Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday’s ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ hit the big screen yesterday. Directed by Mudassir Aziz, the comic-caper made headlines ever since the makers announced the film. It is a remake of the 1978 classic with the same name. Now, according to the latest reports on Boxofficeindia.com, the film made 8.50 – 8.75 crore on its opening day which is an excellent start.
The reports further revealed that it is the highest opening day ever for Kartik Aryan as it beats the numbers of Luka Chuppi which was released around 9 months back.

हैदराबाद : हैदराबाद बलात्कार प्रकरणातल्या चारही आरोपींचं एन्काऊंटर करण्यात आलं आहे. घटनास्थळी नेत असताना चौघांचं एन्काऊंटर करण्यात आलं आहे. या एन्काऊंटरमध्ये चारही आरोपी ठार झाले आहेत. घटनास्थळी नेल्यानंतर या आरोपींनी तिथून पळ काढण्याचा प्रयत्न केला, तेव्हा तेलंगणा पोलिसांनी चौघांचं एन्काऊंटर केलं. तेलंगणा पोलिसांनी याला दुजोरा दिला आहे.
हैदराबादमध्ये २७ नोव्हेंबरला महिला डॉक्टरसोबत सामूहिक बलात्कार करण्यात आला. यानंतर पीडित महिलेला जाळून मारण्यात आलं. या घटनेनंतर देशभरात संतापाची लाट पसरली होती, तसंच पीडित महिलेला लवकर न्याय मिळावा, अशी मागणी जोर धरु लागली होती.
२७ नोव्हेंबरला ४ आरोपींनी पहिले पीडित महिलेची गाडी पंक्चर केली आणि मदत करण्याचं नाटक केलं. यानंतर चारही आरोपी तिला टोल प्लाझाजवळच्या निर्जन स्थळी घेऊन गेले. याठिकाणी महिलेवर अत्याचार करुन तिची हत्या करण्यात आली.
डॉक्टर महिलेवर अत्याचार केल्यानंतर पेट्रोल पंपावरून पेट्रोल विकत घेऊन तिला हैदराबाद-बंगळुरू नॅशनल हायवेवर तिला जाळण्यात आलं. चारही आरोपींना २९ नोव्हेंबरला अटक करण्यात आली. यानंतर आज त्यांचं एन्काऊंटर करण्यात आलं आहे.
नागपूर, 6 डिसेंबर : सिंचन घोटाळ्याप्रकरणी अँटी करप्शन ब्युरोने नागपूर खंडपीठात प्रतिज्ञापत्र दाखल केले आहे. सिंचन घोटाळ्यासंदर्भात 17 खटल्यांमध्ये राष्ट्रवादीचे नेते आणि माजी उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांच्याविरूद्ध पुरावे सापडलेले नाहीत, असे प्रतिज्ञापत्रात म्हटले आहे. त्यामुळे अजित पवार यांना मोठा दिलासा मिळाला आहे.

ACB च्या पोलीस अधीक्षक रश्मी नांदेडकर यांनी मुंबई हायकोर्टाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठात प्रतिज्ञापत्रक दाखल केलं. या प्रतिज्ञापत्रात अजित पवार यांच्याविरूद्ध कोणतीही फौजदारी कारवाई करता येणार नसल्याचं नमूद करण्यात आलं आहे. 28 नोव्हेंबर रोजी लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाने मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठात प्रतिज्ञापत्र दाखल केले असले तरीही कोर्टाने या प्रतिज्ञापत्रावर अजून सुनावणी केली नाही.
याआधीही 9 प्रकरणांची चौकशी बंद
विदर्भ पाटबंधारे विकास महामंडळांतर्गत सुरू असलेली सिंचन प्रकल्पाच्या 32 पैकी 9 प्रकरणाची चौकशी काही दिवसांपूर्वी बंद करण्यात आली आहे. याबाबतचे आदेश लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाचे अप्पर महासंचालक बिपीन कुमार सिंह यांनी एका पत्रकाद्वारे दिले होते.
विदर्भातील कोट्यवधी रुपयाच्या सिंचन घोटाळ्याच्या चौकशी विदर्भ पाटबंधारे विकास महामंडळांतर्गत सुरू आहे. या प्रकरणाचे लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाने अवलोकन केले आहे. सदर उघड चौकशी/निविदा प्रकरणांबाबत, भविष्यात शासनाने काही नियम अथवा न्यायालयाने काही निर्देश अथवा आदेश पारीत केल्यास या निर्णयाला आधीन राहून आवश्यकता भासल्यास पुन्हा चौकशी सुरू करण्यात येईल, या अटीवर नस्तीबंद करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात आल्याचे अप्पर महासंचालक बिपीन कुमार सिंह यांनी सांगितले आहे.
काय आहे सिंचन घोटाळा ?
– ‘सिंचन घोटाळ्यासाठी आघाडी सरकार व प्रामुख्याने तत्कालीन उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार, सुनील तटकरे हे कसे जबाबदार आहेत’, असा आरोप भाजप नेते देवेंद्र फडणवीस आणि सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांनी केला होता.
– गोसीखुर्द सिंचन प्रकल्पात कोट्यवधींचा घोटाळा झाला असून त्याची सीबीआयमार्फत चौकशी करावी, अशी याचिका दिवंगत अॅड. श्रीकांत खंडाळकर यांनी 2011 मध्ये केली होती.
-2012च्या आर्थिक पाहणी अहवालानुसार, 1999 ते 2009 या कालखंडात राज्यातील सिंचन प्रकल्पांमध्ये 35 हजार कोटींची अनियमितता असल्याची बाब समोर आली.
-फेब्रुवारी 2012 मध्ये तत्कालीन मुख्य अभियंता विजय पांढरे यांनी राज्यपाल व मुख्यमंत्र्यांना अहवाल सादर करून सिंचन विभागात गैरव्यवहार झाल्याचे नमूद केले होते.
-2012 मध्ये जनमंच या स्वयंसेवी संस्थेने उच्च न्यायालयाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठात जनहित याचिका दाखल करून राज्यातील सिंचन प्रकल्पांमध्ये 70 हजार कोटी रुपयांचा घोटाळा झाला असून सीबीआय चौकशीची मागणी केली.

नई दिल्ली: मिशन चंद्रयान (Chandrayaan-2) के विक्रम लैंडर को लेकर अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी NASA के बड़े दावे को भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (ISRO) ने खारिज कर दिया है. नासा ने बुधवार को चेन्नई के एक मैकेनिकल इंजीनियर को क्रेडिट देते हुए विक्रम लैंडर का मलबा मिलने का दावा था. इसे खारिज करते हुए ISRO के प्रमुख के. सिवन ने कहा कि हमने पहले ही विक्रम लैंडर को ढूंढ लिया था. सिवन ने कहा कि नासा से पहले हमारे ऑर्बिटर ने विक्रम लैंडर को ढूंढा था और इसकी जानकारी हमने पहले ही दे दी थी. उन्होंने कहा कि आप पुराने रिपोर्ट से इसकी जानकारी हासिल कर सकते हैं.
बता दें कि दो दिन पहले ही नासा के लूनर रिकनैसैंस ऑर्बिटर (LRO) ने चांद की सतह पर चंद्रयान-2 के विक्रम लैंडर का मलबा तलाशने का दावा किया था. नासा ने कहा था कि चंद्रयान-2 के विक्रम लैंडर का मलबा क्रैश साइट से 750 मीटर दूर मिला है. नासा ने ट्वीट करके इसकी जानकारी दी थी. नासा ने विक्रम लैंडर का मलबा ढूंढने का क्रेडिट चेन्नई के इंजीनियर शनमुगा सुब्रमण्यम को दिया है.
नासा ने अपने बयान में कहा, ’26 सितंबर को क्रैश साइट की एक तस्वीर जारी की गई थी और विक्रम लैंडर के सिग्नल्स की खोज करने के लिए लोगों को बुलाया गया था.’ नासा ने आगे बताया, ‘शनमुगा सुब्रमण्यन नाम के शख्स ने मलबे की एक सकारात्मक पहचान की. उन्होंने ही LRO प्रोजेक्ट से संपर्क किया. शानमुगा ने मुख्य क्रैश साइट के उत्तर-पश्चिम में लगभग 750 मीटर की दूरी पर स्थित मलबे की पहचान की थी. यह पहले मोजेक (1.3 मीटर पिक्सल, 84 डिग्री घटना कोण) में एक एकल उज्ज्वल पिक्सल पहचान थी.’
ISRO ने मांगी डिटेल रिपोर्ट
न्यूज़ एजेंसी एएफपी के मुताबिक, भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (ISRO) ने नासा से विक्रम लैंडर के मलबे से जुड़ी डिटेल जानकारी मांगी है. नासा जल्द ही इससे जुड़ी रिपोर्ट सौंपेगा.
हार्ड लैंडिंग के बाद अंतरिक्ष में खो गया था विक्रम लैंडर
चंद्रयान-2 के विक्रम लैंडर की 7 सितंबर को चांद की सतह पर हार्ड लैंडिंग हुई थी. तब सतह को छूने से सिर्फ 2.1 किमी पहले लैंडर का इसरो से संपर्क टूट गया था. इसरो के अधिकारियों की तरफ से कहा गया था कि लैंडिंग के दौरान विक्रम गिरकर तिरछा हो गया है, लेकिन टूटा नहीं है. वह सिंगल पीस में है और उससे संपर्क साधने की पूरी कोशिशें जारी हैं. कई कोशिशों के बाद भी विक्रम लैंडर से संपर्क नहीं हो पाया. इसके बाद अमेरिकी स्पेस एजेंसी नासा ने इसरो को मदद की पेशकश की थी. हालांकि, चांद पर लूनर डे हो जाने के कारण इसरो और नासा को अपनी तलाश रोकनी पड़ी. बाद में इसरो ने बयान जारी किया कि विक्रम लैंडर हमेशा के लिए खो चुका है.

He said the CLCSS scheme would be crucial in raising MSME contribution to gross domestic product from the current 29 per cent to 50 per cent, in addition to increasing exports from the sector to 50 per cent from 40 per cent now..The scheme provides an upfront subsidy of 15 per cent on institutional credit up to Rs 1 crore for MSMEs in the specified 51 sub-sectors. He appealed to all the entrepreneurs present to get acquainted with the documentation procedure of the banks and benefit from the programme.
Dr. V.R.Sirsath, Dy.Director, MSME-DI in his welcome address, explained about the programme in brief and also spoke about the various schemes of Ministry of MSME for the existing and prospective entrepreneurs.

नवी दिल्ली : देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी केंद्राला ४० हजार कोटींचा निधी परत दिला, असा गौप्यस्फोट भाजप नेते अनंत हेगडे यांनी केला आहे. हा निधी परत करण्यासाठीच ८० तासांचा मुख्यमंत्री व्हायचा ड्रामा करण्यात आल्याचा गंभीर आरोप हेगडे यांनी केला आहे.
फडणवीस १५ तास मुख्यमंत्री झाले आणि त्यांनी ४० हजार कोटी रुपये केंद्राला परत केले आणि मग राजीनामा दिला. महाराष्ट्र विकासआघाडी सत्तेत आली तर विकासासाठी असलेल्या निधीचा गैरवापर होऊ शकतो, असं फडणवीस यांना वाटलं आणि त्यांनी हे पाऊल उचललं, असं हेगडे म्हणाले.
देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी हा ड्रामा कशाला केला? बहुमत नसल्याचं आम्हाला माहिती नव्हतं का? तरीही ते मुख्यमंत्री कसे झाले? प्रत्येक जण असे प्रश्न विचारत आहे, असं वक्तव्य अनंत हेगडे यांनी केलं आहे.

Nagpur: हैदराबाद सामूहिक बलात्कार प्रकरणाच्या तपासाला जसजशी गती येत आहे तसतशी नवनवी माहिती समोर येत आहे. डॉक्टर महिलेवर सामूहिक बलात्कार करून नंतर तिचा मृतदेह जाळून पसार झालेले नराधम घटनास्थळी परत आले होते. मृतदेह पूर्णपणे जळाला की नाही याची खातरजमा करण्यासाठी चौघांनीही पुन्हा त्या ठिकाणी येण्याची हिंमत केली होती. इतकंच नव्हे तर मद्यधुंद अवस्थेतील या चौघांनी पीडितेलाही दारू पाजण्याचा प्रयत्न केला होता.
तपासात ही बाब समोर आली की दोन आरोपी, शिवा आणि नवीन यांनी आधी राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग ४४ वर शमशाबाद आणि शादनगरच्या दरम्यान आधी संपूर्ण रस्त्याची रेकी केली. नंतर चट्टनपल्ली गावातील एका अंडरपासच्या खाली त्यांनी मृतदेह जाळला. हे दोघे पीडितेच्याच बाइकने पुढे जात होते तर बाकीचे दोन आरोपी मृतदेहासोबत ट्रकमध्ये होते. शिवा आणि नवीनने आधी दुसऱ्या दोन-तीन जागादेखील शोधल्या होत्या, पण तिथे लोक होते त्यामुळे हे तिथे थांबले नाहीत.
…पुन्हा परतून आले
हायवेवर जेव्हा अंडरपास दिसला, तेव्हा ती जागा निर्जन असल्याचे ताडून चौघांनी मृतदेह जाळला. यानंतर ते तिथून पसार झाले आणि मृतदेह पूर्णपणे जळला की नाही याची खातरजमा करण्यासाठी काही वेळाने पुन्हा त्या ठिकाणी आले. पोलीस महासंचालक एम. महेंद्र रेड्ड्ी आणि सायबराबादचे पोलीस आयुक्त व्ही. सी. सज्जनार यांनी दुसऱ्या पोलीस अधिकाऱ्यांसोबत रविवारी घटनास्थळाची पाहणी केली.
सूत्रांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, डॉक्टरचा हरवलेला मोबाइल फोन ट्रेस करण्यात आला आहे. मात्र, पोलिसांना त्याबाबत कोणतीही माहिती दिली नाही. त्यांचं म्हणणं आहे की, फोन हस्तगत करण्यात आला असून फोनची तपासणी सुरू आहे. यापूर्वी अशीही माहिती उजेडात आली की आरोपींनी महिला डॉक्टरला जबरदस्ती दारू पाजण्याचादेखील प्रयत्न केला होता, पण पीडितेने त्यांना नकार देत त्यांचा प्रतिकार केला होता.
आरोपींनी पीडितेची मदत करण्याच्या बहाण्याने तिला गाठलं आणि तिच्यावर बलात्कार केला. ते तिची बाइक घेऊन गॅरेजमध्ये गेले होते. तिथल्या मेकॅनिकने दिलेल्या माहितीमुळे पोलीस आरोपींच्या मुसक्या आवळण्यात यशस्वी झाले. मेकॅनिकच्या माहितीनंतर पेट्रोल पंप आणि जिथे ट्रक पार्क केला त्या ठिकाणच्या सीसीटीव्ही फुटेजमुळे आरोपींचा ठावठिकाणा शोधण्यात आला. ट्रकमालकाने सांगितलं की ट्रक त्यावेळी मोहम्मद आरिफजवळ होता. त्याच्यामार्फत शिवा, नवीन आणि केशवुलुला अटक करण्यात आलं.

मुंबई: हजारोंच्या साक्षीनं शुक्रवारी मुंबईतील ऐतिहासिक शिवाजी पार्क मैदानावर महाराष्ट्राच्या मुख्यमंत्रिपदाची शपथ घेतल्यानंतर आज उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी मंत्रालयात जाऊन आपल्या पदाचा कार्यभार स्वीकारला. उद्धव यांच्या स्वागतासाठी अवघे मंत्रालय एकवटले होते. त्यांचा हा पदग्रहण सोहळाही कालच्या शपथविधी इतकाच अविस्मरणीय ठरला. या निमित्तानं राज्याच्या राजकारणात एका नव्या पर्वाची सुरुवात झाली आहे.
महाराष्ट्रातील शिवसेना, राष्ट्रवादी व काँग्रेसच्या महाविकास आघाडीच्या सरकारचं नेतृत्व उद्धव ठाकरे यांच्याकडं आलं आहे. संसदीय राजकारणापासून दूर असलेल्या ठाकरे घराण्याची व्यक्ती प्रथमच मुख्यमंत्रिपदावर येत आहे. त्यामुळं शिवसेनेसह संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्रात एक वेगळंच कुतूहल आहे. उद्धव पदभार स्वीकारण्यासाठी मंत्रालयात पोहोचले तेव्हा त्याची प्रचिती आली.
आज दुपारी दोन वाजण्याच्या सुमारास उद्धव ठाकरे मंत्रालयात पोहोचले. तत्पू्र्वी, त्यांनी संयुक्त महाराष्ट्राच्या लढ्यातील हुतात्म्यांना अभिवादन केले. आजपर्यंत इतरांना मुख्यमंत्रिपदाच्या खुर्चीत बसवणाऱ्या ठाकरे कुटुंबातील व्यक्ती स्वत: या पदावर येत असल्यानं मंत्रालयातील कर्मचाऱ्यांमध्ये प्रचंड उत्सुकता होती. त्यामुळंच ठाकरे मंत्रालयात पोहोचताच त्यांना पाहण्यासाठी, त्यांची छबी मोबाइल कॅमेऱ्यात टिपण्यासाठी मंत्रालयातील कर्मचाऱ्यांची प्रचंड झुंबड उडाली होती. सहाव्या मजल्यावर जाण्याआधी यांनी तळमजल्यावरील छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज व डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या प्रतिमेला पुष्पहार अर्पण केला. त्यानंतर मुख्यमंत्र्यांच्या दालनात जाऊन त्यांनी कार्यभार स्वीकारला. नवनियुक्त मंत्री छगन भुजबळ, जयंत पाटील, सुभाष देसाई, एकनाथ शिंदे, बाळासाहेब थोरात व नितीन राऊत हे देखील त्यांच्या सोबत होते.
नागपूर: महाराष्ट्राच्या राजधानीत उद्धव ठाकरे यांच्या नेतृत्वाखालील महाआघाडीचं सरकार स्थापन होत असताना महाराष्ट्राच्या उपराजधानीत माजी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या घरी मात्र नोटीस आली आहे! नागपूरच्या स्थानिक कोर्टाने त्यांना समन्स बजावले आहेत. विधानसभा निवडणुकीच्या वेळी उमेदवारी अर्ज दाखल करताना त्यांनी त्यांच्यावरील दोन गुन्हेगारी खटले असल्याची माहिती लपवल्याबाबत त्यांच्यावर ठपका ठेवण्यात आला आहे.
गुरुवारी २८ नोव्हेंबरला नागपूर पोलिसांनी फडणवीस यांच्या घरी समन्स पोहोचवला आहे. समन्स बजावल्याची माहिती नागपूरचे पोलीस निरीक्षक महेश बनसोड यांनी दिल्याचे एएनआय वृत्तसंस्थेने म्हटले आहे. फडणवीस यांच्याविरोधात १९९६ आणि १९९८ मध्ये मानहानी, फसवणूक आणि खोट्या कागदपत्रांसंदर्भात गुन्हे दाखल झाले होते. मात्र या दोन्ही आरोपांची निश्चिती झाली नव्हती. पण या गुन्ह्यांविषयीची माहिती त्यांनी प्रतिज्ञापत्रात न लिहिल्याने नागपूरमधील वकील सतीश उके यांनी त्यांच्याविरोधात याचिका दाखल केली होती. फडणवीस यांच्याविरोधात गुन्हेगारी खटला चालवण्यीची उके यांची मागणी होती.
मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने उके यांची याचिका फेटाळून लावत फडणवीसांना दिलासा दिला होता. पण सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या निर्णयानंतर नागपूरच्या दंडाधिकारी न्यायालयाने १ नोव्हेंबर रोजी याचिकेवर पुन्हा सुनावणीस सुरुवात केली होती. ४ नोव्हेंबरला फडणवीसांना नोटीस जारी केली होती. या नोटीशीला ४ डिसेंबरपर्यंत उत्तर देण्याचे कोर्टाचे आदेश होते. देवेंद्र फडणवीस हे नागपूर दक्षिण-पश्चिम मतदारसंघातील आमदार आहेत.
नागपूर: राज्यात राजकीय पक्षांद्वारे एकमेकांवर टीकेच्या तोफा डागल्या जात असताना कस्तुरचंद पार्कवर (केपी) गुरुवारी पुन्हा एकदा ब्रिटीशकालीन ऐतिहासिक दोन तोफ सापडल्या आहेत. महिन्याभराच्या अवधीतील ही दुसरी घटना असून प्रथमदर्शनी दोन्ही वेळी सापडलेल्या तोफ सारख्या धाटणीच्या दिसून येत आहे.
गाजलेल्या राजकीय सभांचा साक्षीदार असलेल्या कस्तूरचंद पार्कवर ऐतिहासिक अशा ब्रिटिशांच्या तोफा मिळाल्या आहेत. सध्या या मैदानावर महापालिकेद्वारे सांडपाणी वाहून जाण्यासाठी भूमिगत नाली बनविण्याचे कार्य सुरू आहे. नालीचा मार्ग खोदत असताना बुधवारी रात्री अवघ्या दोन ते तीन फुटांवर साडेनऊ फूट लांब आकाराच्या दोन तोफ सापडल्या. त्यानुसार महानगरपालिकेच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी राज्य पुरातत्व विभागाला कळविले. गुरुवारी सकाळी राज्य पुरातत्व विभागाची चमू आणि महानगरपालिकेच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी तोफांची पाहणी केली. जेसीबी उपलब्ध नसल्याने लगेच तोफ काढण्यात आल्या नाहीत. परंतु, तोफेचा सुरुवातीच्या भागावरून यापूर्वी तोफांप्रमाणचे ब्रिटीश धाटणीच्या, वजनी असल्याचे दिसून आले. केपीवर सध्या मेट्रोच्या कार्याशिवाय मैदानाचे सौंदर्यीकरण सुरू आहे. याचअंतर्गत मैदानावर साचणारे पाणी वाहून जाण्यासाठी भूमिगत नाला तयार करण्यात येत आहे. त्याच कामांतर्गत सर्वात आधी १७ ऑक्टोबर २०१९ रोजी चार तोफ आणि दोन मॉर्टल सापडले होते. त्या तोफांवर नमूद असलेल्या इंग्रजीतील ‘आर’ अक्षर आणि इंग्लडच्या राणीच्या मुकुटाच्या आकाराच्या चित्रावरून त्या रॉयल गन फॅक्टरीत तयार झालेल्या असाव्यात असा, अंदाज व्यक्त करण्यात आला होता. महिन्याभराचा कालावधी लोटत नाही तोच पुन्हा एकदा दोन तोफ सापडल्याने नागपुरकांनी हा ऐतिहासिक वारसा पाहण्याची, जपण्याची भावना व्यक्त केली आहे.
तोफांसह मिळू शकतात भरमार बंदुका!
नागपूरकर भोसले आणि ब्रिटिशांमध्ये १८१७-१८दरम्यान झालेल्या युद्धात वापरण्यात आलेल्या या तोफा आहेत. त्याकाळी लांब पल्ल्याच्या आणि कमी पल्ल्याच्या अशा दोन प्रकारच्या तोफा वापरल्या गेल्या. मैदानाचे योग्यरीत्या उत्खनन झाल्यास अजून काही तोफा, भरमार बंदुका आणि इतर शस्त्रे मिळू शकतात. हा संपूर्ण वारसा ऐतिहासिक माहितीसह सर्वसामान्यांसाठी खुला करायला हवा, असे मत पुरातत्वच्या जाणकारांकडून व्यक्त होत आहे.
‘केपी’चे व्हावे वैज्ञानिक उत्खनन
कस्तूरचंद पार्क ही युद्धभूमी होती. तिथे सीताबर्डीचे युद्ध झाले. त्याकाळी ठासणीच्या बंदुका वापरल्या जात. बंदुकीच्या नळीत दारू भरल्या जात असे. त्यानंतर मागच्या बाजूने फ्लिंटच्या दगडातून तयार झालेल्या ठिणगीद्वारे आग लावली जायची. त्या काळातील फ्लिंटचे दगड आता-आतापर्यंत भेटायचे. २०१७मध्ये सीताबर्डीच्या युद्धाला दोनशे वर्षे पूर्ण झाली तेव्हा ‘केपी’चे वैज्ञानिक पद्धतीने उत्खनन करण्याची मागणी झाली. पण त्याकडे दुर्लक्ष करण्यात आले. उत्खनन झाल्यास अनेक ऐतिहासिक गोष्टी तिथे मिळू शकतील, असा दावा करण्यात येत आहे. दुसऱ्यांदा तोफ सापडल्यामुळे पुन्हा एकदा उत्खननाची मागणी जोर पकडू लागली आहे.
नागपूर,ता. २७ : पाण्याचे लिकेज शोधण्यासाठी सुरू केलेल्या मोहिमेत इतवारी येथील होलसेल क्लॉथ मार्केटजवळ वल्लभाचार्य चौक (नंगा पुतळा) नागपूर येथे रस्त्याच्या सात फूट खाली पुरातन नाला सापडला. विशेष म्हणजे महापौर संदीप जोशी या जागेला भेट देऊन सदर नाल्याच्या पुनर्निर्माणाचे आदेश दिलेत.
मागील १५ दिवसांपासून सकाळी ८.३० ते ११.३० आणि दुपारी २ ते ३.३० दरम्यान मोठ्या प्रमाणात होलसेल क्लॉथ मार्केट जवळील वल्लभाचार्य चौक (नंगा पुतळा) येथे रस्त्यावर पाणी वाहत होते. यासंदर्भात नागरिकांकडून तक्रार मिळताच ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक दयाशंकर तिवारी यांनी ओ.सी.डब्ल्यू. व जलप्रदाय विभागाच्या अधिकारी व कर्मचा-यांसह पाण्याचे लिकेज शोधण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. वारंवार लिजेक शोधूनही न सापडल्यानंतर रविवारी पाणीपुरवठा बंद करण्यात आला. यानंतरही पाणी वाहत असल्याने सदर ठिकाणी खोदकाम करण्यात आले. खोदकामादरम्यान रस्त्याच्या सात फुट खाली नाला असल्याचे निदर्शनास आले. नाल्याचे स्लॅब तोडून नाल्यातील कचरा आणि माती काढण्यात आली. यावेळी १० मीटर अंतरावर नाल्याच्या स्लॅबच्या खाली १५ इंचची जुनी पाण्याची वाहिनी असून त्याखाली स्वयंचलीत मशीनने टाकण्यात आलेल्या ऑप्टीकल फायबर केबलच्या पाईपमुळे सुमारे अडीच फुटाचा अडथळा निर्माण झाल्याचे दिसून आले. नाल्याची भिंत दगडाची असल्याने केबल टाकताना दगड कोसळले असावेत व दगड आणि पाईप यामुळे कचरा जमा होऊन हळूहळू नाला बुजला असावा, अशी शक्यता वर्तविली जात आहे.
नाल्याची स्लॅब तोडून सफाई करण्यात आल्यानंतर पुढे नाल्याचा प्रवाह सुरळीत असल्याचे दिसून आले. मनपा आरोग्य विभागाचे कर्मचारी आणि पोकलेनच्या माध्यमातून नाल्यातील कचरा आणि माती काढून नाल्याचे प्रवाह सुरळीत करण्यात आले. सलग तीन दिवसांच्या कार्यानंतर अखेर रस्त्यावरून पाणी वाहणे बंद झाले. ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक दयाशंकर तिवारी यांच्या नेतृत्वात उपअभियंता रवींद्र बुंधाडे, कनिष्ठ अभियंता सुरेंद्र दुधे, तांत्रिक सहायक श्री.दुमाने, वरिष्ठ स्वास्थ निरीक्षक सुरेंद्र खरे, प्रभारी स्वास्थ निरीक्षक विपीन समुंद्रे यांच्या सहकार्याने संपूर्ण कार्यवाही पूर्ण करण्यात आली. अतिव्यस्त भागातील वाहतूक समस्या लक्षात घेता वाहतूक पोलिसांकडूनही सहकार्य करण्यात आले.
ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक दयाशंकर तिवारी यांनी महापौर संदीप जोशी यांना दुरध्वनीवरून माहिती देताच त्यांनी सदर भागाची पाहणी केली. कामाचे गांभीर्य लक्षात घेत नाल्याच्या ठिकाणी बांधकामाबाबत त्वरीत नस्ती तयार करून तातडीने काम सुरू करण्याचे निर्देश महापौर संदीप जोशी यांनी गांधीबाग झोनचे सहायक आयुक्त अशोक पाटील यांना दिले.

मुंबई- आशुताेष गोवारीकर यांचा ‘पानिपत‘ अर्जुन कपूरच्या करिअरचा पहिला ऐतिहासिक चित्रपट ठरला आहे. पानिपतच्या तिसऱ्या युद्धावर आधारित या चित्रपटात अर्जुन संजय दत्तशी झुंज देताना दिसणार आहे. दोघांनीही त्यासाठी परिश्रम घेतले आहेत. खास करून चित्रपटाच्या अॅक्शन सीन्स दरम्यान दोघांनीही सुमारे 25 किलो चिलखत घालून शॉट्स दिले. दोघांनाही हे भारी पोशाख घालण्यात आणि शॉट्स देण्यात मोठी अडचण झाली होती. यावेळी घोड्यांनाही खूप त्रास झाला कारण चिलखत घातल्यामुळे कलाकारांचे वजन वाढले होते, त्यामुळे त्यांना कलाकारांचे वजनदेखील पेलावे लागले. या चित्रपटात अर्जुनने जो पोशाखा घातला आहे त्याला ‘चिल्ता हजार माशा’ म्हणतात. यात छोटे-छोटे खिळे लागलेले असतात.
कशा प्रकारे ‘पानिपत’ ची तयारी करण्यात आली…, पानिपतच्या पहिल्या लढाईमध्ये मला काही रस नव्हता. दुसरी लढाई मी जोधा अकबरमध्ये दाखवली होती. तिसऱ्या लढाईविषयी मी बालपणी बरेच काही ऐकले, वाचले होते. कारण ही लढाई आपण अहमद शाह अब्दालीकडून हरलो होतो. सुरुवातीलाही मला यात रस नव्हता. मात्र दिग्दर्शक बनल्यानंतर यात माझी आवड वाढत गेली. पानिपतच्या तिसऱ्या लढाईवर चित्रपट बनू शकतो, असा विचार मी नेहमी करायचो. बराच विचार आणि अभ्यास केल्यानंतर यातून बऱ्याच धाडसी कथा समोर आल्या. ही लढाई हरियाणा राज्यातील पानिपतच्या जवळ झाली. याच गावानजीक पहिले दोन युद्धे झाली होती, ज्यात मुघलांची सरशी झाली होती व भारतात मुघल सत्तेचा पाया घातला गेला होता. तिसरी लढाई अफगाण सेनानी अहमदशाह अब्दाली आणि महाराष्ट्रातील मराठ्यांत झाली. मराठ्यांनी १ लाखाहून मोठी फौज उभारली होती व पानिपतकडे आगेकूच केले होते. सदाशिवराव भाऊंच्या नेतृत्वाखाली मराठ्यांची मोहीम चालू झाली.
अनंत अडचणींना तोंड देत सेना उत्तरेत पोहोचली. वाटेत होळकर, शिंदे, गायकवाड, बुंदेले यांच्या तुकड्या येऊन मिळाल्या त्याने सैन्याला बळकटी मिळाली. हे सर्व तथ्य मिळाल्यानंतर आमचे निर्माते रोहित शेलाटकरदेखील खूप खुश झाले. त्यांच्या मनाताही हा विचार बऱ्याच दिवसांपासून सुरू होता. अशा प्रकारे ‘मोहनजो दारो’ चित्रपटानंतर ‘पानिपत’चित्रपटाचा पाया रचला.

11 व्या वर्ल्ड बॉडी बिल्डिंग चॅम्पियनशिप 2019 चो आयोजन दक्षिण कोरियात करण्यात आले होते. येथील जूजू बेटावर 5 ते 11 नोव्हेंबर रोजी ही चॅम्पियनशिप रंगली होती. यामध्येच भारताचे चित्रेश नटसन यांना मिस्टर यूनिवर्स 2019 चा खिताब देण्यात आला आहे. यासोबतच, भारताच्या बॉडी बिल्डर्सने वर्ल्ड बॉडी बिल्डिंग अॅन्ड फिजिक स्पोर्ट्स चॅम्पियनशिपच्या टीम कॅटेगिरीमध्येसुद्धा विशेष कामगिरी करत दुसरे क्रमांक पटकावले आहे.

अतिक्रमणासाठी समिती
कचरा आणि अतिक्रमणाच्या समस्येबाबत प्रभागनिहाय आढावा घेण्यात आला. यावेळी ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक दयाशंकर तिवारी यांच्या अध्यक्षतेत समिती तयार करण्यात येणार असल्याचे महापौर जोशी यांनी सांगितले. कचऱ्यासंदर्भात दोन एजन्सी नियुक्त करण्यात आल्या आहेत. त्याचा आढावा महापौरांनी घेतला.
स्वत:पासून सुरूवात करा
कचरा संकलनासाठी नव्या एजन्सीला नियुक्त केल्यानंतर नगरसेवकांनी आपल्या घरापासून ओला आणि सुका कचरा वेगळा करण्यास सुरूवात करावी, असे आवाहन जोशी यांनी केले.
नागपूर: नागपूरकरांना चोवीस तास पाणी पुरवठा देण्याची प्रक्रिया प्रगतीपथावर आहे. डिसेंबर २०२० पर्यंत हा प्रकल्प पूर्णत्वास येईल, असा विश्वास जलप्रदाय समिती सभापती विजय (पिंटू) झलके यांनी केला. मंगळवार, २६ नोव्हेंबरला मनपा मुख्यालयातील स्थायी समिती सभागृहात जलप्रदाय समितीची बैठक झाली. त्याप्रसंगी त्यांनी माहिती दिली.
बैठकीला समिती उपसभापती भगवान मेंढे, नेहरूनगर झोन सभापती समिता चकोले, लकडगंज झोन सभापती राजकुमार साहू, आसीनगर झोन सभापती विरंका भिवगडे, मंगळवारी झोन सभापती गार्गी चोपरा, समिती सदस्य संजय महाजन, दीपक चौधरी, भुट्टो जुल्फेकार अहमद, वैशाली नारनवरे, अधीक्षक अभियंता (जलप्रदाय) श्वेता बॅनर्जी, कार्यकारी अभियंता मनोज गणवीर, ओसीडब्लूचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी संजय रॉय, संचालक एचआर आणि जनसंपर्क केएमपी सिंग, संचालक राजेश कारला प्रामुख्याने उपस्थित होते.
सभापती झलके म्हणाले, २४ तास पाणीपुरवठा ही सेवा शहरात काही ठिकाणी सुरू करण्यात आली होती. काही ठिकाणी प्रतिसाद चांगला आला आहे. काही ठिकाणी काम करताना काही अडचणी असल्याने सेवेला उशीर होत आहे. सर्व अडचणी सोडविण्याचे काम प्रगतीप्रथावर सुरू असून पुढील वर्षभरात संपूर्ण शहराला २४ तास पाणी पुरवठा मिळेल, असे झलके यांनी सांगितले.
प्रारंभी सभापती पिंटू झलके यांनी शहरातील पाणी पुरवठा संबंधीचा झोननिहाय आढावा घेतला. हुडकेश्वर नरसाळा भागात पाणी पुरवठा व नळ जोडणीबाबतही आढावा घेतला. या भागात आतापर्यंत ओसीडब्लूमार्फत किती कामे झाली. किती नळ जोडणी करण्यात आली, याचा आढावा जलप्रदाय विभागामार्फत समितीपुढे सादर करण्याचे निर्देश सभापती झलके यांनी दिले. नेहरूनगर झोनमध्ये जलप्रदाय विभागामार्फत कामासाठी खड्डे खणण्यात आले आहेत, अशी तक्रार समिता चकोले यांनी केली. त्यावर बोलताना झलके यांनी विकास कामांसाठी केलेले खड्डे तातडीने बुजविण्याचे निर्देश दिले. धंतोली झोनअंतर्गत काही वस्त्यांमध्ये मीटर चोरून जाण्याची तक्रार मोठ्या प्रमाणावर असल्याचे निर्दशनास आले असल्याची माहिती झोनच्या डेलीगेट्सने दिली. मीटर चोरून नेण्याच्या तक्रारी असेल तर सरळ पोलिसात एफआयआर नोंदवावी, असे निर्देश सभापती झलके यांनी दिले.
गांधीबाग व आसीनगर झोनमध्ये लो-प्रेशर बाबत तक्रारी दिसून आल्या. यावर झलकेंनी लो-प्रेशर कशामुळे आहे, यावर काय उपाय करता येतील, याचा विचार करावा, असे सांगितले. गांधीबाग झोनमध्ये काही वस्तीत पाण्याची देयके अजूनही थकली आहेत. वसुली करण्यासाठी गेलो असता दम दिला जातो, अशी तक्रार आली, त्यावर बोलताना झलके यांनी पाणी कनेक्शन तातडीने काढण्याचे निर्देश दिलेत.
अमृत योजनेसंदर्भातील आढावा सभापती झलके यांनी घेतला. अमृत योजनेचे काम युद्धपातळीवर सुरू असून ऑगस्ट २०२० पर्यत अमृत योजनेचे काम पूर्ण होईल, असे अधीक्षक अभियंता श्वेता बॅनर्जी यांनी सांगितले. या योजनेमुळे डिसेंबर २०२० पर्यंत शहर टँकरमुक्त होईल, असा विश्वास सभापती झलके यांनी व्यक्त केला. जलप्रदाय विभागामार्फत घेण्यात येणाऱ्या गणेशोत्सव देखावा स्पर्धेमध्ये विजयी झालेल्या तीन गणेशोत्सव मंडळांना बक्षीसे वितरण करण्याचा कार्यक्रम महापौर कक्षात घ्यावा, अशी सूचना सभापती झलके यांनी केली.
‘अल्ट्रासॉनिक फ्लो मीटर’ बसविणार
नवेगाव व पेंच जलाशयातून उचल केलेल्या पाण्याची कुठेही गळती होते. याचे निदान लवकर होत नाही. त्यामुळे कुठेही काही अडचणी लक्षात याव्या, यासाठी अल्ट्रासॉनिक फ्लो मीटर लावण्यात येणार असल्याची माहिती सभापती झलके यांनी दिली. ३० किलोमीटरच्या पाइप लाइनवर ७ फ्लो मीटर लावण्यात येणार असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.
५० विहिरींवर आरओ युनीट
उन्हाळा सुरू होण्यापूर्वी शहरातील ५० विहिरींवर आरओ युनिट लावण्यात येणार आहे. दहा झोनमधील पाच विहीरी अशा ५० विहीरी निवडण्यात आल्या आहेत. यात आरओ युनिट लावून त्यावर वॉटर एटीएम बसविण्यात येणार आहे. या कामाची निविदा प्रक्रिया पूर्ण झाली असल्याची माहिती कार्यकारी अभियंता (जलप्रदाय ) श्वेता बॅनर्जी यांनी दिली.
चेन्नई: पृथ्वीचे भूपृष्ठीय निरीक्षण आणि उच्च दर्जाची छायाचित्रे टिपणाऱ्या कार्टोसॅट-३ या उपग्रहासह अमेरिकेच्या १३ अन्य व्यावसायिक नॅनो उपग्रहांचे आज सकाळी ९.२८ वाजता यशस्वी प्रक्षेपण झाले. या प्रक्षेपणावेळी भारतीय अवकाश संशोधन संस्था (इस्रो) चे प्रमुख के. सिवन श्रीहरिकोटा मिशन कंट्रोल कॉम्प्लेक्समध्ये उपस्थित होते. त्यांच्यासोबत या मिशनचे इंजिनीअर्स आणि इस्रोचे वरिष्ठ शास्त्रज्ञ उपस्थित होते. चांद्रयान २ नंतरचं इस्रोचं हे पहिलंच लाँच आहे.
कार्टोसॅट – ३ ला भारताचा डोळा म्हटलं जात आहे. कारण या उपग्रहाद्वारे मोठ्या स्तरावर मॅपिंग केलं जात आहे. शहरांचं मॅपिंग या उपग्रहाद्वारे केली जाणार आहे. ग्रामीण भागातील मुलभूत सोयीसुविधांचं व्यवस्थापन करणं या मॅपिंगमुळे सुकर होणार आहे. हा कार्टोसॅट श्रृंखलेतील नववा उपग्रह आहे.
श्रीहरीकोटा अवकाश केंद्रातील दुसऱ्या लाँच पॅडमधून याचे प्रक्षेपण करण्यात आले. पीएसलव्ही-सी४७ मोहिमेच्या ‘काऊंटडाऊन’ला मंगळवारी सकाळी ७ वाजून २८ मिनिटांनी श्रीहरीकोटा येथे सुरुवात झाली. पीएसएलव्ही-सी४७ हा उपग्रहवाहक आपल्या ४९व्या मोहिमेअंतर्गत १३ नॅनो उपग्रहांसह कार्टोसॅट-३ अवकाशात सोडणार आहे.
कार्टोसॅट-३ ची वैशिष्ट्ये
कार्टोसॅट-३ हा तिसऱ्या पिढीतील अत्यंत कुशल, अत्याधुनिक उपग्रह असून उच्च प्रतीची छायाचित्रे काढण्याची क्षमता यात आहे. कार्टोसॅट-३चे वजन १ हजार ६२५ किलो असून ते शहरी नियोजन, ग्रामीण साधने आणि पायाभूत विकास, किनाऱ्यावरील जमिनीचा वापर याबाबत वाढत्या मागण्या पूर्ण करणार आहे. अवकाश विभागाच्या न्यू स्पेस इंडिया लि.सोबतच्या व्यावसायिक कराराचा भाग म्हणून अमेरिकेचे १३ व्यावसायिक तत्त्वावरील नॅनो उपग्रहही प्रक्षेपित केले जाणार आहेत. यामध्ये फ्लॉक-४पी श्रेणीतील १२ आणि मेशबेड या एका नॅनो उपग्रहाचा समावेश आहे. श्रीहरीकोटा येथील सतीश धवन अवकाश केंद्रावरील ही ७४वी मोहीम असेल, असे इस्रोने म्हटले आहे.
कार्टोसॅट-३ उपग्रहाचा कार्यकाळ पाच वर्षांचा असेल. २२ जुलै रोजी झालेल्या चांद्रयान मोहिमेनंतर इस्रो कार्टोसॅट-३ आणि अन्य व्यावसायिक नॅनो उपग्रहांचे प्रक्षेपण करत आहे.
मुंबई: उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी पदाचा राजीनामा दिल्याने आमच्याकडे बहुमत उरलं नाही, त्यामुळे मी राज्यपालांना भेटून राजीनामा देत आहे, अशी घोषणा करतानाच नवं सरकार बनविणाऱ्यांना माझ्या शुभेच्छा. त्यांची विरोधाभास असलेली आघाडी त्यांनाच लखलाभ असो, असा टोलाही मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी शिवसेना, काँग्रेस आणि राष्ट्रवादीला लगावला.
मुंबई: गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून राज्याच्या राजकारणात सुरू असलेल्या राजकीय घडामोडींनी आज पुन्हा नाट्यमय वळण घेतलं. राष्ट्रवादीतून फुटून भाजपशी हातमिळवणी करणारे राष्ट्रवादीचे नेते अजित पवार यांनी अवघ्या तीन दिवसांत उपमुख्यमंत्रिपदाचा राजीनामा दिला आहे. आमदारांनी सोडलेली साथ आणि पवार कुटुंबीयांच्या मनधरणीनंतर अजितदादांनी माघार घेण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.
शिवसेना, काँग्रेस व राष्ट्रवादी आघाडीच्या सरकारला विरोध असलेल्या अजित पवार यांनी अचानक भाजपशी हातमिळवणी केली होती. राष्ट्रवादीच्या आमदारांच्या सह्याचं पत्र गटनेते या नात्यानं दाखवून त्यांनी भाजपला पाठिंबा जाहीर केला. त्या आधारे राज्यपालांनी भाजप-राष्ट्रवादी (अजितदादा गट)चा सत्तास्थापनेचा दावा करून त्यांचा शपथविधीही घडवून आणला. त्यामुळं राज्याच्या राजकारणात वादळ निर्माण झाले होते. मात्र, अजित पवारांच्या निर्णयाशी संबंध नसल्याचं राष्ट्रवादीनं जाहीर केलं. तसंच, अजित पवारांची गटनेते पदावरून हकालपट्टी केली होती.
अजितदादांनी शरद पवारांना हा धक्का दिल्याचं मानलं जात होतं. मात्र, प्रत्यक्षात उलटं घडलं आहे. काकांविरुद्धच्या संघर्षात अजित पवारांना पुन्हा पाऊल मागं घ्यावं लागलं आहे. अजितदादांनी फडणवीस यांच्यासोबत जाऊन उपमुख्यमंत्रिपदाची शपथ घेतल्यापासूनच नव्या सरकारला चौफेर घेरण्याची रणनीती राष्ट्रवादीनं आखली होती. नवं सरकार विधानसभेत बहुमत सिद्ध करू शकणार नाही, हे पहिल्याच दिवशी शरद पवारांनी सांगितलं होतं. त्यानंतर अजित पवारांसोबत गेलेले एकेक आमदार हळूहळून राष्ट्रवादीच्या गोटात परतले होते. केवळ एक आमदार अजितदादांसोबत होता. दुसरीकडं, शिवसेना, काँग्रेस व राष्ट्रवादीनं आपल्या आमदारांना मजबुतीनं पक्षासोबत राखलं होतं. त्यामुळं फडणवीस यांचं सरकार तरणं जवळपास अशक्य होतं. याची जाणीव अजितदादांना झाली होती.

मुकुल रोहतगी यांनी सुप्रीम कोर्टात म्हटलं की, ‘राज्यपालांनी फ्लोर टेस्टसाठी १४ दिवसाची वेळ दिली होती. त्यांनी म्हटलं की, प्रोटेम स्पीकरनंतर स्पीकरची निवड महत्त्वाची आहे. पण विरोधी पक्ष प्रोटेम स्पीकरकडूनच फ्लोर टेस्टसाठी आग्रही आहे. पुढच्या सात दिवसात फ्लोर टेस्ट नाही होऊ शकत. मंगळवारी देखील फ्लोर टेस्टचा आदेश देऊ नये.’
