New Delhi : MG (Morris Garages) Motor India has launched the much-awaited HECTOR at a very special introductory price of INR 12.18 Lakhs to INR 16.88 Lakhs (ex-showroom, New Delhi).

नागपुर: कबीर सिंह बॉक्स ऑफिस कलेक्शन दिन १३, बॉलीवुड एक्टर शाहिद कपूर की फिल्म ‘कबीर सिंह’ रिलीज के दूसरे हफ्ते भी पर्दे पर अपना शानदार प्रदर्शन कर रही है. बॉक्स ऑफिस पर दमदार कमाई जारी रखने वाली ‘कबीर सिंह’ ने साल की दूसरी बड़ी फिल्मों को भी बखूबी रूप से पीछे छोड़ा है. हालांकि दूसरे हफ्ते में फिल्म के प्रदर्शन पर आईसीसी वर्ल्ड कप का थोड़ा असर जरूर पड़ा है, लेकिन फिल्म की तुफानी कमाई अभी भी जारी है. मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक शाहिद कपूर की ‘कबीर सिंह ‘ ने बीते बुधवार यानी 3 जुलाई को करीब 8.25 करोड़ रुपए की कमाई की है. इसके जरिए ‘कबीर सिंह’ 200 करोड़ रुपए का आंकड़ा पार कर करीब 206 करोड़ रुपए की कमाई वाली फिल्म बन चुकी है.
शाहिद कपूर और कियारा अडवाणी की फिल्म ‘कबीर सिंह’ को समीक्षकों से ज्यादा अच्छे रिव्यू नहीं मिले हैं, लेकिन बॉक्स ऑफिस पर कब्जा जमाने वाली फिल्म ‘कबीर सिंह’ ने आयुष्मान खुराना की ‘आर्टिकल 15’ को भी पीछे छोड़ दिया है. शाहिद कपूर की फिल्म ‘कबीर सिंह’ ने पहले दिन 20.21 करोड़ रुपये, दूसरे दिन 22 करोड़ रुपये, तीसरे दिन 27 करोड़ रुपये, चौथे दिन 17 करोड़ रुपये, पांचवें दिन 16 करोड़ रुपये, छठे दिन 16 करोड़ रुपये, सातवें दिन 15 करोड़ और आठवें दिन करीब 15 करोड़ नौवें दिन 16.50 और दसवें दिन 16.25 करोड़ और बारहवें दिन 17.75 करोड़ और तेरहवें दिन 9 करोड़ रुपए कमाए.
बता दें शाहिद कपूर और कियारा आडवाणी की मूवी ‘कबीर सिंह’ साउथ की ब्लॉकबास्टर फिल्म ‘अर्जुन रेड्डी’ का हिंदी रीमेक है. हिंदी में बनाई गई इस फिल्म को भी संदीप रेड्डी वांगा ने ही निर्देशित किया है. शाहिद कपूर की फिल्म ‘कबीर सिंह’ में फैन्स उनकी परफॉर्मेंस की जमकर तारीफ कर रहे हैं तो वहीं कुछ लोग इसका विरोध भी कर रहे हैं. इस फिल्म में शाहिद ने सिरफिरे आशिक का किरदार निभाया है.
नागपूर : नागपूर शहरात सुरू असलेल्या विकास कामांतर्गत सीमेंट काँक्रीट रस्ते बांधकामादरम्यान शहरातील पोलिस लाईन टाकळी फिडर रोड, अवस्थीनगर चौक ते पागलखाना चौकापर्यंतची वाहतूक प्रतिबंधित करण्यात येणार आहे. यासंबंधी आदेश नुकतेच मनपा आयुक्त अभिजीत बांगर यांनी पारित केले.
सीमेंट काँक्रीट रस्ते प्रकल्प टप्पा-३ मध्ये रस्ता क्रमांक ३० पोलिस लाईन टाकळी फिडर रोड, अवस्थीनगर चौक ते पागलखाना चौक दरम्यान ५ जुलैपासून सीमेंट रस्त्याचे बांधकाम सुरू होत आहे.
त्यामुळे ५ नोव्हेंबरपर्यंत या रस्त्यावरील डाव्या बाजूची वाहतूक बंद राहील. या मार्गावरील वाहतूक उजव्या बाजुने दुतर्फा केली जाईल व इतर वाहतूक अंतर्गत रस्त्यावरून वळविण्यात येणार आहे, यासंबंधीही आदेश आयुक्त अभिजीत बांगर यांनी दिले आहेत.
नागपूर : बेलतरोडी पोलिसांनी सिनेस्टाइल पाठलाग करून दारूतस्कराला अटक केली. त्याच्याकडून कार व मद्यसाठा जप्त केला. स्वप्निल वसंतराव वासेकर (वय ३४,रा. एमआयडीसी),असे अटकेतील तस्करांचे नाव आहे. स्वप्निल हा दारूबंदी असलेल्या वर्धा व चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यात दारूची तस्करी करतो.
बुधवारी दुपारी स्वप्निल हा कारमध्ये दारू घेऊन जात असल्याची माहिती बेलतरोडी पोलिसांना मिळाली. बेलतरोडी पोलिस स्टेशनचे वरिष्ठ पोलिस निरीक्षक विजय तलवारे, निरीक्षक दिलीप साळुंखे, हेडकॉन्स्टेबल रणधीर दीक्षित, शिपाई विजय श्रीवास, गोपाल देशमुख, रितेश ढेगे, नितीन बावने, प्रशांत सोनुलकर, कमलेश गणेर, राजेंद्र नागपुरे यांनी नरेंद्रनगर भागात सापळा रचला.
स्वप्निल हा एमएच-३१-सीपी-५७६० या क्रमांकाच्या कारमधून दारू घेऊन जाताना पोलिसांना दिसला. पोलिसांनी त्याला कार थांबविण्याचा इशारा केला. मात्र न थांबता त्याने कारचा वेग वाढविला. पोलिसांनी सिनेस्टाइल पाठलाग करून त्याला पकडले. त्याच्याकडून २४० विदेशी दारूच्या बाटल्या जप्त केल्या.
नागपूर : मानकापूरमधील कल्पना टॉकीज परिसरात कुख्यात लकी खान याच्यावर सिनेस्टाइल गोळीबार करण्यात आल्याच्या घटनेने परिसर हादरला. ही घटना मंगळवारी रात्री ११.३० वाजताच्या सुमारास घडली. तीन लाख रुपयांच्या वादातून घडलेल्या या घटनेने पोलिस विभागात खळबळ उडाली आहे. याप्रकरणी मानकापूर पोलिसांनी सोहेल, धरम ठाकूर, राजेश, नब्बू, अकिल अन्सारी, गुलाम आरिफ व त्याचा पाच साथीदारांविरुद्ध कट रचून गोळीबार केल्याचा गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे. या घटनेचा सूत्रधार धरम असल्याची माहिती आहे.
लकी खान हा कुख्यात गुन्हेगार आहे. गेल्या काही महिन्यांपासून धरम ठाकूर व लकी खान या दोघांमध्ये तीन लाख रुपयांसाठी वाद सुरू आहे. महिनाभरापूर्वी दोघांनी एकमेकांना ठार मारण्याची धमकी दिली होती. हे प्रकरण यशोधरानगर पोलिस स्टेशनमध्येही पोहोचले होते. तेव्हापासून दोघांमधील वाद विकोपाला गेला होता. लकी खान हा धरमचा तर धरम हा लकी खानच्या हत्येचा कट आखत होता. मंगळवारी लकी हा त्याच्या साथीदारांसह श्रीराम टॉवर येथे गेला. रात्री ११.३० वाजताच्या सुमारास लकी साथीदारांसह कारने घरी जात होता. कल्पना टॉकीज परिसरात मागाहून आलेल्या कारने लकीच्या कारला धडक दिली.
त्यानंतर लकीवर पिस्तुलातून गोळी झाडण्यात आली. गोळी लकीच्या उजव्या हातावर लागली. तो थोडक्यात बचावला. त्यानंतर लकीने कार थेट मानकापूर पोलिस स्टेशनकडे वळविली. काही अंतरापर्यंत हल्लेखोरांनी लकीच्या कारचा पाठलाग केला. मात्र, कार मानकापूर पोलिस स्टेशनच्या दिशेने जात असल्याचे कळताच हल्लेखोर पसार झाले. लकीला लगेच खासगी हॉस्पिटलमध्ये दाखल करण्यात आले. त्याने दिलेल्या तक्रारीवरून पोलिसांनी धरम, सोहेलसह त्याच्या साथीदारांविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल केला.
सीसीटीव्हीद्वारे हल्लेखोरांचा शोध
पोलिसांनी परिसरातील सीसीटीव्ही फुटेजची तपासणी केली. यावेळी सोहेल हा साथीदारांसह घटनास्थळी असल्याचे स्पष्ट झाले. याशिवाय घटना नेमकी कशी घडली, हल्लेखोर कोणत्या मार्गाने आले, याचाही शोध पोलिस सीसीटीव्हीद्वारे घेत आहेत.
तपास गुन्हेशाखेकडे
लकी खानवरील गोळीबार टोळीयुद्धातून करण्यात आला. या घटनेचे गांभीर्य ओळखून गोळीबार प्रकरणाचा तपास गुन्हे शाखेकडे देण्यात आला आहे. गुन्हेशाखेचे अतिरिक्त पोलिस आयुक्त नीलेश भरणे यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली या प्रकरणाचा तपास सुरू आहे. गोळीबार प्रकरणात पोलिसांनी अकील अन्सारी याला अटक केली आहे.
सुभाष शाहू हत्याकांडानंतर आला लकी चर्चेत
लकी खान हा कुख्यात गुन्हेगार आहे. त्याने चित्रपटातही काम केले आहे. अपहरण, फसवणूक व हत्येसह अनेक गुन्हे त्याच्याविरुद्ध दाखल आहेत. २९ सप्टेंबर २०११ मध्ये उपराजधानातील बहुचर्चित मांडवली बादशाह व बुकी सुभाष शाहू याची प्रसादामध्ये सायनाइड देऊन हत्या करण्यात आली. सुरुवातीला पाच वर्षांपर्यंत या प्रकरणातील मारेकरी मोकाट होते. पाच वर्षांनंतर २०१६ मध्ये या प्रकरणाचा तपास गुन्हेशाखा पोलिसांकडे देण्यात आला. सुभाष शाहू हत्याकांडात गुन्हेशाखा पोलिसांनी लकी खान व सुभाषचा विश्वासू महेश ऊर्फ गमछू नामदेवराव लांबट या दोघांना अटक केली होती. या हत्याकांडात गमछूची निर्दोष सुटका झाली तर लकीला जन्मठेपेची शिक्षा झाली. सुभाष शाहू हत्याकांडानंतर लकी हा उपराजधानीत चर्चेत आला होता.
जामिनासाठी केला खर्च
सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने लकीला जामीन मंजूर केला आहे. सहा महिन्यांपूर्वीच तो कारागृहातून बाहेर आला. लकीला जामीन मिळविण्यासाठी धरम याने तीन लाख रुपयांचा खर्च केला होता. धरम त्याला पैसे परत मागत होता. यावरूनच दोघांमध्ये वाद सुरू होता, अशीही माहिती आहे.
Nagpur: Sakkardara lake is shrinking but people continue to dump waste into it. When one visits this waterbody one would find a lot of waste, idols at its bank lying since long as it is. Civic authorities along with the public representatives of this area should be held responsible for the condition of this historic lake. South Nagpur MLA Sudhakar Kohle, Leader of Opposition in Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) Tanaji Wanve, Chairperson of Nehru Nagar Zone Rita Mule, Deepraj Nilawar from Clean Foundation, Ishwar Dhurde from Sakkardara Beautification Committee with much hype did open the cleaning work. But it did not last long. Sakkardara Lake is located in the Sakkardara precinct of Nagpur covering an area of about 4 hectares. Direct access to the lake is only from its Western edge by a road running parallel to Laxminarayan Temple, an important heritage structure.
Almost all of the area around the lake is demarcated as a residential zone in the Development Plan of Nagpur with the only exception being the Southern edge which has been reserved as a green area. This green area is presently divided into two parts with the Bhosle Sakkardara garden forming the immediate Southern edge of the lake through which the lake can be reached. The presence of an informal settlement along the eastern edge of the lake is responsible for lake contamination. Most of their garbage is directly dumped into the lake. Apart from that everybody passing through the lake keeps dumping the waste material into this already shrinking lake.
NMC had also started cleaning work in association with Clean Foundation, Patanjali Yog Samiti, and Sonzari Mitra Mandal to mark Atal Sewa Saptah but that also remained as an activity of showing off. Civic authorities have made injustice and mockery of this lake. It started projects of cleaning on it but without seriousness.
The lackadaisical attitude by Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) that once had outsourced the cleaning work without yielding any result. The agency got its payment and then fled. Recently, Bollywood Centre Point that functioning on the bank of Sakkardara lake has downed its shutters citing the reason for lack of patronage by Nagpurians. Now the walls of Bollywood Centre Point are being demolished and the debris is getting gathered in the lake causing damage to aqua life. Now, NMC has planned the cleaning of Futala and Naik Talao which it has not started yet. What would happen to Sakkardara lake by the time civic authority would take its cleaning work is a million dollar question being asked by the people. It is already dying slowly by gradual shrinking, it remains to be seen whether people and civic authority would be able to save it.
नागपुर : शहर के मानेवाड़ा के एक घर में बुधवार को विशालकाय छिपकली ( गोह) पहुंच गई। गोह को देखकरघर के लाग घबरा गए। उन्होंने सर्पमित्र को फोन कर इसकी जानकारी दी गई थी। बाद गोह कर रेस्क्यू कर सरुक्षित स्थान पर छोड़ दिया गया।
घटना मानेवाडा के ओमकार नगर में हुई। अमोघ भोयर अपने आंगन में टहलने के दौरान तीन फिट की विशालकाय छिपकली को देखा । उन्होंने डब्लुओआरआरसी के सदस्य स्वप्निल बोधाने को इसकी जानकारी दी।
जिसके तुरंत बाद ही स्वप्निल अपने साथी अनिकेत खैरकर के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। इस बीच छिपकली को देखनेवालों की भीड़ जमा हाे गई।
नागपुर : वर्ल्ड कप-2019 में दो भारतीय खिलाड़ियों के चोटिल होने के बावजूद मौका नहीं मिलने पर अंबति रायडू ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट से संन्यास की घोषणा कर दी है. रायडू को वर्ल्ड कप से पहले भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के लिए रिजर्व खिलाड़ी के तौर पर रखा गया था. शिखर धवन के विश्व कप से बाहर होने के बाद भारतीय टीम प्रबंधन ने ऋषभ पंत को चुना.
ऑलराउंडर विजय शंकर को पैर के अंगूठे में फ्रैक्चर के कारण वर्ल्ड कप से बाहर निकालने के बाद मयंक अग्रवाल को चुना गया.
रायडू ने कहा है कि वह इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग (IPL) में नहीं खेलेंगे, जबकि विदेशों में अन्य टी-20 लीग खेलने के लिए तैयार हैं. 33 साल के अंबति रायडू ने भारत की ओर से 55 वनडे में 47.05 की औसत से 1694 रन बनाए हैं. जिनमें उनके 3 शतक और 10 अर्धशतक शामिल हैं. अंबति रायडू ने 6 टी-20 इंटरनेशनल में भी टीम इंडिया का प्रतिनिधित्व किया है. रायडू ने अपना वनडे डेब्यू जुलाई 2013 में किया था. विश्व कप के लिए चौथे स्थान पर अपनी दावेदारी मजबूत करने के लिए रायडू प्रथम श्रेणी क्रिकेट से पहले ही संन्यास ले चुके थे. उन्होंने अब तक कोई टेस्ट नहीं खेला है.

नागपूर : तडीपार असतानाही नागपुरात वावरणाऱ्या गुंडांच्या शोधासाठी पोलिसांनी विशेष मोहीम आखली आहे. नागरिकांच्या मदतीने अशा तडीपारांना हुडकून काढून कठोर कारवाई करण्यासाठी आता तडीपार गुंडांचे होर्डिंग शहरातील मुख्य चौकांमध्ये लावण्यात येत आहेत. मानकापूरमधून या मोहिमेला सुरुवात झाली असून, आगामी काही दिवसांमध्ये शहरातील महत्त्वाच्या मुख्य चौकांमध्ये तडीपार गुंडांचे होर्डिंग दिसतील. त्यामुळे आता तडीपार गुंडांची खैर नाही, असे म्हटल्यास ते वावगे ठरू नये.
तडीपार असताना गुंड नागपुरात येऊन सुरक्षितस्थळी आश्रय घेतात. गुन्हे करून नागरिकांमध्ये दहशत पसरवितात व पसार होतात. वारंवार असा प्रकार करणाऱ्या तडीपार गुंडांची यादी पोलिसांनी तयार केली असून, यात ५० पेक्षा अधिक गुन्हेगारांचा समावेश आहे. त्यांचा संपूर्ण गुन्हेगारी अभिलेखही तयार करण्यात आला आहे. या गुंडांचे छायाचित्र असलेले होर्डिंग त्या-त्या भागांमधील मुख्य चौकांमध्ये लावण्यात येणार आहे. नागपूर पोलिसांची ही अभिनव कल्पना परिणामकारक ठरेल, अशी आशा व्यक्त करण्यात येत आहे. मानकापूरमधील सहा ठिकाणी तडीपार गुन्हेगारांचे होर्डिंग लावण्यात आले आहेत. शहरातील मुख्य चौकांमध्ये लावण्यात येणाऱ्या फलकावर गुंडाला कोणत्या भागातून तडीपार करण्यात आले. केव्हा तडीपार करण्यात आले. तडीपार करण्यात आल्याचा कालावधी किती, तडीपार गुंडाचा पत्ता याची संपूर्ण माहिती या फलकावर असणार आहे. या फलकावर पोलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष, संबंधित पोलिस स्टेशन व गुन्हे शाखेचा क्रमांक आहे. माहिती देणाऱ्या नागरिकांचे नाव गुप्त ठेवण्याची खबरदारीही पोलिसांकडून घेण्यात येणार आहे.
तडीपार असताना शहरात वास्तव्यास असणाऱ्या गुंडांना शोधून काढण्यासाठी पोलिसांकडून वेळोवेळी मोहीम राबविण्यात येते. मात्र कधी-कधी पोलिसांना तडीपार गुंड आढळून येत नाहीत. त्यामुळेच आता नागरिकांच्या मदतीने तडीपार गुंडांचा शोध घेण्यासाठी अशाप्रकारची मोहीम राबविण्यात येत आहे. गत काही महिन्यांमध्ये तडीपार असतानाही नागपुरात येऊन हत्या, हत्येचा प्रयत्न केल्याचे समोर आले आहे. काही दिवसांपूर्वीच तडीपार गुंडाने अजनी भागात एका युवकावर प्राणघातक हल्ला केला होता. अशा गुंडांना जेरबंद करण्यासाठी ही फलक मोहीम राबविण्यात येत आहे.
तडीपार असताना नागपुरात वास्तव करणाऱ्या गुंडांविरुद्ध कठोर कारवाई करण्यात येणार आहे. यासाठी नागरिकांची मदत घेण्यात येईल. मुख्य चौकांमध्ये तडीपार गुंडाची माहिती छायाचित्रासह फलकावर ठळकपणे प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे. सध्या मानकापूरमधील सहा ठिकाणी हे फलक लावण्यात आले आहे.
नागपूर : मुदत ठेव पूर्ण झाल्यानंतरही ग्राहकांचे पैसे परत न करता सुमारे ४० लाख रुपयांची फसवणूक केल्याप्रकरणी सक्करदरा पोलिसांनी पूनम अर्बन क्रेडिट को-ऑपरेटिव्ह बँकेचे संचालक व व्यवस्थापकाविरुद्ध फसवणुकीचा गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे. वृत्त लिहेपर्यंत आरोपींची नावे कळू शकली नाहीत.
मार्च महिन्यात संचालक व व्यवस्थापकाने नागरिकांना मुदत ठेवीत पैसे गुंतविल्यास दाम दुपट्ट मिळण्याचे आमिष दाखविले. या आमिषाला ग्राहक बळी पडले. हर्षवर्धन झंझाळ यांनी एक लाख, श्याम तेलंग यांनी सात लाख, उज्ज्वला पाटील यांनी साडेतीन लाख, ज्ञानेश्वर केचे यांनी तीन लाख ३० हजार, शिवानी चांदेकर यांनी एक लाख पाच हजार, आशा सांगोळे यांनी एक लाख १८ हजार, अशोक बांते यांनी आठ लाख, संदीप केचे यांनी तीन लाख, अंबादास तायडे यांनी दोन लाख ९५ हजार, शीतल काटेकर यांनी १५ लाख २४ हजार, कुबेर मिश्रा यांनी चार लाख रुपये मुदत ठेव योजनेत गुंतविले.
मुदत संपल्यानंतरही संचालक व व्यवस्थापकाने पैसे परत केले नाही. हर्षवर्धन यांनी दिलेल्या तक्रारीवरून सक्करदरा पोलिसांनी फसवणुकीचा गुन्हा दाखल करून तपास सुरू केला आहे.

Nagpur : Orange City Hospital & Research Institute follows a unique working model wherein various charitable commitments are pursued with great enthusiasm in a missionary manner. To commemorate Doctors Day 2019, Mega Blood Donation Camp was held at Jaivik Hall, Orange City Hospital & Research Institute. Objective of this camp was to bridge the scarcity of blood during summer and to create awareness about importance of blood donation. Voluntary blood donors included OCHRI doctors, staff and relatives of patients. This initiative was organized in association with Jeevan Jyoti Blood Bank, which is the mother blood bank of OCHRI’s Blood storage unit and Orange City Bahu Uddeshiya Sanstha, which is a staff welfare body comprising of members from all hierarchies of OCHRI.
On this occasion, Dr. Usha Nair- Director- RNHPL stated that, “In India National Doctors’ Day is celebrated on July 1 all across India to honor the legendary physician, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy. He was born on July 1, 1882 and died on the same date in 1962. So to commemorate Doctors Day in a novel way; OCHRI organized Blood Donation Camp to benefit needy patients.

नागपूर : नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासकडून देण्यात आलेल्या लीजचे नूतनीकरण करणे आता अधिक सोपे झाले आहे. शंभर टक्के प्लॉटधारकांच्या मान्यतेची अट आता शिथिल करण्यात आली असून, ५१ टक्के मंजुरी असेल तर ती लीज नूतनीकरण करण्यात येणार असल्याचा निर्णय नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासच्या विश्वस्त मंडळाच्या बैठकीत घेण्यात आला. या निर्णयामुळे हजारो लीजधारकांना दिलासा मिळाला आहे.
नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासच्या विश्वस्त मंडळाची सर्वसाधारण सभा सोमवारी नासुप्रच्या सभागृहात घेण्यात आली. यावेळी नासुप्र सभापती शीतल उगले, महापालिका आयुक्त अभिजित बांगर, नासुप्र विश्वस्त भूषण शिंगणे, स्थायी समिती अध्यक्ष प्रदीप पोहाणे, महाव्यवस्थापक लांडे, अधीक्षक अभियंता सुनील गुज्जेलवार आदी उधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
सेंट्रल एव्हेन्यू, लकडगंज, कामठी रोड, लष्करीबाग, नारी आदी भागांत नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासने ३० वर्षांसाठी प्लॉट लीजवर दिले आहेत. विविध प्लॉट्सवर वेगवेगळ्या टाउनशिप उभ्या झाल्या आहेत. या टाउनशिपमध्ये ३० ते ४० फ्लॅटधारक राहतात. शाश्वत लीज (परपेच्युअल) असल्याने नूतनीकरण होणे निश्चित आहे, मात्र त्यासाठी सर्व फ्लॅटधारकांनी अर्ज करणे आवश्यक होते. मात्र, काही फ्लॅटधारक बाहेरगावी असतील तर नूतनीकरणाची प्रक्रिया रखडली जात होती. विदर्भ टॅक्सपेअर असोसिएशनचे अध्यक्ष जे. पी. शर्मा आणि सचिव तेजिंदरसिंग रेणू यांनी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांची भेट घेऊन ही अडचण मांडली होती. या पार्श्वभूमीवर नासुप्रच्या विश्वस्त मंडळाच्या बैठकीत याबाबत सकारात्मक निर्णय घेण्यात आला. या निर्णयानुसार आता ५० टक्क्यांपेक्षा अधिक म्हणजे ५१ टक्के फ्लॅटधारकांनी अर्ज केला असेल तरीही या लीजचे नूतनीकरण होणार आहे. त्यामुळे या निर्णयाचा लाभ नागपुरातील हजारो फ्लॅटधारकांना होणार आहे.
इतर महत्त्वाचे निर्णय
-शंकरनगर येथील २.९४ एकर जागेचा ताबा नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासकडून महामेट्रोला देण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला.
-स्मार्ट सिटीची कार्यालयीन यंत्रणा आता महापालिका राहील. नागरिकांना नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासकडे जाण्याची गरज नाही.
-झोपडपट्टी पट्टेवाटप शुल्कात समानता. महापालिकाप्रमाणे नासुप्रही आता केवळ १० टक्के शुल्क आकारणार. यापूर्वी ५० टक्के शुल्क आकारले जात होते.
– नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यासने केले महापालिकेला ३७ मैदाने हस्तांतरित. या मैदानांवर जलकुंभ, कम्पाउंड आदी विकासकामांना मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे.
Nagpur : The Supreme Court on Monday directed maintenance of status quo in connection with demolition of ‘encroachments’, mainly houses, on 369 plots reserved for public utilities in Bezanbagh area of Maharashtra’s Nagpur.
The Maharashtra government had moved the top court challenging the Bombay High Court order directing the authorities concerned to demolish the encroachments. The top court had, in March, dismissed a petition filed by residents against the high court order.
The dispute dates back to 1977, when the state Revenue and Forests Department decided to take over the land from the Empress Mills and allotted it to a society, the Bezanbagh Pragatisheel Kamgar Gruh Nirman Sanatha Maryadit. Later, the society members were allotted different plots on the land and it was during that these 369 plots were allotted.
In 1979, a layout plan was prepared by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation and subsequently, there was an agreement between the society and the civic body for the development of the land, where the land in dispute was carved out for public utilities like parks, educational institutions etc.
Advocate Nishant Katneshwarkar contended before the bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi that the government has moved the top court to save the future of families residing in houses build on the encroached land.
In 2014, the Maharashtra government decided to regularise the unauthorized constructions, while clarifying that the decision is very specific in nature and it shall not be treated as precedent to other matters.
However, in February this year, acting on a PIL against the illegal occupation on the public land, the high court ruled on the contrary. The court ordered the authorities concerned to raze the encroachments and directed the Nagpur Municipal Corporation to take possession of the vacant land, and to develop it for the purpose it was reserved in the approved layout.
The court had also directed the state government and local bodies “to see that steps are taken to prevent repeated encroachments on the land in question”, and ordered the exercise to be finished within eight weeks.
The Maharashtra government informed the top court that its petition is in larger public interest. “The State is committed towards the welfare of the people, and wants to point out that without disturbing the encroachers, the government is ready to allot additional land, which can compensate for the encroached land. The High Court should have held that the decision of the Council of Ministers was for the regularization of the encroachments and for allotments of additional land,” said the petition filed by the state government.
नागपूर : कुख्यात गुन्हेगार विक्की अरुण चव्हाण याची धारदार शस्त्रांनी वार करून निर्घृण हत्या करण्यात आली. या घटनेत त्याचा साथीदार अभिषेक मुन्नाजी मेहरे हा जखमी झाला. ही थरारक घटना रविवारी रात्री वाडी नगरपरिषदजवळील महिला-बाल संगोपन केंद्र परिसरात घडली. वर्चस्वाच्या वादातून विक्कीची हत्या करण्यात आली असून, या घटनेने वाडीत टोळीयुद्ध भडकण्याची भीती व्यक्त करण्यात येत आहे. मेहरे याच्यावर खासगी हॉस्पिटलमध्ये उपचार सुरू आहेत. वाडी पोलिसांनी खुनाचा गुन्हा दाखल करून अर्पित निंभोरकर व सनी ऊर्फ अभिषेक वऱ्हाडपांडे या दोघांना अटक केली आहे.
विक्की (वय २३ वर्ष ,रा. शिवाजीनगर) याच्याविरुद्ध अनेक गंभीर गुन्हे दाखल आहेत. त्याला तडीपारही करण्यात आले होते. एका प्रकरणात तो येरवडा कारागृहात बंदी होता. काही दिवसांपूर्वीच तो बाहेर आला. कारागृहातून बाहेर आल्यानंतर विक्की हा परिसरात दबदबा निर्माण करण्याच्या प्रयत्नात होता.
मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, रविवारी सायंकाळी पायल बारसमोर सनी व विक्कीच्या मित्राचा वाद झाला. याबाबत माहिती मिळताच विक्की, सनी व अर्पित हे तेथे गेले. विक्की व अर्पित दोघांमध्ये हाणामारी झाली. दोघांनीही एकमेकांना पाहून घेण्याची धमकी दिली. रात्री विक्की व त्याचा साथीदार अभिषेक मेहरे (वय २२, रा. टेकडी वाडी) हे दोघे घरी जात होते. अर्पित, सनी व त्याच्या साथीदारांनी दोघांना गाठले. विक्कीने चाकूने अर्पितवर वार करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. अर्पितने विक्कीच्या हातातील चाकू हिसकावला. त्याच चाकूने विक्कीवर सपासप वार केले. विक्की रक्ताच्या थारोळ्यात खाली पडला. अभिषेकवरही चाकूने वार करण्यात आले. अभिषेकने कशीबशी त्यांच्या तावडीतून सुटका करीत विक्कीच्या नातेवाइकांना माहिती दिली. नातेवाइकांनी वाडी पोलिसांना कळविले. माहिती मिळताच विक्कीचे नातेवाइक व वाडी पोलिसांचा ताफा घटनास्थळी पोहोचला. विक्कीचा भाऊ सागर याने विक्कीला जवळीलच खासगी हॉस्पिटलमध्ये दाखल केले. डॉक्टरांनी तपासून त्याला मृत घोषित केले.
सट्टेबाजांवर संशय
वाडीतील वडधामना व परिसरात तीन सट्टापट्टीचे अड्डे सुरू आहेत. याशिवाय, वाडी भागात अवैध धंद्यांचाही सुळसुळाट आहे. एक सट्टाअड्डा रोशन नावाच्या गुन्हेगाराचा आहे. दोन दिवसांपूर्वी विक्कीने त्याला पैशाची मागणी केली होती. अन्य दोघांनाही विक्कीने पैसे मागितले. या तिघांनी अर्पित व सनीला हाताशी धरून विक्कीचा ‘गेम’ केल्याची चर्चाही परिसरात आहे.
सनीच्या घरावर दगडफेक
विक्कीच्या मृत्यूने त्याचे साथीदार संतापले. विक्कीचे साथीदार व नातेवाइकांनी सोमवारी दुपारी सनीच्या घरावर दगडफेक केली. त्यामुळे काही काळ तणाव निर्माण झाला होता. सनीच्या नातेवाइकांनी दिलेल्या तक्रारीवरून वाडी पोलिसांनी अदखलपात्र गुन्ह्याची नोंद करून तपास सुरू केला आहे.
नुकतेच झाले होते साक्षगंध
विक्कीने गुन्हेगारी जगत सोडून सामाजिक कार्याला सुरुवात केली. काही दिवसांपूर्वीच त्याचे साक्षगंध झाले. लग्नाची तयारी सुरू असतानाच विक्कीची हत्या झाल्याने नातेवाइकांना धक्का बसला आहे. विक्कीचे साथीदारत्त्याच्या मृत्यूचा बदला घेण्याच्या तयारीत असल्याची चर्चाही आहे.

नागपुर : 12 दिन देरी से पहुंचे मानसून ने 2 दिन में देरी की बहुत कुछ भरपाई कर दी। 27 जून को सामान्य से 77 प्रतिशत तक कम बारिश शनिवार दिन से रविवार रात हुई बारिश के चलते 50 प्रतिशत से अधिक रिकवर होगया है।
दो दिन में शहर में 101 मिमी से अधिक बारिश दर्ज की गई। इससे 1 जुलाई को शहर में 1 जून से 1 जुलाई सुबह तक 133.6 मिमी वर्षा दर्ज की जा चुकी है, जो औसत 177.2 से 25 प्रतिशत कत है। कमोबेश विदर्भ का भी यही हाल है। संपूर्ण विदर्भ में 1 जुलाई सुबह तक 108.9 मिमी वर्षा रिकार्ड की गई है, जो सामान्य 180.5 से 40 प्रतिशत कम है। 27 जून तक विदर्भ में 34.9 प्रतिशत वर्षा दर्ज हुई थी, जो औसत से 73 प्रतिशत कम थी।
विदर्भ के गोंदिया में अभी भी औसत से 61 प्रतिशत कम वर्षा दर्ज की गई है। जबकि यवतमाल में औसत से 52 प्रतिशत, भंडारा तथा गढ़चिरोली में 49 व वासिम में सामान्य से 47 प्रतिशत वर्षा कम हुई है। रविवार रात करीब 9.30 बजे शुरू हुई मूसलाधार बारिश ने शहर को कई स्थानों पर डुबो दिया। जगह जगह पानी भरने से आवागमन में असुविधा हुई।
साथ ही निचली बस्ती में रहने वालों पर विपदा ही टूट पड़ी। नई बनी सड़कें ऊंची हो जाने और पानी की निकासी की उचित व्यवस्था न होने से भी लोग परेशान हुए। इससे भी कई लोगों के घरों में पानी भर गया।
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार सोमवार सुबह 8.30 बजे तक 75.4 मिमी वर्ष रिकार्ड की गई। रात भर वर्षा से तथा सुबह से मेघों के आच्छादित रहने से धूप में तीखापन नजर नहीं आया। गर्मी से राहत रही, लेकिन उमस ने परेशान किया। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार सोमवार को अधिकतम तापमान में रविवार की अपेक्षा 3 डिग्री की गिरावट दर्ज की गई।
करीब डेढ़ माह बाद पहली बार सोमवार को अधिकतम तापमान सामान्य से नीचे रहा। अधिकतम तापमान 30.8 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया, जो सामान्य से 3 डिग्री नीचे रहा। न्यूनतम तापमान सामान्य से 2 डिग्री नीचे 22.5 डिग्री सेल्सियस रिकार्ड किया गया। आर्द्रता अधिकतम 89 तथा न्यूनतम 78 प्रतिशत रही।
नागपुर : कांग्रेस अनुसूचित जाति माेर्चा के अध्यक्ष डॉ. नितीन राऊत ने इस्तीफा दे दिया है। सोमवार को उन्होंने इस्तीफा पत्र कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी को भेजा है। उन्होंने कहा है कि लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस की पराजय की जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए उन्होंने इस्तीफा दिया है। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी पहले ही इस्तीफा दे चुके हैं। उनका इस्तीफा वापस लेने के लिए पार्टी नेता मांग कर रहे है। उस मांग के तहत ही कई पदाधिकारियों ने इस्तीफा दिया है। इससे पहले कांग्रेस किसान मोर्चा के अध्यक्ष नाना पटोले ने इस्तीफा दिया था। नितीन राऊत दो दिन से दिल्ली में हैं।
इस्तीफा पत्र में उन्होंने कहा है कि 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं ने अपने स्तर पर पार्टी के लिए काम किया। कांग्रेस ओबीसी सेल के पदाधिकारियों ने भी जनता के बीच काम किया । लेकिन चुनाव परिणाम कांग्रेस के पक्ष में नहीं आए। निश्चित ही संगठन में कहीं कोई कमी रह गई है। व्यवस्था में सुधार की आवश्यकता है। इस्तीफे के बाद राऊत अन्य प्रमुख पदाधिकारियों से भी मिले। दैनिक भास्कर से चर्चा में उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस का प्रत्येक कार्यकर्ता राहुल गांधी के नेतृत्व में ही काम करना चाहता है।
फिलहाल राहुल गांधी के नेतृत्व के अलावा अन्य नेतृत्व के बारे में सोच भी नहीं सकते हैं। गांधी का संघर्ष देश को बचाने के लिए है। वे किसान आत्महत्या राेकने, युवाओं को रोजगार दिलाने, कर्मचारियों, मजदूरों को न्याय दिलाने के लिए काम कर रहे हैं। राष्ट्रीय स्वयं सेवक संघ के विरोध में उनकी भूमिका देशहित में हैं। देश में समता, बंधुत्व की राजनीति की आवश्यकता है। राहुल गांधी ने सामाजिक न्याय दिलाने का एक तरह से अभियान चलाया है। गरीबी मिटाने के लिए योजनाएं बनवायी। गरीबों के लिए शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवा के अलावा मजदूरों के लिए रोजगार के लिए बकायदा कानून बनवाया। उनके नेतृत्व में ही देश आगे बढ़ेगा।
नागपुर : नागपुर के लेक व्यू इन्क्लेव सोसायटी के बच्चों ने रविवार को पौधे लगाए। बच्चों ने एक नहीं, लगभग 60 पौधों का रोपण किया। इस अभियान से बच्चो की सराहना हो रही है। पौधे को बचाने के लिए बच्चो ने प्रतीज्ञा भी ली।
अपने-अपने पौधों की सुरक्षा कर उसे पानी देकर बड़ा करने की शपथ भी बच्चो ने ली। बच्चों ने बताया कि, हम पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ अब पेड़ को बचाने के लिए कार्य करेंगे। पेड़ को हम बचाएंगे, तो कल हमें पेड़ बचाएगा।
