Nagpur : CA Student Conference was organized by Board of Studies ICAI and hosted by Nagpur Branch of WIRC of ICAI in association with Nagpur Branch of WICASA on 09th & 10th July 2014 at IMA Hall, Nagpur which was attended by more than 750 student delegates from all over country.

Dr. Vedprakash Mishra, Chancellor, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences and Pro-Chancellor of DMIMS was the Chief Guest & CA. Anil Bhandari, Central Council Member, ICAI was the Guest of Honor in valedictory session of Convention.

On this occasion, in his address, Dr. Vedprakash Mishra emphasized on assessing present & future and said that youth of this country can lead the nation as they have appreciable knowledge. He further highlighted the importance the CA Profession has in the economy and the appealed the students to understand profession more than just a source of earning but a commitment towards providing the best knowledge and expertise for the country to prosper. He said that topics of the convention were very relevant & this type of conference helps in developing overall personality.

He further said that the students should follow ethical values & Moral responsibilities right from the beginning to create a mark for themselves. With lucid examples from life history of successful people, he motivated the students in his own unique style. He appreciated the working of Nagpur Branch & Nagpur WICASA & congratulated the branch for organizing the successful.

CA. Anil Bhandari, Central Council Member, ICAI, also spoke on the occasion and said that this conference truly served its purpose with elaborate deliberations on the current & relevant academic topics as well as achieved the target of overall personality development of CA Students. He congratulated Nagpur WICASA & Nagpur Branch for successful holding of the National Convention in grand manner.

CA Abhijit Kelkar, Regional Council Member, WIRC, threw light on the opportunities available for the Chartered Accountants & the efforts made by the WIRC for betterment of the students & their personality development. He applauded the leadership of CA. Umang Agrawal & CA. Jiten Saglani and congratulated the entire managing committee for successful conduct of the event.

CA Umang V Agrawal, Chairman, Nagpur Branch of WIRC gave the introductory remarks and informed the students present about the benefits of such Conference. He urged the students to enrich the CA profession in return of the goodwill obtained by the word ‘Chartered Accountant’. He informed that over 750 students participated in the convention from different cities of India including 8 paper presenters out of total 14. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the members & students, volunteers for helping in hosting such mega event.

CA Jiten Saglani, Chairman, Nagpur Branch of WICASA welcomed the Guests & Students and said that this conference has helped the students to enhance their knowledge and networking. विनाशकारी नाणार प्रकल्प रद्द झालाच पाहिजे- सुनील प्रभू

नागपूर – नाणार प्रकल्पाबाबत विधानसभेत शिवसेना आक्रमक भूमिका स्वीकारली आहे. स्थगन प्रस्तावाद्वारे 12 गावांतील जमीनधारकांची बनावट कागदपत्रे सादर करून भूमी संपादित करणा-या अधिका-यांची चौकशी करण्याची मागणी शिवसेनेचे आमदार सुनिल प्रभू, प्रताप सरनाईक, वैभव नाईक, बालाजी किणीकर यांनी केली आहे.

सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्ह्यातील राजापूर तालुक्यातील बारा गावांतील मूळ मालकांचे खोटे प्रमाणपत्र तयार करून अधिका-यांच्या माध्यमातून जमिनी बळकावण्याचे काम सरकार करीत आहे. याचा शिवसेनेने निषेध केला आहे. या प्रश्नावर विधानसभेत चर्चा व्हावी ही आमची मागणी आहे. या मागणीला काँग्रेस-राष्ट्रवादीनेही पाठिंबा दिला आहे. हा विषयावर पटलावर यावा व त्याची नोंद केली जावी यासाठी चर्चा करण्याची मागणी शिवसेनेच्या वतीने करण्यात आल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. जोपर्यंत आमची मागणी पूर्ण होणार नाही तोपर्यंत सभागृहाचे कामकाज चालू देणार नाही, असाही इशारा प्रभू यांनी दिला.

दरम्यान, केवळ शिवसेनाच नाहीतर काँग्रेस व राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसनंही नाणार प्रकल्प मुद्यावरुन रिंगणात उडी घेतली आहे. नाणार मुद्यावर चर्चा करण्याची आमदारांकडून मागणी केली जात आहे. यावेळी सभागृहात विरोधकांसह शिवसेनेच्या आमदारांनीही वेलमध्ये उतरुन सरकारविरोधात घोषणाबाजी करण्यात सुरुवात केली. तर दुसरीकडे नाणार प्रकल्पावरुन शिवसेना आणि काँग्रेसमधील आरोप-प्रत्यारोपांच्या गदारोळामुळे अध्यक्षांनी सभागृहाचे कामकाज दुपारी 12 वाजेपर्यंत स्थगित केले.

शिवसेना नाणारवासियांची दिशाभूल करत असल्याचे राधाकृष्ण विखे पाटील यांनी म्हणताच, शिवसेनेच्या आमदारांनी गदारोळ करण्यास सुरुवात केली. यामुळे सभागृहाचे कामकाज 10 मिनिटांसाठी स्थगित करण्यात आले.

नाणार प्रकल्पावरून शिवसेनेने आक्रमक भूमिका घेतल्यानंतर काँग्रेस आणि काही लोकांना हे बोचले, अशी टीका शिवसेनेच्या नीलम गोऱ्हे यांनी केली आहे. यातूनच शिवसेनेविरुद्ध जहरी भाषा बोलण्याचे त्यांनी काम केले. शेतक-यांचा संप मोडण्यात पुढाकार घेणाऱ्या विधानसभेचे विरोधी पक्षनेते राधाकृष्ण विखे पाटलांनी शिवसेनेला शिकवू नये, असेही नीलम गो-हे यांनी यावेळी म्हटले. शिवाय, शिवसेना नाणारवासियांच्या बाजूने असताना फूट पाडण्याचे प्रयत्न करू नये, असा इशाराही यावेळी त्यांनी दिला.

आध्यात्मिक गुरु दादा वासवानी का 99 साल की उम्र में निधन

आध्यात्मिक गुरु दादा वासवानी का निधन हो गया है। वह 99 साल के थे। अगस्त महीने में वह 100 साल के होने वाले थे। वह पशु अधिकारों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए जाने जाते थे। वह अब तक 150 से ज्यादा किताबें लिख चुके हैं।

गुरुवार सुबह 9 बजे उन्होंने अंतिम सांस ली। साधु वासवानी मिशन पुणे में स्थित एनजीओ है जिसके दुनिया भर में कई केंद्र हैं।

दादा वासवानी का पूरा नाम जशन पहलराज वासवानी था। उनका जन्म 2 अगस्त 1918 को हैदराबाद में हुआ था। उनके सात भाई-बहन थे। उनकी तीन बहनें और वह चार भाई थे। उनके पिता हैदराबाद में एक स्कूल में टीचर थे।

पिछले साल प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए उनके 99वें जन्मदिन समारोह को संबोधित किया था। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने दादा के 99वें जन्मदिन पर वीडियो कॉन्‍फ्रेंस के जरिए शुभकामनाएं दी थीं। इस दौरान मोदी ने बताया कि दादा से उनकी पहली मुलाकात संयुक्‍त राष्‍ट्र के विश्‍व धार्मिक सम्‍मेलन में 27 साल पहले हुई थी।

तरुणीला चांगल्या नोकरी व लग्नाचे आमिष दाखवून दोन वर्षे अत्याचार

नागपुर :- राज्य सुरक्षा दलात नोकरीवर असलेल्या २६ वर्षीय तरुणीला चांगल्या नोकरी व लग्नाचे आमिष दाखवून दोन वर्षे अत्याचार करणाऱ्या एएसआयविरुद्ध नागपुरात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.

आरोपी अमित कुमार शर्मा हा दिल्ली येथील आयबीमध्ये नेमणुकीस असून तो झारखंडमधील रहिवासी आहे. नागपूर जिल्ह्यातील पीडित २६ वर्षीय तरुणी ही राज्य सुरक्षा दलात कामाला आहे. २०१६ मध्ये धनबाद येथे कार्यरत असताना तिची आरोपी शर्मासोबत ओळख झाली. ओळखीचे रूपांतर मैत्रीत आणि मैत्रीचे प्रेमात झाले.

शर्माने तिला चांगली नोकरी मिळवून देण्याचे आमिष दाखविले. त्यांच्यात भेटी-गाठी वाढल्या. दरम्यान, पीडिता आपल्या गावी आली. ५ एप्रिल २०१६ रोजी आरोपी शर्मा तिला भेटायला नागपूरला आला. यावेळी तो सीए रोडवरील हॉटेल राजहंसमध्ये २०२ क्रमांकाच्या खोलीत थांबला. त्याने पीडितेला हॉटेलमध्ये भेटायला बोलावले.

पीडिता त्याला भेटण्यासाठी हॉटेलमध्ये आली असता त्याने खाद्यपदाथार्तून तिला गुंगीचे औषध देऊन तिच्याशी शारीरिक संबंध प्रस्थापित केले. नंतर तो तिला लग्नाचे आमिष दाखवून वेगवेगळ्या ठिकाणी नेऊन शारीरिक संबंध प्रस्थापित करू लागला.

५ एप्रिल २०१६ ते १५ मे २०१८ पर्यंत आरोपी अत्याचार करत होता. दरम्यान, पीडितेने लग्नाबाबत विचारणा केली असता तो टाळाटाळ करू लागला. हळूहळू त्याने तिच्याशी दुरावा करीत बदनाम करण्याची धमकी देऊ लागला. प्रेमात फसवणूक झाल्याचे लक्षात येताच पीडितेने गणेशपेठ ठाण्यात तक्रार दाखल केली.

याप्रकरणी पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक यू. एन. मडावी यांनी सखोल चौकशी केली. तक्रार खरी असल्याचे खात्री पटल्यानंतर आरोपी शर्माविरुद्ध गुन्हा नोंदविण्यात आला आहे. गणेशपेठ पोलीस आरोपीचा शोध घेत आहेत.

The song promises to be a trippy number, as is evident from the way the song name has been announced by Akshay on Twitter.

Gold marks to be the first association between Akshay Kumar and Excel Entertainment led by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. Gold marks the Bollywood debut of actress Mouni Roy opposite Akshay Kumar as well.

Apart from Akshay and Mouni Roy, Gold has an ensemble cast of Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh, Vineet Singh, Sunny Kaushal and Nikita Dutta. Gold is about India’s first Olympic medal win as a free nation in the year 1946 at Games of the XIV Olympiad, London. The period film helmed by Reema Kagti has been shot across the UK and India.

Telecom Commission approves net neutrality

In a move that will ensure open and free Internet in India, the government has approved the principle of net neutrality.

This means that telecom and Internet service providers must treat all data on the Internet equally, and not discriminate or charge differently by user, content, site, platform, or application. They cannot engage in practices such as blocking, slowing down or granting preferential speeds to any content.

The Telecom Commission (TC) — which is the highest decision-making body in the Department of Telecom, on Wednesday approved the recommendation made by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on the subject eight months ago.

“The TC on Wednesday approved net neutrality as recommended by TRAI,” Telecom Secretary Aruna Sundararajan said after the meeting.

She, however, added that certain emerging and critical services will be kept out of the purview of these norms.

A separate committee has been set up under the Department of Telecom (DoT) to examine what these critical services will be. These may include autonomous vehicles, digital healthcare services or disaster management.

The regulator, in November 2017, batted in favour of net neutrality – which has been one of the most hotly debated topics in India for over 4 years now.

The regulator had said, “Internet access services should be governed by a principle that restricts any form of discrimination or interference in the treatment of content, including practices like blocking, degrading, slowing down or granting preferential speeds or treatment to any content.”

This principle, it had added, will apply to any discriminatory treatment based on the sender or receiver, the network protocols, or the user equipment, but not to specialised services or other exclusions. It had also said that these will not apply to “reasonable traffic management practices” by the service provider.

India’s decision to uphold Net neutrality assumes greater significance given that in the U.S., the rules on Net neutrality were repealed. The decision, which came into effect in June, paves the way for service providers to block or slow down access to particular content for users.

आनंद निर्माण करण्यासाठी नवीन मंत्रालय :

समाधानी आणि आनंदी लोकांच्या देशाच्या क्रमवारीत जगात भूतान पहिल्या तर भारत ११३व्या क्रमांकावर आहे. विविध योजनांच्या माध्यमातून सरकार विकास करीत आहे, मात्र यातून जनतेमध्ये आनंद नाही. अनेक रुग्ण असे आहेत की त्यांची सुश्रुषा करण्यास कोणी नसते, यामुळे त्यांच्या मनात न्यूनगंड निर्माण होतो. रुग्णात आनंद निर्माण करण्यासाठी मनोधारणा महत्त्वाची आहे.

देशासाठी जगलं पाहिजे, दुसऱ्याच्या उपयोगी पडलं पाहिजे, अशी भावना तयार करण्यासाठी राज्य शासन समाजातील दु:ख संपविण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत आहे. सकारात्मकता बाजारात विकत मिळत नाही, सकारात्मकतेचा प्रयोग महाराष्ट्राच्या विकासाला मदत करणारा ठरणार आहे. यामुळे मध्यप्रदेश आणि आंध्रप्रदेशच्या धर्तीवर महाराष्ट्रातही आनंद मंत्रालय स्थापन करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला असल्याचे पाटील यांनी सांगितले.

विधानमंडळाच्या राष्ट्रकुल संसदीय मंडळाच्यावतीने राज्यातील राज्यशास्त्र आणि लोकप्रशासन या विषयांचा अभ्यास करणाऱ्य़ा पदव्युत्तर विद्यार्थ्यांच्या संसदीय अभ्यासवर्गाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. त्यात ‘महाराष्ट्र गतिशील पायाभूत विकासात सार्वजनिक बांधकाम व महसूल विभागाचे योगदान’ या विषयावर बोलताना पाटील यांनी ही माहिती दिली.

भूतानची संकल्पना

१९७९ मध्ये भूतानच्या राजाने देशाच्या विकासाचा पर्यायी निर्देशक म्हणून ‘ग्रॉस नॅशनल हॅपिनेस’ ही संकल्पना मांडली.
२००८ मध्ये भूतानच्या राज्यघटनेत या संकल्पनेचा समावेश.
भूतानच्या पावलावर पाऊल ठेवत व्हेनेझुएला, संयुक्त अरब अमिराती यांसारख्या देशांत आनंद मंत्रालयांची स्थापना.
भारतात ऑगस्ट २०१६ मध्ये सर्वप्रथम मध्य प्रदेशात आनंद मंत्रालयाची स्थापना.
एप्रिल २०१८ मध्ये आंध्र प्रदेशात आनंद निर्देशांकानुसार विकासाचे मापन सुरू.

नागपुर : पथ्थर से कुचलकर 17 वर्षीय युवक की ह्त्या, दो आरोपी गिरफ्तार

नागपुर :- शहर के वाडी क्षेत्र में गैंगवार के चलते दो भाइयो ने मिलकर एक युवक का अपहरण कर उसे मौत के घाट उतारा|

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार वाडी के महादेवनगर टेकड़ी क्षेत्र में बुधवार की शाम इस ह्त्या का खुलासा हुवा| मृत युवक का नाम टेलनखेड़ी निवासी कुणाल शालिकराम चचाने है | वाडी पुलिस ने अपहरण कर ह्त्या का मामला दर्ज किया है |

पुलिस के जानकारी के अनुसार मृतक कुणाल चचाने 17 कुछ दिन पूर्व ही प्रणय कावले की ह्त्या के मामले में जेल से बाहर आया था| बीते वर्ष 2016 में अम्बाझरी में हुवे हत्याकांड में संतोष परतेकी और प्रशांत परतेकी का समावेश था|दो दिन पूर्व कुणाल का मित्र जेम्स का कुछ बात को लेकर संतोष व प्रशांत के साथ विवाद हो गया था, जिसके कारण दोनों परतेकी भाइयो ने मिलकर कुणाल और जेम्स की ह्त्या की योजना बनाई|

मंगलवार की शाम कुणाल और उसका भाई विशाल को परतेकी बंधुओ ने रास्ते में रोककर झगड़े को आपसी समझौते के लिए जेम्स को बुलाने का आग्रह किया | कुणाल ने जेम्स को फोन कर बुलाने का प्रयत्न किया किन्तु जेम्स से संपर्क नहीं होने की वजह से परतेकी बंधुओ ने कुणाल व विशाल को लेकर गिट्टीखदान पहुंचे |

कुछ देर के बाद विशाल वहा से चला गया I विशाल के वहा से जाने पर परतेकी बंधुओ ने कुणाल को शराब पिलाई | वहा से तीनो सीताबर्डी पहुंचे तथा फिर से कुणाल को जेम्स को फोन कर बुलाने को कहा किन्तु कुणाल का जेम्स से संपर्क नहीं हो सका जिसके बाद तीनो टेकड़ी क्षेत्र में वापिस पहुंचे | मौका पाकर संतोष और प्रशांत ने कुणाल की पथ्थर से कुचलकर ह्त्या कर फरार हो गए | कुणाल घर नहीं पहुंचने पर भाई विशाल ने अम्बाझरी पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत दर्ज कराई | दोनों आरोपी पुलिस की गिरफ्त में है |

Oppo Find X set to launch in India today, Watch live stream

Oppo Find X is all set to be launched in India today, at an event in New Delhi.

To recall, the flagship smartphone was globally unveiled at a Paris event last month, and the Oppo Find X boasted of a novel motorised camera slider mechanism that houses both the front and rear cameras.

The aim behind the design decision was to minimise bezels on the display, a trend that has seen choices like the display notch, a front camera on the bottom panel, and even a pop-up front camera.

Other highlights of the Oppo Find X include 3D facial recognition, AI-based camera features like a front portrait mode, the top-end Snapdragon 845 SoC, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of inbuilt storage, an all-glass body, as well as fast charging. The launch will be live streamed from 12:30pm IST, and you can catch the live stream below.

Oppo Find X specifications

The dual-SIM (Nano) Oppo Find X runs ColorOS 5.1 based on Android 8.1 Oreo, and sports a 6.42-inch (1080×2340 pixels) full-HD+ AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 93.8 percent screen-to-body ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 GPU and 8GB of RAM.

As we mentioned, the Oppo Find X sports a motorised camera slider that contains both the front and rear cameras, and rises when needed, including to unlock the smartphone using 3D facial recognition. The company calls its facial scanning tech O-Face Recognition, and like the iPhone X it uses and IR sensor and 15,000 dot projection to better analyse and recognise a face.

The Oppo Find X’s rear dual camera setup features a 16-megapixel primary sensor camera with LED flash, OIS and f/2.0 aperture, and a 20-megapixel secondary camera with f/2.2 aperture. It sports a 25-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone packs a 3730mAh battery with VOOC fast charging. Connectivity options include USB-Type C port, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5 LE, and GPS. The Oppo Find X dimensions measure at 156.7×74.3×9.4mm, and it weighs about 186 grams.

रशिया : फिफा विश्वचषकाच्या इतिहासात पाहिलांदाच क्रोएशिया नं फायनल मध्ये धडक मारून नवा इतिहास रचला आहे. उपांत्य सामन्यात इंग्लंड चा २-१ असा पराभव करून भल्याभल्यांचा अंदाज खोटा ठरवलाय.

आता १५ जुलै रोजी होणाऱ्या अंतिम सामन्यात क्रोएशियाला बलाढ्य फ्रान्स सोबत मुकाबला करावा लागणार आहे.

सामन्याच्या सुरवातीपासून इंग्लंड ने आक्रमक खेळ खेळाला. इंग्लंड च्या किरन ट्रीपियर न फ्री किक वर गोल करून पाचव्या मिनिटाला च इंग्लंड च खातं उघडलं. हा गोल करून त्याने इंग्लंड ला आघाडी मिळवून दिली. पूर्वार्धात क्रोएशियाला एकही गोल करता आला नाही. उत्तरार्धात मात्र क्रोएशियाने जोरदार आक्रमण केले.

वारलासको च्या क्रॉसवर पेरिसिचने क्रोएशियाला ६८ व्या मिनिटाला बरोबरी साधून दिली. इंग्लंड क्रोएशियातील कोंडी निर्धारित वेळेत फुटू शकली नाही. त्यामुळे सामना १५-१५ मिनिटाच्या जादा वेळेत खेळवण्यात आला.

नागपुर :- शहरातील मनपा च्या शाळा अगोदरच दुरावस्थापासून बदनाम आहे त्यात आणखी भर पडली ती शाळांमध्ये आता विद्यार्थी असताना शिक्षकच नाही. त्यामुळे सध्या माध्यमिक शाळांमधील शिक्षक केवळ वर्गसंचालन करीत असल्याचा प्रकार शहरात होत आहे.

या शाळांमध्ये गेल्या एक तपापासून कार्यरत असलेल्या घड्यायाळी तासिका शिक्षकांना अचानक कामावरून कमी केल्याने हा प्रकार सामोरा आला आहे. दरम्यान, यासंदर्भात जाहिरात दिलेल्या कंत्राटी घड्याळी तासिका शिक्षकांच्या मुलाखती आज गुरुवारपासून सुरू होत असून, सोमवारपासून कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालयीन वर्ग नियमितपणे भरतील, असा दावा मनपा कडून करण्यात आला आहे. तर, शिक्षण समिती सभापतींनी यापूर्वी कार्यरत असलेल्या सर्व ४२ घड्याळी तासिका शिक्षकांना रूजू करून घेणार असल्याचे आश्वासन दिले आहे.

मागील दहा वर्षांपासून नाममात्र पगारावर कार्यरत असलेल्या ४४ घड्याळी तासिका शिक्षकांना कामावरून कमी करण्यात आले. त्यांना कंत्राटीपद्धतीवर परत रूजू होण्यासाठी जाहिरात काढून अर्ज करण्यास सांगण्यात आले.

या जाहिरातीत कंत्राटीपद्धतीवर नियुक्तीसाठी ६५ वर्षे वयापर्यंतची मर्यादा ठेवण्यात आली आहे. यामुळे सेवानिवृत्त झालेल्यांना परत सेवेत रूजू होता येणार आहे, तर मनपात घड्याळी तासिका पद्धतीवर कार्यरत शिक्षकांनाही अर्ज केल्यानंतर रूजू होता येईल, असे प्रशासनाने स्पष्ट केले होते. त्यामुळे काही दिवस मनपात या शिक्षकांनी ठाण मांडून आपली व्यथा मांडली होती.

मनपाच्या कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालयीन शाळांची धुरा या सर्व घड्याळी तासिका शिक्षकांवर होती. मनपाच्या आसीनगर येथील एमएके आझाद शाळेत इयत्ता १२ वी ३०० विद्यार्थी आहेत. इयत्ता ११ वीत आतापर्यंत ८० प्रवेश झाले आहेत. या शाळेत १५ शिक्षकांची गरज असून, हे सर्व घड्याळी तासिकांवर काम करीत होते. ताजाबाद येथील कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालयातही इयत्ता १२ वीत ३२ विद्यार्थी आहेत.इयत्ता ११ वीचे प्रवेशसुरू आहेत. येथेही घडयाळी तासिकांचे शिक्षकच कार्यरत होते. उंटखाना येथील डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर महाविद्यालयातही इयत्ता १२वी व ११वीचे प्रवेश झाले आहेत. या शाळेत काहीच शिक्षकांची गरज आहे.

महालातील साने गुरुजी उर्दू शाळेत ४० विद्यार्थी असून,येथे केवळ उर्दू माध्यम आहे. येथेही शिक्षक नाही. त्यामुळे मनपाच्या कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालयाचा चांगला निकाल आणून देणाऱ्या घड्याळी तासिका शिक्षकांना कामावरून कमी केल्याने या चारही शाळांमध्ये विद्यार्थी असताना, शिक्षकच नसल्याचे दुर्दैवी चित्र आहे. त्यामुळे शैक्षणिक सत्र सुरू झाल्याने विद्यार्थी पळून जावू नये वा अडचण येऊ नयेत म्हणून माध्यमिक शाळांमधील शिक्षक केवळ वर्गाचे संचालन करीत आहे.

यावरून मनपातील कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालयीन शिक्षणाबद्दल सुरू असलेल्या अनास्थेचा परिचय होतो. आधीच मनपा शाळेतील विद्यार्थी खासगी शाळा पळवून नेत असल्याचा वा पालकवर्ग आपल्या पाल्यांना दुसऱ्या शाळेत प्रवेशासाठी नाव काढून घेत आहेत. असे असताना इयत्ता ११ वी व १२ वीत चांगल्या संख्येत विद्यार्थी असताना शिक्षकच नाहीत, असे चित्र आहे.

माहिती तंत्रज्ञान विभागासाठी स्वतंत्र मंत्रालय निर्माण केले जाईल : मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस

नागपुर :- सामान्य आणि प्रशासन विभागाअंतर्गत असलेल्या माहिती तंत्रज्ञान (आयटी) विभागासाठी स्वतंत्र मंत्रालय निर्माण केले जाईल, अशी घोषणा मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी केली आहे.

या मंत्रालयाला अर्थ आणि सांख्यिकी विभाग आणि एमआरएसएससी विभाग जोडण्यावर निर्णय घेऊ, असेही ते यावेळी म्हणाले.

राज्यात सध्या आयटीचा स्वतंत्र विभाग नाही, त्यामुळे त्याची सर्व काम ही सध्या माहिती तंत्रज्ञान संचालनालयाच्या अंतर्गत चालविली जातात. मात्र, आता त्यासाठी एक स्वतंत्र विभाग करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे. त्यासाठी आयटी विभागाचेच काम करणाऱ्या अर्थ आणि सांख्यिकी विभागातील काही भाग आणि त्यासोबतच एमआरएसएससी विभाग या नवीन आयटी विभागाला जोडण्यात येणार असल्याची माहिती मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी तारांकित प्रश्नाच्या उत्तरात दिली.

राज्यात स्वतंत्र माहिती तंत्रज्ञान मंत्रालय निर्माण करण्याबाबत शिवसेनेच्या डॉ. नीलम गोऱ्हे यांनी तारांकित प्रश्न विचारला होता. त्यावर गोऱ्हे म्हणाल्या की, इंटरनेटचा चुकीचा वापर करून अर्निंबंध वापर सुरू आहे. यावर सरकार कारवाई करणार का, असा प्रश्न विचारला असता मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले, या अर्निंबंधासाठी अटक करण्याची तरतूद सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने रद्द केली आहे.

यासंदर्भातील अटक करण्यासाठी केंद्र सरकार कायद्यात तरतूद करण्याचा विचार करत आहे, महाराष्ट्र सरकारने तशी मागणीही केंद्र सरकारकड़े केली असल्याचे मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले आहे.

फ्रान्सला मागे टाकत भारताने जगातली सगळ्यात मोठी सहावी अर्थव्यवस्था असं स्थान पटकावलं आहे. गेल्या वर्षीसाठी म्हणजे 2017 साठीचे अद्ययावत आकडे जागतिक बँकेने जाहीर केले असून भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्थेने सातव्या स्थानावरून सहाव्या स्थानावर उडी घेतल्याचे स्पष्ट झाले आहे. फ्रान्सचा जीडीपी 2.582 लाख कोटी डॉलर्स असून भारताचा जीडीपी 2.597 लाख कोटी रुपये असल्याचे जागतिक बँकने नमूद केले आहे. बलाढ्य अर्थव्यवस्थेच्या बाबतीत अमेरिका पहिल्या स्थानावर असून मागोमाग चीन, जपान, जर्मनी व ब्रिटनहे देश आहेत.या वर्षाच्या सुरूवातीला आंतरराश्ट्रीय नाणेनिधीने भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्थेची वाढ 2018 मध्ये 7.4 टक्क्यांच्या गतीने वाढेल असा अंदाज वर्तवला होता. तर 2019 मध्ये ही वाढ 7.8 टक्के असेल असाही अंदाज आहे. वाढीच्या वेगाचा विचार केला तर भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था चीनपेक्षा (2018 मध्ये 6.6 टक्के व 2019 मध्ये 6.4 टक्के) जास्त गतीने वाढेल असा अंदाज आहे.चीनमध्ये अर्थव्यवस्थेची वाढ मंदावण्याची अपेक्षा असून भारताची अर्थव्यवस्था मात्र वेगाने वाढेल असा अंदाज आंतरराष्ट्रीय नाणेनिधीने व्यक्त केला होता. 2017 मध्ये भारताचा जीडीपी 6.7 टक्क्यांनी वाढला मात्र याच कालावधीत चीनचा जीडीपी 6.8 टक्क्यांनी वाढला. त्या वर्षी विकसनशील देशांमध्ये सगळ्यात जास्त गतीनं वाढणारा देश अशी चीनची ओळख झाली. मात्र नंतरच्या दोन वर्षांमध्ये चीनला भारत मागे टाकेल असा अंदाज आहे. त्यातही विशेष म्हणजे आधी भारताची अर्थव्यवस्था 7.1 टक्क्यांच्या गतीने वाढली होती, मात्र नोटाबंदीमुळे 2017 मध्ये ही वाढ मंदावत 6.7 टक्क्यांवर आली.

नागपुर :- नागपूर शहरात ज्या विविध एजंसी किंवा सरकारी विभाग काम करतात, ते शहरात खोदकाम करताना कुठलीही परवानगी घेत नसल्याचे निदर्शनास आले आहे. यापुढे असे चालणार नाही. कुठल्याही खोदकामासाठी नागपूर महानगरपालिकेची परवानगी आवश्यक आहे. परवानगी घेताना अनामत रक्कम जमा करावी. ही प्रक्रिया न करता खोदकाम केल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास कायदेशीर कारवाई करण्यात येईल, या शब्दात मनपा आयुक्त वीरेंद्र सिंह यांनी बजावले.

नागपूर महानगरपालिकेच्या आयुक्त कार्यालयाच्या सभागृहात मंगळवारी (ता. १०) विविध शासकीय/निमशासकीय विभागांच्या समन्वय बैठकीचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. त्याप्रसंगी ते बोलत होते. बैठकीला मनपा आयुक्त वीरेंद्र सिंह यांच्यासह मनपाच्या वतीने प्रभारी अतिरिक्त आयुक्त अझीझ शेख, उपायुक्त रवींद्र देवतळे, उपायुक्त नितीन कापडणीस, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त राजेश मोहिते, प्रभारी मुख्य अभियंता मनोज तालेवार, कार्यकारी अभियंता नरेश बोरकर, कार्यकारी अभियंता संजय गायकवाड, मुख्य अग्निशमन अधिकारी राजेंद्र उचके तसेच नागपूर मेट्रो रेल कार्पोरेशन लि., राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग प्राधिकरण, नागपूर पोलिस, नगर भूमापन, महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत वितरण कंपनी लि., रेल्वे यासह विविध विभागाचे अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

मनपा आयुक्त वीरेंद्र सिंह पुढे म्हणाले, रस्ता खोदकाम करण्यापूर्वी अनामत रक्कम आवश्यक राहील. कार्य पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर रस्त्याचे पुनर्भरण करणे आवश्यक आहे. मनपाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी पुनर्भरणास नाहरकत दिल्यानंतर अनामत रक्कम परत दिल्या जाईल. बऱ्याचदा खोदकाम करताना पूर्वीच असलेल्या केबल, जलवाहिनी आदींचे नुकसान होण्याची शक्यता असते. त्यामुळे प्रत्येक विभाग, एजंसीला यापुढे खोदकाम करण्यापूर्वी जीपीआर सर्वेक्षण करणे बंधनकारक राहील, असेही त्यांनी सांगितले.

यापुढे कुठल्याही प्रकारचे शहराचे विद्रुपीकरण खपवून घेणार नसल्याचेही आयुक्त वीरेंद्र सिंह म्हणाले. पुढे बोलताना ते म्हणाले, शहरातील कुठल्याही शासकीय इमारतीच्या सुरक्षा भिंतीवर, कार्यालयाच्या भिंतीवर कुठल्याही प्रकारच्या जाहिराती रंगविल्या असेल, स्टीकर लावले असेल तर संबंधित कार्यालयाने संबंधित व्यक्ती किंवा संस्थांवर कारवाई करावी. पोलिस ठाण्यात तक्रार द्यावी. कार्यालयासमोरील फुटपाथ मोकळे राहील, याची काळजी घ्यावी. अतिक्रमण होणार नाही, ही त्या-त्या कार्यालयाची जबाबदारी आहे. अतिक्रमण आढळल्यास मनपा कायदेशीर कारवाई करेल आणि त्याचा भुर्दंड शासकीय कार्यालयांना भरावा लागेल, असा इशाराही त्यांनी दिला.

यानंतर आयुक्त वीरेंद्र सिंह यांनी शहरात सुरू असलेल्या विविध प्रकल्पांचा आढावा घेत ज्या प्रकल्पांना ज्या विभागाकडून अडचण आहे, त्या विभागांना पुढील कार्यवाही करण्याचे निर्देश दिलेत. यासाठी कालमर्यादाही ठरवून दिली. यामध्ये मेट्रोतर्फे बांधण्यात येणारे तीन मीटर रुंदीचे फुटपाथ, ऑरेंज सिटी स्ट्रीटच्या जमीन डिमार्केशनबाबतचा नगर भूमापन कार्यालयाला पाठविलेला प्रस्ताव, जरिपटका मार्केटच्या जागेची मोजणी, लकडगंज फायर स्टेशन, पाचपावली फायर स्टेशन, गंजीपेठ फायर स्टेशन जागा मोजणी, सीमेंट रस्त्यावरील विद्युत पोल हटविणे आदींचा आढावा घेत जेथे अडचण आहे ती पुढील सात दिवसांत दूर करण्याचे निर्देश दिले.

प्रलंबित कर भरा!

विविध शासकीय कार्यालयांकडे सुमारे ३३ कोटींचा मालमत्ता कर थकीत आहे तर १० कोटींचा पाणी कर थकीत आहे. हा कर तातडीने भरावा, असे निर्देश मनपा आयुक्त वीरेंद्र सिंह यांनी दिले. मागील करामध्ये काही अडचण असेल तर त्या तातडीने सोडवाव्या. किमान नवीन कर भरण्यासंदर्भात यंदाच्या आर्थिक वर्षात त्याबाबतचे नियोजन करावे, असेही ते म्हणाले.

ग्रामपंचायत कर्मचारी महासंघाच्या शिष्टमंडळाने घेतली विधानभवनात भेट

नागपूर : राज्यातील ग्रामपंचायत कर्मचाऱ्यांचे वेतन थेट त्यांच्या बँक खात्यात जमा करण्यात येणार असल्याचे राज्याच्या ग्रामविकास आणि महिला बालविकास मंत्री पंकजा मुंडे यांनी सांगितले.

महाराष्ट्र राज्य ग्रामपंचायत कर्मचारी महासंघाच्या शिष्टमंडळाने आज ना. पंकजाताई मुंडे यांची नागपूर येथील त्यांच्या विधान भवनातील दालनात ग्रामपंचायत कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या विविध मागण्यांसाठी भेट घेतली त्यावेळी त्यांनी ही माहिती सांगितली.

मंत्री मुंडे म्हणाल्या की,ग्रामपंचायत कर्मचाऱ्यांना विलंबाने वेतन मिळत होते. ते आता आँनलाइन करुन थेट बँक खात्यात जमा करण्यात येणार असल्याने त्यांना आता वेळेत वेतन मिळणे शक्य होणार आहे. ग्रामपंचायत कर्मचा-यांना त्यांच्या पात्रतेनुसार वर्ग तीन आणि वर्ग चारच्या कर्मचा-यांइतके वेतन देण्याच्या उद्देशाने रायगड जिल्हा परिषदेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली शासनाने नियुक्त केलेल्या समितीचा आहवाल लवकरच मागविण्यात येईल. त्यानुसार कार्यवाही करण्याचे तसेच
ग्रामपंचायत कर्मचाऱ्यांचे पेन्शन, राहणीमान भत्ता ,भविष्य निर्वाह निधीचा नियमित भरणा,आकृतीबंधात सुधारणा अशा विविध मागण्यासाठी सरकार सकारात्मक विचार करीत असल्याचे मंत्री मुंडे यांनी यावेळी सांगितले.

PepsiCo India to enable collection and recycling infrastructure in Maharashtra to support recycling of PET plastic waste

Partnership with Gem Enviro to set up reverse vending machines, collection centres and recycling for PET plastic bottles in the state.

Nagpur : PepsiCo India, today, announced its intent to support the implementation of extended producer responsibility for PET plastic waste bottles in Maharashtra. PepsiCo India’sPresident and CEO, Mr. Ahmed ElSheikh met the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri DevendraFadnavis in Nagpur today to express the company’s commitment to support plastic waste management in the state. The company has partnered with Gem Enviro to set up infrastructure for collection and recycling of PET plastic bottles in the state in line with the state’s plastic waste management rules.

PepsiCo is committed to the government’s vision and focus on addressing the issue of plastic waste in a sustainable manner. We recognize the need and value of the Extended Producer Responsibility initiative of the government, and we are happy to support efforts in this direction. Today, we pledge to work towards collection and recycling of the PET plastic waste generated in Maharashtra through our products. To this end, we are delighted to announce our partnership with Gem Enviro to enable the collection and recycling infrastructure for PET in the state. As part of this partnership, Gem will set up Reverse Vending Machines, collection points and collection centres for PET waste bottles at several locations across the state. As part of this, we work with partners to support and leverage new technologies for sustainable packaging solutions. We will be piloting the first ever 100% compostable, plant-based packaging for our popular snacks products – Lay’s and Kurkure, this year. In addition, we have resized the packaging for our snacks master brands Lay’s and Kurkure, while also reducing paper consumption in the value chain. For our beverage business, we believe that non-returnable glass is an opportunity for the on-the-go consumption occasion. We launched Pepsi Black in non- returnable glass packaging, and we are planning to scale up this format. PepsiCo has also been working with the government and other partners to enhance plastic waste management and to increase recycling in the country. We worked closely with the Central Pollution Control Board to develop and successfully implement two pilot projects for collection, segregation, and recycling of post-consumer multi-layered packaging waste. As part of our efforts to increase recycling, we have also successfully piloted a ‘Film to Fuel’ project at our Pune plant to convert all the packaging film waste from the plant, into fuel, ensuring 100% recycling of packaging waste at the plant.”

BSNL launches India’s first internet telephony service Wings

New Delhi: State-run telecom firm BSNL on Wednesday unveiled first internet telephony service in the country that will allow users to dial any telephone number in India through its mobile app Wings’.

Now customers will be able to make calls using the company’s mobile app Wings to any phone number in the country. Before this, phone calls on mobile apps was possible within users of a particular app and not on telephone numbers.

“In present competitive environment, increase in market share by BSNL is laudable. I congratulate management for internet telephony which will enable consumers to make call without SIM,” Telecom Minister Manoj Sinha said, after inaugurating the BSNL service.

Using this service, BSNL customers will be able to make calls on any network in the country even by using Wi-Fi or any other service provider. Telecom Commission, highest-decision making body of the Department of Telecom, had allowed companies who hold valid telecom licence, to provide app-based calling service even by using WiFi connection.

The telecom service provider will be required to comply with all the interception and monitoring related requirements and calls will be charged by telecom operators and all rules related to normal calls will be applicable on them.

The registration for this service will start this week and the services will be activated from July 25 onwards.

त्यात भाजपसारखा एकही तडीपार अध्यक्ष नव्हता : भाई जगतापांची यांची टीका

नागपुर :- नागपुररात सध्या सुरु असलेल्या पावसाळी अधिवेशनात आज विधानपरिषदेमध्ये काँग्रेस चे आमदार भाई जगताप यांनी भारतीय जनता पार्टी चे अध्यक्ष अमित शाह यांचा तडीपार असा उल्लेख करत त्यांचावर टीका केली. जगताप यांनी केलेल्या आरोपामुळे भाजपच्या सर्व सदस्यांनी सभागृहात गोंधळ घालण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. धुळ्यातील राईनपाडा येथील डवरी गोसावी समाजाच्या चार जणांच्या हत्येप्रकरणावर सुरू असलेल्या अल्पकालीन चर्चेदरम्यान हा गोंधळ उडाला.

विरोधी पक्ष नेते धनंजय मुंडे यांनी केलेल्या भाषणात भारतीय संविधानामुळे देशाचे पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी झाले, असे वक्तव्य केले होते. या एका वक्तव्याचा आधार घेत भाजप आमदार भाई गिरकर यांनी काँग्रेसच्या संविधानात दुसऱ्यांना अध्यक्ष करण्याची तरतूद नसल्याचे वक्तव्य केले. त्यावर काँग्रेसचे भाई जगताप यांनी हरकत घेतली.

काँग्रेसचे आत्तापर्यंत ७२ अध्यक्ष झाले, त्यात केवळ चार गांधी घराण्याचे सोडले तर बाकी सर्व विविध जाती धर्म आणि पंथांचे होते. पण त्यात भाजपसारखा एकही तडीपार अध्यक्ष नव्हता, असे खणखणीत प्रतिउत्तर भाई जगताप यांनी सभागृहात यावेळी दिले.जगताप यांच्या या आरोपावर भाजपच्या अनेक सदस्यांनी गोंधळ घालण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. मात्र उपसभापतींनी त्यांना बोलण्याची संधी दिली नाही. तर काँग्रेसच्या अध्यक्षाबद्दल वक्तव्य करणारे भाजपाचे सदस्य भाई गिरकरही पुढे जगताप यांच्या विधानावर उत्तर देऊ शकले नाहीत.

Rajinikanth – Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 is all set to release on November 29, 2018 as tweeted by the film’s director Shankar.

Shankar tweeted last night, confirming the date of this much delayed, big budget movie. He wrote, “Hi everyone.. atlast the vfx companies promised the final delivery date of the vfx shots. The movie will release on nov 29th 2018.”

The movie stars Rajinikanth in a lead role and Akshay Kumar is set to play a villain in the film. The new poster has a large bird as its central feature, which is in fact Akshay’s character. The plot of the film will revolve around the classic Good triumphs over Evil, as suggested by the poster.

For those who don’t know, 2.0 is a sequel to Rajini’s hit Enthiran/ Robot which came out in 2010. 2.0 is made on a huge budget and fancy VFX and great content is promised by the makers.

The project was delayed and the production cost kept increasing but it is a relief that the makers have finalised the release date. While Rajinikanth will return as Dr Vaseegaran and Chitti, Akshay Kumar will play the evil bird-man. It is one of his most challenging roles till date and according to him, he spent five hours in make room getting ready everyday, to get the look right.

Dassault, Boeing, others plan to set up facilities at Mihan, Nagpur

NAGPUR: Nearly 400 acres of land at the Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur or MIHAN has been reserved for the aviation sector and some European companies have evinced interest in setting up their facilities there, an official said.

At least two to three European aviation entities are keen on establishing their facilities in MIHAN (Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur) and are looking for Indian partners, Maharashtra Airport Development Company’s adviser (tech) SV Chahande told.

A facility of the Dassault-Reliance Aerospace Limited (DRAL) has come up in an area of 104 acres and the assembling of Falcon 2000 passenger planes and parts of Rafale jet has commenced, Mr Chahande said.

Around 400 acres of land in MIHAN has been reserved for the aviation sector, the MADC official said.

Dassault-Reliance Aerospace Limited has been allocated 239 acres of land in MIHAN, the official said.

Besides, US aircraft maker Boeing along with Air India has already set up a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility with an investment of Rs. 800 crore in MIHAN, where the fleet of the national carrier and some aircraft of private airline SpiceJet are being maintained, Mr Chahande said.

Dassault-Reliance Aerospace Limited is a joint venture between Dassault Aviation and Anil Ambani-led Reliance. MADC is the nodal agency for setting up of MIHAN.

As many as 74 companies have invested in the special economic zone and 28 in the non-SEZ area of MADC’s marketing manager Sameer Gokhale said, adding that most of the firms are from the Information Technology and aviation sectors.

पावसाळ्यात आजारपण दूर ठेवण्यासाठी हे पदार्थ खाणे टाळा

पावसाळ्यात आरोग्याची विशेष काळजी घ्यावी लागते. अनारोग्य निर्माण करणारे, उघड्यावरचे पदार्थ खालल्याने जंतूसंसर्ग, ताप यासारख्या तक्रारी निर्माण होतात. त्यामुळे या दिवसात काही पदार्थ टाळले पाहिजे.

या दिवसात सॅलेड खाणं टाळावं.
पावसाळ्यात वातावरणात ओलावा असल्याने हिरव्या पालेभाज्यांमध्ये बॅक्टेरियांची वाढ होते. त्यामुळे पालेभाज्या टाळल्या पाहिजेत.
कापल्यानंतर फळं लगेच खावीत. हवेशी संपर्क झाल्याने फळांमध्ये बॅक्टेरियांची वाढ होते.
पावसाळ्यात पचनशक्ती मंदावते. त्यामुळे तेलकट, तळकट पदार्थ खाऊ नयेत.

पावसाळ्यात लिंबाचा रस पिळलेला आणि मीठ शिंपडलेला भुट्टा खायला कोणाला आवडत नाही! मका चविष्ट तर आहेच, शिवाय आरोग्यासाठीदेखील लाभदायक आहे. मक्‍यामुळे मूत्रपिंड, पोट आणि हृदयाच्या समस्या उद्‌भवत नाहीत. मक्‍यात अनेक व्हिटॅमिन्स असल्याने ते पावसाळ्यात आवर्जून खावे. मका मूळतःच कोरडा असल्याने तो शरीरात पाणी साठून राहण्यास प्रतिबंध करतो. मक्‍यामध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणावर विद्राव्य फायबर असल्याने तो पोटाच्या आरोग्यासाठीदेखील उपयुक्त ठरतो. मक्‍यात व्हिटॅमिन बी 6, थायमिन, नियासिन, फोलेट आणि रायबोफ्लेविन असल्याने तो बी व्हिटॅमिनचा चांगला स्रोत ठरतो. मक्‍यात अगदी थोड्या प्रमाणात व्हिटॅमिन ए आणि व्हिटॅमिन ईदेखील असते.

रसम म्हणजे आंबटगोड, झणझणीत असे दक्षिण भारतीय सूप. रसममुळे पोटामध्ये पाचक रस स्रवण्यात वाढ होते आणि ते पावसाळ्यात कमजोर झालेल्या पचनशक्तीकरिता लाभदायक ठरते. रसममधील टोमॅटो, चिंच, काळी मिरी, कडीपत्ता यामुळे रसम स्वादिष्ट आणि पोषक बनतो. रसममधील चिंच आणि टोमॅटोमध्ये भरपूर प्रमाणात अँटिऑक्‍सिडंट्‌स आणि व्हिटॅमिन सी असल्याने आपल्या शरीरात ऑक्‍सिडीकरणाने झालेले नुकसान भरून निघते. या घटकांमुळे कफ आणि थंडीला प्रतिबंध होतो. रसममधील काळ्या मिरीमुळे वजन कमी होण्यात मदत होते. काळ्या मिरीमुळे घाम सुटतो आणि घामावाटे शरीरातील अनेक विषारी द्रव्ये शरीराबाहेर टाकली जातात. काळ्या मिरीमुळे जास्तीत जास्त प्रमाणावर मूत्र तयार होते आणि चयापचयात वाढ होते.

पावसाळ्यात आल्याचा चहा घेणे म्हणजे सुख असते. त्यात चवीकरिता मध किंवा लिंबूही टाकता येते. आल्याच्या चहामुळे भूक लागते आणि वाढतेदेखील. आल्यामुळे सांध्यांमधील आणि स्नायूंमधील काठिण्य व दाह कमी होत असल्याने आल्याचा चहा आर्थ्राटिसच्या रुग्णांकरिता अतिशय उपकारक ठरतो. कफ झाला असेल, थंडीताप असेल किंवा श्वसनाच्या समस्या असतील तर आल्याचा चहा गुणकारी ठरतो. सकाळी मळमळल्यासारखे होत असल्यास केव्हाही आल्याचा चहा घेणे उत्तम!

Andhra Pradesh tops the list, Telangana slips to second, Maharashtra out of top 10

New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh has emerged as the best state to do business in the country, according to a study by the department of industrial policy and promotion (DIPP) and World Bank. Telangana slipped to the second spot in the ease of doing annual business ranking for 2017. It may be noted the government floated the move aimed at encouraging healthy competition among states to improve the business climate to attract domestic as well as foreign investors.

Among the other major states, Haryana grabbed the third spot in the rankings this year. In 2016, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh were number one states to do business, ahead of Gujarat, which was in the first place in 2015.

In the latest index, those in the list of top 10 states include Jharkhand (4th), Gujarat (5th), Chhattisgarh (6th), Madhya Pradesh (7th), Karnataka (8th), Rajasthan (9th) and West Bengal (10th). National capital Delhi has been ranked 23, dropping from 19 in 2016. Meghalaya was ranked last at 36th position.

Touted as India’s most industrialised state, Maharashtra occupied the 13th slot with a reform evidence score of 97.29 per cent and a feedback score of 50.29 per cent.

DIPP said 17 states have achieved a reform evidence score of more than 90 per cent and 15 have achieved a combined score of 90 per cent and more. The states which have achieved 80 per cent or more reforms evidence score represent 84 per cent of the country’s area, 90 per cent of the country’s population and 79 per cent of India’s GDP.

DIPP Secretary, Ramesh Abhishek told ET NOW, ” The states are doing far better than what they have been doing in the last 2 years. They have really improved. You have got so many states who have gone above 90 per cent, 9 states above 90 per cent, 9 states above 80 per cent. So, you have 18 states actually, who have got more than 80 per cent score in the ranking, this actually is a great message. Almost 90 per cent of the population of the country is covered by these 18 states and they are improving dramatically so this momentum of doing ease of business will continue.”

The government, presenting the 2018-19 Budget, had identified 372 action points for states which they would carry out in a mission mode. The parameters include areas such as construction permit, labour regulation, environmental registration, access to information, land availability, and single window system.

In the World Bank’s latest “Doing Business” report, India’s place remained unchanged from last year’s ranking of 130 among the 190 countries.

Tata to share dais with RSS chief in next month

Industrialist Ratan Tata will be sharing the stage with RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat at an event here next month.

The development comes after former president Pranab Mukherjee attended a function of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Nagpur last month.

“Tata and Bhagwat will attend an event in Mumbai on August 24 organised by the Nana Palkar Smriti Samiti,” a Sangh functionary told PTI.

The NGO is named after Sangh pracharak Nana Palkar.

The samiti has its premises near the Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai and has been serving cancer patients from the facility. Tata has visited the premises and is aware of the NGO’s work, the Sangh functionary said.

The August 24 event will mark the concluding ceremony of the centenary year celebrations of Nana Palkar.

पाकिस्तान: चुनावी सभा में आत्मघाती विस्फोट, ANP नेता सहित 14 की मौत

पेशावर: पाकिस्तान के पेशावर शहर में मंगलवार रात एक चुनावी बैठक में हुए संदिग्ध आत्मघाती विस्फोट में अवामी नेशनल पार्टी (ए एन पी) के नेता हारून बिल्लौर सहित कम से कम 14 लोग मारे गए। याकातूत इलाके में हुए इस धमाके में 65 से अधिक लोग घायल भी हुए हैं जिन्हें पास के लेडी रीडिंग अस्पताल भेजा गया है।

विस्फोट तब हुआ जब बिल्लौर और ए एन पी के कार्यकर्ता पार्टी की एक बैठक के लिए एकत्र हुए। बिल्लौर के मंच पर पहुंचने पर वहां पटाखे चलाए जा रहे थे कि तभी एक आत्मघाती हमलावर ने खुद को विस्फोट से उड़ा लिया।

डॉन अखबार के मुताबिक विस्फोट में बिल्लौर गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। उन्हें अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां उन्होंने दम तोड़ दिया। राहत एवं बचाव टीम घटनास्थल पर हैं और घटना की जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। बिल्लौर के पिता एवं ए एन पी के वरिष्ठ नेता बशीर अहमद बिल्लौर भी 2012 में पेशावर में पार्टी की एक बैठक के दौरान तालिबान के हमलावर द्वारा किए गए आत्मघाती हमले में मारे गए थे।

एनपीए ने खैबर पख्तुनख्वा प्रांत में 2008 से 2013 तक सरकार चलाई थी। यह लंबे समय से आतंकियों के निशाने पर था। 2013 के चुनाव में भी एनपीए के 100 से ज्यादा नेताओं को आतंकियों ने मौत के घाट उतार दिया था।

पहले ही जताई गई थी आशंका

पाकिस्तान की आतंकवाद रोधी एजेंसी ने राजनीतिक पार्टियों के नेताओं पर पहले ही हमले की आशंका जताई थी। एजेंसी ने चेताया था कि 25 जुलाई को होने वाले आम चुनावों के लिए प्रचार रैली के दौरान आतंकवादी इन नेताओं को निशाना बना सकते हैं। राष्ट्रीय आतंकवाद रोधी अधिकरण (एनएसीटीए) ने कहा था कि उसने संघीय एवं प्रांतीय गृह मंत्रालयों के साथ ही कानून प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों को 12 अलर्ट भेजे हैं।

डॉन समाचारपत्र ने एजेंसी के हवाले से बताया था कि पाकिस्तान पीपल्स पार्टी (पीपीपी) और पाकिस्तान मुस्लिम लीग-नवाज (पीएमएल – एन) समेत राजनीतिक पार्टियों के नेतृत्व और छह हस्तियों को चुनाव के दौरान निशाना बनाया जा सकता है।

सीनेट की गृह मामलों की स्थायी समिति के समक्ष विवरण देते हुए एनएसीटीए के निदेशक ओबैद फारुक ने बताया था कि इन छह लोगों में पाकिस्तान तहरीक – ए – इंसाफ प्रमुख इमरान खान , आवामी नेशनल पार्टी के नेता असफंदयार वली और अमीर हैदर होती , कौमी वतन पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अफताब शेरपाउ , जमियत उलेमा – ए – इस्लाम – फजल नेता अक्रम खान दुर्रानी और हाफिज सइद के बेटे तलहा सइद का नाम शामिल है।

उन्होंने कहा कि पाकिस्तान चुनाव आयोग के सचिव बब्बर याकूब समिति को पहले ही सूचित कर चुके हैं कि 25 जुलाई को होने वाले आम चुनावों के दौरान हिंसा होने का अंदेशा है और उन्होंने निर्देश दिया था कि ऐसे अलर्ट को गंभीरता से लिया जाए।

राज्यात दारूबंदी करणार नाही : चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे

नागपूर : राज्यात दारूबंदी करण्याचा शासनाचा कोणताही विचार नाही, तर चंद्रपुरातील दारूबंदी मागे घेतली जाणार नाही, अशी स्पष्ट माहिती उत्पादन शुल्क मंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे यांनी आज विधानसभेत दिली.

आ. विजय वडेट्टीवार यांनी उपस्थित केलेल्या लक्ष्यवेधी सूचनेच्या उत्तरात बावनकुळे बोलत होते. चंद्रपुरात मोठ्या प्रमाणात दारू मिळते आणि महाराष्ट्राबाहेरून दारू राज्यात येऊन ती अवैधपणे विकली जात आहे. कालच १ कोटी ३४ लाख रुपयांची दारू पकडली असल्याकडे आ. वडेट्टीवार यांनी सभागृहाचे लक्ष वेधले.

यावर उत्पादन शुल्क मंत्री बावनकुळे यांनी सांगितले की, महाराष्ट्राबाहेरून अवैध दारू राज्यात येत आहे. त्यावर नियंत्रण करण्यासाठीच ग्रामरक्षक दलाचा कडक कायदा शासनाने केला आहे. उत्पादन शुल्क विभागाची दारूबंदीबाबत आणि अवैध दारूबाबत कडक कारवाई नसती तर २०१७-१८ मध्ये ५०७ गुन्हे नोंदविण्यात आले नसते. शासन चंद्रपुरात दारूबंदीसाठी कठोर उपाययोजना करीत आहे.

ग्रामरक्षक दलाचे गठन प्रत्येक ग्रामपंचायतीने करावे असे सांगत ना. बावनकुळे यांनी संपूर्ण सभागृहातील सदस्यांना विनंती करून आवाहन केले की, ग्रामरक्षक दलाच्या स्थापनेसाठ़ी शासनाला सहकार्य करा. या कायद्यात २४ तासात कारवाईची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे. जनतेच्या सहकार्याशिवाय अवैध दारूवर नियंत्रण मिळवता येणार नाही. यासाठीच ग्रामरक्षक दल स्थापन करणे आवश्यक असल्याचेही बावनकुळे म्हणाले.

चंद्रपूर, वर्धा व गडचिरोली या तीन जिल्ह्यातील दारुबंदीबाबतच्या गुन्हा अन्वेषणाची कामगिरी उंचावण्यासाठ़ी शासनाने राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क व पोलिस विभागाच्या आस्थापनेवर अधिकारी व कर्मचार्‍यांची प्रत्येकी २२ पदे मंजूर केली आहेत. चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यात २४.५४ कोटींचा मुद्देमाल, वर्धा जिल्ह्यात १८.९६ कोटींचा मुद्देमाल तर गडचिरोली ल्ह्यिात ८.८५ कोटींचा मुद्देमाल जप्त करण्यात आला. सन २०१७-१८ मध्ये या तीनही जिल्ह्यांमध्ये एकूण २५ लाख ८९८ आरोपींना अटक करण्यात आली.

नागपुर :- राज्यातील मागास प्रवर्गातील विद्यार्थ्यांना महाराष्ट्र राज्य लोकसेवा आयोग नोकरीपासून वंचित ठेवण्याचा कट करीत आहे तरीही त्याची सरकार दखल घेत नाही, असा घणाघाती आरोप विधानपरिषदेचे विरोधीपक्ष नेते धनंजय मुंडे यांनी केला.

या संदर्भात मंगळवारी त्यांनी विधानपरिषदेत स्थगन प्रस्ताव मांडून चर्चा करण्याची मागणी मुंडे यांनी केली. मागील काही कालावधि पासून एमपीएससीकडून होत असलेल्या मागास प्रवर्गातील विद्यार्थ्यांवरील अन्यायाला वाचा फोडण्यासाठी धनंजय मुंडे यांनी विधानपरिषदेत स्थगन प्रस्ताव मांडून त्यावर चर्चा करण्याची मागणी केली होती.

मात्र, सभापतींनी तो प्रस्ताव सभागृहात नाकारत याविषयी अर्धा तास चर्चा अथवा इतर मार्गाने चर्चा उपस्थित केल्यास त्यावेळी बोलण्याची संधी देण्याचे कबूल केले. भारतीय संविधानात मागास प्रवर्गातील जाती समुहांना आरक्षणाची तरतूद असली तरी राज्यात एमपीएससीकडून मागासवर्गीयांना शासकीय नोकरीपासून वंचित ठेवण्याचा कट केला जातो आहे की काय, अशी शंका निर्माण करण्यासारखी परिस्थिती राज्यात निर्माण झाली आहे.

सरकारने ४ वर्षांपासून शासकीय नोकरभरती बंद ठेवली आहे. खासगीकरणाचा दुसरा अर्थ आरक्षण हटविणे असा होतो. शासकीय सेवांचे मोठ्या प्रमाणावर खासगीकरण केले गेले. त्यामुळे आरक्षित जागांची संख्या कमी झाली आहे. रिक्त पदांपैकी फक्त ५० टक्के म्हणजे ७२ हजार पदे भरण्याचा निर्णय सरकारने घेतला. मात्र, अंमलबजावणी शून्य आहे. आरक्षणाबाबत संविधानात तरतूद आहे. वेगवेगळे कायदे आहेत. परंतू, त्या कायद्यांचा अशाप्रकारे अर्थ लावला जातो, की मागासवर्गीय नोकरीपासून वंचित राहतील, अशी शंकाही धनंजय मुंडे यांनी व्यक्त केली.

समांतर आरक्षणाच्या परिपत्रकाचा चुकीचा अर्थ काढून मागासवर्गीय विद्यार्थ्यांवर अन्याय करणाऱ्या अधिकाऱ्यांवर शासन कोणती कारवाई करणार आहे का? हा अतिशय गंभीर विषय आहे, पाठपुरावा करूनही त्यांना सरकारकडून न्याय मिळालेला नाही, त्यामुळे सभागृहाचे सर्व कामकाज बाजूला ठेऊन या विषयावर आपण चर्चा घडवून आणावी, अशी विनंतीवजा मागणी मुंडे यांनी केली. या विषयावर सविस्तर चर्चेसाठी वेळ देण्याचे आश्वासन सभापती यांनी दिले.

नागपुर :- मागील काही दिवसापासून पावसामुळे संपूर्ण राज्यात पुर परिस्थिती निर्माण होण्याची शक्यता असताना अद्याप केंद्र सरकार कडून मदत का आलेली नाही? राज्यातील अतिवृष्टीग्रस्त भागाची हवाई पाहणी का झालेली नाही? आतापर्यंत सैन्यदलाला सतर्कतेचे आदेश का देण्यात आलेले नाहीत? असे अनेक प्रश्न विरोधी पक्षनेते राधाकृष्ण विखे पाटील यांनी आज विधानसभेत सरकारसमोर उपस्थित केले.

मंगळवारी सकाळी विधानसभेचे कामकाज सुरू होताच विखे पाटील यांनी ‘पॉइंट ऑफ इन्फॉर्मेशन’च्या माध्यमातून मुंबई, कोकण, विदर्भ आणि महाराष्ट्राच्या इतरही विभागात मागील अनेक तासांपासून होत असलेल्यामुसळधार पावसाचा मुद्दा उपस्थित केला. त्या

नंतर प्रसारमाध्यमांकडे प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करताना ते म्हणाले की, राज्यात अनेक ठिकाणी गंभीर परिस्थिती निर्माण झाली आहे. नागपूर शहर जलमय झाले तेव्हा संपूर्ण सरकार नागपूरमध्ये हजर असल्याने प्रशासनाने परिस्थितीवर तातडीने नियंत्रण मिळवले. पण हा आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन यंत्रणेचा हा वेग मुंबई शहरात दिसून येत नाही.

संपूर्ण मुंबई ठप्प झाल्याचे चित्र असून, पुढील काही तास पुन्हा अतिवृष्टीचा इशारा देण्यात आल्याने परिस्थिती अधिक गंभीर होण्याची भीती आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर सरकारने खबरदारीच्या काय उपाययोजना केल्या आहेत? केंद्राकडून मदत मागण्यात आली आहे का? अशी विचारणा त्यांनी केली.

पावसाळी अधिवेशनामुळे सर्व पालकमंत्री आणि आमदार सध्या नागपुरात आहेत. अशा गंभीर परिस्थितीत स्थानिक लोकप्रतिनिधी किंवा पालकमंत्री मुख्यालयी हजर असतील तर प्रशासनावर धाक राहतो. त्यामुळे अतिवृष्टीग्रस्त जिल्ह्यातील पालकमंत्र्यांना आणि आमदारांना मुख्यालयी पाठविण्याबाबत सरकारने निर्देश द्यावेत.

नागरिकांच्या सुरक्षेसाठी करावयाच्या सर्व उपाययोजनांमध्ये सरकारला संपूर्ण सहकार्य करायला विरोधी पक्ष तयार आहे, असे विरोधी पक्षनेते राधाकृष्ण विखे पाटील यांनी सांगितले. सध्या सर्वत्र अकरावीसह इतर अभ्यासक्रमांसाठी महाविद्यालयांची प्रवेश प्रक्रिया सुरू असून, पावसामुळे पालक व विद्यार्थ्यांसमोर अनेक अडचणी निर्माण झाल्यासंदर्भातही पाटील यांनी सरकारचे कान टोचले आहे.
