BACCHUJI VYAVHARE RECOUPING AT OCHRI

Nagpur : Senior RSS functionary and very respectable figure in Nagpur circles Mr. Anant Vyavhare, 75-year male resident of Gajanan Nagar, Wardha Road was brought to Casualty on 10th April 2019 around 11.50am with alleged history of Road Traffic Accident at Veer Sawarkar Square, Nagpur. Some vehicle had dashed him and ran away. He was admitted under Care of Dr. Rajesh Atal – Critical care Physician & Dr. Shailendra Anjankar- Neuro-Surgeon, OCHRI.

He had history of unconsciousness and vomiting and on examination it was noted that he was comatose with GCS 6/15, Pinpoint pupils and multiple abrasions and associated systemic complications. He was immediately resuscitated in Casualty itself by OCHRI Polytrauma team.

CT scan showed Right Temporal Extra Dural hemorrhage (EDH), Left temporo-parietal Sub Dural hemorrhage(SDH), Left parietal Sub Arachnoid hemorrhage(SAH), Pontine Contusion and fracture of Right Zygomatic arch. As per standard treatment protocol he was treated with IV antibiotics, Anti epileptics, ionotropes, anti-edema measures and ventilator supports, with other allied supportive comprehensive conservative management with excellent nursing care and comprehensive physiotherapy and dietary rehabilitation. He was on & off ventilator for many days and was admitted for months in OCHRI CCU. Unfortunately, during this testing times, OCHRI also faced allegations of keeping a lifeless person on ventilator.

The resolute faith and total trust of family of said patient on hospital and the treating team led to his successful management. Many dignitaries visited the hospital to check on his wellbeing. Shri.Mohanji Bhagwat, RSS Sarsanghchalak visited him many times and is always in touch with hospital authorities to learn about the progress. His judicious Spartan lifestyle, earnest wishes and complete confidence of Governor Shri.Banwarlilalji Purohit, Union Minister Shri.Nitinji Gadkari, Chief Minister Shri.Devendraji Fadanvis, Guardian Minister Shri.Chandrashekharji Bawankule, Shri.Sandipji Joshi, Dr. Dilipji Gupta and thousands of his well-wishers on Team OCHRI helped them to patiently pull him from jaws of death.

Presently he is stationed in wards, off ventilator, on oral medicines, undergoing rehabilitation and recouping well. Team OCHRI led by Dr.Anup Marar- OCHRI Director thanked his family and well-wishers for reposing such unflinching confidence.

Now, Josh is teaming up with world-renowned researchers who are dedicated to unearthing the truth behind the fabled city.

“The story of ancient Dwarka is an important religious tale, but as we examine submerged ruins surrounding the modern city by the same name, we’re discovering that the legend may be based on something historic,” says Josh Gates, as he dives into the waters of the Arabian Sea.
After investigating the coast of modern Dwarka, Josh heads to a dig site on Bet Dwarka, an island to the north, with a team of Indian archeologists who have recently discovered intriguing relics including the remains of a wall, pottery, and an enigmatic stamping-seal.

“Archaeologists have barely scratched the surface on this island, but the evidence is already mounting that there was a significant settlement here,” says Gates. “The items we’ve uncovered and especially the ancient seal demonstrates a vibrant culture here and strong indications of ritual and ceremony. But is it ancient Dwarka?”

देशातील पहिली खासगी ट्रेन – ‘तेजस एक्स्प्रेस’?

नागपूर : केंद्र सरकारने भारतीय रेल्वेच्या खासगीकरणासाठी पहिले पाऊल उचलले आहे. अर्थसंकल्पात यासंबंधीचे स्पष्ट संकेत केंद्र सरकारने नुकतेच दिले होते. दिल्लीहून लखनऊला जाणारी ‘तेजस एक्स्प्रेस’ ही देशातील पहिली खासगी रेल्वे ठरणार आहे. या रेल्वेसंबंधीच्या प्रस्तावाबाबत अंतिम निर्णय १० जुलैपर्यंत होणार असल्याची माहिती ‘आयआरसीटीसी’ने दिली आहे.

रेल्वेने १०० दिवसांच्या अजेंडाची अंमलबजावणी करण्यास सुरुवात केली आहे. सुरुवातीच्या काळात देशात दोन खासगी रेल्वे चालवण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आल्याची माहिती पीटीआय या वृत्तसंस्थेने दिली आहे. रेल्वेचे खासगीकरण करण्यासाठी केंद्र सरकार आक्रमक झाले असले तरी या निर्णयाला आम्ही विरोध करू, असे ‘नॅशनल फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडियन रेल्वे मेन’ (NFIR) ने म्हटले आहे. तेजस एक्स्प्रेस ही देशातील पहिली खासगी रेल्वे ठरणार असून ती ताशी २०० किलोमीटर वेगाने धावणारी रेल्वे आहे. तेजस एक्स्प्रेसच्या प्रत्येक डब्यासाठी ३ कोटी २५ लाख रुपये खर्च आला आहे. तेजस एक्स्प्रेस ही देशातील पहिली ट्रेन आहे की ज्या ट्रेनला स्वयंचलित प्लगसारखे दरवाजे लावण्यात आले आहेत. म्हणजेच मेट्रोसारखे या ट्रेनचे दरवाजे आपोआप उघडतील व बंद होतील.

या रेल्वेला खास सजवण्यात आले आहे. तेजस नाव असल्याने रेल्वेच्या डब्याला सूर्यकिरणाचा रंग देण्यात आला आहे. ही एक्स्प्रेस चालवण्याची घोषणा २०१६ मध्ये करण्यात आली होती. दिल्ली-लखनऊ मार्गावर सध्या ५३ रेल्वे चालवण्यात येतात. या मार्गावरील सर्वात प्रीमियम रेल्वे ही सुवर्ण शताब्दी आहे.

नागपूर : वाघिणीसह दोन बछड्यांचा विषबाधेने मृत्यू

नागपूर : चंद्रपूर वन्यजीवांच्या सुरक्षेचा मुद्दा ऐरणीवर आला असताना चिमूर वनपरिक्षेत्रातील मेटेपार गावाजवळील शेतशिवारात वाघिणीसह तिचे दोन बछडे मृतावस्थेत आढळले. सोमवारी सकाळी नऊ वाजता सदर घटना उघडकीस आली. त्यांचा मृत्यू विषबाधेमुळे झाल्याचे समोर येत आहे. याप्रकरणी एकास चौकशीसाठी ताब्यात घेण्यात आल्याची माहिती वन विभागाच्या वरिष्ठ सूत्रांनी पत्रकारांशी बोलताना दिली.

चिमूर वनपरिक्षेत्रातील शंकरपूर उपक्षेत्रात मेटेपार गावालगतच्या नाल्याजवळ सर्व्हे नंबर ६२ मध्ये पडीक जमीन आहे. तेथे शेतमालकासह काही जण सोमवारी सकाळी जांभळं तोडण्यासाठी गेले असता वाघीण आणि तिचे दोन बछडे मृतावस्थेत आढळले. दोन्ही बछडे साधारणत: एक ते दीड वर्षांचे होते. ही माहिती परिसरात पसरताच गावकऱ्यांनी घटनास्थळी गर्दी केली. ग्रामस्थांनी याबाबतची माहिती तरुण पर्यावरणवादी मंडळाला दिली. त्यांनी वन अधिकाऱ्यांना कळविले. घटनास्थळपासून काही अंतरावर एक वासरू मृतावस्थेत आढळले. वन विभागाच्या खडसंगी कार्यालयात या तिन्ही वाघांचे शवविच्छेदन पशुवैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ. रविकांत खोब्रागडे, डॉ. नगराळे, डॉ. कुंदन यांनी केले. यामध्ये वाघीण आणि बछड्यांचा मृत्यू हा विषबाधेमुळे झाल्याचे समोर येत आहे. याप्रकरणी पांडुरंग चौधरी याला चौकशीसाठी ताब्यात घेण्यात आले आहे. त्याने वासराच्या मृतदेहावर विष टाकल्याची कबुली दिली असून बेवारस कुत्र्यांना मारण्यासाठी हे केल्याचे त्याने सांगितले, अशी माहिती वन विभागाच्या सूत्रांनी दिली. तरीदेखील त्याचा नेमका उद्देश तपासणीदरम्यान समोर येईल, असे सूत्रांनी नमूद केले. वाघिणीसह बछड्यांचे सर्व अवयव शाबूत असून बछड्यांपैकी एक नर तर दुसरी मादी होती. तिन्ही वाघांचे नमुने घेण्यात आले असून नागपूर येथील फॉरेन्सिक प्रयोगशाळेत तपासणीसाठी पाठविण्यात येणार आहे. घटनास्थळी मुख्य वनसंरक्षक एस.व्ही. रामाराव, ब्रम्हपुरीचे उपवनसंरक्षक कुलराजसिंग, सहाय्यक वनसंरक्षक रामेश्वरी भोंगाडे, वनपरिक्षेत्राधिकारी भाविक चिवंडे व सतीश उटगे प्रामुख्याने उपस्थित होते.

वनमंत्र्यांचे चौकशीचे निर्देश

मेटेपार येथील तलावाजवळ वाघीण आणि तिच्या दोन बछड्यांच्या संशयास्पद मृत्यूची चौकशी करण्याचे निर्देश वनमंत्री सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांनी दिले आहेत. घातपात किंवा शिकार झाली असल्‍यास सक्षम यंत्रणेद्वारे त्‍याचा तपास करावा, दोषींवर कडक कारवाई करावी तसेच अशा घटनांची पुनरावृत्ती होऊ नये यादृष्‍टीने आवश्‍यक खबरदारी व उपाययोजना करण्‍याचे आदेश त्यांनी प्रधान मुख्‍य वनसंरक्षक (वन्‍यजीव) यांना दिले आहेत.

नागपूर : भरधाव ट्रॅव्हल्स उभ्या नादुरुस्त ट्रकवर धडकली. या भीषण अपघातात चौघे ठार, तर २० जण जखमी झालेत. ही घटना नागपूर-उमरेड मार्गावर चांपा शिवारात घडली. जखमींना नागपूर येथील मेडिकलमध्ये दाखल करण्यात आले आहे. मृतांमध्ये पती-पत्नीचाही समावेश आहे.

शंकर कटुजी केवट (४५), प्रमिला शंकर केवट (४५) दोघेही रा. नरसाळा, नागपूर, सोनू महादेव ठाकरे ३१ व ट्रॅव्हल्स चालक कार्तिक ईश्वर गोंगल ३५ रा. उमरेड यांचा समावेश आहे. ट्रॅव्हल्स क्रमांक एमएच ४९ एटी ६७५४ ही उमरेड येथून नागपूरला येत होती. याच दरम्यान चांपा शिवारात ट्रक क्रमांक एमएच ३१ सीबी ७६५६ हा रस्त्यावर नादुरुस्त अवस्थेत उभा होता.

रविवारी रात्री ८.३० वाजताच्या सुमारास ट्रॅव्हल्स चालकाला हा नादुरुस्त ट्रक न दिसल्याने भरधाव वेगात असलेली ट्रॅव्हल्स ट्रकवर मागच्या बाजूने आदळली. यात चौघांचा घटनास्थळीच मृत्यू झाला. कुही पोलिसांनी लगेच घटनास्थळ गाठले. त्यापूर्वी नागरिकांनी जखमींना मिळेल त्या वाहनाने नागपूर येथील मेडिकल रुग्णालयात पाठविले होते.

या अपघातामुळे नागपूर-उमरेड मार्गावरील वाहतूक विस्कळीत झाली होती. पोलिसांनी अपघातग्रस्त दोन्ही वाहने बाजूला करून मार्ग मोकळा केला. या प्रकरणी कुही पोलिसांनी दोन्ही वाहन चालकांविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे.

विद्यापीठाच्या अभ्यासक्रमात राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघाचा इतिहास

नागपूर : राष्ट्रसंत तुकडोजी महाराज नागपूर विद्यापीठाच्या बी.ए. द्वितीय वर्षाच्या अभ्यासक्रमात राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघाच्या इतिहासाचा समावेश करण्यात आला आहे. विद्यापीठाच्या आजवरच्या इतिहासात प्रथमच संघाबाबत थेट अभ्यासक्रमात समावेश करण्यात आला आहे. त्यामुळे या मुद्यावर राष्ट्रीय पातळीवर वाद निर्माण होण्याची शक्यता वर्तवण्यात येत आहे.

नागपूर विद्यापीठाने नुकतेच नवीन अभ्यासक्रम तयार केले. त्यात इतिहास अभ्यास मंडळाने बी.ए. पदवी दुसऱ्या वर्षाच्या भारताचा इतिहास १८८५ ते १९४७ या कालखंडाच्या तिसऱ्या घटकात ‘राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ राष्ट्रनिर्माणातील भूमिका’ या विषयाचा समावेश केला आहे. या पुस्तकाच्या पहिल्या घटकात भारतीय राष्ट्रीय काँग्रेसची स्थापना, मवाळ राजकारणाचे स्वरूप १८८५ ते १९०५, जहालवाद्यांचा उदय आणि विकास १९०५ ते १९२० तर दुसऱ्या घटकात असहकार चळवळ, सविनय कायदेभंग चळवळ, चलेजाव चळवळ या तीन आंदोलनांचा समावेश आहे. तर तिसऱ्या घटकात राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ राष्ट्रनिर्माणातील भूमिका, क्रिप्स मिशन, कॅबिनेट मिशन योजना, व चौथ्या घटकात सुभाषचंद्र बोस, माऊंटबॅटन योजना आणि स्वतंत्र भारताचा कायदा अशा विषयांचा समावेश करण्यात आला आहे.

दरम्यान, नागपूर विद्यापीठाच्या अभ्यास मंडळावर राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघप्रणीत विद्यापीठ शिक्षण मंचाचा वरचष्मा आहे. त्यामुळे पहिल्यांदाच विद्यापीठाच्या अभ्यासक्रमात राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघाचाही समावेश करण्यात आला आहे. यापूर्वी अटलबिहारी वाजपेयी यांच्या एनडीए सरकारच्या कार्यकाळात तत्कालीन मानव संसाधन विकासमंत्री मुरलीमनोहर जोशी यांनी विद्यापीठांच्या अभ्यासक्रमात बदल करण्याचे आदेश दिले होते. त्यावेळी देशभरात शिक्षणाचे भगवेकरण करण्यात येत असल्याचा वाद निर्माण झाला होता. तर आता थेट विद्यापीठांच्या अभ्यास मंडळामार्फत राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघाची राष्ट्र निर्माणातील भूमिका असा विषय समाविष्ट करण्यात आला आहे.त्यामुळे त्यावर राजकीय पातळीवर तीव्र प्रतिक्रिया उमटण्याची शक्यता वर्तवण्यात येत आहे.

राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघाची स्थापना नागपुरात २७ सप्टेंबर १९२५ रोजी झाली होती. तेव्हापासून संघ अव्याहतपणे कार्य करीत आहे. त्यामुळे बी.ए.च्या इतिहासात संघ स्थापनेपासून स्वातंत्र्यप्राप्तीच्या कालखंडात झालेल्या विविध घटना, घडामोडी यांचा उल्लेख अभ्यासक्रमात करण्यात आला आहे. संघाने स्वातंत्र्य आंदोलनात सक्रीय सहभाग घेतला नसल्याचे राजकीय स्तरावर आरोप करण्यात येतात. त्या आरोपांना उत्तर म्हणून अभ्यासक्रमातच संघाची राष्ट्रनिर्माणातील भूमिका हा विषय आणण्यात आला असावा, अशी शक्यता वर्तवण्यात येत आहे.

इतिहास अभ्यास मंडळाने नेमके काय घेतले ते बघावे लागेल. परंतु, राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ ही संघटना गेल्या ९५ वर्षापासून देशात सक्रीय आहे. त्या संघटनेबाबत अभ्यासक्रमात वस्तूनिष्ठ माहिती असेल तर त्यात अडचण असायला नको. विद्यापीठाच्या अभ्यासक्रमात आपण इतर संघटनांचा इतिहास वाचतोय, तर संघाचा इतिहासही विद्यार्थ्यांना कळावा या उद्देशाने अभ्यास मंडळाने निर्णय घेतला असावा, असे शिक्षण मंचाच्या अध्यक्षा डॉ. कल्पना पांडे म्हणाल्या.

World Cup Semi-Final, India vs New Zealand : India’s Road To Semi-Final

Nagpur : India, who are the second most successful team in World Cup history alongside the West Indies, will be eyeing to lift the coveted trophy for the third time. Indian have lost only one game so far in World Cup 2019 — against hosts England — and finished at the top of the points table after the league stage and are just two steps away from becoming only the second team, after Australia, to lay their hands thrice on the coveted trophy.

India started their World Cup 2019 campaign on June 5 against South Africa, the semi-finalists of the 2015 World Cup, in Southampton. Riding on Rohit Sharma’s gritty century in testing conditions, India won the match by six wickets.

Next they took on defending champions Australia on June 9 at The Oval, London. Shikhar Dhawan scored a wonderful century battling a thumb fracture and led his side to 36-run victory. Sadly, the injury ruled Dhawan out of the remainder of the tournament.

India’s next game against New Zealand in Nottingham on June 13 was abandoned due to rain without a ball being bowled and the teams sharing a point each.

India played the biggest match of the league phase in Manchester against arch-rivals Pakistan on June 16. Rohit Sharma once again stood up to the occasion and scored a fiery century which helped India post 336/5.

Pakistan who haven’t tasted any success against India in World Cups failed to create history and suffered an 89-run defeat.

In their next match, India took on lowly Afghanistan on June 22 at the Rose Bowl, Southampton. Afghanistan made the Indian players to sweat for a victory. In this match, Indian bowlers outshone the batsmen for the first time. Mohammed Shami became only the second Indian bowler to take a World Cup hat-trick. His figures of 4/40 helped India sneak in a close win.

India next played the West Indies in Manchester on June 27 and registered a huge 125-run victory. Skipper Virat Kohli won the man-of-the-match award for his 72 runs.

India suffered their first defeat of World Cup 2019 when they met hosts England at Edgbaston on June 30. For England it was a must-win game and they dominated the Indian team from ball one. Chasing 338, India could only score 306/5, losing the match by 31 runs.

India met Bangladesh in their next league match on July 2 in Birmingham and secured a semi-final berth with a 28-run win. Rohit Sharma, whose previous century against England went in vain, once again played a match-winning knock of 104.

India faced Sri Lanka in Leeds on July 6 in their final league match. Rohit Sharma’s record 5th century of the tournament helped India win the match by seven wickets.

This win coupled with Australia’ defeat to South Africa in their last league match helped India top the table.

नागपूर : वर्ल्डकपमधील उपांत्य फेरीच्या लढती आता स्पष्ट झाल्या असून पहिली उपांत्य फेरीची लढत भारत आणि न्यूझीलंड यांच्यात होत आहे. विराट कोहलीच्या नेतृत्वाखालील भारतीय संघ आणि केन विल्यमसनच्या कप्तानपदाखालील किवी संघ आमनेसामने येणार असले तरी या दोघांच्या कर्णधारपदाखाली हे दोन्ही संघ प्रथमच एकमेकांसमोर येत नाहीत. २००८ मध्ये झालेल्या १९ वर्षांखालील मुलांच्या वर्ल्डकपमध्येही विराट आणि विल्यमसन यांचे संघ एकमेकांसमोर उभे ठाकले होते. तीदेखील उपांत्य लढतच होती. त्या लढतीत भारताने न्यूझीलंडला नमविले होते.

Nagpur : In a bid to encourage redevelopment and to ensure common points in agreement with re-developers, State Government has revised the guidelines for redevelopment of co-operative housing societies. Accordingly, the requirement of consent of 70 per cent of the members of such a society has been scaled down to consent of only 51 per cent of members. As per the communique bearing digital signature of Kamlakar Badgujar, Desk Officer, Co-operation, Marketing, and Textiles Department, the guidelines have been issued as the Co-operation Department has been receiving several complaints relating to redevelopment of co-operative housing societies across Maharashtra.

The common complaints/allegations include lack of transparency in tender process, arbitrariness in appointment of contractors, not taking into confidence all the members of a society while going for redevelopment of a housing project, violations of laws and rules, no streamlining of works of architect and project consultant, improper planning of redevelopment project report, lack of proper method while finalising tender for redevelopment, and variations in agreement signed with developers. As per the existing guidelines, it was necessary to obtain consent of 70 per cent of the members of a co-operative housing society opting for redevelopment.

Now, the fresh guidelines have brought down the requirement to consent of 51 per cent of the members. The coram of special general body meeting called to discuss redevelopment project should not be less than two-third of the total number of members of the society concerned. The opinion or consent of the members not present in the meeting will not be considered either orally or in writing, once the consent of 51 per cent of the members is obtained.

The society is required to provide minutes of such a meeting to all the members of the society concerned, and submit a copy of the same to the Registrar Office concerned. Also, the society will have to secure consent of 51 per cent willing members, in writing. Later on, the reports of architect, project management consultant shall be obtained and then tenders will be invited. The list of bids received shall be displayed on notice board of the society concerned.

The bids will be opened in a meeting and representative of the Registrar Office (Co-operative Societies) will be invited for such special general body meeting of the society. After finalising the tender as per the laid-down procedure, the society will have to sign an agreement with the developer/contractor concerned within three months. The fresh guidelines spell out points that should be there in the agreement. As per the guidelines, after laying foundation of redevelopment, the project will have to be completed in two years. In ‘exceptional’ case, the project will have to be completed in three years maximum. The developer will have to give 20 per cent of the total project cost as bank guarantee to the co-operative housing society concerned.

The developer will have to make available alternative accomodation to the members of the society or pay monthly rent and deposit or accomodate them in transit camps. The development agreement with the society and permanent alternative accomodation agreement with the individual members will have to be registered as per the provisions of Registration Act, 1908. Till such an agreement is signed, the members will not vacate their occupation in the existing structure.

The new members will be inducted into the society once the project is completed and after securing approval of the general body of the society. More importantly, the agreement shall specifically and clearly include carpet area applicable as per the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. One more important condition in the fresh guidelines is that committee member or office-bearer of the society should not be a developer himself or developer’s relative. Once the redevelopment project is ready, and Occupation Certificate is obtained from the municipal corporation/local body concerned, the flats will be allotted on the same floor where the flat-owners were residing previously.

If required, lottery system should be implemented for distribution of flats in presence of representative of Registrar (Co-operative Societies) concerned. The process of flat distribution should be video graphed, state the fresh guidelines. It provides relief to developers. For, they will not have to wait till consent of 70% of the members. Now, they will have to secure consent of only 51% of the members. At the same time, with more members (49 per cent) excluded from the process, there may be increase in litigations.

Nagpur : Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has started reclaiming its land sans solid waste, through bio-mining. Now the two acre land near to Symbiosis University is being reclaimed by NMC. The work began in June and expected to take two more months, claimed NMC. When the work began there was 10 lakh MT garbage at Bhandewadi awaiting its disposal. Hanjer Bio-tech discontinued the work of garbage disposal since then it remained as it was.

When the concept of dumping yard came, the volume of garbage was less and the capacity of disposing off it through processing in incinerator was around 800 ton. It was more than the actual collection. Later on, the garbage collection reached to 1100 ton per day. But the capacity of incinerator remained the same–800 ton.

It means that everyday 200 ton garbage got dumped without being processed. The garbage of that much amount accumulated on the ground. Hanjer Bio-tech was doing the work of disposing off the garbage. They were suppose to generate biproduct out of the garbage, sell it and earn money. After Hanjer left, NMC came up with Biomining project to be done by Zigma Global Environ Solutions Private Limited. Earlier, it was on at snail’s pace. Now the project has taken momentum.

Abhijeet Bangar, Municipal Commissioner had promised that the reclaiming of land would begin in June. It was brought to his notice. He said, “It was true we were supposed to reclaim the land. But the problem is of the volume of garbage. Secondly, they are doing bio-mining work on the land where garbage is lying. Now they have kept windrows on the land.

Once they would remove the windrows, we can reclaim the land. It is just a formality.” According to one environmentalist, the garbage, a mixture of solid and liquid waste is not being disposed of. It should have been processed with the help of incinerator till now. People in Nagpur and around the dumping yard are facing lot of problems. But who cares, asked this environmentalist.

किराणा व्यावसयिकाच्या मागे शस्त्र घेऊन धावणारा गुंड जमावाच्या तावडीत सापडला असता, तर जमावाने केला असता खात्मा

नागपूर : दुकानावर बळबजरीने अतिक्रमण करून किराणा व्यावसयिकाच्या मागे शस्त्र घेऊन धावणारा बंटी नावाचा तो गुंड जमावाच्या तावडीत सापडला असता, तर लोकक्षोभाचा उद्रेक होऊन त्याचा सामूहिक खात्मा झाला असता. वेळीच पळ काढल्याने बंटी थोडक्यात बचावला अन्यथा अक्कू यादव हत्याकांडाची पुनरावृत्ती झाली असती. ही थरारक घटना भांडे प्लॉट चौकात घडली. सक्करदरा पोलिसांनी गुंड बटी ऊर्फ शेर खानविरुद्ध अतिक्रमण तसेच शस्त्र घेऊन ठार मारण्याची धमकी दिल्याचा गुन्हा दाखल करून त्याचा शोध सुरू केला आहे. रविवारी या भागात तणावपूर्ण शांतता होती.

मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, भांडे प्लॉट चौकात लक्ष्मी कॉम्प्लेक्स आहे. या कॉम्प्लेक्सच्या तळ मजल्यावर गत अनेक वर्षांपासून जयंतीलाल जैन यांचे जय मेवाड किराणा दुकान होते. याच कॉम्प्लेक्ससमोर बंटीने पानठेला सुरू केला होता. त्याला कॉम्प्लेक्समधील दुकानदारांचा विरोध होता. काही महिन्यांपूर्वी त्याने किराणा दुकानाच्या बाजूला असलेल्या पीठ गिरणीचा गाळा खरेदीचा व्यवहार मालकासोबत केला. मात्र, या व्यवहारातील दस्तावेजावर पीठ गिरणीच्या गाळ्याऐवजी किराणा दुकानाच्या गाळ्याचा क्रमांक लिहिण्यात आला. बंटीने पीठगिरणीवर ताबा मिळवून तेथे चिकन सेंटर सुरू केले. त्यामुळे परिसरातील नागरिकांना त्रास होऊ लागला. त्यांनी याबाबत अनेकदा पोलिस व महापालिकेत तक्रारही केली होती.

मात्र, कारवाई करण्यात आली नाही. गत काही दिवसांपासून तो किराणा दुकानावरही ताबा मिळविण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत होता. याला जैन यांचा विरोध होता. शुक्रवारी रात्री त्याने किराणा दुकानाचे कुलूप तोडले व आपले साहित्य ठेवून कुलूप लावले. शनिवारी सकाळी जैन किराणा दुकान उघडायला आले असता त्यांना दुसरेच कुलूप दिसले. याचदरम्यान बंटी तेथे आला. ‘दुकान माझे आहे, यावर आता माझा ताबा आहे,’असे तो जैन यांना म्हणाला. ‘बळजबरीने कुलूप कशाला लावले,’ असे जैन यांनी त्याला म्हटले. त्यामुळे बंटी संतापला. तो चिकन सेंटरमध्ये गेला. हातात चाकू घेऊन बाहेर आला. शस्त्रासह बंटीला बघताच जैन हे जीव मुठीत घेऊन पळाले. बंटीने त्यांचा पाठलाग केला. जैन यांनी आरडाओरड केल्याने नागरिक जमले. जैन यांचा पाठलाग करणाऱ्या बंटीच्या मागे जमावही धावू लागला. ते पाहून बंटी तेथून पळाला. या घटनेनंतर परिसरात प्रचंड तणाव निर्माण झाला.

घटनेची माहिती मिळताच दंगल नियंत्रण पथकासह सक्करदरा पोलिसांचा ताफा तेथे पोहोचला. पोलिसांनी जमावाला शांत केले. जैन यांच्या तक्रारीवरून पोलिसांनी बंटीविरुद्ध भादंविच्या कलम ४५२, ५०६ ब व ५३४ अन्वये गुन्हा दाखल करून त्याचा शोध सुरू केला आहे. अतिक्रमण केल्याची माहिती मिळताच महापालिकेच्या अतिक्रमणविरोधी पथकाने कॉम्प्लेक्समधील चार गाळ्यांवरील पक्के बांधकाम असलेले अतिक्रमण तोडले. यात जैन यांच्या दुकानाचाही समावेश आहे. या भागात कोणतीही अनुचित घटना घडू नये यासाठी सक्करदरा पोलिस व दंगल नियंत्रण पथकाचे जवान तैनात करण्यात आले आहेत. रविवारी येथे तणावपूर्ण शांतता होती.

साहेब, बंटीपासून जीवाची भीती !

बंटी हा गुन्हेगारी प्रवृत्तीचा आहे. त्याच्याविरुद्ध अनेकदा पोलिस स्टेशनमध्ये तक्रार करण्यात आली. मात्र त्याच्याविरुद्ध ठोस कारवाई करण्यात आली नाही. त्यामुळेच त्याची हिंमत वाढली. शनिवारच्या घटनेने त्याचे दुकान जमीनदोस्त झाले. त्यामुळे तो आता आम्हाला सोडणार नाही. त्याच्यापासून जीवाचा धोका आहे. पोलिसांनी त्याच्याविरुद्ध कठोर कारवाई करावी, अशी मागणी परिसरातील नागरिक व दुकानदारांनी केली.

अतिक्रमणविरोधी पथक करते काय ?

भांडे प्लॉट चौकासह उमरेड मार्गावर अनेक ठिकाणी अतिक्रमण करण्यात आले आहे. या अतिक्रमणामुळे वाहतुकीला अडथळा निर्माण होतो. अनेकांनी रस्त्यालगत दुकाने थाटली आहेत. याकडे मात्र महापालिकेच्या अतिक्रमणविरोधी पथकाचे लक्ष नाही. बंटीने आधी कॉम्प्लेक्सच्या मागे रस्त्यालगत पानठेला लावला होता. मात्र त्याच्याविरुद्ध कारवाई करण्यात आली नाही. एखादी मोठी घटना घडल्यानंतरच अतिक्रमण विरोधी पथकाला जाग येते का? हे पथक करते तरी काय? असा संतप्त सवाल येथील नागरिकांनी उपस्थित केला आहे.

नागपूर : संबंधात वितुष्ट आल्याने प्रियकराने प्रेयसीवर गोळीबार करून तिला ठार मारण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. या घटनेत तरुणी थोडक्यात बचावली. नंदनवनमधील खरबीतील जीजामातानगर भागात शनिवारी रात्री ९.३० वाजताच्या सुमारास घडलेल्या या थरारक घटनेने पोलिसांमध्ये खळबळ उडाली आहे. नंदनवन पोलिसांनी हल्लेखोर प्रियकराविरुद्ध विनयभंग व ठार मारण्याचा प्रयत्न केल्याचा गुन्हा दाखल करून त्याचा शोध सुरू केला आहे. गौरव ऊर्फ पपलू शेंदुर्णीकर (वय ३३,रा. बेलतरोडी),असे फरार प्रियकराचे नाव आहे.

पोलिसांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, २९ वर्षीय तरुणी पतीपासून विभक्त राहत असून, ‘इव्हेंट मॅनेजमेंट’चे काम करते. गौरव हा खासगी काम करतो. तोही पत्नीपासून विभक्त राहतो. सुमारे दोन वर्षापूर्वी गौरव व तरुणीची ओळख झाली. त्यानंतर दोघे ‘लिव्ह इन रिलेशनशिप’मध्ये राहायला लागले.

१५ दिवसांपूर्वीपासून दोघांमध्ये वाद सुरू होता. त्यामुळे तरुणीने त्याच्याशी संबंध तोडले. ती माहेरी राहायला आली. त्यानंतर गौरव हा परत येण्यासाठी तिची विनवणी करीत होती. मात्र, ती गौरवला टाळत होती. त्यामुळे गौरव संतापला. शनिवारी रात्री खरबी भागात गौरवने तरुणीला अडविले. धक्का देऊन तिला खाली पाडले. शिवीगाळ करून तिच्या दिशेने पिस्तूल रोखली. तरुणी त्याला समजाविण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत असतानाच गौरवने पिस्तुलातून गोळी झाडली. सुदैवाने ती तरुणीच्या बाजूने गेली. त्यानंतर गौरव फरार झाला. तरुणीने पोलिसांना घटनेची माहिती दिली. माहिती मिळताच नंदनवन पोलिसांसह गुन्हेशाखा पोलिसांचा ताफा तेथे पोहोचला. पोलिसांनी गौरव याच्याविरुद्ध हत्येचा प्रयत्नाचा गुन्हा दाखल केला. पोलिस गौरवचा कसून शोध घेत आहेत.

गोळीबाराबाबत संभ्रम

पिस्तुलातून गौरवने गोळी झाडल्याचे बयाण तरुणीने दिले आहे. पोलिसांनी परिसरात चौकशी केली असता गोळीबाराचा आवाज झाला नसल्याचे नागरिकांनी सांगितले. घटनास्थळावरून पोलिसांनी रिकामे काडतुस जप्त केले. मात्र जप्त काडतुस हे गोळीबारातील नसल्याचे सांगण्यात येते. गोळीबार झाला किंवा नाही, याबाबत उशिरा रात्रीपर्यंत पोलिस संभ्रमात होते.

नागपूर : ग्राहकानं उपवास सोडण्यासाठी मागवलेल्या पनीर बटर ऐवजी बटर चिकन पाठवणाऱ्या झोमॅटो आणि एका हॉटेलला पुण्यातील अतिरिक्त जिल्हा ग्राहक तक्रार निवारण मंचानं ५५ हजार रुपये दंड ठोठावला आहे. ही दंडाची रक्कम ४५ दिवसांच्या आत ग्राहकाला देण्याचे आदेश मंचानं दिले आहेत. त्यात विलंब केला तर या रकमेवर १० टक्के व्याज आकारला जाईल, असंही आदेशात म्हटलं आहे.

षण्मुख देशमुख हे मुंबई हायकोर्टाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठामध्ये वकिली करतात. ३१ मे २०१८ रोजी ते कामानिमित्त पुण्यात आले होते. तेथे त्यांनी झोमॅटो अॅपवरून पनीर बटर मसाला मागवलं होतं. गुरुवारी त्यांचा उपवास होता. संध्याकाळी उपवास सोडण्यासाठी त्यांनी जेवण मागवलं होतं. देशमुख ज्या ठिकाणी थांबले होते, तेथे जेवणाचं पार्सल आलं. जेवण वाढल्यानंतर ते पनीर बटर मसाला नसून बटर चिकन असल्याचं त्यांच्या लक्षात आलं. देशमुख यांनी पार्सल देणाऱ्या झोमॅटोच्या डिलिव्हरी बॉयला कॉल केला आणि माहिती दिली.

मात्र, यात माझा काही दोष नसून, जे पार्सल दिलं जातं ते न उघडता संबंधित ग्राहकापर्यंत पोहोचवलं जातं, असं उत्तर त्यानं दिलं. त्यानंतर देशमुख यांनी प्रीत पंजाबी स्वाद हॉटेलच्या मॅनेजरशी संपर्क साधला. त्यावेळी दुसरं जेवण पाठवत असल्याचं त्यांनी सांगितलं. दुसऱ्या डिलिव्हरी बॉयनं जेवणाचं पार्सल आणलं. पावतीवर पनीर बटर मसाला लिहिलेलं होतं, पण देशमुख यांनी पार्सल उघडल्यानंतर त्यात पुन्हा बटर चिकन असल्याचं त्यांच्या लक्षात आलं.

देशमुख यांनी वकील संदेश गुंडगे यांच्याद्वारे झोमॅटो आणि संबंधित हॉटेलला कायदेशीर नोटीस पाठवली. धार्मिक भावना दुखावल्याचं सांगत नुकसान भरपाई देण्याची मागणी केली. त्यावर दोघांकडूनही उत्तर मिळालं नाही. अखेर देशमुख यांनी ग्राहक तक्रार निवारण मंचात धाव घेतली आणि नुकसान भरपाईपोटी ५ लाख आणि मानसिक त्रासाबद्दल १ लाख रुपये देण्याची मागणी केली. या तक्रारीवर कारवाई करत ग्राहक मंचानं झोमॅटो आणि संबंधित हॉटेलला ५५ हजार रुपये दंड ठोठावला.

४५ दिवसांत पैसे देण्याचे आदेश दिले. त्यात विलंब केल्यास त्यावर १० टक्के व्याज देण्यात यावे, असं नमूद केलं. आम्हाला कोणत्याही प्रकारचे आदेश मिळाले नाहीत, असं झोमॅटोचे व्यवस्थापक (प्रादेशिक) विपुल सिन्हा यांनी सांगितलं. तर झोमॅटोच्या प्रवक्त्यांनी फोन उचलला नाही.

इंधन दरवाढीला नागरिकांचा विरोध

नागपूर: पेट्रोल आणि डिझेलच्या उत्पादन शुल्क आणि उपकरामध्ये प्रत्येकी एक रुपयांची वाढ आणि प्रतिलिटर एक रुपया अधिभार लावण्यात आल्याने पेट्रोल-डिझेल महागणार आहे. त्यामुळे या दरवाढीचा एकूणच अर्थव्यवस्थेवर परिणाम होणार असून, सर्वसामान्यांच्या खिशावरही त्याचा भार पडणार आहे. त्यामुळे नागरिकांकडून पेट्रोल-डिझेल दरवाढीचा निषेध केला जात आहे. पेट्रोल आणि डिझेलवर प्रतिलिटर एक रुपया उपकर (सेस) लावण्यात आला आहे. या आधीही प्रतिलिटर आठ रुपये सेस लावण्यात आलेला आहे.

केंद्रीय अर्थमंत्री निर्मला सीतारामन यांनी अर्थमंत्री म्हणून आपला पहिला अर्थसंकल्प शुक्रवारी संसदेत सादर केला. पेट्रोल-डिझेलच्या अतिरिक्त करात प्रत्येकी एक रुपयांची वाढ करण्यात आल्याने पेट्रोल-डिझेलच्या दरांत वाढ होणार आहे. त्यामुळे पेट्रोल अडीच रुपयांनी, तर डिझेल दोन रुपये ३० पैशांनी महागणार आहे. गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून ऐंशी रुपयांच्या खाली असणारे पेट्रोलचे दर पुन्हा ऐंशीच्या घरात पोहोचण्याची शक्यता व्यक्त केली जात आहे. त्यामुळे दैनंदिन पेट्रोल खरेदीचा भार वाढणार आहे. इंधन दरवाढीचा परिणाम वाहतुकीवर होऊन, पर्यायाने मालवाहतूक देखील महागेल. परिणामी, जीवनावश्यक वस्तू देखील महागण्याची शक्यता आहे.

नोकरदार वर्गाने पेट्रोल-डिझेल महागण्याचा निषेध व्यक्त केला आहे. गेल्या लोकसभा निवडणुकीच्या अगोदार काही महिने पेट्रोलचे दर नव्वदी पार गेले होते. आता देखील पेट्रोल-डिझेल महाग केल्याने सामान्य नागरिकांवर त्याचा मोठा परिणाम होणार असल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले. तर, विद्यार्थ्याने पेट्रोल दरवाढ म्हणजे ‘पॉकेट मनी’वरच घाला असल्याचे म्हटले आहे.

नागपूर : मुंबई- केंद्रातील मोदी सरकारनं काल, शुक्रवारी अर्थसंकल्प मांडल्यानंतर दुसऱ्याच दिवशी सर्वसामान्यांना महागाईचा मार बसला आहे. मुंबई, दिल्लीसह अन्य महानगरांमध्ये पेट्रोल-डिझेलचे दर वाढले आहेत. मुंबईत पेट्रोल दर लिटरमागे २.४० रुपयांनी वाढून ७८.५७ रुपयांवर पोहोचले आहेत. तर डिझेलच्या दरातही लिटरमागे २.५० रुपयांची वाढ होऊन ६९.९० रुपयांना मिळत आहे.

केंद्रीय अर्थसंकल्पात पेट्रोल, डिझेलवरील अबकारी शुल्क, रस्ते अधिभारात लिटरमागे प्रत्येकी एक रुपयाची वाढ करण्याची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे. परिणामी पेट्रोल, डिझेलच्या दरांत आजपासून वाढ झाली आहे. मुंबईत पेट्रोलचे दर काल ७६.१५ रुपये प्रतिलिटर होते, आज त्यात २.४२ रुपयांची वाढ होऊन ७८.५७ रुपयांवर पोहोचले आहे. तर डिझेलच्या दरात २.५० रुपयांची वाढ होऊन ते ६९.९० रुपयांवर पोहोचले आहे.

Nagpur : A 26-year-old doctor of the Indira Gandhi Government Medical College (IGGMC) in Nagpur allegedly committed suicide in his hostel room on Friday, police said.

Dr Manyu Kumar Vaidya, a Bengaluru resident who was in the first-year of his MD course in gynaecology, allegedly hanged himself in his room in the early hours of the day, a Tehsil police station official said.

“The incident came to light at around 9am. We have not found any suicide note. He made some phone calls before committing suicide. We are probing the incident,” he added.

ऑडिशन हैदराबाद, सातारा, पुणे, रायपुर, नागपुर, नाशिक, भोपाल में हुआ था, जिसमें 575 प्रतिभागी शामिल हुए थे।उनमें से 45 स्पर्धकों ने फैशन शो कॉन्टेस्ट में टैलेंट राउंड में अपना स्थान बताया। सेमीफाइनल में विजेता प्रतिभागी 21 जुलाई काे सुरेश भट सभागृह में आयोजित ग्रैंड फिनाले में हिस्सा लेगें।

फिल्म डायरेक्टर अनिल सहाने ने बताया कि सिने स्टेप द्वारा 7 जिलों में ऑडिशन लिया गया, जिसमें सेमीफायनल में पहुंचे स्पर्धकों ने फैशन शो के साथ अन्य राउंड में अपना टैलेंट दिखाया। कार्यक्रम में जज की भूमिका तृप्ति मेश्राम, अखलेश माने, वंशिता मेश्राम, नम्रता जयानी, अभिनेत्री कविता लांजेवार ने निभाई।

Orient Electric introduces the “EyeLuv series LED Lights” with Flicker Control Technology which reduces the invisible but harmful flicker present in normal LED lights that causes eye strain, fatigue, and many other health complications.

Studies have revealed that prolonged exposure to flickering emitted by LED lights with flicker percentage above 30% can lead to negative health impacts such as eye strain, headaches, blurred vision, fatigue, apparent slowing or stopping of motion, reduced visual task performance and in some cases, neurological problems.

Flicker is the rapid change in the brightness of LED light, and it is of two types, visible and invisible. A visible flicker can be detected by eyes, and the frequency generally is below 100 hertz and hence is easier to avoid or control. The invisible flicker is the one that we all should be concerned about. This flicker is a rapid fluctuation with a frequency above 100 hertz that human eyes cannot detect. However, one can easily experience this invisible LED flicker with the help of a smartphone by simply seeing the normal LED Lights in slow motion video mode of the smartphone camera. This flicker in the light is seen sometimes in the form of striations and sometimes just as a strong flicker.

नागपूर : केंद्रीय अर्थमंत्री निर्मला सीतारामन यांनी सादर केलेल्या अर्थसंकल्पात गरीब, शोषित, वंचित, दलित पीडित, शेतकरी, शेतमजूर, तरुण आणि महिलावर्गांच्या सशक्तीकरणासाठी विशेष पावले उचलण्यात आले असून हा अर्थसंकल्प देशाला खऱ्या अर्थाने ‘पॉवरहाऊस’ बनविणारा आहे, अशी प्रतिक्रिया पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी व्यक्त केली.

देशातील नागरिकांचा आत्मविश्वास वाढला असून या सरकारकडून मोठ्या अपेक्षाही वाढल्या आहेत. आज जनतेच्या आशा पल्लवित झाल्या आहेत. जनतेच्या या आशा, आकांक्षांना पूर्ण करण्यासाठीच हा अर्थसंकल्प तयार करण्यात आला आहे. योग्य दिशा आहे, गतीही योग्य आहे आणि त्यामुळे योग्य लक्ष्यावर पोहोचायचे आहे, असा विश्वास या बजेटमधून मिळत असल्याचं नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी स्पष्ट केलं. २१ व्या शतकातील भारताचं स्वप्न पूर्ण करणारा हा अर्थसंकल्प आहे. २०२२मध्ये स्वातंत्र्याला ७५ वर्ष पूर्ण होत आहेत. त्यानिमित्त सरकारने काही संकल्प आखले आहेत. या संकल्पांना पूर्ण करण्यासाठी या अर्थसंकल्पातून मार्ग मिळेल, असंही मोदींनी म्हटलं आहे.

वंचित, शोषित आणि महिलांच्या सशक्तिकरणाचं माध्यम म्हणून मोदींनी आजच्या अर्थसंकल्पाचा उल्लेख केला आहे. या बजेटद्वारे ५ लाख डॉलरची अर्थव्यवस्था निर्माण करण्याचं स्वप्न पूर्ण करण्याची ऊर्जा देशाला याच पॉवरहाऊसमधून मिळेल, असं ते म्हणाले. या अर्थसंकल्पातून शिक्षण प्रणालीत सुधारणा होईल. गाव आणि गरिबांचा विकास होईल. भावी पिढीचं स्वप्न पूर्ण होईल, असंही त्यांनी सांगितलं.

नागपूर ‘बुध्दिस्ट थीम पार्क’ला मान्यता

नागपूर : कामठी येथील ड्रॅगन पॅलेसमध्ये साकारण्यात येणाऱ्या आंतरराष्ट्रीय बुध्दिस्ट थीम पार्क या प्रकल्पाला मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस अध्यक्ष असलेल्या शिखर समितीने मान्यता दिली. २१४ कोटी रुपयांचा हा प्रकल्प आहे. राज्याच्या सामाजिक न्याय विभागामार्फत निधीची व्यवस्था करण्यात येईल.

सह्याद्री अतिथीगृह येथे गुरुवारी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली बैठक झाली. याबैठकीला पालकमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे, सामाजिक न्यायमंत्री सुरेश खाडे, राज्यमंत्री अविनाश महातेकर, माजी राज्यमंत्री ॲड. सुलेखा कुंभारे आदी उपस्थित होते. या प्रकल्पाचे सादरीकरण मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस यांच्यासमोर करण्यात आले. या प्रकल्पासाठी नोडल एजन्सी म्हणून एनएमआरडीएला नियुक्त करण्यात आले आहे.

प्रन्यासने सादर केलेल्या २१४ कोटीच्या अंदाजपत्रकाला पालकमंत्र्यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखालील जिल्हा नियोजन समितीने मान्यता दिली. ड्रॅगन पॅलेसला ‘अ’ वर्ग दर्जा देण्याची शिफारस करण्यात आली होती. ड्रॅगन पॅलेस या स्थळाला देशी-विदेशी पर्यटक मोठया प्रमाणात भेट देत असतात. या स्थळाचे आंतरराष्ट्रीय महत्त्व लक्षात घेऊन या प्रस्तावाला मान्यता देण्यात आली. बुध्दिस्ट थीम पार्क सोबत कन्व्हेन्शन सेंटरही येथे उभारण्यात येणार आहे.

असे असेल स्वरूप

थीम पार्क अंतर्गत विपश्यना केंद्र, मेडिटेशन सेंटरचे उदघाटन यापूर्वी राष्ट्रपतीच्या हस्ते झाले आहे. गौतम बुद्धांचा जन्म भारतात झाला तसेच गौतम बुद्धांचे तत्त्वज्ञान जापान, श्रीलंका, म्यानमार, थायलंड आदी देशांनी स्वीकारले आहे. थीम पार्कमुळे बुद्धांचे तत्त्वज्ञान स्वीकारलेले देश आणि भारतीय संस्कृतीचे आदानप्रदान होईल. यामुळे देशाचा विकास होण्यास मदत होईल.

प्रस्तावात ॲमीथिएटर, संगीत कारंजे, ॲम्युझमेंट पार्क, आर्ट ॲण्ड क्राप्ट सेंटर, निवास व्यवस्था, पार्किंग, शौचालये, व्हीआयपी निवास व्यवस्था कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी निवास व्यवस्था, पर्यटकांसाठी निवास व्यवस्था, शॉपिंग कॉम्प्लेक्स, गौतम बुद्धांच्या जीवनावरील छायाचित्रांचे प्रदर्शन बुद्धिस्ट थीमवर आधारित बगिचा, बुद्धिस्ट कोर्ट आदींचा समावेश आहे.

नागपुर : अर्मेनिया के प्रधानमंत्री निकोल पाशिनयान का विमान दिल्ली जाते समय कुछ समय के लिए नागपुर एयरपोर्ट पर लैंड हुआ। प्रधानमंत्री निकोल समय निकालकर नागपुर एयरपोर्ट पर वीआईपी विश्रामगृह में ठहरे।

जिलाधीश अश्विन मुदगल व पुलिस आयुक्त डॉ. भूषण कुमार उपाध्याय ने उनका स्वागत किया। इसके बाद जिलाधीश मुदगल व पुलिस आयुक्त डॉ. उपाध्याय ने विश्रामगृह में प्रधानमंत्री निकोल पाशिनयान से चर्चा की। नागपुर से उनके विमान में ईंधन भरा गया।

इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री निकोल पाशिनयान के साथ उनकी पत्नी अॅन्ना हाकोबयान, विदेश मंत्रालय के उपमंत्री ॲव्हेट ॲडोन्टस, उच्च तंकनीकी उद्योगमंत्री हाकोब अर्शाक्यान, वित्त मंत्री और प्रतिनिधिमंडल में शामिल अधिकारी मौजुद थे। जिलाधीश अश्विन मुदगल ने उन्हें नागपुर व विदर्भ की जानकारी देने के अलावा देश में नागपुर के महत्व व शहर के बारे में जानकारी दी।

इसके बाद प्रधानमंत्री निकोल अपने प्रथिनिधिमंडल के साथ विमान से दिल्ली रवाना हुए। दिल्ली से वे हनोई (विएतनाम) के लिए उडाण भरेंगे। इस अवसर पर उपजिलाधिकारी शिरीष पांडे उपस्थित थे।

नागपुरात दोन बहिणींचे शाळेसमोरुन अपहरण

नागपूर : पाचपावली भागातील शाळेसमोरुन दोन बहिणींचे अपहरण करणाऱ्या अपहरणकर्त्याला पाचपावली पोलिसांनी सहा तासांत अटक केली. त्याच्या अल्पवयीन साथीदारालाही पोलिसांनी ताब्यात घेतले. कळमेश्वरमधील लोणारा येथून दोघींची सुखरुप सुटका करण्यात आल्याने पोलिसांनी सुटकेचा श्वास सोडला. सय्यद जुबेर सय्यद रहमत अली (वय १९, रा. टिपू सुलतान चौक, मेहबुबपुरा झोपडपट्टी), असे अटकेतील अपहरकर्त्याचे नाव आहे.

पोलिसांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, १४ वर्षीय मुलगी सहावीत तर १६ वर्षीय मुलगी सातवीत शिकते. दोघीही बहिणी आहेत. दोघी जुबेर व विधिसंघर्षग्रस्त बालकाला ओळखतात. बुधवारी सायंकाळी शाळा सुटली. दोघी शाळेबाहेर आल्या. यावेळी जुबेर व विधिसंर्घषग्रस्त बालकाने दोघींना सोबत नेले. शाळा सुटल्यानंतरही मुली परत न आल्याने नातेवाइकांनी दोघींचा शोध घेतला.

सायंकाळी ७ वाजताच्या सुमारास नातेवाइकांनी पाचपावली पोलिस स्टेशन गाठून तक्रार दिली. पोलिसांनी अपहरणाचा गुन्हा दाखल केला. एकाचवेळी दोन बहिणी शाळेसमोरुन बेपत्ता झाल्याच्या घटनेचे गांभीर्य ओळखून पोलिस उपायुक्त राहुल माकणीकर यांनी अपहरणकर्त्यांचा छडा लावण्याचे निर्देश वरिष्ठ पोलिस निरीक्षक अशोक मेश्राम यांना दिले.

मेश्राम यांच्या नेतृत्वात सहायक निरीक्षक एस. एस. सुरोशे, महिला उपनिरीक्षक रामटेके, हेडकॉन्स्टेबल चिंतामण डाखोळे, शिपाई रवीशंकर मिश्रा, राकेश तिवारी, विनोद बरडे, नितीन धकाते यांनी मुलींचा शोध सुरू केला. पोलिसांनी शाळेत लागलेल्या सीसीटीव्हीची पाहणी केली. दोघी एका युवकासोबत जात असल्याचे स्पष्ट झाले.

पोलिसांनी सीसीटीव्ही फुटेज मुलींच्या आईला दाखविले. तिने मुलींसोबत असलेला युवक हा जुबेर असल्याचे सांगितले. पोलिसांनी जुबेर याचा शोध घेऊन त्याला अटक केली. विधिसंघर्षग्रस्त बालकाच्या मदतीने मुलींना कळमेश्वरमधील लोणारा येथे नातेवाइकाकडे ठेवल्याचे त्याने पोलिसांना सांगितले. त्यानंतर पोलिसांचे पथक लोणारा येथे पोहोचले. मुलींची सुटका करून विधिसंघर्षग्रस्त बालकाला ताब्यात घेतले. गुरुवारी पोलिसांनी जुबेर याला न्यायालयात हजर केले. न्यायालयाने त्याची एक दिवसासाठी पोलिस कोठडीत रवानगी केली.

अजमेरला नेणार होते

लोणारा येथील नातेवाइकाकडे रात्रभर मुलींना ठेऊन गुरुवारी सकाळी जुबेर व विधिसंघर्षग्रस्त बालक त्यांना अजमेर येथे नेणार होते. तेथे ते दोघींची विक्री करणार होते, अशी शक्यता पोलिसांनी वर्तविली. यादिशेनेही पोलिस तपास करीत आहेत.

नागपुरात रेल्वेचे फिरते एटीएम

नागपुर: प्रवाशी आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या सोईसाठी मध्य रेल्वेच्या नागपूर विभागाने फिरत्या एटीएमची सोय पंजाब नॅशनल बँकेच्या सहकार्याने केली आहे. विशेष म्हणजे भारतीय रेल्वेत अशा प्रकारची सुविधा पहिल्यांदा नागपुरात सुरू झाली आहे.

प्रवाशी आणि कर्मचारी दोघांचीही सोय यामुळे झाली आहे. नागपूर रेल्वे स्थानकापुढे (पश्चिम द्वार) तसेच पूर्व द्वार, अजनी रेल्वे कार्यशाळा, अजनी रेल्वे कॉलनी, डीआरएम कार्याल येथे विशिष्ट वेळात हे फिरते एटीएम असणार आहे. त्यासाठी हे एटीएम एका गाडीवर ठेवण्यात आले आहे. यामुळे प्रवाशांची तर सोय झाली आहेच, शिवाय रेल्वेलाही यातून महसूल मिळणार आहे. कारण एटीएम असलेली गाडी ज्या ठिकाणी उभी राहील त्याचे भाडे रेल्वेच्या तिजोरीत जमा होणार आहे. त्यामुळे रेल्वेच्या उत्पन्नताही भर पडणार आहे. अलीकडेच मध्य रेल्वेच्या नागपूर विभागाचे वरिष्ठ मंडळ वाणिज्य व्यवस्थापक कृष्णाथ पाटील यांनी याबाबतचे परवानगी पत्र पंजाब नॅशनल बँकेचे उपमहाव्यवस्थापक हेमंत कुलकर्णी यांना दिले.

एंटरप्रेन्योर साहिल ने बनाई ई फनल और स्मार्ट डीजी डिवाइस

नागपुर: इंजीनियरिंग के बाद कुछ अलग करने की चाह रखने वाले साहिल “ई फनल’ और “स्मार्ट डीजी’ डिवाइस तैयार करने में सफल रहे. ब्रम्हपुरी के रहने वाले साहिल ने नागपुर से इंजीनियरिंग की है. 28 वर्ष की उम्र में साहिल एक कंपनी के मालिक हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि मैंने पहले से ही यह सोच लिया था कि, शहर में रहकर ही काम करना है बाहर से कई ऑफर भी आए लेकिन मैं अपने ही शहर मे रहकर काम करना चाहता था. ताकि मेरे जैसे स्टूडेन्ट को प्रॉपर गाइडेंस मिल सकें और उन्हें आगे बढ़ने में मदद मिलें.

मेरे इस प्रोजेक्ट में बहुत सारे लोगो ने मेरा साथ दिया है. लेकिन सीए अतुल राजवाडकर और सीए प्रणव जोशी ने मेरे प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा करने में मेरी मदद की. साहिल ने पेट्रोल चोरी की समस्या सुलझाने के लिए ई फनल और स्मार्ट डीजी तैयार किया है. उन्होंने डिवाइस बनाने का काम 2015 से शुरू किया और उसे पूरा होकर मार्केट में आने में लगभग 4 वर्ष का समय लगा. कभी फंड की समस्या तो कभी कोई कंपनी खरीदने के लिए तैयार नहीं.

बड़े-बड़े संस्थानों में डीजल जनरेटर लगे होते है वहां पर भी कितनी डीजल की चोरी होती है, उसे भी आप बैठे बैठे पता लगा सकते है. इस डिवाइस में जीपीएस सिस्टम लगा हुआ है साथ ही इसे मोबाइल से भी कनेक्ट किया जा सकता है. मान लीजिए किसी बड़े संस्थान के जनरेटर में अगर फ्यूल 80 लीटर भरना है और किसी ने वो 50 लीटर ही भर रहा हो,और कंपनी के ई फनल और स्मार्ट डीजी लगा रखा है तो उससे पता चल जाएगा कि डीजल कम भरा गया है. इसका बैटरी बेकअप 100 घंटे का होता है. यह सिस्टम डीजल सिस्टम को कंट्रोल करता है. डिवाइस का इंडियन और यूएस दोनो ही पेटेंट करवाया है.
