Nagpur : Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday launched Atal Aahar Yojana in the Nagpur.
Under the Atal Aahar Yojana, construction workers will be provided nutritious food at their workplace for just Rs 5. The scheme will transform the lives of these labourers, said Mr Fadnavis.
“More than 10 lakh workers in the state have registered their name with the ‘Maharashtra building and construction workers Welfare board’ The government is not going to take a sigh of relief here but it will be taking all out efforts to ensure that the information of all the schemes that are beneficial for the labors are being taken to them. Now they will be provided healthy food at nominal charges of rupees five at their working place under the Atal Aahar Yojana. This scheme is bringing a drastic change in the lives of the workers.” said Chief Minister Mr Devendra Fadnavis.
He was speaking at the function organized by the ‘Building and other construction workers’ welfare board’ at Kasturchand park. Labor welfare Minister Sambhaji Patil Nilangekar, guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, animal husbandry and dairy development Minister Mahadev Jankar, MP Kupal Tumane, MP Dr Vikas Mahatme, mayor Mrs Nanda Jichkar, president of small and medium Industries Sandeep Joshi, president of building and construction workers board Omprakash Yadav, Labor Commissioner Rajiv Jadav, secretary of building and construction workers board Srirangam, additional Labor Commissioner Vijay Panbude, were present on the occasion.

महिला व बालकल्याण समिती सभापती प्रगती पाटील यांनी महिला शक्तीची महती आपल्या भाषणातून विषद केली. स्त्री ही मुळातच सबला आहे. तिने आपली शक्ती ओळखण्याची गरज आहे. महिला व बालकल्याण समितीने वर्षभर महिलांच्या आर्थिक उत्थानासाठी कार्य केले. रिसायकलिंग सेंटर, पोटोबा ही त्यातील अधोरेखित करण्यासारखी कामे आहेत. शिवाजी महाराजांच्या काळात बाळासाठी किल्ल्याची तटबंदी भेदून बुरुज उतरणाऱ्या हिरकणीचा संदर्भ देत महिलांनी मनात आणले तर काहीही शक्य आहे, असा मंत्र दिला.
प्रमुख अतिथी म्हणून बोलताना श्रद्धा भारद्वाज यांनी स्त्री पात्र असलेल्या पाच कथांच्या माध्यमातून स्त्रीने कसे असायला हवे, याबाबत विवेचन केले. महिलांनी आंतरिक शक्ती वाढवावी, असा मंत्र उपस्थित महिलांना दिला.
प्रमुख मार्गदर्शक म्हणून मार्गदर्शन करताना डॉ. भावना सोनकुसळे यांनी स्त्री आरोग्य सांभाळण्यासाठी आवश्यक असलेल्या टिप्स् उपस्थित महिलांना दिल्या. महिलांनी शिळं खाण्याची सवय तोडावी. ताजं अन्न आणि सात्विक आहार घ्यावा. वरण, भात, भाजी, पोळी अशा आहारातून आवश्यक सर्व विटामिन्स मिळतात. आहारातून स्वत:ला फिट करा. नियमित व्यायाम करा. तणाव सोडून कार्य करा, असा महत्त्वाचा सल्ला त्यांनी यावेळी दिला.

Inside VCA stadium; Two Emergency rooms equipped with monitor, Ventilator, Defibrillator and other paraphernalia apart from 2 Cardiac Ambulances, 2 BLS Ambulances along with comprehensive Medical Team of Intensivists, Physicians, Orthopedicians, Cardiologist, Neurosurgeon, Ophthalmologist, Maxillofacial surgeon, Anesthetist, Diabetologist, Rheumatologist, Medical Officers and Paramedical staff rendered their expert services. These specialists were spread all over the stadium to handle any eventuality. On site emergency medical centers was capable of handling all types of medical emergencies at the venue. There was well equipped Player Medical Centre, Spectator Medical Centre, on field Rapid Response Team, 4 First aid stations and 11 medical booths in specific stands. Dr. Noorul Ameen- Medical Coordinator and Shri. Sunil Sure- Admin Coordinator for this event under the expert guidance of Dr. Anup Marar successfully synchronized the whole project for VCA on behalf of OCHRI.
Dr. Vidya Nair, Director- RNHPL who as First Aid Coordinator of this venture organized and supervised the 4 First Aid stations stated that VCA’s intentions to have first aid stations was justified when it was noticed that more than 150 odd spectators availed the benefit. Over and above; medical services of 11 booths were utilized by around 300-400 odd spectators. Timely emergency care to 2 needy spectators and officials and Ambulance transports of needy to hospital by Spectator medical center manned by Dr. Palak Arora was also noted. Earlier OCHRI’s ambulances along with medical team also escorted the India and Australia Team from Airport to their respective hotels.
नागपूर : रेल्वेमार्गाच्या ब्रॉडगेज लाईनवर मेट्रोच्या वातानूकूलित कोचेस (ब्रॉडग्रेज मेट्रो) नागपूर वरुन काटोल पर्यंत संचालित करण्याच्या प्रस्तावित प्रकल्पामुळे काटोल ते नागपूर हे अंतर 35 मिनिटात गाठणे शक्य होणार आहे, असे केंद्रीय रस्ते वाहतूक ,महामार्ग व केंद्रीय जलसंपदा मंत्री श्री. नितीन गडकरी यांनी आज नागपूर जिल्ह्यातील काटोल येथे सांगितले . काटोल नगर परिषदेच्या शताब्दी महोत्सव वर्षानिमित्त काटोल स्थित नगर परिषद शाळा क्रमांक-11 च्या मैदानावर राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग प्राधिकरणातर्फे विविध विकासकार्याच्या लोकार्पण व भूमीपूजनाप्रसंगी आयोजित कार्यक्रमात ते उद्घाटक म्हणून बोलत होते. याप्रसंगी अध्यक्षस्थानी नागपूरचे पालकमंत्री श्री. चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे उपास्थित होते तर प्रमुख अतिथी म्हणून खासदार कृपाल तुमाने, रामदास तडस, ,जिल्हा परिषद अध्यक्षा निशा सावरकर जि. प. नागपूरचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी संजय यादव उपास्थित होते.
राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग प्राधिकरणातर्फे नागपूर-काटोल या चार पदरी सिमेंट कांक्रीट रस्त्याचे सुमारे 1214 कोटी रुपयाच्या तरतुदीने होणा-या बांधकामाचे ई-भूमीपूजन यावेळी गडकरींच्या हस्ते करण्यात आले. याचप्रमाणे, सुमारे 84 कोटीच्या तरतुदीने नागपूर जिल्ह्यातील हायब्रीड अॅन्युईटी पॅकेज क्रमांक 126 अंतर्गत मंजूर नरखेड, घुबडमेट, झिल्पा, सावनेर रस्त्याची सुधारणा व 40.31 कोटी रुपयाच्या निधीच्या तरतुदीने केंद्रीय पर्यटन विकास मंत्रालयाच्या स्वदेश दर्शन योजने अंतर्गत वाकी, अदासा, धापेवाडा, पारडासिंगा तेलंगखेङी व गिरड या तिर्थक्षेत्राच्या नागपुर सुधार प्रन्यास तर्फे होणा-या विकासकार्यांचे ई-भूमीपूजन यावेळी करण्यात आले.
काटोल –वरुड रस्त्याच्या कामात वर्धा नदीतील गाळ काढल्याने त्याचे रुंदीकरण व खोलीकरण तर झालेच पण या गाळातील मुरुम व माती रस्तेनिर्मिती मध्ये वापरली जात आहे. यामूळे जल संवर्धन होऊन जलसाठा वाढत आहे. काटोलमधील संत्रा उत्पादक शेतक-यांनी ‘टेबल फ्रुट’ आकाराच्या संत्र्यांच्या लागवडीसाठी ठिबक सिंचनाचा अवलंब करुन संत्र्याच्या कलमामध्ये सुधारणा करुन त्याचे निर्यात मूल्य वाढवावे. जैव-इंधन, बायो. सी. एन. जी याच्या उत्पादना करिता पीकपद्धतीमध्ये बदल घडवून तसेच कृषीमध्ये नवे संशोधन आत्मसात करण्याचे आवाहन गडकरींनी यावेळी केले. काटोल-नागपूर हा 4 पदरी रस्ता सिमेंट कांक्रीटचा होणार असल्याने रस्त्यावर खड्डे पडणार नाहीत, याचाही त्यांनी विशेष उल्लेख केला.
केंद्र व राज्य सरकारच्या विविध योजना काटोल तालुक्यात यशस्वीपणे राबविल्या जात असून पंतप्रधान आवास योजना, उज्वला, कामगार योजनेचे कार्ड या सर्व योजनांसाठी निधीची तरतूद केली जात आहे. जिल्हा नियोजन निधीतून सुमारे 125 कोटी रूपयाची तरतूदही काटोल तालुक्यासाठी पालकमंत्री म्हणून आपण करणार आहोत, असे आश्वासन चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे यांनी याप्रसंगी दिले. काटोल नगर परिषदेला 25 वर्ष वीज मोफत मिळेल अशा रितीने सौर्य उर्जेच्या प्रकल्पालासुद्धा मंजुरी मिळाली असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. आज 16 लक्ष रूपयाचा कृषी पंप सौर उर्जेच्या वापरामुळे फक्त 10 हजार रुपयामध्ये शेतक-यांना उपलब्ध होत आहे, असेही बावनकुळे यांनी यावेळी नमूद केले.
आज झालेल्या कार्यक्रमात काटोलमध्ये पंतप्रधान आवास योजने अंतर्गत मंजूर सदनिकांच्या बांधकामाचे ई-भूमीपूजन,जि.प.नागपूरच्या आरोग्य केंद्राचे भूमीपूजन करण्यात आले. यासोबतच नरखेड तालुक्यातील सावरगाव, नरखेड, मोवाड ,पुसला रस्त्याचे रूंदीकरण, कारंजा, भारसिंगी, मोवाड, बनगाव, रस्त्याचे रूंदीकरण, भिष्णूर, खंडाळा, सावरगाव, पिपळा रस्त्याची सुधारणा अशा सुमारे 49 कोटीच्या कामाचे लोकार्पणही यावेळी गडकरींच्या हस्ते झाले.
या कार्यक्रमास राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग प्राधिकरण, नागपुरचे अधिकारी, काटोल तालुक्यातील नगर परिषद व पंचायत समितीचे पदाधिकारी, स्थानिक लोकप्रतिनिधी व नागरिक उपस्थित होते.
Nagpur : Informing the public about the registration of 10 lakh workers in State, Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said, “We will not focus merely on registration but shall try to ensure that every worker gets benefit of the schemes. We will provide nutritious diet under Atal Aahaar Yojna to workers at their workplace in mere Rs 5.”
Fadnavis was speaking at a programme at Kasturchand Park ground organised by Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Sambhaji Patil Nilangekar, Minister of Workers Welfare; Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Nagpur’s Guardian Minister; Mahadev Jankar, Animal and Dairy Development Minister; Krupal Tumane, MP; Dr Vikas Mahatme, MP; Nanda Jichkar, Mayor; Sandip Joshi, Chairman, Maharashtra Small and Medium Scale Industries Development Corporation; Omprakash Yadav, President of Workers Welfare Board; Rajiv Jadhav, Labour Commissioner; Shrirangam, Secretary of Construction Worker Board; Vijay Panbude, Additional Labor Commissioner were present.
“Government will give grant of Rs 4.5 lakh for the construction of houses of workers. Government is committed to honour the toiling by workers. We have put a target of registering 25 lakh workers in State and provide all benefits to them,” commented Fadnavis.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced Shramev Jayate Scheme under which workers who have attained 60 years of age are to be given the pension of Rs 3,000. Maharashtra Government has registered 2.5 lakh workers under Shramev Jayate scheme, informed Fadnavis.
Fadnavis also announced the bhoomipujan of Punyashlok Ahalyadevi Holkar Sabhagruh. Government will build 100 such halls throughout the State. Construction of 61 such halls are principally approved. Halls will be constructed with the help of social organisations. Rajiv Jadhav compered the programme while Vijaykant Panbude proposed a vote of thanks.

Nagpur : Prime Minister Narendra Modi has flagged off the Nagpur Metro, through video conference from New Delhi. The 13.5-km-long, Khapri- Sitabuldi section of the Nagpur Metro was inaugurated through the digital unveiling of plaque.
Highlighting the initiatives of the Union Government in building modern transport system throughout the country, Modi said that 400 km of operational network of metro have been built in the past four and half years. He added that work is progressing on 800 km of metro network throughout the country.
He also mentioned about the benefits of the recently launched common mobility card, the One Nation One Card. He said that the indigenously developed card, merges debit card with mobility card and has removed India’s dependence on other countries for building such a card. Only very few countries in the world have such a common mobility card for transportation, PM added.
The Prime Minister said that the Union Government has an integrated approach towards finding solutions.
Jammu : At least 28 people have been injured in a grenade attack in Jammu, which comes exactly three weeks after the terror attack in Pulwama. All the injured have been hospitalised and five of them are critical, doctors said.
The police said the grenade was under a bus at a bus stand in the heart of the city. Most of the injured, an officer said, are bus drivers and conductors. It is unclear if there were people inside the bus.
A senior police officer, Manish Kumar Sinha, told reporters that the grenade probably rolled under a parked bus before it went off around 11.30 a.m.
This is the third grenade attack by terrorists in the bus stand area of the city since May last year.

Nagpur : Nagpur has secured 58th place among 100 cities with 1 lakh plus population in Central government’s Swachh Survekshan 2019, result of which was announced on March 6.
This year, Nagpur scored 3,160 marks out of 5,000. In 2017, Nagpur was ranked 137th among 434 cities with a population of over 1 lakh and 55 among 100 cities in 2018. The city has fared poorly as compared to its last year’s performance.
Mul in Chandrpur district is placed 3rd nationally with a score of 4,028 out of 5,000 after Karhad and Lonavla, in the rankings released by the ministry of housing and urban affairs on Wednesday.

प्रास्ताविकात ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक संदीप जाधव यांनी संविधान उद्देशिका शिलालेखाची माहिती दिली. २३ लाख रुपयांच्या निधीमधून साकारण्यात येणा-या संविधान उद्देशिका शिलालेखाची उंची सुमारे १८ ते २० फुट राहणार असून या स्मारकाचे बांधकाम पिवळ्या व लाल सॅन्डस्टोनने करण्यात येईल. यामध्ये संविधानाची प्रास्ताविका मराठी, हिंदी व इंग्रजी या तिन्ही भाषांमध्ये पॉलीमार्बल दगडावर कोरलेली असेल. या स्मारकाची प्रतिकृती संसद भवनाप्रमाणे राहील. संविधाच्या प्रतिकृतीवर राजमुद्रा असलेले अशोक स्तंभ असणार आहे. शहराच्या मध्यभागी असलेल्या शिलालेखामुळे शहराच्या सौंदर्यात भर पडेल, असा विश्वासही त्यांनी यावेळी व्यक्त केला.

नागपुर : मेट्रो का इंतजार खत्म हो गया है। गुरुवार को इसका शुभारंभ प्रधानमंत्री विड़ियो लिंक के माध्यम से शाम 5.30 बजे करने जा रहे हैं। वही शुक्रवार से यह गाड़ी यात्रियों के लिए चलाई जानेवाली है।
हालांकि 9 तारीख से इसे वाणिज्यिक तौर पर चलाया जानेवाला है। फिलहाल इसका टाइम टेबल अभी तैयार नहीं है। लेकिन 8 फरवरी को यात्रियों के लिए चलाई जानेवाली मेट्रो सुबह 8 बजे बर्डी स्टेशन से छूटेगी। यह गाड़ी 8 बजकर 22 मिनट पर एअपोर्ट स्टेशन पहुंचेगी। 3 मिनट बाद गाड़ी एअरपोर्ट साउथ स्टेशन पर आयेगी। 8.32 बजे गाड़ी न्यू एअरपोर्ट स्टेशन को छूएगी। वही आखरी स्टॉपेज यानी खापरी कुल 41 मिनट बाद यानी 8.41 पर पहुंचेगी। इसी तरह खापरी से यह गाडी 8.45 बजे निकल 8.54 को न्यू एअरपोर्ट स्टेशन, .01 बजे एअरपोर्ट साउथ, 9.04 बजे एअरपोर्ट व 9.26 बजे बर्डी स्टेशन पर आयेगी। शाम को यह गाड़ी 6.30 बजे बर्डी से निकलेगी। वही 6.52 को पहले स्टेशन पर पहुंचेगी। 3 मिनट बाद एअरपोर्ट स्टेशन पर वही 7.02 बजे न्यू एअरपोर्ट पर आने के बाद आखरी स्टेशन यानी खापरी 7.11 को पहुंचेगी। इसी तरह खापरी से 7.15 को बर्डी के लिए मेट्रो निकलकर 7.24 बजे न्यू एअरपोर्ट स्टेशन पर आयेगी। इसके बाद 7.31 बजे एअरपोर्ट साउथ स्टेशन पर आयेगी। अगला स्टेशन यानी एअरपोर्ट स्टेशन 7.34 बजे पहुंचेगी। रात को 7.56 बजे गाड़ी बर्डी में आयेगी।

पुढे बोलताना ना. नितीन गडकरी म्हणाले, जुन्या भंडारा रस्त्याच्या रुंदीकरणासाठी केंद्रीय रस्ते निधीतून १०० कोटी देण्यात आले आहे. रुंदीकरण होताना कोणाचे नुकसान होऊ नये, व्यवसाय बंद होऊ नये म्हणून जमीन अधीग्रणासाठी राज्य शासनाने जुन्या भंडारा रोडसह सहा रस्त्यांसाठी नगरोत्थान अंतर्गत ४५० कोटींचा निधी विशेष बाब म्हणून मंजूर केला आहे. व्यापाऱ्यांसाठी हरिहर नगर येथे धान्यगंज मार्केट बांधण्यात आले आहे. कळमना येथेही नासुप्र तर्फे बाजार विकसित करण्यात येत आहे. येथील व्यापाऱ्यांना आपला व्यवसाय तेथे हलविल्यास त्यांच्या व्यवसायात वृद्धी होईल, असा विश्वास त्यांनी यावेळी दिला.
मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस म्हणाले, मच्छीसाथ येथे स्वच्छ आणि सुंदर मटन मार्केट असावे अशी येथील विक्रेत्यांची जुनी मागणी होती. या मागणीला मान्य करुन येथे सुंदर मटन मार्केट उभारण्यात आले आहे, याचा आनंद आहे. गेल्या काही वर्षांत मध्य आणि पूर्व नागपूरमधील विकासकामांना गती मिळाली आहे. यामुळे केवळ पश्चिम नागपूरचा विकास होतो, पूर्व-मध्यकडे कुणी लक्ष देत नाही, असे कुणीही म्हणणार नाही, असेही ते म्हणाले.
प्रास्ताविक उपमहापौर दीपराज पार्डीकर यांनी केले. तत्पूर्वी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस व केंद्रीय मंत्री नितीन गडकरी यांच्या हस्ते फीत कापून मटन मार्केटचे उद्घाटन व लोकार्पण करण्यात आले. तरुण बाल गणेश मंडळाच्या वतीने सर्व नेत्यांचा पुष्पहार घालून सत्कार करण्यात आला. कार्यक्रमाला परिसरातील व्यापारी, नागरिक मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.
४२ मटन विक्रेते आणि ३२ मासोळी विक्रेते
मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस आणि केंद्रीय मंत्री नितीन गडकरी यांच्या हस्ते लोकार्पण करण्यात आलेल्या मटन आणि मासोळी मार्केट जमिनीचे एकूण क्षेत्रफळ १५३७ चौ.मी. असून तयमजला व पहिला मजला यांचे एकूण बांधकाम क्षेत्रफळ ७३८.०१ चौ.मी. इतके आहे. तळमजल्यावर ४८ दुकान-ओटे असून पहिल्या मजल्यावर ३८ दुकान ओट्यांची रचना करण्यात आली आहे. सदर बांधकामासाठी १ कोटी ४७ लाख इतका निधी खर्च झाला आहे. स्वच्छतेकरिता येथे २४ तास मुबलक पाणी पुरवठा, खेळती हवा आणि उजेड राहील, अशी व्यवस्था करण्यात आली आहे. मटन व मासोळी मार्केटला खाटिक समाजाचे पूजनीय ‘श्री संत उपासराव महाराज’ यांचे नाव देण्याची मागणी खाटिक समाज व व्यावसायिकांची आहे. दुकान-ओट्यांचे वाटप व व्यवस्थापन बाजार विभाग मनपा व विक्रेते यांच्या समन्वयाने करण्यात येईल.

स्थानिक राजवाडा पॅलेस येथे गितांजली चौक ते गांधीसागर तलाव पर्यंत डी.पी. रोडचे भूमीपूजन व झोपडपट्टी पूनवर्सन प्राधिकरण योजने अंतर्गत 13 लाभार्थ्यांना मालकी हक्काच्या प्रमाणपत्राच्या वितरण समारंभाप्रसंगी अध्यक्षस्थानी ते बोलत होते. यावेळी उद्घाटक म्हणून श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस व प्रमुख अतिथींच्या स्थानी पालकमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे, महापौर नंदा जिचकार, आमदार विकास कुंभारे, डॉ. मिलिंद माने उपस्थित होते.

पश्चिम नागपूसारखेच विकासकार्य आता मध्य व पश्चिम नागपूरात होत आहेत. राज्य शासनाची भूमिका ही सर्वसमावेशक विकासाची आहे, अशी भावना मुख्यमंत्री श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी यावेळी व्यक्त केली. मध्य नागपूरात ‘ई-लायब्ररी’ स्थापन करण्यासाठी आपण मान्यता दिली असून यासंदर्भातील प्रस्ताव महानगरपालिकेने शहरी विकास खात्याला त्वरित पाठवावा अशी सूचनाही त्यांनी केली.
गितांजली चौक ते गांधीसागर तलाव व तसेच मारवाडी गल्ली ते एम्प्रेस मॉल या दोन डी.पी. रस्त्यांमूळे एम्प्रेस मॉल तसेच इतर चौकातली वाहतूक व्यवस्थेची कोंडी कमी होणार आहे. या रस्त्यांसाठी सुमारे 15 कोटीचा निधी मंजूर झाला असून त्यापैकी 4.5 कोटी रस्तेनिर्मितीसाठी तर 9.5 कोटी पूनवर्सनासाठी आहे. या अंतर्गत भूसंपादनामूळे प्रभावित लोकांना त्यांच्या मालकी हक्काच्या प्रमाणपत्राचे वाटप आज होत आहे, अशी माहिती प्रभाग क्रमांक 19 (ड) चे नगरसेवक दयाशंकर तिवारी यांनी दिली.
