात असून बदली झाल्याने शहर सोडत असल्याचे भासवून ऑनलाइन रक्कम उकळली आहे.
नवीन वस्तूंचे बजेट नसते. जुनी पण चांगली वस्तू कमी दरात मिळत असल्यास ती घेण्याकडे ग्राहकांचा कल असतो. ओएलएक्स हे जुन्या वस्तूंच्या खरेदी-विक्रीची ऑनलाइन पोर्टल आहे. दुचाकी-चारचाकी वाहन, मोबाइल, सोफा, पलंग, टीव्ही, फ्रिज वॉशिंग मशिनपासून कपडेही ओएलएक्सवरून खरेदी केली जाते. सुरुवातीला विद्युत उपकरणांसाठीच प्रसिद्ध असलेल्या या साइटवर जुन्या फर्निचरचाही मोठा साठा विक्रीस उपलब्ध आहे. बाहेरगावी शिकणारे विद्यार्थी तसेच जुने वाहन खरेदीचे स्वप्न बाळगणारे या वेबसाइटला भेट देतात. यावरील खोट्या जाहिरातीला अनेक बळी पडले.
‘माझी दुसरीकडे पोस्टिंग झाली आहे. त्यामुळे सहा महिने वा एक वर्ष जुनी गाडी विकायची आहे.’ ‘मला मोबाइल गिफ्ट मिळाला आहे. माझ्याकडे आधीच नवा फोन असल्यामुळे विकायचा आहे.’ ‘मला लग्नात ही ही वस्तू गिफ्ट मिळाली आहे. आता दोन वस्तूंचे काय काय करणार म्हणून विकायची आहे’ असे सांगत ग्राहकांना आकृष्ट केले जाते. वस्तू कंटेनरने पाठवतो, पार्सलने लावतो, विश्वास ठेवा अशी आश्वासने दिली जातात. वस्तू खरेदी करण्यासाठी विचारपूस करणाऱ्यांना व्हॉट्सअॅपवर गाडीचे तसेच सैन्यात कार्यरत असल्याचे फोटोही पाठविले जातात. खरेदी करणाऱ्यांना आकर्षित करण्यासाठी वस्तूंचे दर अत्यल्प ठेवतात. या सापळ्यात ग्राहक अडकतात. १५ हजार, २० हजार, किमान ५ हजार रुपये पेटीएम, गुगल-पे, भीम अॅपच्या माध्यमातून ट्रान्सफर करा, मी वस्तू पाठवतो असे सांगत पैसे उकळण्यात आल्याची ही प्रकरणे आहेत.
अशी घ्या काळजी
– कोणतीही वस्तू प्रत्यक्षात न बघता त्यासाठी कुणलाही पैसे ट्रान्स्फर करू नयेत.
– वाहन दुसऱ्या शहरात असल्यास तरी त्या व्यक्तीची आणि वाहनाची पडताळणी करावी. नंतरच व्यवहार करावा. दुसऱ्यांच्या गाडीचे फोटो ओएलएक्सवर अपलोड करूनही अनेक नागरिकांची फसवणूक झाली आहे.
– माझी बदली झाली आहे म्हणून वस्तू विकतोय किंवा मला गिफ्ट मिळाले आहे म्हणून विकतोय या कारणामुळे अनेकांची फसवणूक झाली आहे. असे कुणी सांगत असल्यास खबरदारी घ्या.
– पैसे ट्रान्स्फर करण्यासाठी एखाद्या व्यक्तीने लिंक पाठविली असल्यास ती कॉपी करून नोटपॅडमध्ये सेव्ह करून ठेवावी, कारण त्याच्या आयपी अॅड्रेसवरून ट्रेस करता येऊ शकते.
– सर्च इंजिन ऑप्टीमायझेसन आणि गुगल अॅड्स वापरून अनेक खोट्या जाहिरातील वेबसाइटच्या शीर्षस्थानी दिसतात. त्यामुळे त्यावर क्लिक करून वैयक्तिक माहिती त्यात भरण्यापूर्वी लिंक तपासून घ्या.
जुन्या वस्तू कमी दरात मिळत असल्याने नागरिक भूलथापांना बळी पडतात. कुठलीही वस्तू स्वत: बघितल्याशिवाय किंवा विकणाऱ्या व्यक्तीची पडताळणी केल्याशिवाय व्यवहार करू नये. पैसे बोलविण्यासाठी अनेक प्रकरणांमध्ये दुसऱ्यांच्या खात्याचा वापर केला जातो. त्यामुळे नागरिकांनी खबरदारी घ्यावी.
नागपुर : बच्चों को सिर्फ किताबी ज्ञान न मिले, बल्कि उनका स्किल डेवलपमेंट भी हो सके इस मकसद से सीबीएसई कुछ नए सब्जेक्ट ला रहा है। जून के अंतिम सप्ताह से शुरू होने जा रहे सीबीएसई स्कूलों में स्टूडेंट्स के लिए कई नई चीजें होंगी।
सीबीएसई सेकंडरी लेवल पर 17 और सीनियर सेकंडरी लेवल पर 42 स्किल सब्जेक्ट्स हैं जिन्हें स्टूडेंट्स बतौर ऑप्शन चुन सकते हैं। स्किल बेस्ड बनाने के लिए सीबीएसई ने नए विषयों को करिकुलम में शामिल किया है। नए विषयों के रूप में सीबीएसई, स्टूडेंट्स आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस (एआई), योगा और अरली चाइल्डहुड केयर एंड एजुकेशन व अन्य विषय शामिल हैं।
पांच कंपल्सरी सब्जेक्ट के अलावा छठे ऑप्शनल सब्जेक्ट के रूप में स्टूडेंट इसे चुन सकेंगे। सीबीएसई का मानना है कि एआई, देश की इकानॉमिक ग्रोथ और सोशल डेवलपमेंट का महत्वपूर्ण पहलू है इसलिए इसे कॅरिकुलम में शामिल किया जा रहा है। इसका उद्देश्य छात्र-छात्राओं की प्रतिभा को निखारना है, जिसका फायदा उन्हें भविष्य में अपने कॅरियर और बिजनेस में भी मिल सके।
कैपेसिटी बिल्डिंग के अलावा बोर्ड करेगा मदद
कक्षा 9वीं और 10वीं के छात्र आर्टिफीशियल इंटेलीजेंस के साथ रिटेल, आईटी, सिक्योरिटी,ऑटोमोटिव, ब्यूटी एंड वेलनेस, एग्रीकल्चर, फूड प्रोडक्शन, बैंकिंग एंड इंश्योरेंस, मार्केटिंग एंड सेल्स, हेल्थकेयर, अपैरल और मीडिया जैसे कोर्स हैं।
सीनियर सेकंडरी स्टूडेंट्स के लिए योग और अर्ली चाइल्डहुड केयर एंड एजुकेशन के अलावा एप्लाइड फिज़िक्स, केमिस्ट्री, मैथेमेटिक्स, मेडिकल डायग्नोस्टिक्स, टेक्सटाइल डिज़ाइन, फूड न्यूट्रीशन एंड डाइटेटिक्स, फैशन स्टडीज़ जैसे सब्जेक्ट शामिल हैं।
इन सभी सब्जेक्ट के सक्सेसफुल इम्प्लिमेंटेशन के लिए बोर्ड टीचर्स की कैपेसिटी बिल्डिंग के अलावा अन्य मदद भी करेगा।
नागपूर : नागपूर शहरातील दिव्यांग बांधवांना स्वयंरोजगार उपलब्ध करून देण्याच्या दृष्टीने मोक्याच्या ठिकाणी व्यवसायाच्या दृष्टीने स्टॉल देण्यात येतील. यासंदर्भातील प्रस्ताव तातडीने तयार करून विधी समितीकडे पाठविण्याचे निर्देश मनपाच्या विधी समितीचे सभापती ॲड. धर्मपाल मेश्राम यांनी स्थावर विभागाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना दिले.
नागपूर महानगरपालिका मुख्यालयातील डॉ. पंजाबराव देशमुख स्थायी समिती सभागृहात सोमवारी (ता. १७) आयोजित बैठकीत ते बोलत होते. बैठकीला समितीच्या सदस्या संगीता गिऱ्हे, जयश्री वाडीभस्मे, अमर बागडे, सहायक आयुक्त (सामान्य प्रशासन) महेश धामेचा, स्थावर अधिकारी सुवर्णा दखने, विधी अधिकारी व्यंकटेश कपले, बाजार अधीक्षक श्रीकांत वैद्य, सहायक विधी अधिकारी प्रकाश बरडे, सूरज पारोचे, आनंद शेंडे, उपस्थित होते.
दिव्यांगांना व्यवसायाच्या दृष्टीने मनपा अर्थसंकल्पात पाच टक्क्यांची तरतूद असून हा निधी त्यांच्यावर खर्च करण्याच्या दृष्टीने त्यांना स्टॉल्स वितरीत करण्यात येणार आहेत. यासाठी मनपाच्या समाजकल्याण विभागाच्या माध्यमातून अर्ज आमंत्रित करण्यात यावे. समाजकल्याण विभागाकडून अंतिम यादी आल्यानंतर स्थावर विभागाच्या माध्यमातून स्टॉल्स वितरीत करण्यात येतील, अशी माहिती यावेळी सभापती ॲड. धर्मपाल मेश्राम यांनी दिली.
चिंधी बाजारासाठीही जागा
नागपूर शहरात रेल्वे स्थानकाच्या पूर्व द्वारासमोर, सतरंजीपुरा मनपा झोन कार्यालयासमोर आणि शासकीय तंत्र विद्यालयासमोर चिंधी बाजार भरतो. हा व्यवसाय करणाऱ्या मातंग समाजातील बांधवांसाठी मनपाच्या वतीने एकत्रित जागा शोधून ओटे बांधून देण्याच्या विषयावर बैठकीत चर्चा करण्यात आली. यासाठी झोन स्तरावर नोडल अधिकारी नेमून अशा लोकांकडून अर्ज आमंत्रित करण्यात यावे. मातंग समाजात काम करणाऱ्या संस्थांची या कामात मदत घ्यावी. स्थावर विभागाच्या माध्यमातून जागा निवडून तेथे ओटे बांधून देण्यात यावे, असे निर्देश सभापती ॲड. धर्मपाल मेश्राम यांनी यावेळी दिलेत.
चर्मकार समाजासाठीही स्टॉल्स
चर्मकार समाजातील गठई कामगारांना स्टॉल्स देण्याच्या विषयावरही यावेळी बैठकीत चर्चा झाली. यासंदर्भातीलही प्रक्रियाही समाजकल्याणच्या विभागाच्या माध्यमातून दहाही झोन स्तरावर नोडल अधिकाऱ्यांची नेमणूक करून त्यांच्यामार्फत अर्ज मागविणे आणि विहीत कालवधीत अर्जांची विल्हेवाट लावण्याचे निर्देश स्थावर विभागाला सभापती ॲड. मेश्राम यांनी यावेळी दिले.
विधी सहायकांच्या मानधनात वाढ
नागपूर महानगरपालिकेत विधी विभागात कंत्राटी पद्धतीने कार्यरत विधी सहायकांच्या मानधनात वाढ करण्यासाठी स्थायी समितीकडे सदर प्रस्ताव मंजुरीसाठी पाठविण्याचे निर्देशित केले. मानधन वाढवितानाच विधी सहायकांच्या कामाच्या वेळांत वाढ करण्यात येईल, अशी अट यावेळी टाकण्यात येईल. यापुढे विधी सहायकांना एकत्रित मानधन २५ हजार रुपये देण्यात येईल.
नागपूर : धारदार शस्त्रांनी ४० पेक्षाअधिक वार करून गुन्हेगाराची निर्घृण हत्या करण्यात आली. ही थरारक घटना सोमवारी सकाळी बेस्यातील वेळाहरी भागात उघडकीस आली. जुगारअड्ड्याच्या वादातून हे हत्याकांड घडल्याचे सांगण्यात येते. या घटनेने हुडकेश्वरमध्ये टोळीयुद्ध भडकण्याची शक्यता आहे. विजय नारायण मोहोड (वय २७ ,रा. जुनी वस्ती,नरसाळा), असे मृताचे नाव आहे. अभय राऊत, दिलीप ठवकर, सूरज कार्लेवार, निखिल, काल्या, लल्ला, रेड्डी व त्याच्या साथीदारांनी विजयची हत्या केल्याची चर्चा असून, हुडकेश्वर पोलिसांनी एका चिकन सेंटरच्या मालकाला चौकशीसाठी ताब्यात घेतले आहे.
मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, हुडकेश्वरमधील धामना भागात गत काही महिन्यांपासून विजय हा जुगारअड्डा चालवित होता. काही दिवसांपूर्वी धामनाजवळीलच खरसोली गावात अभय व त्याच्या साथीदारांनी जुगार अड्डा सुरू केला. यावरून दोघांमध्ये वाद सुरू होता. प्रकरण सामोपचाराने मिटविण्यासाठी अभयने विजयसोबत चर्चा केली होती. अभय हा आधी कळमेश्वरमध्ये जुगारअड्डा चालवित होता. त्यामुळे कळमेश्वरमध्येच जुगारअड्डा चालविण्याचे विजयने अभयला सांगितले होते. मात्र अभयने नकार दिला. तेव्हापासून दोघांमध्ये वाद सुरू झाला.
रविवार सायंकाळी विजय मोहोड हा त्याचे मित्र चंद्रशेखर वैद्य व रुपेश बोंडे आदींसह पिपळा फाटा रोडवरील अमित सावजी भोजनालयात जेवायला गेला. यावेळी अभय व त्याचे २० ते २५ साथीदार चार कारने भोजनालयात आले. अभयने विजयला धमकाविण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. जुगारअड्डा बंद कर, असे विजय हा अभयला म्हणाला. सोबत जुगारअड्डा चालविण्याचा प्रस्ताव अभयने विजयसमोर ठेवला. विजयने तो मान्य केला. जागा दाखविण्याच्या बहाण्याने अभय हा विजयला कारमध्ये बसवून घेऊन गेला. तत्पूर्वी विजयने मित्रांना घरी जाण्यास सांगितले. उशिरारात्रीपर्यंत विजय घरी परतला नाही. त्याच्या मोबाइलवरही संपर्क न झाल्याने मित्रांनी त्याचा शोध सुरू केला. तो आढळला नाही. यादरम्यान विजयचा चुलत भाऊ देविदास मोहोड यांनी हुडकेश्वर पोलिस स्टेशन गाठून तक्रार दिली. पोलिसांनी अपहरणाचा गुन्हा दाखल करून विजयचा शोध सुरू केला.
यादरम्यान विजयची हत्या करण्यात आल्याचे वृत्त संपूर्ण शहरात पसरले होते. पोलिसांनी मोबाइल लोकेशनच्या आधारे विजयचा शोध सुरू केला. परंतु पोलिसांना विजयचा शोध घेण्यात यश मिळाले नाही. सोमवारी सकाळी विजयचे मोबाइल लोकेशन वेळाहरी भागात आढळले. पोलिसांनी शोध घेतला असता तेथे विजय याचा मृतदेह आढळला. विजयच्या पोटावर व मानेवर धारदार शस्त्रांचे ४० पेक्षा अधिक वार होते. पोलिसांनी पंचनामा करून विजयचा मृतदेह मेडिकल कॉलेज हॉस्पिटलमध्ये रवाना केला. पोलिसांनी हत्येचा गुन्हा दाखल करून मारेकऱ्यांचा शोध सुरू केला आहे.
कारागृहाबाहेर येताच अभय सक्रिय
ऑक्टोबर २०१८ मध्ये अभय राऊत व त्याच्या साथीदारांनी पलाश दिवटे याची हत्या केली. या हत्याकांडाच्या तीन महिन्यांनंतरच अभय हा कारागृहातून बाहेर आला. त्यानंतर पुन्हा तो गुन्हेगारी जगतात सक्रिय झाला होता. हुडकेश्वर भागात विजयचा दबदबा वाढत होता. त्यामुळे अभयने विजयचा काटा काढल्याचीही चर्चा आहे.
