मुंबई, 25 नोव्हेंबर: राज्यात भाजपकडून बहुमतासाठी ऑपरेशन लोटस सारखी मोहीम आखली जात असल्याचं समोर येत आहे तर दुसरीकडे राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस आणि शिवसेनेचे काही आमदार भाजपसोबत जाण्याच्या भीतीनं त्यांच्यावर करडी नजर ठेवण्यात आली आहे. असं असलं तरीही शिवसेनेच्या गोटातून खळबळ उडवणारी मोठी बातमी समोर आली आहे. शिवसेनेचे 15 ते 20 आमदार देवेंद्र फडणवीस सरकारला पाठिंबा देण्यासाठी तयार असल्याचं समोर आलं आहे. रविवारी रात्री झालेल्या बैठकीनंतर उद्धव ठाकरे आणि आदित्य ठाकरेंनी आमदारांना प्रश्न विचारला इतकं सगळं झाल्यानंतरही भाजपला कोण पाठिंबा देण्यासाठी इच्छुक आहे? त्याबाबत आमदारांमध्ये संभ्रम असल्याचं लक्षात येताच उद्धव ठाकरे आणि आदित्य ठाकरे आमदारांसोबत रात्री हॉटेल ललितमध्ये थांबले होते. आपल्या पक्षातून फुटून भाजपकडे जावू नयेत यासाठी शिवसेनेकडून संपूर्णपणे सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बाळगण्यात येत आहे. भाजपकडून आमदार पळवण्याचा डाव उलथवून टाकण्यासाठी उद्धव ठाकरेंनी कंबर कसली आहे. भाजपला शिवसेनेतील 15 ते 20 आमदार पाठिंबा देण्यासाठी तयार आहेत. हे आमदार भाजपला पाठिंबा देण्यासाठी जावू नयेत यासाठी उद्धव ठाकरेंनी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था चोख ठेवली आहे.
155 आमदार भाजपच्या बाजूनं असल्याचा दावा
सध्याच्या घडीला 155 आमदारांचा पाठिंबा भाजपला असल्याचा दावा करण्यात आला आहे. 105 भाजपचे आमदार, अजित पवारांसोबत आलेले 25 आमदार आणि 15 अपक्ष आमदारांचा पाठिंबा असल्याचं भाजपने स्पष्ट केलं आहे. तर विरोधी पक्षांनी त्यांच्याकडे 161 आमदारांचा पाठिंबा असल्याचा दावा केला आहे.
सत्ता संघर्षाचा वाद कोर्टात आहे. त्यामुळे सुप्रीम कोर्टात नेमकं काय होणार याकडे सर्वांचं लक्ष लागलं आहे.
नागपूर 24 नोव्हेंबर 2019- विदर्भात उपलब्ध असलेल्या नैसर्गिक साधनसंपत्तीचा वापर करून येथील सर्व जिल्ह्यात तसेच गावागावांमध्ये कृषीधारित लघु व सुक्ष्म उद्योग उभारून शेतक-यांनी स्वयंनिर्भर बनावे असे आवाहन केंद्रीय रस्ते वाहतूक महामार्ग तसेच सुक्ष्म लघु व मध्यम उद्योग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी यांनी केले. नागपुरात आयोजित अकराव्या ॲग्रोव्हिजन कृषी प्रदर्शनानिमित्त सुरेश भट सभागृह येथे ‘एम एस एम ई विभागाच्या कृषी क्षेत्राकरता विदर्भातील उपलब्ध संधी ‘ या विषयावरील कार्यशाळेचे उद्घाटन आज त्यांच्या हस्ते झाले त्यावेळी ते बोलत होते. केंद्रीय एम एस एम ई मंत्रालयाचे अतिरिक्त विकास आयुक्त आनंद शेरखाने, केंद्रीय मत्स्योद्योग मंत्रालयाचे संयुक्त सचिव सागर मेहरा यावेळी उपस्थित होते.
गोंदिया-भंडारा यासारख्या तलाव समृद्ध जिल्ह्यामध्ये गोड्या पाण्यातील झिंग्यांना निर्यातमूल्य जास्त असून त्यांची निर्यात आखाती देशांमध्ये नागपूरहून करता येईल. यासाठी मत्स्यव्यवसाय विभागाच्या व एम एस एम ई विभागाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना विदर्भातील मालगुजारी तलावामध्ये मत्स्य व्यवसाय वाढवण्यासाठी पुढाकार घेण्याचे गडकरींनी यावेळी सुचविले. वर्तमानपत्रासाठी लागणाऱ्या न्यूजप्रिंटची आपल्या देशात आयात करावी लागते याकडे लक्ष देतांना त्यांनी सांगितले की गडचिरोली चंद्रपूर वनव्याप्त विभागामध्ये ओसाड जमिनीवर बांबूची लागवड केल्यास त्यातून कागदनिर्मिती होऊन न्यूजप्रिंटसाठी आयात करावी लागणार नाही.
गडचिरोलीमध्ये विपुल वनसंपत्ती असून आयुर्वेदिक औषधी बनवणार्या कंपन्यांना आदिवासीं कडूनच औषधी वनस्पतींची मागणी करण्यासाठी आपण प्रयत्न करणार असल्याचे गडकरी यांनी सांगितले. मदर डेअरी तर्फे निर्मित मावा बर्फीच्या उत्पादन वाढीसाठी अधिक प्रयत्न झाल्यास विदर्भातील पाच ते सहा लाख लिटर रोज वापरण्यात येऊन त्यामुळे येथील दुग्ध उत्पादकांना फायदा होईल, असेही त्यांनी सांगितले.रामटेक, पवणी तसेच गडचिरोली येथे तांदळाचे क्लस्टर स्थापन झाल्यामुळे येथे निर्मित तांदूळ आता निर्यात होत आहे अशी माहिती सुद्धा त्यांनी दिली.
एम एस एम ई विभागाच्या योजनांचा लाभ घेताना लाभार्थ्यांनी प्रामाणिकपणे कर्जाची परतफेड करावी व आपली विश्वसनीयता वाढवावी असे आवाहनही त्यांनी केले .डिजिटल डेटाबेस क्रेडिट रेटिंग व उद्योग मित्र या योजनांद्वारे लघुउद्योग स्थापन करु इच्छिणाऱ्या सर्वांना सोयीस्कर प्रक्रिया उपलब्ध होत आहे असे त्यांनी सांगितले.
केंद्रीय मत्स्योद्योग मंत्रालयाचे संयुक्त सचिव सागर मेहरा यांनी ‘प्रधान मंत्री मत्स्य संपदा योजना’ चे प्रारूप मंत्रालयातर्फे तयार करण्यात येत असल्याचे सांगितले . दहा हजार कोटी रुपयाचा प्रस्तावित निधी असलेली ही योजना समुद्री तसेच देशीय मासेमारी चा विकास व संरचना यावर आधारित असेल असे त्यांनी सांगितले.

The makers of Thalaivi, the upcoming biopic on the life and journey of late Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa, have unveiled the first look poster and teaser of the film. The film stars Kangana Ranaut, who looks unrecognizable as the political leader.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the poster and teaser on Twitter on Saturday afternoon. “First look poster… Kangana Ranaut in #Jayalalitha biopic… Titled #Thalaivi… Directed by Vijay… Produced by Vishnu Induri and Shailesh R Singh… 26 June 2020 release,” he wrote in his tweet.
The poster shows Kangana with thick prosthetic makeup on her face, perfecting Jayalalithaa’s ‘victory sign’ and soft smile, She is seen in a green saree with a green jacket on top. A smaller, inset picture shows Kangana as a younger Jayalalithaa when she used to be a film actor.
The teaser begins with a scene from a film’s sets when she would be a ‘superstar heroine’. It transforms into a scene from the political rally with multiple people cheering for her in the crowd.
Producer Vishnu Vardhan Induri, who is also producing 83, says, “I am excited to show this story of an actor turn politician, which is based on one of India’s most loved and followed public figures. Thalaivi is a very dear project to all of us as it is a story that needs to be told. And the way, Kangana has slipped into the character, is simply amazing. Can’t wait to present this film to the audience.”
Kangana recently admitted that she finds it difficult to learn the Tamil language. She added that she is learning the language as per the demand of the film’s script. “I am finding it difficult to learn Tamil. This film will be released in Hindi and Tamil, so we will do something about it. Obviously, I have to mug up those dialogues because Tamil is not an easy language. Earlier, I was trying to learn the complete Tamil language because I have learned English as well, but now I am learning Tamil as per the demand of film’s script,” said Kangana, while interacting with the media at an event.
Kangana started shooting for Thalaivi on November 10. Apart from learning Tamil, Kangana enrolled herself in Bharatnatyam classes for her role. She was also reported to have spent hours on prosthetic makeup sessions.
Thalaivi is being directed by A L Vijay. Apart from Kangana, only Arvind Swami’s name has been confirmed in the cast. The film is scheduled to release in 2020 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
मुंबई: राज्यात देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली भाजप सरकारचा शपथविधी झाला. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी मुख्यमंत्रिपदाची शपथ घेतली तर अजित पवार उपमुख्यमंत्री झाले. आता 30 नोव्हेंबरपर्यंत सरकारला बहुमत सिद्ध करण्याची मुदत देण्यात आली आहे. या सगळ्या घडामोडींनंतर आता विधानसभेत बहुमत करण्याच्या 3 शक्यता आहेत.
शक्यता क्रमांक 1
अजित पवारांच्या गटाने भाजपला पाठिंबा दिला आहे. पण पक्षांतरबंदी कायद्यानुसार, दुसऱ्या पक्षाला पाठिंबा द्यायचा असेल तर दोन तृतियांश आमदारांचा पाठिंबा लागतो. राष्ट्रवादीचे 54 आमदार आहेत. त्यामुळे 41 आमदारांचा अजित पवारांना पाठिंबा लागेल. पक्षांतरबंदी कायद्यानुसार शरद पवारांनी राष्ट्रवादीच्या आमदारांवर कारवाई केली तर फडणवीस सरकार बहुमत सिद्ध करू शकणार नाही.
शक्यता क्रमांक 2
राष्ट्रवादीच्या 54 आमदारांच्या सह्यांचं पत्र आमच्याकडे आहे, असं भाजप नेते सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांनी म्हटलं आहे. भाजपकडे 105 जागा आहेत. राष्ट्रवादीच्या आमदारांच्या पाठिंब्याचं पत्र गृहित धरलं तर भाजपच्या 159 जागा होतात. त्या बहुमतापेक्षाही अधिक आहेत. विधिमंडळाचे गटनेते म्हणून अजित पवार यांचा व्हिप आमदारांना बंधनकारक आहे की नाही हा प्रश्न आहे. शरद पवार यांनी अजित पवारांना पक्षाच्या गटनेतेपदावरून काढून टाकल्याचं जाहीर केलं आहे. त्यामुळे आता राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस काय भूमिका घेतं ते पाहावं लागेल. फडणवीस सरकार बहुमत सिद्ध करू शकणार नाही, असंही शरद पवार यांनी म्हटलं आहे.
शक्यता क्रमांक 3
भाजपकडे 105 जागा आहेत. अजित पवारांना 20 ते 25 आमदारांचा पाठिंबा आहे, असं बोललं जातं. त्यामुळे हे सगळे आमदार आणि अपक्ष मिळून फोडाफोडीच्या राजकारणात भाजप बहुमत सिद्ध करू शकतं. देवेंद्र फडणवीस सरकारला 30 नोव्हेंबरपर्यंत बहुमत सिद्ध करण्याची मुदत देण्यात आलीय. त्यामुळे विधानसभेत नेमकं काय होतं त्याकडे सगळ्यांच्या नजरा लागल्या आहेत.
मुंबई: अजित पवार यांनी राष्ट्रवादीतून बंडखोरी केली आहे. त्यानंतर राष्ट्रवादीने अजित पवार यांची पक्षाच्या विधीमंडळ गटनेतेपदावरून हकालपट्टी केली आहे. पण अजित पवार यांनी कोणत्या आमदारांना घेऊन भाजपला पाठिंबा दिला, याबाबत राजकीय वर्तुळात मोठा संभ्रम होता. मात्र आता काही नाव समोर येत आहेत.
राष्ट्रवादीचे मोठे नेते धनंजय मुंडे हेदेखील पक्षाचे अध्यक्ष शरद पवार यांची साथ सोडण्याची शक्यता आहे. धनंजय मुंडे यांचा फोन कालपासून बंद असल्याची माहिती आहे. गेल्या काही तासांपासून ते कुणाच्याही संपर्कात नाहीत. त्यामुळे ते अजित पवारांसोबत जाण्याच्या चर्चांना अधिक बळ मिळालं आहे. शरद पवार यांच्यासाठी हा मोठा धक्का असणार आहे.
कोण आहेत ते आमदार?
राष्ट्रवादीचे काही आमदार कालपासून संपर्कात नाहीत. यामध्ये धनंजय मुंडे-परळी, नरहरी झिरवळ – दिंडोरी, दिलीप बनकर – निफाड, माणिकराव कोकाटे – सिन्नर, राजेंद्र शिंगणे, अनिल भाई दास पाटील, संदीप क्षीरसागर आणि स्वत: अजित पवार यांचा समावेश आहे. त्यामुळे सध्यातरी या आमदारांनी पक्षातून बंडखोरी केल्याचं चित्र आहे. मात्र यातील काही आमदार पुन्हा राष्ट्रवादीकडे येण्याची शक्यता आहे.
राष्ट्रवादीसह पवार कुटुंबात फूट
धनंजय मुंडे, सुनिल तटकरे, जयंत पाटील, प्रफुल्ल पटेल यांसारखे राष्ट्रवादीतील मोठे नेते नक्की काय भूमिका घेणार, यावर महाराष्ट्राच्या राजकारणाची अनेक समीकरणं ठरणार आहेत. जयंत पाटील आणि प्रफुल्ल पटेल हे तर शरद पवार यांचे कट्टर समर्थक समजले जातात. मात्र धनंजय मुंडे आणि सुनिल तटकरे यांचे शरद पवारांसह अजित पवार यांच्यासोबतही जवळचे संबंध आहेत. त्यामुळे आता राष्ट्रवादी फुटल्यानंतर हे नेते नक्की कुणासोबत जाण्याचा निर्णय घेणार, याबाबत अजूनही संभ्रम आहे.
अजित पवार यांच्या आधीपासूनच सुरू होत्या हालचाली?
राष्ट्रवादीचे अध्यक्ष शरद पवार यांच्या सिल्व्हर ओक या निवासस्थानी सत्तास्थापनेची चर्चा सुरू असताना अजित पवार यांनी आधीही नाराजी व्यक्त केली होती. अजित पवार यांचा पहिल्या दिवसापासून शिवसेना-काँग्रेस-राष्ट्रवादी या संयुक्त सरकारला विरोध होता. यामध्ये धनंजय मुंडे, सुनिल तटकरे आणि प्रफुल पटेल हेदेखील अजित पवारांच्या भूमिकेसोबत होते, अशी सूत्रांची माहिती आहे. त्यामुळे आगामी काळात अजित पवारांनंतर हे इतर नेते काय भूमिका घेतात, हे पाहणं महत्त्वाचं ठरणार आहे.
शरद पवार नाराज
‘अजित पवार यांच्या राजकीय निर्णयाला राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस पक्षाचा पाठिंबा नाही. हा त्यांचा वैयक्तिक निर्णय आहे,’ असं राष्ट्रवादीचे अध्यक्ष शरद पवार यांनी म्हटलं आहे. त्यामुळे सत्तास्थापनेच्या मुद्द्यावरून राष्ट्रवादी फुटली, हे आता स्पष्ट झालं आहे.
भाजपला पूर्ण बहुमत नसल्याने राष्ट्रवादीच्या अजित पवार यांच्या मदतीने त्यांनी हे सरकार स्थापन केलं आहे. अजित पवार यांनीही उपमुख्यमंत्रिपदाची शपथ घेतली आहे.
या सगळ्या शपथविधी सोहळ्यात राष्ट्रवादीकडून फक्त अजित पवार कुटुंब दिसलं आहे. राष्ट्रवादीचे इतर कोणतेही नेते किंवा स्वत: शरद पवार हे यावेळी कुठेही दिसले नाहीत. त्यामुळे राष्ट्रवादीतला एक मोठा गट फोडून अजित पवारांनी भाजपला पाठिंबा दिला का, अशी चर्चा जोर धरू लागली आहे. राष्ट्रवादीचे अध्यक्ष शरद पवार हे जेव्हा या सगळ्या घटनाक्रमाबद्दल प्रतिक्रिया देतील, तेव्हाच याबाबतची स्पष्ट होऊ शकणार आहे.
अजित पवारांनी दिली माहिती
महिनाभर नुसतं चर्चेचं गुऱ्हार चालू होतं मात्र त्यामधून कोणताही तोडगा निघत नव्हता. त्यामुळे स्थिर सरकार स्थापन कसं होणार हा प्रश्न होता. त्यामुळे देवेंद्र फडणवीसांनी जो माझ्यावर विश्वास दाखवून मला जी जबाबदारी दिली आहे ती निश्चितपणे चांगल्यापद्धतीनं पार पाडण्याचा प्रयत्न करेन अशी प्रतिक्रिया अजित पवार यांनी दिली आहे.
जयपुर: राजस्थान के जयपुर शहर के 21 साल के मयंक प्रताप सिंह भारत में सबसे कम उम्र में जज बनने वाले शख्स बन गए हैं। मयंक ने राजस्थान न्यायिक सेवा परीक्षा 2018 में पहला स्थान हासिल किया है। बता दें, साल 2018 तक न्यायिक सेवा परीक्षाओं में बैठने की उम्र 23 साल तक थी। इसी साल 2019 में राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट ने इसे घटाकर 21 वर्ष कर दिया था।
एक मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक मयंक ने कहा, ‘मैं हमेशा न्यायिक सेवाओं और समाज में जजों को मिलने वाले सम्मान के प्रति आकर्षित रहा हूं। मैंने साल 2014 में राजस्थान यूनिवर्सिटी में पांच साल के LLB कोर्स में दाखिला लिया, जो इस साल खत्म हुआ।’
उन्होंने कहा कि ‘जब दाखिला लिया था तब सोचा तो था कि न्यायिक सेवा में जाएंगे लेकिन उस समय आयु सीमा 23 साल थी, इसलिए दिमाग में यही था कि डिग्री हासिल करने के बाद दो साल तक अच्छी कोचिंग और कहीं इंटर्नशिप करने के बाद ही प्रयास करेंगे।’ मयंक ने बताया कि जब वह नौवें सेमेस्टर में थे तभी पता लगा कि राजस्थान न्यायिक सेवा भर्ती परीक्षा की न्यूनतम आयु सीमा घटा कर 21 साल कर दी गई है। इसके बाद इस परीक्षा की तैयारी भी शुरू कर दी थी।
महाराष्ट्रातील राजकारणाला शनिवारी वेगळे वळण आले आहे. देवेंद्र फडणवीस राज्याचे नवे मुंख्यमंत्री झाले. तर अजित पवार हे उपमुख्यमंत्री झाले. राजभवनावर राज्यपालांनी दोघांना शपथ दिली. राज्यात स्थिर सरकारची गरज असल्यामुळे मी निर्णय घेतला असल्याची प्रतिक्रिया अजित पवार यांनी दिली. तसंच, शिवसेना, काँग्रेस, राष्ट्रवादीमधील सरकार स्थापनेबाबतची चर्चा संपत नव्हती. नको त्या मागण्या वाढत चालल्या होत्या. राज्याला स्थिर सरकार मिळावे यासाठी मी पुढे येत हा निर्णय घेतला असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.
दरम्यान, राज्यातील जनतेला विश्वास देतो की त्यांनी जो विश्वास टाकला आहे त्या विश्वासाला तडा न देता आम्ही दोघे चांगला कारभार करु, असे अजित पवार यांनी सांगितले. तसंच, दोघांनी एकत्र आल्याशिवाय सरकार होत नव्हते. त्यामुळे दोघांनी एकत्र येऊन सरकार स्थापन करणे उपयुक्त ठरते, असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.
तसंच, स्थिर सरकारच्या दृष्टीकोणातून मी हा निर्णय घेतला आहे. कोणत्याच पक्षाला सरकार स्थापन करता आले नाही. राज्यात शेतकऱ्यांच्या समस्या, दुष्काळासारखा प्रश्न उभा असताना राज्याला स्थिर सरकारची अत्यंत गरज होती. सरकार स्थापनेच्या दृष्टीने कोणताही निर्णय होत नव्हता. त्यामुळे हे सरकार स्थापन झाले आणि मी उपमुख्यमंत्रीपदाची शपथ घेतली, असल्याचे अजित पवार यांनी सांगितले.
मुंबई : महाराष्ट्राच्या राजकारणात मोठा राजकीय भूकंप आज पाहायला मिळाला. देवेंद्र फडणवीस आणि राष्ट्रवादीचे नेते यांनी एकत्र येत सरकार स्थापन केलं. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी शनिवारी सकाळी मुख्यमंत्रिपदाची तर अजित पवार यांनी उपमुख्यमंत्रिपदाची शपथ घेतली. राज्यपाल भगत सिंह कोश्यारी यांनी देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांना मुख्यमंत्रीपदाची तर अजित पवार यांना उपमुख्यमंत्रिपदाची शपथ दिली. पण आता दोघांना ही बहुमत सिद्ध करावं लागणार आहे.
सूत्रांच्या माहितीनुसार, अजित पवार यांच्यासोबत राष्ट्रवादीच्या २२ आमदारांचा पाठिंबा आहे. सोबतच शिवसेनेच्या काही आमदारांचा देखील पाठिंबा असल्याची माहिती सूत्रांनी दिली आहे. अजून याबाबत कोणतीही माहिती समोर आलेली नाही.
महाराष्ट्र विधानसभेत एकूण २८८ जागा आहेत. ज्यापैकी भाजपकडे १०५, शिवसेनेचे ५६, राष्ट्रवादीचे ५४ तर काँग्रेसचे ४४ आमदार आहेत.
मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी म्हटलं की, ‘महाराष्ट्राच्या जनतेने आम्हाला स्पष्ट बहुमत दिलं होतं. शिवसेना आमच्या सोबत लढली. पण शिवसेनेने जनतेचा कौल नाकारला. महाराष्ट्राला स्थिर सरकारची गरज होती. महाराष्ट्राला स्थिर सरकार देण्याचा निर्णय घेतल्यामुळे अजित पवार यांचे धन्यवाद.’
अजित पवार यांनी म्हटलं की, निवडणुकीच्या निकालानंतर कोणताही पक्ष सरकार स्थापन करण्याच सक्षम नव्हता. महाराष्ट्रातील शेतकऱ्यांच्या हितासाठी आणि इतर समस्य़ांचा सामना करण्यासाठी आम्ही एक स्थिर सरकार देण्यासाठी हा निर्णय घेतला.’
मुंबई : महाराष्ट्राच्या राजकारणात खळबळजनक घटना घडली आहे. देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी मुख्यमंत्रीपदाची तर अजित पवार यांनी उपमुख्यमंत्रीपदाची शपथ घेतली. भाजपाकडे ११९ आमदारांचं पाठबळ होत. त्यांना आणखी २६ आमदारांची गरज होती. त्यात राष्ट्रवादीतील महत्त्वाचे नेते अजित पवार भाजपासोबत गेले आहेत. त्यामुळे याला राष्ट्रवादीची फूस आहे का ? असा प्रश्न विचारला जात आहे.
शरद पवारांना या सर्व गोष्टीची कल्पना नव्हती याची खात्रीदायक माहिती राष्ट्रवादीच्या सुत्रांकडून मिळत आहे.त्यामुळे शरद पवार हे सर्व आमदारांना फोन करत आहेत. राष्ट्रवादीचे ज्येष्ठ नेते प्रफुल्ल पटेल हे देखील सिल्व्हर ओकवर पोहोचले आहेत. कोणते आमदार अजित पवारांच्या संपर्कात आहेत याची चाचपणी केली जात आहे. अजित पवारांनी घेतलेला हा निर्णय काँग्रेस-शिवसेनेच्या नेत्यांना धक्का मानला जात आहे.
राज्यात राष्ट्रपती शासन आले. एक खिचडी होण्याचा प्रकार सुरु होता. यावेळी राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसचे गटनेते अजित पवार यांनी आम्हाला समर्थन दिले. अन्य काही नेत्यांनीही आम्हाला पाठींबा दिला. राज्यपाल आम्हाला बहुमत सिद्ध करण्यासाठी पत्र देतील आम्ही बहुमत सिद्ध करु असा विश्वास मुख्यमंत्री देवेद्र फडणवीस यांनी व्यक्त केला.
महाराष्ट्रासमोर जी आव्हाने आहेत त्याचा सामना आम्ही समर्थपणे करु, शेतकऱ्यांच्यामागे खंबीरपण उभे राहण्याचे काम आम्ही करु. खरं वचन आम्ही जनतेला दिले होते. पण या वचनाचा भंग झाला आणि आमच्याऐवजी दुसऱ्यांसोबत जाण्याचा प्रकार झाला असा टोला त्यांनी शिवसेनेला लगावला.
चर्चेला कंटाळून भाजपा पाठींबा देण्याचा निर्णय घेतल्याची प्रतिक्रिया अजित पवार यांनी दिली आहे. २४ तारखेला निकाल आल्यानंतर कोणीही सरकार बनवू शकले नाही. गेली १ महिना केवळ चर्चाच सुरु होती. यातून कोणताही मार्ग निघत नव्हता. चर्चांमध्ये केवळ मागण्या वाढत होत्या.
कोणीतरी दोघांनी एकत्र आल्याशिवाय सरकार स्थापन होऊ शकत नाही हे स्पष्ट होत म्हणून या पद्धतीचा निर्णय आम्ही घेतल्याचे अजित पवार म्हणाले.
नागपूर: देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी मुख्यमंत्रीपदाची शपथ घेतली आहे. राज्याच्या राजकारणात ही मोठी बातमी आहे. कारण राज्यात महाविकासआघाडीची एकीकडे सत्तास्थापनेची तयारी सुरु असताना हा राजकीय भूकंप पाहायला मिळाला. भाजप आणि राष्ट्रवादीने एकत्र एक सरकार स्थापन केलं. राष्ट्रवादीचे नेते अजित पवार यांनी उपमुख्यमंत्री पदाची शपथ घेतली. एकीकडे शिवसेना,काँग्रेस आणि राष्ट्रवादी यांच्यामध्ये सरकार स्थापन करण्याची चर्चा सुरु असताना अचानक आज सकाळी देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी मुख्यमंत्री आणि अजित पवार यांनी उपमुख्यमंत्रीपदाची शपथ घेतली.
राज्यपाल भगत सिंह कोश्यारी यांनी देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांना मुख्यमंत्रीपदाची तर अजित पवार यांना उपमुख्यमंत्रिपदाची शपथ दिली.
देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी म्हटलं की, ‘महाराष्ट्राच्या जनतेने आम्हाला स्पष्ट बहुमत दिलं होतं. शिवसेना आमच्या सोबत लढली. पण शिवसेनेने जनतेचा कौल नाकारला. महाराष्ट्राला स्थिर सरकारची गरज होती. महाराष्ट्राला स्थिर सरकार देण्याचा निर्णय घेतल्यामुळे अजित पवार यांचे धन्यवाद.’

IndianOil has commenced the awareness campaign in Vidarbha by reaching out to its network of over 150 distributors, 715 delivery men and 15.39 lakh Indane customers. The state of Vidarbha has one LPG Bottling Plant at Dhanaj. Nagpur Bottling Plant is scheduled for commissioning in 2020-21.
The concept of pre-delivery checks has always been a part of the Indane delivery system. However, with an increase in the number of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana consumers, the responsibility of making the users aware of safe usage of LPG has increased. As on date, the number of PMUY beneficiaries in Vidarbha is 4.12 lakhs.
Indian Oil has always had a rigorous system of checks at all its LPG Bottling to ensure Quality & Quantity. The Corporation has decided to extend this system of checks at the pre-delivery stage of LPG cylinders at the customer doorstep. This month-long exhaustive pre-delivery check awareness campaign has been launched by IndianOil in line with the Corporation’s core corporate value of Care for stakeholders. Customer’s insistence on checks at the time of taking cylinder supply goes a long way in ensuring safe usage of LPG.
The pre-delivery checks awareness campaign was kicked off in Nagpur by Mr. Murali Srinivasan, Executive Director, Maharashtra State Office.Mr. Murali Srinivasan mentioned that “the entire exercise of PDC checks is aimed at making the cooking gas consumers aware of the stringent checks by IndianOil when LPG cylinders are delivered by LPG delivery staff”.
Indane delivery boys have been equipped with pre-delivery check kits for checking leakage from the valve and defective ‘O’ Ring. Electronic weighing machines are available with the delivery boys to show the weight of the cylinder to the customer. IndianOil has around-the-clock 24×7 LPG Complaints Emergency No. 1906 which receives and monitors complaints. The #MeToo movement, a war cry that united women across the globe to boldly stand-up and raise their voice against sexual harassment found huge support in India. Discovery Channel explores this movement and the study of patriarchal pressures that have been part of our culture for decades through the VICE Studios produced show ‘Man Woman #MeToo’ which premieres on 29th November at 9 PM on Discovery Channel and Discovery Channel HD.
About a year ago, the #MeToo movement was at its peak across India when the entertainment industry opened up one case after another giving way to a culture of speaking up about crimes against women. Women from the industry shared stories that revealed shocking misbehavior by their male counterparts – actions that have gone unheard for years. In less than a month, several well-known personalities were outed as sexual offenders and others as enablers of this sexual harassment. The documentary while tracing the #MeToo movement across India delves into the origins of patriarchy in the country, the magnitude of the problem and how each one of us has played a part in it – as enablers, almost on a daily basis. Psychiatrists, gender studies experts, lawyers, police personnel, and other specialists explain the reasons – the structures and the social conditioning behind different aspects of male privilege and what effect this sense of entitlement has on men, women, children, as well as organizations – through real-life examples and case studies.

नागपूर: बालसंरक्षणात कुठलीही हयगय केली जाणार नाही. जिल्हा प्रशासनाच्या यंत्रणेत असलेला समन्वयाचा अभाव दूर करण्यासाठी लवकरच पावले उचलण्यात येणार आहे. मनुष्यबळाच्या कमतरतेवरही गांभीर्याने विचार करण्यात येणार असल्याचे जिल्हाधिकारी रवींद्र ठाकरे यांनी सांगितले.
जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयातील छत्रपती सभागृहात आयोजित पत्रकार परिषदेत बालकामगार यासारख्या अनिष्ठ प्रथेचे उच्चाटन करण्यासाठी जिल्हा प्रशासनाकडून राबविण्यात येत असलेल्या जनजागृतीची माहिती देण्यात आली. यावेळी अपर कामगार आयुक्त विजय पानबुडे उपस्थित होते.
बालकामगार प्रथेचे उच्चाटन करणे ही नागरिकांची सामूहिक जबाबदारी आहे. या प्रथेविरुद्ध जनजागृती करण्यासाठी कामगार आयुक्त कार्यालयामार्फत जनजागृती अभियान हाती घेण्यात आले आहे. ७ नोव्हेंबरपासून या अभियानाला सुरूवात झाली असून विविध कार्यक्रम घेण्यात आले. ७ डिसेंबरपर्यंत हे अभियान चालणार आहे. गुरुवारी मोमिनपुरा येथून सकाळी आठ वाजता जनजागृती रॅली काढण्यात येणार आहे. यात ४०० शालेय विद्यार्थी सहभागी होणार असल्याचे पानबुडे यांनी सांगितले. यासह चित्रकला स्पर्धा, निबंध स्पर्धा, वक्तृत्व स्पर्धा घेण्यात येणार आहे. २२ नोव्हेंबर रोजी हसनबाग येथे जनजागृती रॅली काढण्यात येणार आहे. पार्डी नाका, मानेवाडा मार्ग, राणी दुर्गावती चौक, जुनी मंगळवारी, प्रतापनगर चौक या ठिकाणी पथनाट्य सादर करण्यात येणार आहे.
चौकशी करणार
पारंपरिक व्यवसायात काम करणारी मुले बालकामगार म्हणून गणल्या जात नाही. मात्र विशिष्ट प्रकरणात तक्रार आल्यास त्याची चौकशी करण्यात येणार असल्याचे पानबुडे यांनी सांगितले. शिक्षा होण्याचे प्रमाण कमी आहे. रस्त्यांवर चौका चौकात भीक्षा मागणारी मुले दिसतात. बालकामगार कायद्यानुसार या प्रकरणात कारवाई केली जात नाही. मात्र बालसंक्षणातील विविध कायद्यांचा आधार घेऊन अशा घटना रोखण्यासाठी पावले उचलण्यात येत असल्याचे पानबुडे यांनी सांगितले.
नागपूर : दारूबंदी असलेल्या जिल्ह्यात मद्याची विक्री होत असल्याचे आणखी पुढे आले. राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क विभागाने गडचिरोली ला जाणारे विदेशी मद्य व वाहन असा रुपये १० लाख ३३ हजार ६०० किमतीचा मुद्देमाल जप्त केला. सक्करदरा पोलिस स्थानक परिसरात अशा स्वरूपाचा मद्यसाठा गडचिरोलीला जात असल्याची माहिती मिळाली. वाहनाची तपासणी घेतली असता हा मद्यसाठा आढळून आला. ‘इम्पिरियल ब्लू‘ १८० मिली विदेशी मद्याचे पाच बॉक्स आढळून आले. पोलिस पुढील तपास करीत आहे. कारवाई विभागीय उपआयुक्त मोहन वर्दे व अधीक्षक प्रमोद सोनोने यांच्या आदेशानुसार व निरीक्षक रावसाहेब कोरे यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली दुय्यम निरीक्षक दिलीप बडवाईक यांनी केली.
नागपूर: केंद्र शासनाने सुरू केलेल्या ‘बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढाओ’ अभियानाला बळ देण्यासाठी नागपूर महापालिका आणि नागपूर मेट्रोच्या पुढाकाराने येथील कृपलानी चौकात आकर्षक ‘म्युरल’चे लोकार्पण महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांच्या हस्ते बुधवार, २० नोव्हेंबरला करण्यात आले. ‘बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढाओ’चा संदेश देणारे अशा प्रकारचे हे राज्यातील पहिलेच ‘म्युरल’ आहे.
याप्रसंगी आयोजित कार्यक्रमाला महामेट्रोचे कार्यकारी संचालक अनिल कोकाटे, व्हीएनआयटीचे अध्यक्ष विश्राम जामदार, माजी महापौर अर्चना डेहनकर, नगरसेविका तारा यादव, नगरसेविका पल्लवी शामकुळे, सोनाली कडू, श्रद्धा पाठक, वर्षा ठाकरे, भाजपच्या बेटी बचाओ अभियानाचे विदर्भप्रमुख श्रीकांत देशपांडे, नागपूर शहरप्रमुख मनीषा काशीकर, ‘हस्तांकित’च्या दीप्ती देशपांडे, लक्ष्मीनगर झोनचे सहायक आयुक्त राजू भिवगडे, कार्यकारी अभियंता धनंजय मेंढुलकर, गुरुबक्सानी, नागपूर मेट्रोचे जनसंपर्क अधिकारी अखिलेश हळवे, राजू खोरगडे उपस्थित होते.
महापौर नंदा जिचकार म्हणाल्या, मुलींचा जन्मदर वाढावा, यासाठी नागपूर महापालिका मोठ्या प्रमाणावर जनजागृती करीत असते. जनजागृतीचा परिणाम दिसू लागला आहे. मुलींचा जन्मदर वाढला आहे. १ हजारामागे ९६८ असे प्रमाण आता झाले आहे. केंद्र शासनाच्या ‘बेटी बचाओ’ अभियानाला नागपुरात बळ मिळावे, यासाठी ‘बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढाओ’ संकल्पनेवर आधारित ‘म्युरल’ असावे, अशी संकल्पना भाजपच्या बेटी बचाओ अभियानाच्या सदस्यांनी मांडली. मला ती संकल्पना आवडली. कृपलानी चौक हा नागपूरच्या हृदयस्थानी असून नागपूर मेट्रो या चौकाला आकर्षक रूप दिले आहे. ह्या चौकाची निवड केल्यानंतर मेट्रोच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना याबाबत सांगितले. कुठलीही चांगली संकल्पना तातडीने अंमलात आणणाऱ्या मेट्रोच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी ह्या संकल्पनेलाही उचलून धरले. अगदी कमी कालावधीत त्याचे निर्माण केले. राज्यातील अशा प्रकारचे हे पहिले ‘म्युरल’ असून यामुळे बेटी बचाओ अभियानाला बळ मिळेल, असा विश्वास त्यांनी यावेळी व्यक्त केला. बेटी बचाओ अभियानाचे विदर्भप्रमुख श्रीकांत देशपांडे म्हणाले, भाजपने बेटी बचाओ अभियानाचे शहरनिहाय स्वतंत्र युनिट तयार केले. या माध्यमातून मोठ्या प्रमाणावर जनजागृती सुरू आहे. फलस्वरूप आज नागपूर शहरात मुलींचा जन्मदर वाढला आहे. हे अभियानाचे यश आहे. नागपूर महानगरपालिका आणि नागपूर मेट्रोने पुढाकार घेऊन तयार केलेले ‘म्युरल’ म्हणजे जनजागृतीच्या दिशेने उचललेले महत्त्वाचे पाऊल असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.
नागपूर मेट्रोचे कार्यकारी संचालक अनिल कोकाटे यांनीही बेटी बचाओ अभियानाची प्रशंसा करीत महापौरांच्या संकल्पनेतून साकारलेले हे ‘म्युरल’ नागपूर शहराचे आकर्षण ठरेल, असा विश्वास व्यक्त केला. माजी महापौर अर्चना डेहनकर यांनीही यावेळी उपक्रमाची प्रशंसा करीत पुढील कार्यासाठी शुभेच्छा दिल्या.
भाजपच्या बेटी बचाओ अभियानाच्या शहरप्रमुख मनीषा काशीकर यांनी प्रास्ताविकातून ‘म्युरल’निर्मितीचा प्रवास सांगितला. महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांच्या सहकार्याने बेटी बचाओ अभियानाचे स्वप्न सत्यात उतरले, याबद्दल त्यांनी नागपूर महापालिका आणि नागपूर मेट्रोचे आभार मानले.

श्रीमंत बाबुराव धनवटे सभागृहात झालेल्या पुरस्कार प्रदान सोहळ्याच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी उद्योजक विजय दमानी तर प्रमुख अतिथी म्हणून कराड येथील कृष्णा इन्स्टिट्युट ऑफ मेडिकल सायन्सेसचे कुलपती डॉ. वेदप्रकाश मिश्रा उपस्थित होते. सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाचे सेवानिवृत्त न्यायमूर्ती विकास सिरपूरकर यांच्या हस्ते डॉ. मोहम्मद शरफुद्दीन साहिल यांना एक लाख रुपये, शाल, श्रीफळ, स्मृतिचिन्ह असा पुरस्कार प्रदान करण्यात आला. पुरस्काराला उत्तर देताना साहिल यांनी वर्तमान सामाजिक व्यवस्थेवर चिंता व्यक्त केली. ‘हिंदू, मुस्लिम, ख्रिश्चन कुठल्याही धर्माचा ग्रंथ तपासल्यास बंधुता, एकता, प्रेमाचा आणि प्रत्येकाने ‘स्व’चा शोध घेण्याची शिकवण दिल्याचे आढळले. आज आपण ती शिकवण बाजूला सारून मनमर्जी जगू लागलो आहोत. परिणामत: धार्मिक भेदाभेद, ताणतणाव निर्माण झाले आहेत. मानवतेचा धर्म मनुष्य विसरला आहे. सत्तेसाठी, स्वार्थासाठी एकमेकांना पायाखाली चिरडणे, समोरच्याला नामोहरम करणे, कटकारस्थान रचण्याचे कार्य सुरू आहे. धर्माच्या नावाखाली माणसामाणसाला तोडण्यात येत आहे. ब्रिटिशांनी ‘फोडा आणि राज्य करा’ ही नीती अवलंबिली. आजही तेच चित्र आहे. यावर सर्वांनी विचार करून मानवतेचा मार्ग स्वीकारणे आवश्यक आहे’, असे साहिल म्हणाले.
तत्पूर्वी, सेवानिवृत्त न्यायमूर्ती सिरपूरकर म्हणाले,’नागपूरकरांनी कायम धार्मिक एकतेचा संदेश दिला आहे. धर्म, पंथ, जातीच्या पलीकडे जात चांगल्या लोकांना गौरवान्वित केले आहे. आज एका मुस्लिम साहित्यिकाला मारवाडी फाउंडेशन पुरस्कार प्रदान करीत आहे, यातच नागपूरकरांचे वैशिष्ट्य दिसून येते.’
समाजाच्या उत्थानासाठी प्रबोधनाची गरज असून ‘बोले तैसा चाले’ असे वागणाराचा खरा प्रबोधनकार असल्याचे डॉ. वेदप्रकाश मिश्रा यांनी सांगितले. प्रास्ताविकपर भाषणात डॉ. गिरीश गांधी यांनी, महापुरुषसुद्धा समाजानुसार, जातीपातीनुसार विभागल्या गेल्याची चिंता व्यक्त केली.

Quite a coincidence, that Senorita— the song that they confess brought them close — was on Wednesday nominated in the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category at the 2020 Grammy Awards.
The flashback, first: It all started in November 2015, when they first crooned ‘I know what you did last summer’ together.
“During ‘I know what you did last summer’, I really bonded with him as more than a friend. I think he did, too, but we were both really young, and he was experiencing the pressures of his career. I don’t think we knew what to do with those feelings,” Camila told Rolling Stone, according to a report in eonline.com.
“It was this awkward thing where we both liked each other, but we weren’t together. It was just weird. The energy was there from the beginning, but after that song, we didn’t spend as much time together. Our paths just didn’t cross in that way romantically until we started hanging out again and writing. For me, it just brought it back,” she added.
The real twist in the mush, however, would have to wait for four years. When Cuban-origin R&B pop diva Camila took to recording the 2019 track ‘Senorita’ with Canadian-origin pop-rock star Shawn, it was simply the time for sparks to fly.
“It took me 10 months to convince Camila to sing this with me,” he recalled to V magazine. “This is true. My fans are just absolutely gonna hate me now,” she confirmed. “They’re like, ‘She’s so stupid.’ Honestly, it just takes the right time for things to happen, I feel. You know?”
For Camila, who is 22 now, and the 21-year-old Shawn, the timing is right only now, according to a source close to both singers, E! News recently reported.
“They are going for it without holding back. This step in their relationship is exciting for them both. It’s 24/7 and all out at this point,” said the source, adding that “Senorita” did play a vital role in bringing the young celebrities together in love.
If ‘Senorita’ does indeed win at the Grammys, it will only be cherry on their cake of romance.
नागपूर: मिहानपासून काही अंतरावर असलेल्या सुमठाणा परिसरात वनविभागाला वाघाच्या पावलांचे ठसे बुधवारी आढळून आले. त्यामुळे, या परिसरात वाघ येऊन गेल्याचे किंवा अद्यापही असल्याचे निश्चित झाले आहे. या परिसरात वनविभागाने कॅमेरा ट्रॅप लावले नव्हते. त्यामुळे, वाघाची छायाचित्रे टिपता आलेली नाहीत. पावलांचे ठसे मिळाल्यानंतर आता या भागात वनविभागाने कॅमेरा ट्रॅप लावण्याचे काम सुरू केले आहे. या कॅमेरांमध्ये छायाचित्रे आल्यास या भागातील वाघाचे अस्तित्व निश्चित होणार आहे.
शुक्रवार रात्रीपासून मिहान आणि लगतच्या परिसरात ठाण मांडून बसलेल्या वाघाभोवती आता अफवांचे धुके जमा झाले आहेत. मध्यरात्री वाघ दिसला, एक नव्हे दोन वाघ आहेत, अशा अनेक अफवा बुधवारी दिवसभर सुरू होत्या.
मिहानमधील इन्फोसिस परिसरात शुक्रवारी वाघाचे ठसे दिसून आले होते. त्यानंतर, मिहान आणि आजूबाजूच्या गावांमध्ये वनविभागाने वाघाच्या शोधाची मोहीम राबविली. रविवारी कॅमेरा ट्रॅपमध्ये वाघाची छायाचित्रे आढळून आली होती. मात्र, तेव्हापासून अद्यापपर्यंत कुठेही वाघाचे दर्शन झाल्याची खात्रीलायक माहिती वनविभागाला मिळालेली नाही. एकीकडे वनविभागाचा शोध सुरू असताना ग्रामस्थ आणि नागरिकांमध्ये वाघाशी संबंधित विविध अफवांना जोर चढला आहे. वाघ दिसल्याचे दावे करणाऱ्या सूचनाही वनविभागाकडे येणे सुरू झाले आहे. दरम्यान, बुधवारी दुपारी सोशल मीडियावर या वाघाचा संदर्भ देत एक व्हिडीओदेखील व्हायरल झाला होता. मिहानमध्ये एक नव्हे तर एक वाघ आणि एक वाघीण असल्याचे या व्हिडियोतून दाखविण्यात आले आहे. मात्र, हा व्हिडीओ मिहान परिसरातील नसून, ही केवळ अफवा असल्याचे वनविभागाने स्पष्ट केले आहे. याशिवाय, कमिन्स कॉलेज ऑफ इंजिनीअरिंग फॉर विमेन या कॉलेजपासून काही अंतरावर बुधवारी रात्री वाघ दिसल्याचे सांगण्यात येते आहे. या रस्त्याने दुचाकीवरून जाणाऱ्या दोन युवकांनी वाघ दिसल्याचा दावा केला आहे.
गावांमध्ये बैठकांतून जागृती
वाघासंदर्भात अफवांचे पीक आल्याने वनविभागाने जनजागृती सुरू केली आहे. सुमठाणा आणि इतर गावांमध्ये बैठका घेणे सुरू करण्यात आले आहे. वनविभागाचे अधिकारी ग्रामस्थांशी संवाद साधत असून वाघासंदर्भात घ्यावयाची काळजी आणि इतर बाबींबाबत जनजागृती करीत आहेत. ‘हा सगळा परिसर वनविभागाच्या हिंगणा, सेमिनरी हिल्स आणि बुटीबोरी यांच्यामध्ये येतो. त्यामुळे, वाघाचे अस्तित्व आढळल्यास वनविभागाचे कर्मचारी आणि ग्रामस्थ यांच्यात स्पष्टता निर्माण करणे सुरू आहे. वाघासंदर्भात ग्रामस्थांना काही माहिती मिळाल्यास त्यांनी सरपंचाला कळवावी आणि सरपंचाकडून वनविभागाला मिळावी, असे आवाहन आम्ही करीत आहोत’, असे नागपूरचे उपवनसंरक्षक प्रभुनाथ शुक्ला यांनी सांगितले.
नागपूर : माजी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या निवडणुकीला आव्हान देणारी याचिका फेटाळत मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठाने याचिकाकर्त्याला २ लाख रुपयांचा दंड ठोठावला आहे. एखाद्या व्यक्तीला मुद्दाम लक्ष्य करण्याच्या व्यक्तिगत हेतूने ही याचिका दाखल करण्यात आल्याचे निरीक्षणही न्यायालयाने नोंदवले आहे.
वर्धा जिल्ह्यातील सुरेश रंगारी या याचिकाकर्त्याने उच्च न्यायालयात ही याचिका दाखल केली होती. फडणवीस यांच्याविरुद्ध वर्धा जिल्ह्यात अॅट्रॉसिटीअंतर्गत दाखल तक्रारीची माहिती त्यांनी निवडणूक शपथपत्रात दडवल्याचा आरोप रंगारी यांनी केला होता. माजी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्याविरुद्ध जानेवारी महिन्यात सावंगी मेघे पोलिस ठाण्यात अॅट्रॉसिटी अंतर्गत आपण तक्रार दाखल केली होती, मात्र ऑक्टोबर महिन्यात विधानसभा निवडणुकीसाठी दाखल केलेल्या शपथपत्रात फडणवीस यांनी ही माहिती दडवली, असे त्यांचे म्हणणे होते. यासंदर्भात १० ऑक्टोबर रोजी जिल्हा निवडणूक निर्णय अधिकाऱ्यांकडेही तक्रार दिली होती. मात्र, त्या तक्रारीवर कारवाई झाली नाही, असाही सुरेश रंगारी यांचा आक्षेप होता.
न्यायालयात या याचिकेवर सुनावणी झाल्यावर न्यायालयाने याचिका फेटाळून लावत याचिकाकर्त्याला २ लाखांचा दंड ठोठावला. हा दंड याचिकाकर्त्याला २९ नोव्हेंबरपर्यंत न्यायालयाच्या रजिस्ट्रारकडे जमा करायचा आहे. दंड जमा न झाल्यास गैरजामीन वॉरंट काढण्याचा इशारा न्यायालयाने हा निर्णय देताना दिला.
रंगारी यांनी याचिकेच्या माध्यमातून लावलेल्या आरोपांमध्ये कुठलेही तथ्य आढळून आलेले नाही. एखाद्या व्यक्तीला लक्ष्य करण्याच्या वाईट हेतूने ही याचिका दाखल करण्यात आली, असेही न्यायालयाने नमूद केले आहे.

Mumbai, November 2019: Classmate, India’s No.1 Notebook Brand by ITC and Radio Mirchi are back with India’s largest school spelling competition, Classmate Spell Bee season 12. The competition provides the largest platform for the country’s best spellers to identify their strengths and achieve recognition for their unique spelling skills. The spelling extravaganza promises to deliver a bigger and better experience than it did in its previous season. It will travel to 1000 schools across 30 cities and will reach out to more than 5,00,000 students from standards 5 to 9.

NAGPUR: National Electronic Toll Collection (FASTag) program, the flagship initiative of MoRT&H and NHAI has been implemented on pan India basis to remove bottlenecks on toll plazas and ensure seamless movement of traffic and collection of user fee as per the notified rates, using passive Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology.
To give a major fillip to enhance digital payments and bring in enhanced transparency, the Ministry had mandated to declare all lanes of fee plazas on National Highways as “FASTag lanes” by 1st December 2019, while provisioning one lane (in each direction) which would be kept as hybrid lane to accept FASTag and other modes of payment.
As the December deadline approaches, conscientious decision has been taken to start the trial run of the FASTag mandate at identified NH fee plazas w.e.f. 1st November 2019 onwards and progressively increasing to all toll plazas. Nodal Officers have been designated for each NH fee plazas to closely monitor implementation of FASTag mandate & the trail run and to take necessary measures to remove any bottlenecks identified.
Nodal officers and Regional officers share the learning experience with others. Daily Video Conferences/ Review meetings are being conducted by the Chairman, NHAI with all concerned ROs, and officials of NHAI HQ and IHMCL to review the preparedness of the 1st December mandate. During a trial run each vehicle without FASTag is being approached & apprised benefits of it and are offered FASTag. To increase the awareness among common commuters, marketing, and promotional activities are being carried out through various channels such as national and local newspapers, magazines.
As on date, FASTag may be purchased from over 28,500 Point-of-Sale locations set up by various banks and IHMCL/NHAI which includes all NH fee plazas, RTOs, Common Service Centers, transport hubs, bank branches, selected petrol pumps, etc. For retail segment (car/jeep/van) FASTag may be purchased online on Amazon and by visiting websites of different member banks such as SBI, ICICI Bank, Axis bank, Paytm Payment Banks, HDFC bank, IDFC First bank, etc. (For detail list of member banks, please visit www.ihmcl.com). FASTag has also been made available at over 12,000 banks branches of prominent private sector banks like ICICI bank, Axis bank, HDFC bank, etc.

As per Government Gazette notification, any vehicle without a FASTag entering into a “FASTag lane” at an NH fee plaza shall have to pay a fee equivalent to two times the applicable fees to that category of vehicle.NHAI is making all-round efforts to make the hassle-free travel on Highways.

नवी दिल्ली: संसदेच्या हिवाळी अधिवेशनाला आज सुरुवात झाली. पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी अधिवेशनाच्या पहिल्याच दिवशी राज्यसभेत भाषण केलं. राज्यसभेच्या बैठकीचं हे 250वं सत्र असल्यानं पंतप्रधानांनी भाषणात संसदेचं वरिष्ठ सभागृह असलेल्या राज्यसभेच्या योगदानाची चर्चा केली. पंतप्रधान म्हणाले, लोकांच्या भाव-भावनांचं हे सभागृह प्रतिक आहे. डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरांनी राज्यसभेच्या माध्यमातूनच देशासाठी मोठं योगदान दिलं. त्यामुळे राज्यसभेचं महत्त्व अनन्यसाधारण आहे. मात्र हे करताना राज्यसभेनेनं अडवणुकीचं कारण न बनता प्रवाही राहावं असं मतही त्यांनी व्यक्त केलं आणि हे करताना त्यांनी राष्ट्रवादीच्या भूमिकेचं कौतुक केलं. पंतप्रधान म्हणाले, आंदोलनं आणि इतर कारणांमुळे संसदेचा वेळ वाया जातो. राज्यसभेत विविध मुद्यांवर अधिक गंभीरपणे आणि विस्तृत चर्चा होणं अपेक्षीत आहे.
मात्र गोंधळ आणि गदारोळात आजकाल सगळा वेळ वाया जातो. त्यातून काहीही निघत नाही. याचा सर्वच राजकीय पक्षांनी विचार केला पाहिजे. राजकीय पक्षांनीही विरोध करताना काही काळजी घेणं गरजेचं आहे. हे सांगताना त्यांनी राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसच्या भूमिकेचं कौतुक केलं.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी पुढे म्हणाले, राष्ट्रवादीने अशी भूमिका घेतली होती की विरोध करत असताना कधीही सभागृहाच्या ‘वेल’मध्ये उतरणार नाही. अशीच भूमिका भाजपनेही घेतली होती आणि मला सांगताना आनंद वाटतो की राष्ट्रवादीने अनेक कठीण प्रसंगातही या भूमिकेचं पालन केलं. भाजपनेही हा नियम पाळला आणि हे करत असताना त्याचा कुठलाही राजकीय तोटा राष्ट्रवादी आणि भाजपलाही झाला नाही. महाराष्ट्रातल्या राजकीय अस्थिरतेच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर पंतप्रधानांनी राष्ट्रवादीचं कौतुक करण्याला वेगळं महत्त्व असून भाजपचं हे नवं महाराष्ट्र कनेक्शन आहे का याची चर्चा सुरू झालीय.
शिवसेनेची झाली कोंडी
राज्यात विधानसभा निवडणुकीचा निकाल लागल्यापासून दररोज नवनवी समीकऱणं मांडली जात आहेत. त्यात प्रत्येक पक्षाच्या नेत्यांच्या वेगळ्याच वक्तव्याने गोंधळ निर्माण होत आहे. निकाल लागल्यानंतर सेनेनं जे ठरलं ते झालं पाहिजे असं म्हणत मुख्यमंत्रिपदाची मागणी केली. त्यावर भाजपकडून सकारात्मक उत्तर मिळालं नाही. शेवटी देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी मुख्यमंत्रिपदाचा राजीनामा दिला आणि भाजपने आपण सत्ता स्थापन करण्यास असमर्थ आहोत असं सांगितलं.
‘अमित शहांनी सांगितलंय, राज्यात भाजप-सेनेचं सरकार येणार’
भाजप आणि शिवसेनेनं निवडणूक जरी एकत्र लढवली असली तरी निकालानंतर दोघांमध्ये मुख्यमंत्रिपदामुळे वाद निर्माण झाला. अखेर त्यांची युती तुटण्यापर्यंत पोहोचलं. त्यानंतर शिवसेनेला राज्यपालांनी सत्ता स्थापनेसाठी आमंत्रण दिलं. मात्र त्यांनाही वेळेत दावा करता आला नाही. सेनेची वेळ संपल्यावर राष्ट्रवादीला संधी दिली. त्यांनी सत्ता स्थापनेच्या दाव्यासाठी वेळ मागितली पण राज्यपालांनी नकार देत राष्ट्रपती राजवटीची शिफारस केली आणि गेल्या आठवड्यात राज्यामध्ये राष्ट्रपती राजवट लागू झाली.
राष्ट्रपती राजवट लागू झाल्यानंतर पहिल्यांदा सत्ता स्थापनेसाठी असमर्थता दर्शवणाऱ्या भाजपने पुन्हा आमचंच सरकार येणार असा दावा केला. तर दुसरीकडे शिवसेनेच्या नेत्यांनी राष्ट्रवादी-काँग्रेससोबत चर्चा सुरु असल्याचे सांगितले. यात सेनेचे खासदार संजय राऊत यांनी सातत्याने भाजपवर टीका करताना आघाडीच्या नेत्यांसोबतच्या चर्चा सुरू आहेत. लवकरच सेनेचा मुख्यमंत्री होईल असं म्हटलं. याशिवाय राऊत यांनी 170 ते 175 आमदारांचे संख्याबळ असल्याचा दावाही राऊत यांनी केला.
नागपूर,ता. १६ : नागपूर शहरातील कचरा संकलन करण्यासाठी नागपूर महानगरपालिकेद्वारे नवीन दोन यंत्रणेची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे. या दोन यंत्रणेमार्फत कचरा संकलन करण्याचे कामे १५ नोव्हेंबरपासून सुरू करण्यात आले आहे. ही यंत्रणा आपल्या घरातील कचरा वर्गीकृत करूनच घेणार आहे. सुरूवातीला याबाबत नागरिकांना जागरुक करण्यात येणार आहे. २० नोव्हेंबरनंतर नागरिकांनी स्वत:हून ओला आणि सुका कचरा विलग करुनच संबंधित स्वच्छतादूताकडे सोपवावा, असे आवाहन आयुक्त अभिजीत बांगर यांनी केले. शिवाय यासंबंधात संबंधित यंत्रणेला निर्देश दिले.
नागपूर महानगरपालिका मुख्यालय असलेल्या छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज प्रशासकीय इमारतीत शनिवारी (ता. १६) यंत्रणेच्या कार्याबद्दलची समीक्षा बैठक पार पडली. त्याप्रसंगी ते बोलत होते. यावेळी सत्तापक्ष नेते संदीप जोशी, विरोधीपक्ष नेते तानाजी वनवे, आरोग्य समिती सभापती वीरेंद्र कुकरेजा, ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक प्रफुल्ल गुडधे पाटील, अतिरिक्त आयुक्त राम जोशी, उपायुक्त निर्भय जैन, आरोग्य अधिकारी (स्वच्छता) डॉ.सुनील कांबळे, स्वच्छ भारत अभियानाचे नोडल अधिकारी डॉ.प्रदीप दासरवार प्रामुख्याने उपस्थित होते.
पुढे बोलताना आयुक्त म्हणाले, यंत्रणा ही नवीन असल्याने सुरूवातीला काम करायला थोडा त्रास जाईल. काही सजग नागरिक कचरा विलग करून देतील परंतु सर्वच नागरिक कचरा विलग करू देणार नाहीत. याबाबत यंत्रणेमार्फत नागरिकांना जागरुक करणे आवश्यक आहे. २० तारखेपर्यंत नागरिकांना याबाबत अवगत करावे. २० तारखेनंतर कुठल्याही घरातून कचरा एकत्रित घेऊ नका, असे निर्देश आयुक्तांनी कचरा संकलन करणाऱ्या यंत्रणेला दिले आहेत. जोपर्यंत यंत्रणा सुरळीत कार्य करीत नाही, तोपर्यंत दररोज समीक्षा बैठक घेण्यात येणार असल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले.
बैठकीच्या प्रारंभी मान्यवरांनी यंत्रणेमार्फत सुरू असलेल्या कार्याचा आढावा जाणून घेतला. यामध्ये त्यांना काही त्रुटी आढळून आल्याचे दिसून आले. त्या तातडीने सुधारणा करण्याचे निर्देश आयुक्तांनी यंत्रणेला दिले.
आरोग्य समिती सभापती वीरेंद्र कुकरेजा यांनी यावेळी नवीन यंत्रणेमार्फत दिल्या जाणाऱ्या सुविधांची माहिती सांगितली. आतापर्यंत शहरात १७० कचरा संकलन केंद्र होते. आता नवीन यंत्रणेच्या कार्यपद्धतीनुसार फक्त २५ ट्रांन्सफर युनीट असणार आहेत. यामध्ये गाडीतून कचरा मोठ्या गाडीत टाकल्या जाणार आहे. तेथूनच तो कचरा प्रक्रीया केंद्रावर पाठविल्या जाणार असल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले. कचऱ्याचा पुरेपूर उपयोग करून त्यावर प्रक्रिया करणार असल्याची माहिती वीरेंद्र कुकरेजा यांनी दिली.
यावेळी जुन्या कचरा संकलन यंत्रणा कनक रिसोर्सच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांचे प्रश्न विरोधीपक्ष नेते तानाजी वनवे आणि ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक प्रफुल्ल गुडधे पाटील यांनी बैठकीत मांडला. यावर बोलताना आयुक्त यांनी कनकच्या सर्व कर्मचाऱ्यांना नवीन यंत्रणेमध्ये समाविष्ट करण्यात येणार आहे, अशी अट निविदेमध्ये समाविष्ट केली असल्याचे आयुक्तांनी यावेळी सांगितले.
