Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi, the sequel to 2016 hit Happy Bhag Jayegi, is all set to release in theatres on August 24 this year. Before the release, the makers have shared the trailer of Happy Phirr Bhaag Jayegi. While Diana Penty, Jimmy Shergill, Ali Fazal, Abhay Deol and Piyush Mishra will reprise their roles, actor Sonakshi Sinha and Punjabi actor-singer Jassie Gill are joining the cast for the sequel.

The more than two-and-a-half-minute long trailer has a lot happening. While Happy aka Sonakshi Sinha has been kidnapped by some Chinese goons, Jimmy Shergill’s marriage gets called off on the day of the wedding (just like his many other movies) as he too has been abducted by a Chinese gang. Later, Happy runs away from her abductors and the next moment all the characters of the movie find themselves stuck in a mess. Piyush Mishra and his Urdu are once again spot on. Diana Penty and Ali Fazal make a late and a small appearance in the trailer.

Happy Bhag Jayegi was about the adventures of Happy’s (Diana Penty) life after she runs away from her house to be with her musician boyfriend Guddu (Ali Fazal) and accidentally reaches Pakistan. If the narrative of the 2016 situational comedy is anything to go by, the sequel to it might also create ripples of laughter among the moviegoers.

Before releasing the trailer, promos of the film starring Diana Penty and Jimmy Shergill were also shared. The two promos had both Diana and Jimmy in their elements. Later, a motion poster introducing Sonakshi was also released where Diana was yet again wanted and Sonakshi looked pretty disoriented.

Happy Phirr Bhaag Jayegi has been directed by Mudassar Aziz who also directed the first film of the franchise. The film is bankrolled by Anand L. Rai and Krishika Lulla.

कुणीही जीवावर उदार होऊ नका : गृहराज्यमंत्री डॉ. रणजीत पाटील

मुंबई : मराठा आरक्षणाच्या मागणीसाठी सुरू असलेल्या आंदोलनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर गृहराज्यमंत्री (शहरे) डॉ. रणजीत पाटील यांनी आंदोलकर्त्यांना संयम राखण्याचे आवाहन केले आहे. कुणीही जीवावर उदार होऊ नका, असेही त्यांनी सूचित केले आहे.

डॉ. पाटील यांनी म्हटले आहे की, मराठा आरक्षण व इतर मागण्यांसाठी काकासाहेब शिंदे शहीद झाले. या दुःखद घटनेने अंतःकरण पिळवटून निघाले. व्यथित झाले. पण आपल्यालाही आता काळजी घ्यावी लागणार आहे. कारण संवादाने सुटू शकत नाही असा एकही प्रश्न असू शकत नाही.

तुम्ही भव्य मूक क्रांती मोर्चे काढून आपल्या वेदनेला वाचा फोडली. मागण्या मांडल्या आणि आंदोलन कसे असावे याचा जगाला आदर्श घालून दिला. तितक्या तिव्रतेने शासनाने आपल्या मागण्यांच्या पूर्ततेच्या दृष्टीने पावले उचलली व समाजाच्या शैक्षणिक, आर्थिक विकासाच्या दृष्टीने आठ लाखांपर्यंत ईबीसी सवलत, मराठा बांधवांसाठी सारथी ही संस्था निर्माण करण्यात आली. प्रत्येक जिल्ह्यात वसतीगृह, अण्णासाहेब पाटील आर्थिक विकास महामंडळाकडून १० लाखांचे कर्ज घेणाऱ्यांचे व्याज सरकार भरणार आहे, असे त्यांनी म्हटले आहे.

६०५ कोर्सेससाठी मराठा विद्यार्थ्यांना शिष्यवृत्ती, तसेच गडकिल्ले संवर्धन व इतर सर्वच मागण्यांच्या पूर्ततेसाठी सरकार काम करीत आहे. मराठा आरक्षणासाठीही राज्य सरकार अनुकूल आहे. लोकशाहीत आपल्या मागण्या शासनाकडून मान्य करुन घेण्यासाठी, म्हणणे मांडण्यासाठी आंदोलनाचा हक्क असतोच पण त्यासाठी अनमोल प्राण गमवावे लागणे हे शासन व आंदोलनकर्ते अशा दोघांसाठीही दुर्दैवी आणि दुःखद आहे, असे डॉ. पाटील यांनी नमूद केले आहे.

मुंबई : पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींनी तरुणांना रोजगाराच्या नावाखाली ‘पकोडे’ विकण्याचा सल्ला दिला. त्याला विरोधकांनी चांगलंच ट्रोल केलं… पण, तुम्हाला माहीत आहे का? एक तरुणानं समोसे विकण्यासाठी चक्का ‘गूगल’ची नोकरी सोडली… आणि आज हा तरुण वार्षिक ५० लाख रुपयांपेक्षाही जास्त कमावतो. हा तरुण आहे मुनाफ कपाडिया… मुनाफनं केवळ जिद्दीच्या आणि आत्मविश्वासाच्या जोरावर इथवर मजल मारलीय.

मराठा आरक्षण: आज विधिमंडळातील सर्वपक्षीय गटनेत्यांची बैठक

औरंगाबाद – राज्यात सध्या मराठा समाजाला शिक्षण आणि सरकारी नोकरीत आरक्षण मिळावे यासाठी आंदोलन सुरू असतानाच एकाने त्यासाठी गोदावरी नदीत उडी मारुन जीव दिल्यानंतर मराठा आंदोलनाचा आणखी एक बळी आज गेला आहे. मंगळवारी आरक्षणाच्या मागणीसाठी विष घेतलेल्या जगन्नाथ सोनावणे याचा आज उपचारादरम्यान मृत्यू झाला आहे.

मराठा आंदोलनाने सध्या हिंसक वळण घेतले असून राज्यभर ठिकठिकाणी आंदोलने करण्यात येत आहेत. औरंगाबाद येथे काकासाहेब शिंदे या आंदोलकाने सोमवारी आरक्षणाच्या मागणीसाठी नदी पात्रात उडी घेत जीव दिल्यानंतर मंगळवारी जगन्नाथ सोनावणे या तरुणाने विष घेतले होते. त्याला त्यानंतर औरंगाबादच्या घाटी रुग्णालयात दाखल केले. पण तेथे जगन्नाथची प्रकृती चिंताजनक होती. पण आज अखेर त्याचा मृत्यू झाला असल्यामुळे मराठा आंदोलन आता आणखीनच चिळण्याची शक्यता निर्माण झाली आहे.

नागपुर :- शहर में डामर के रास्ते पूरी तरह खराब हो चुके हैं। एयरपोर्ट से लेकर आटोमोटिव चौक और हिंगना नाका से लेकर पारडी-कलमना तक सड़कों पर गड्ढे ही गड्ढे दिखाई दे रहे हैं। मेट्रो रेल प्रोजेक्ट और सीमेंट सड़कों का व्यापक स्तर पर काम शुरू है। यातायात की समस्या जगह-जगह बनी है। इस समस्या से लोग रोज दो-चार हो रहे थे कि अब शहर भर में गड्ढों ने वाहन चालकों की मुसीबतें बढ़ा दी हैं। खासकर दो-पहिया वाहन चालकों के लिए यह सर्कस से कम नहीं है। पारडी रोड पर रास्तो पर कीचड़ – ही कीचड़ जमा हुवा है जिससे परिवार को दुपहिया वाहन पर ले जाते समय जान हथेली पर लेकर चलना पड़ता है। पता नहीं किस समय हादसा हो जाए, जिससे जान को हमेशा खतरा बना हुवा है । कीचड़भरी सडको के कारण हादसे आए दिन हो भी रहे हैं।

शहर की सड़कों पर वाहनों का भिड़ना या वाहन से फिसला और गिरना अब आम बात हो गई है। गंभीर मामले भी सामने आए हैं। विविध स्थानों पर 7 लोगों की मौत होने का दावा किया गया है। धूल के कणों से अनेक लोगों की आंखों को नुकसान पहुंचा है। इससे गुस्साए नागरिक अब अलग-अलग तरीका अपनाकर रोष व्यक्त कर रहे हैं। शहर की इस दशा के लिए उन्होंने सत्ताधारी भाजपा को जिम्मेदार बताते हुए नागपुर का नक्शा बिगाड़ने का आरोप लगाया है।

जिले के 300 सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ रहे छात्र बिना बिजली के

नागपुर :- सरकार की ओर से सरकारी स्कूलों में तेजी से घट रही छात्रों की संख्या को रोकने के लिए डिजिटल स्कूल और क्लास रूम बनाए जा रहे हैं। डिजिटाइजेशन के लिए स्कूलों में बिजली आपूर्ति भी होनी चाहिए पर आलम यह है कि खुद मुख्यमंत्री के गृह जिले में जिला परिषद के 300 स्कूलों का बिजली कनेक्शन बिल बकाया रहने के कारण काट दिया गया है।

स्कूलों में व्यावसायिक बिजली कनेक्शन जोड़े गए हैं, परंतु घरेलू कनेक्शन के मुकाबले व्यावसायिक बिजली का दर अधिक है और बिल भरने के लिए स्वतंत्र आर्थिक प्रावधान नहीं है। स्कूल परिसर तथा इमारतों की मरम्मत, रंगरोगन, शौचालयों की स्वच्छता तथा दुरुस्ती के लिए मिलने वाले वार्षिक निधि से बिजली बिल भरने की व्यवस्था की गई है। अगर बिजली बिल पर संपूर्ण निधि खर्च करें तो अन्य खर्च कहां से करें, यह समस्या स्कूलों के सामने खड़ी है। इसी क्रम में बिजली बिल भरने के लिए निधि कम पड़ने से स्कूलों की बिजली कट गई है। जिला परिषद तथा सरकार का बार-बार ध्यान आकर्षित करने पर भी कोई हल नहीं निकल पाया।

जिला परिषद स्कूलों के पास आर्थिक स्रोत नहीं रहने से बिजली बिल भुगतान करने की समस्या है। इसकी स्वतंत्र व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए। सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से स्कूलों का विद्युतीकरण होना चाहिए। इस संबंध में जिप सीईओ को ज्ञापन सौंपकर मांग की गई है। बिजली कनेक्शन कट होने से स्कूलों में अवैध कनेक्शन जोड़कर काम चलाया जा रहा है। जिले में ऐसे सैकड़ों स्कूल हैं, जहां पड़ोस के मकान से बिजली कनेक्शन जोड़े गए हैं। अवैध बिजली कनेक्शन सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से सही है भी या नहीं, इसकी जांच तक नहीं की गई है। असुरक्षित बिजली कनेक्शन के कारण छात्रों की जान को खतरा बना हुआ है।

नागपुर :- राज्यामध्ये मराठा आंदोलन तीव्र होत असतांना नागपुर मध्ये मंगळवारी मराठा समाज संतप्त झाला त्यानंतर स्थानिक मराठा संघटनांनी महाराष्ट्र बंद सोबत नागपुर बंद ची हाक दिली. नागपुरात बंदाचा समिश्र प्रतिसाद पहायला मिळाला शहराचा सक्रदारा परिसरात सकाळी काही दुकाने बंद करण्यात आली तर महल गाँधी गेट परिसरातील शिवाजी पुतळ्या समोर धरने प्रदर्शन करण्यात आले. तसेच मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी राजीनामा द्यावा अशी मागणी मराठा संघटनांनी केलि आहे. मराठा समाजाला आरक्षण मिळावे या मागणीसाठी गंगापूर तालुक्यात कायगाव टोक इथे एका तरुणाने जलसमाधी घेऊन आरक्षणविरोधी लढ्यात स्वतःची आहुती दिली. या घटनेनंतर त्याचे पडसाद सम्पूर्ण महाराष्ट्रतात पहायला मिळत आहे.

Honor 9N Launched in India today: Price, Specifications & features

Honor 9N was launched in India today. Huawei sub-brand Honor unveiled its latest handset in the country at an event in New Delhi. As the company had announced last week itself, the Honor 9N will be sold as a Flipkart-exclusive handset. The key features of the latest handset include a ‘Notch FullView’ display, referring to the display notch, and the bezel-less display design with a 19:9 aspect ratio, a 12-layer premium glass design, and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The Honor 9N is the India variant of the Honor 9i (2018) model that was launched in China last month as the successor to the Honor 9i that arrived in India in October 2017. The company at the launch event announced the smartphone will be ‘Made in India’.

The Honor 9N (2018) price in India has been set at Rs. 11,999 for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant, Rs. 13,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant, and Rs. 17,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. The smartphone will go on sale from 12pm IST on July 31 via Flipkart and the HiHonorStore. It will be made available in Lavender Purple, Robin Egg Blue, Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue. Launch offers include a Reliance Jio cashback offer, with Rs. 2,200 cashback, 100GB additional data, and Rs. 1,200 Myntra voucher.

Honor 9N specifications

The dual-SIM (Nano) Honor 9N runs Android 8.0 Oreo with EMUI 8.0 on top and sports a 5.84-inch (1080×2280 pixels) full-HD+ FullView IPS display with an 19:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D curved glass. Under the hood, there is an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 659 SoC, coupled with 3GB or 4GB of RAM, depending on the variant.

In terms of optics, the Honor 9N features a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, alongside an LED flash. The camera also comes with PDAF and supports features such as HDR, time-lapse, and burst mode. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel sensor that works with a beauty mode. Data leak: Mobile numbers, photos of NEET candidates put up for sale online

A new case of breach of data privacy in India has surfaced in which the data of the applicants of a medical entrance exam is being sold blatantly online. A website (Nari Technologies) which offers career counseling has hoarded data of more than 250,000 appearing in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) and this data is put up for sale for a price of Rs. 1,00,000.

As per the report, this database contains critical information such as name, examination roll number, all-India rank, and their mobile numbers. NEET is the standard entrance exam for medical and dental undergraduate courses which is conducted by CBSE and more than 1.3 million students appear for it each year.

In spite of illegitimately storing private data of students, the proprietor of the business defends this as completely legal. Praveen Chaudhary, who owns the company, toldthat it collects the data through various channels including social media. He claims that students trade their data willingly with the portal in exchange for free counseling and advice from experts.

Chaudhary’s company offers this data to other companies including those which sell study material to students. These companies contact students using the mobile numbers shared by them. Besides selling the database of students, Chaudhary’s company also provides a complete dashboard to its clients for them to market educational products to students.

As part of the dashboard, clients get resources to send highly targeted text messages. Clients also get 100,000 free SMSes after which they have to pay Rs. 14,000 for another batch of 100,000.

“To be honest, we don’t ask people if they are okay with their data being sold commercially to other entities but it is understood by everyone that if they are providing their data, it will be given to specific people who may contact them offering their services,” said Chaudhary.

This is an alarming issue, especially at the time when data privacy is attracting the attention of lawmakers not just in India but worldwide. At the time of writing this, the website appears to have been taken down.

Producer James Cameron is back with another visual treat, Alita Battle Angel. The trailer of this epic adventure is out and it certainly looks exciting. The film looks like its set in the future where the world has changed beyond recognition.

When Ido, played by Christoph Waltz, finds a cyborg who has a mysterious past, he decides to protect her from the rest of the world. Alita (Rosa Salazar) wakes up in a future where she isn’t aware of much of her past. She is an extraordinary human who is made up of the technology that has not been seen in the past 300 years. And this unique factor makes her a target.

They live in Iron City and it comes as quite a surprise to Alita’s allies when she displays her strengths. They now have a task to protect her but Alita is more than the capable of protecting herself. The new world starts giving her answers about her past and the more she learns, the more she is confident about herself.

मराठा क्रांती मोर्चा : ‘महाराष्ट्र बंद’ ची हाक, मुख्यमंत्र्यांच्या राजीनाम्याची मागणी

मराठा क्रांती मोर्चा ने मंगळवारी (ता. २४) ‘महाराष्ट्र बंद’ची हाक दिली आहे. जुने कायगावच्या घटनेनंतर औरंगाबादच्या समन्वयकांनी पत्रकार परिषद घेत भूमिका मांडली. घटनेला जबाबदार असलेल्या संबंधित तहसील कार्यालय, पोलिस ठाण्यातील अधिकाऱ्यांना निलंबित करावे, त्यांच्यावर ३०२ कलमान्वये कारवाई करावी, अशा मागण्या त्यांनी केल्या. काकासाहेब शिंदे यांना हुतात्मा घोषित करा, कुटुंबीयांना ५० लाखांची मदत द्या, अशाही मागण्या समन्वयकांनी केल्या आहेत.

आषाढी एकादशीनिमित्त मुख्यमंत्र्यांना पूजा करण्यापासून रोखल्यानंतर आंदोलनाची तीव्रता वाढत आहे. मराठा समाजाला एकटे पाडून राजकीय धुव्रीकरण करण्याचा डाव मुख्यमंत्री खेळत असल्याचा आरोप संभाजी ब्रिगेडचे अध्यक्ष प्रवीण गायकवाड यांनी केला आहे. तर, युवकाची आत्महत्या हा पोलिस प्रशासनाचा निष्काळजीपणा असल्याची टीका ‘राष्ट्रवादी’चे प्रदेशाध्यक्ष जयंत पाटील यांनी केली आहे.

मराठा आरक्षणासह अन्य विविध मागण्यांसाठी मराठा क्रांती मोर्चा तर्फे मराठवाड्यात दुसऱ्या टप्प्यात ठिकठिकाणी आंदोलने होत असून त्याची धग वाढती आहे. सकल मराठा समाजातर्फे औरंगाबाद-पुणे महामार्गावरील जुने कायगावमधील गोदावरी नदीवरील पुलापासून अर्धा किलोमीटरवर सकाळी ठिय्या आंदोलन सुरू केले. तत्पूर्वी या आंदोलकांनी जलसमाधीचा इशारा दिला होता. ठिय्या आंदोलनादरम्यान सरकारच्या विरोधात जोरदार घोषणाबाजी सुरू होती.

मागण्या मान्य करण्याच्या मुद्यावरून आंदोलक संतप्त झाले आणि ते दुपारी तीनच्या सुमारास गोदावरी नदीकडे आले. पोलिसांनी त्यांना अडविण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. पोलिसांच्या तावडीतून सुटून काकासाहेब दत्तात्रय शिंदे (रा. कानडगाव, ता. गंगापूर) याने नदीत उडी घेतली. त्याला वाचविण्यासाठी स्थानिक बचाव पथक, ग्रामस्थ धावले. आंदोलक समजून पोलिसांनी त्यांनाही अडवले. तोपर्यंत काकासाहेब पुरातून एक हजार फुटांपर्यंत वाहून गेला. दशरथ बिरुटे यांनी उडी मारून त्याला पाण्याबाहेर काढले. नंतर त्याला गंगापूर उपजिल्हा रुग्णालय येथे नेले. तेथील डॉक्‍टरांनी तपासून काकासाहेबला मृत घोषित केले.

तरुणाने गोदावरीत आत्महत्या केल्याचे कळताच आंदोलनकर्ते आणखी संतप्त झाले. त्यांनी औरंगाबाद- नगर महामार्गावर चक्का जाम आंदोलन सुरू केले. उपजिल्हाधिकारी डॉ. संदीपान सानप यांनी घटनास्थळी धाव घेतली. काकासाहेबच्या मृत्यूस जबाबदार असणाऱ्या प्रशासनावर मनुष्यवधाचा गुन्हा दाखल करावा, शासनाचा ठोस निर्णय आल्यावरच आम्ही माघार घेऊ, अशी मागणी आंदोलनकर्त्यांनी केली.

काकासाहेब होता चालक
काकासाहेबच्या मागे आई, वडील, भाऊ, बहीण असा परिवार आहे. त्याचे शिक्षण दहावीपर्यंत झाले होते. तो घरात मोठा होता. तो अविवाहीत होता. या कुटुंबाची एक ते दीड एकर शेती असून शिवसेनेचे माजी आमदार अण्णासाहेब माने, युवासेना जिल्हा प्रमुख संतोष माने यांच्या वाहनावर तो चालक म्हणून काम करत होता.

स्मार्ट सिटी प्रकल्पांतर्गत शहरात सुरू असलेल्या विविध प्रकल्पांना आता जर्मनीतील कार्ल्सरु शहराचे सहकार्य मिळणार आहे. यासंबंधी कार्ल्सरु व नागपूर महापालिका यांच्यात जर्मनीमध्ये एका करारावर स्वाक्षरी करण्यात आल्या.

उपमहापौर दीपराज पार्डीकर यांच्या नेतृत्वात नागपूर महापालिकेच्या एका शिष्टमंडळाने जर्मनीतील कार्ल्सरु शहराला भेट दिली. या भेटीत हा करार करण्यात आला. या शिष्टमंडळात महापालिकेतर्फे उपमहापौर दीपराज पार्डीकर यांच्यासह नागपूर स्मार्ट अ‍ॅण्ड सस्टेनेबल सिटी डेव्हलमपेंट कॉर्पोरेशन लि.च्या संचालक मंडळातील नामनिर्देशित सदस्य तसेच बसपा गटनेते मोहम्मद जमाल, कार्यकारी अभियंता (प्रकल्प) नरेश बोरकर, महाव्यवस्थापक राजेश दुफारे सहभागी झाले होते.

शिष्टमंडळाने कार्ल्सरु शहराचा दौरा केला. यावेळी शिष्टमंडळाने कार्ल्सरु शहरातील विविध कामांची पाहणी केली तसेच स्मार्ट सिटीवरील परिषदांमध्ये सहभाग घेतला. महाव्यवस्थापक राजेश दुफारे यांनी नागपूर शहरातील घनकचरा व्यवस्थापन या विषयावर सादरीकरण केले. कार्यकारी अभियंता (प्रकल्प) नरेश बोरकर यांनी स्मार्ट सिटीसंदर्भात सादरीकरण केले.

नागपूर आणि कार्ल्सरु यांच्यातील करार हा संपूर्ण राज्यासाठी महत्त्वाकांक्षी व प्रभावी ठरणार आहे. नागरी प्रश्नांवर दोन शहरांमध्ये चर्चा होईल. त्यामुळे जागतिक स्तरावर सहकार्याची भावना विकसित होईल, असा विश्वास कार्ल्सरु शहराचे इनोव्हेशन युनियनचे प्रमुख आर. इचहॉन यांनी व्यक्त केला. कार्ल्सरु शहरातील विकास कामांच्या गतिशिलतेने आपल्याला प्रभावित केले असून या करारामुळे इंटरनॅशनल अर्बन को-ऑपरेशन इंडिया प्रकल्पांतर्गत दोन शहरांमध्ये तंत्रज्ञानाची आदान-प्रदान होईल, असा विश्वास करारादरम्यान उपमहापौर दीपराज पार्डीकर यांनी व्यक्त केला.

नागपुर शहर में ट्रांसपोर्ट यूनियन की ओर से हड़ताल के चौथे दिन प्रदर्शन कर चक्का जाम

नागपुर :- ट्रांसपोर्ट यूनियन की हड़ताल आज देश सहित नागपुर में चौथे दिन भी जारी रही, ऑल इंडिया मोटर ट्रांसपोर्ट कांग्रेस द्वारा पुकारी गई अनिश्चितकालीन देशव्यापी २० जुलाई को पुकारी गई I इस देशव्यापी हड़ताल चलते नागपुर स्थित औद्योगिक इकाईयों पर भी इसका व्यापक असर हुआ है। हड़ताल के चौथे दिन में प्रवेश करने पर औद्योगिक इकाईयों में उत्पादन पूरी तरह से ठप्प हो गया है।

इतनाही नहीं रोज मर्रा की जरूरत की चीजे महंगी होती जा रही है I वहीं मुंबई व दिल्ली से आने वाले वाहनों विशेषकर ट्रकों की आवाजाही पूरी तरह से बंद हो गई है। नागपुर ट्रकर्स यूनियन के सदस्यों ने ऑल इंडिया मोटर ट्रांसपोर्ट कांग्रेस के समर्थन में शहर के पारडी रोड नाके के सामने माँ उमिया धाम चौक में आज दोपहर सैंकड़ों ट्रक को रोककर चक्का जाम किया गया जिससे वहा कुछ देर के लिए यातायात प्रभावित हुवा I तो वही सेकड़ो ट्रक अमरावती रोड आठवां मैल व कामठी रोड रूट पर ही रूके पड़े हैं। ट्रक यूनियन ने हड़ताल होने तक ट्रकों को न चलाने का आहवान ट्रक चालाक – मालको को किया है।

हालांकि इस हड़ताल से देश के उद्योगों को भी भारी नुकसान होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है। कई उद्योगों में उत्पादन ठप्प हो गया है। मुंबई व हैदराबाद और अन्य जगह से माल लेकर आने व जाने वाले ट्रकों की आवाजाही पुरी तरह से बंद है। वहीं यूनियन ने बताया आल इंडिया मोटर ट्रांसपोर्ट कांग्रेस द्वारा बुलाई गई हड़ताल तब तक जारी रहेगी जब तक सरकार ट्रांसपोटरों के हक की आवाज नहीं सुनती, सरकार को तुरंत सारी मांगे मान लेनी चाहिए ।

यूनियन की मुख्य मांगे इस प्रकार की है – डीजल की कीमते कम होनी चाहिए,राष्टीय स्तर पर समान मूल्य निर्धारण और डीजल कीमतों में त्रैमासिक संशोधन।

ट्रांसपोर्ट व्यवसाय पर टीडीएस समाप्त हो,आयकर अधिनियम की धारा 44 एई में अनुमानित आय मे कमी और उसको तर्कसंगत किया जाये व ई वे बिल से जुड़ी व्यवहारिक समस्याओं को देखते हुए नियमों में संशोधन किया जाए।

Nagpur : Deepali Mishra and Honda Activa-i present ‘Miss Maharashtra Queen 2018’ beauty pageant in association with Rotary Club of Nagpur North, one of the most prestigious beauty-cum-personality contests is scheduled to be held on August 5 at ‘Naivedhyam Eastoria’ (Chikhli-Kalamna road) from 7 pm. In order to discover the leading and the most beautiful faces from across the state, it will be hosted in Nagpur. The Grand Finale will be judged by eminent personalities from the fashion, beauty and entertainment sector.

The shortlisted contestants were invited for a city audition held at INIFD (Ramnagar branch) on July 22 at 12 pm.

The 16 girls who have been selected for the final round of the contest have applied from all over Maharashtra.

Tata Technologies & VDIA to launch aerospace & defence centre in Nagpur

Tata Technologies today said it has joined hands with the Vidarbha Defence Industries Association (VDIA) for setting up an aerospace and defence centre in Nagpur.

The partnership, supported by the Maharashtra government, will promote the state as an aerospace and defence manufacturing and export hub, a release said today.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis at the ‘Made in Vidarbha Aerospace and Defence Summit’ in Nagpur last week, it said.

Anand Bhade, president Asia Pacific, Tata Technologies, said, “Tata Technologies’ unique offerings for aerospace and defence are perfectly aligned to VDIA’s vision of creating a first-of-its-kind ecosystem to facilitate defence-integrated development by supporting the Indian aerospace and defence industry to be globally competitive.”

The centre will help promote indigenous and modernised technological capabilities and develop skilled resources to support MSMEs to be globally competitive in the aerospace and defence sector, the release said.

This will be done by setting up ‘NIRMAN’, a not-for-profit common facilitation centre for aerospace and defence and ‘UDAN’, an initiative to create high-end skilling centres and provide competency-based education for engineering institutes and universities, it added.

Lt Gen (retired) Ravindra Thodge, the chairman of VDIA, said the objective is to create an aerospace and defence manufacturing hub in Nagpur and the Vidarbha region.

The virtual assistant has been a concept in development ever since the early 1970s when the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency first began working on speech technology.

Today, we have artificial intelligence in devices like Alexa that not only understand what we say but can take action and respond to our requests and orders, almost like a human.

Alexa was launched in 2014 alongside the smart speaker, Amazon Echo, which promised to be a dutiful virtual assistant. And the product did deliver on its promise with about 2.4 million pieces being sold by 2015.

The development of Alexa is a pioneering feat in the development of AI and the team behind it is lead by Indian engineer Rohit Prasad along with his colleague, Toni Reid.

Rohit Prasad became the Vice President of Alexa Machine Learning and Speech for Amazon in May 2016.He currently leads the research and development in speech recognition, natural language understanding, and machine learning technologies to enhance customer interactions with Amazon’s products and services.
Rohit joined Amazon in 2013 as the Director of Machine Learning, where he worked at the infamous Amazon Lab126.Lab126 is known for developing hardware like Amazon Kindle, Fire TV and so forth. Here, Rohit Prasad was tasked with the objective of innovating how customers interacted with Amazon’s products and services.
Before 2013, Rohit had honed his technical skills at BBN Technologies, a high-technology company which has been credited for finding the ancestor of the internet–ARPANET.He worked at BBN Technologies for 14 years in R&D in speech recognition, natural language understanding and machine learning. He progressed in the company from a Staff Scientist in 1999 to Deputy Manager and Senior Director of Speech, Language, and Multimedia Technologies in 2011, before joining Amazon in 2013.
He acquired his MS in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. It is here that he acquired his interest in speech recognition. His research for the programme involved low bit-rate speech coding for wireless applications.
Before moving to the USA, Rohit studied at the Birla Institute of Technology in Ranchi, Jharkhand, where he graduated in Electrical and Communication Engineering. Rohit hails from Ranchi, where his family still resides.
Rohit Prasad was ranked at Number 9 in Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business in 2017. Not only that, Rohit, along with his colleague, Ried made, it to the Recode List of 100 People in Technology, Business and Media who mattered in 2017.

Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana : Modi govt reduces minimum deposits to Rs 250

The government has slashed the minimum annual deposit requirement for accounts under the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana to Rs 250 from Rs 1,000 earlier, a move that will enable more number of people to take advantage of the girl child savings scheme.

The government has amended the Sukanya Samriddhi Account Rules, 2016, to state that the minimum initial deposit to open the account would be Rs 250. The minimum deposit that has to be made in the account annually thereafter too has been lowered to Rs 250 from Rs 1,000.

Union Minister Arun Jaitley in his 2018-19 Budget speech had said that Sukanya Samriddhi Account Scheme, launched in January 2015, has been a “great success”.

Till November 2017, more than 1.26 crore accounts have been opened across the country in the name of girl children, securing an amount of Rs 19,183 crore, Jaitley had said.

The interest rate on Sukanya Samriddhi account is revised every quarter, just like other small savings schemes and PPF.

For the July-September quarter, the rate has been fixed at 8.1 per cent.

Under the scheme, a parent or legal guardian can open an account in the name of the girl child until she attains the age of 10 years. As per the government notification on the scheme, the account can be opened in any post office branch and designated public sector banks.

The deposits made to the account, and also the proceeds and maturity amount, would be fully exempted from tax under section 80C of the Income Tax Act.

The minimum deposit that needs to be made every year is now Rs 250, while the maximum is Rs 1.50 lakh. There is no limit on the number of deposits either in a month or a financial year.

As per the scheme, the account will be valid for 21 years from the date of opening, after which it will mature and the money will be paid to the girl child in whose name the account has been opened.

Deposits can be made up to 14 years from the date of opening of the account. After this period, the account will only earn interest as per applicable rates.

या ऑनलाईन साईटवर काम करणार्‍या नियंत्रकांना साईटवर कुठल्‍या यूजर्सचे वय १३ पेक्षा कमी वाटल्‍याची शंका आल्यास त्‍यांचे प्रोफाइल लॉक केले जाऊ शकते. आता फक्‍त कंपनीकडून यूजर्स अकाउंटची पडताळणी करण्‍याची शक्‍यता आहे.

फेसबूक आणि इंस्टाग्रामवर अकाउंट काढण्‍यासाठी युजर्सचे वय १३ वर्षापेक्षा जास्‍त असण्‍याचा नियम आहे. सोशल साईटवर अकाउंट काढायचे असल्‍यास युजर्सला त्‍याची जन्‍मतारीख विचारली जाते, पण त्‍याची पडताळणी केली जात नाही. म्‍हणजे जन्‍मतारीख खरी आहे की खोटी याची पडताळणी केली जात नाही. याचाच फायदा घेत युजर्स खोटी जन्‍मतारीख सांगून अकाउंट काढतात. यासाठी कंपनीने हे पाऊल उचलले आहे.

आषाढी एकादशीच्या निमित्ताने पंढरपुरात भक्तीचा सागर लोटला असून, सर्वत्र वातावरणात विठुनामाचाच गजर सुरु आहे. या खास दिवसाच्या निमित्ताने अनेक मैलांचा पायी प्रवास करुन जाणाऱ्या वारकऱ्यांच्या मानातही आपल्या देवाला भेटल्याचा आनंद आहे, तर त्या सावळ्या विठ्ठलाचं रुप पाहून कित्येकांचे डोळे पाणावले आहेत. अशा या सर्व वातावरणात अभिनेता रितेश देशमुख यानेही सर्वांना एक खास भेट दिली आहे.

BlackBerry KEY2 Dual Cameras Launched in India: Price, Specifications & More

BlackBerry KEY2, after its launch last month in international markets, was launched in India on Monday by licensee Optiemus Infracom. It offers a Series 7 aluminium alloy frame, a textured diamond grip back panel, and a physical QWERTY keyboard that comes with certain intelligent shortcuts helping users launch apps and activate commands with the press of a single key. The KEY2 is the first BlackBerry-branded smartphone to sport a dual camera setup, and it incorporates features such as portrait mode and optical zoom.

BlackBerry KEY2 price in India, availability

The BlackBerry KEY2 price in India has been set at Rs. 42,990. It will go on sale exclusively via Amazon India from July 31, and comes bundled with Reliance Jio cashback offer of Rs. 4,450 and ICICI bank cashback offer. There will be additional launch benefits, the company said.

BlackBerry KEY2 design

The smartphone is designed for the QWERTY keypad lovers that still exist, with all the latest specifications built-in. The back of the phone is made of textured plastic, and sports a horizontally-stacked dual camera setup, with the BlackBerry logo sitting in the rear centre. The 3.5mm audio jack sits on the top edge, while all the power and volume buttons are placed on the right-edge of the device. There’s also a convenience ‘Speed’ key on the right edge that automatically opens any app that you set it to.

The dual-SIM (Nano) BlackBerry KEY2 runs Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box, and sports a 4.5-inch full-HD (1080×1620 pixels) IPS LCD display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass, a 3:2 aspect ratio, a pixel density of 433ppi, and 24-bit colour depth. The handset is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC (four Kryo 260 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and four clocked at 1.8GHz), combined with 6GB of RAM.

As for camera specifications, the BlackBerry KEY2 sports a horizontal dual camera setup with two 12-megapixel rear sensors that include Dual Tone LED flash, HDR, 4K video recording at 30FPS, and dual PDAF. The primary sensor has a FoV (Field of View) of 79.3 degrees, 1.28-micron pixels, and an f/1.8 aperture, while the secondary sensor has a 50-degree FoV, 1.0 micron pixels, and f/2.6 aperture. On the front, the smartphone gets an 8-megapixel fixed focus with screen flash and full-HD video recording.

The smartphone comes in 64GB and 128GB internal storage variants, expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB). Connectivity options on the BlackBerry KEY2 include 4G LTE (on both SIM cards), Wi-Fi 802.11ac (dual-band 2.4GHz, 5GHz), Bluetooth v5.0 LE, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, NFC, FM radio, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C. A 3500mAh battery powers in the internals from underneath the hood, with Quick Charge 3.0 support, said to provide a mixed use battery life of over 25 hours. Sensors onboard the handset include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, hall effect sensor, fingerprint sensor (on spacebar key), magnetometer, and proximity sensor. Dimensions of the BlackBerry KEY2 are 151.4×71.8×8.5mm and weight is 168 grams.

नागपुर :- राज्याचे मुख्यमंत्री श्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी मुंबई स्थित ‘वर्षा’ या शासकीय निवासस्थानी सपत्नीक भगवान विठ्ठलाची पूजा केली. मराठा संघटनांनी केलेल्या विरोधानंतर मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी पंढरपूरला न जाण्याचा निर्णय घेतला होता.

शासकीय पूजेची परंपरा खंडित होऊ नये, यासाठी ‘वर्षा’ निवासस्थानी पूजा करण्यात आल्याचे मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले. राज्यातील बळीराजा सुखी होऊ दे, सकलांच्या सर्व मनोकामना पूर्ण होऊ दे, महाराष्ट्राच्या यशाची पताका अशीच उंच फडकू दे, अशी मनोभावे प्रार्थना विठ्ठलाच्या चरणी केल्याचे मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी म्हटले आहे.

अाशियाई चॅम्पियन भारतीय संघाने घरच्या मैदानावरील हाॅकी मालिकेत विजयाची हॅट्रिक नाेंदवली. यजमान भारताने रविवारी पाहुण्या न्यूझीलंड संघाचा तिसऱ्या अाणि शेवटच्या सामन्यात पराभव केला.

भारताने ४-० अशा फरकाने एकतर्फी विजयाची नाेंद केली. रुपिंदर पाल सिंग (८ वा मि.), सुरेंदर कुमार (१५ वा मि.), मनदीप सिंग (४४ वा मि.) अाणि अाकाशदीप सिंग (६० वा मि.) यांनी प्रत्येकी एक गाेल करून भारताचा विजय निश्चित केला. न्यूझीलंडच्या खेळाडूंना शेवटपर्यंत सामन्यात एकही गाेल करता अाला नाही. यातूनच या पाहुण्या टीमला लाजिरवाण्या पराभवाचा सामना करावा लागला.या सलग तिसऱ्या विजयाच्या बळावर भारताने तीन हाॅकी सामन्यांची मालिका ३-० ने अापल्या नावे केली. याशिवाय भारताने उल्लेखनिय कामगिरी करताना जागतिक क्रमवारीत नवव्या स्थानावर असलेल्या न्यूझीलंड संघाचा मालिकेत धुव्वा उडवला.

नागपूर :- विदर्भातील प्रतिभावंत गायक कलावंतांसाठी व्यासपीठ ठरलेल्या ‘व्हाईस ऑफ विदर्भ’ च्या प्राथमिक फेरीला वैदर्भीय कलावंतांनी उत्स्फूर्त प्रतिसाद नोंदविला आहे. नागपूर महानगरपालिका व लकी इव्हेन्ट्स ॲण्ड म्युझिकल एंटरटेनमेन्ट यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने एक्सेल इव्हेंटस्‌ सोल्यूशन्स ॲन्ड सर्विसेस यांच्या सहकार्याने कविवर्य सुरेश भट यांच्या स्मृतिप्रीत्यर्थ शनिवार व रविवार दोन दिवस अमृत भवन येथे ‘व्हाईस ऑफ विदर्भ’ स्पर्धेची प्राथमिक फेरी घेण्यात आली. स्पर्धेच्या प्राथमिक फेरीत एकूण 800 च्या वर स्पर्धकांनी सहभाग घेतला असून यामधून 118 स्पर्धकांची उपांत्य फेरीसाठी निवड झाली आहे.

येत्या 28 जुलैला ‘व्हाईस ऑफ विदर्भ’ ची उपांत्य फेरी होणार आहे. प्राथमिक फेरीच्या दुसर्‍या दिवशी रविवारी विदर्भातील कलावंतांसह नागपूर महानगरपालिकेचे कर्मचारी व मनपाच्या शाळांमधील विद्यार्थ्यांनी उत्साहपूर्ण सहभाग नोंदविला. स्पर्धेच्या प्राथमिक फेरीसाठी दोन्ही दिवशी योगेश ठक्कर, शालिनी सिन्हा, श्री. बोढे, विजय चिवंडे, पं. जयंत इंदूरकर, सुनील वाघमारे, सारंग जोशी, प्रदीप गोंडाणे, मनिषा देशकर यांनी परीक्षकांची भूमिका पार पाडली.

10 स्पर्धकांना मिळणार ‘सा रे गा मा पा’ रिएलिटी शो मध्ये सहभागाची संधी येत्या 28 जुलैला होणाऱ्या ‘व्हाईस ऑफ विदर्भ’ ची उपांत्य फेरीतून 14 वर्षाखालील व 14 वर्षावरील गटातून प्रत्येकी 10 म्हणजे दोन्ही गटातील 20 गायक कलावंतांची निवड होणार आहे. स्पर्धेच्या अंतिम फेरीत विजेत्या ठरणाऱ्या कलावंतांना २१,००० रुपये प्रथम,११,००० रुपये द्वितीय व ७००० रुपये तृतीय असे रोख बक्षीस प्रदान करण्यात येणार आहे. विशेष म्हणजे अंतिम फेरीसाठी निवड झालेल्या 16 ते 35 वर्ष वयोगटातील 10 स्पर्धकांना झी टीव्ही वर सुरू होणाऱ्या’ सा रे गा मा पा’ रिएलिटी शो मध्ये सहभागी होण्याची संधी मिळणार आहे.

कविवर्य सुरेश भट यांच्या स्मृतिनिमित्त आयोजित ‘व्हाईस ऑफ विदर्भ’ची महाअंतिम फेरी ४ ऑगस्ट रोजी रेशीमबाग येथील कविवर्य सुरेश भट सभागृहात होणार आहे. स्पर्धेच्या प्राथमिक फेरीच्या आयोजनासाठी मनपा क्रीडा समिती सभापती नागेश सहारे यांच्यासह लकी म्युझिकल ग्रुपचे संचालक लकी खान, हर्षल हिवरखेडकर यांनी सहकार्य केले.
