सकाळी ८ वाजल्यापासून ते सायंकाळी ८.३० वाजेपर्यंत लोकमान्य नगर मेट्रो स्टेशन येथून मेट्रो सेवा प्रवाशांसाठी उपलब्ध असेल. नागरिकांना दर १५ मिनिटांनी प्रवासी सेवा उपलब्ध करून देण्यासाठी आवश्यक सर्व नियोजन महामेट्रोतर्फे करण्यात आले आहे. अॅक्वा लाईन येथे दर १५ मिनिटांनी प्रवासी सेवा सुरू झाल्यानंतर ऑरेंज आणि अॅक्वा लाईन दोन्ही मिळून दर रोज २०० मेट्रोच्या प्रवासी फेऱ्या कार्यरत राहणार आहेत. ११.५ किमीच्या अॅक्वा लाइनवर लोकमान्य नगर, वासुदेव नगर, सुभाष नगर, इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ इंजिनीअर्स, झाशी राणी आणि सिताबर्डी इंटरचेंज मेट्रो स्टेशन असे एकूण ६ स्टेशन सध्या कार्यरत आहेत. या मार्गावर शैक्षणिक संस्था अधिक असल्याने विद्यार्थ्यांकडून चांगला प्रतिसाद आहे. महा कार्डने मेट्रोचे तिकीट खरेदी केल्यास सर्वच प्रवासी दरांवर १० टक्क्याने सवलत मिळणार असल्याचे महामेट्रोकडून सांगण्यात आले.

‘कोरोना’संदर्भात गुरूवारी (ता.१२) आरोग्य समिती सभापती वीरेंद्र कुकरेजा यांनी मनपाच्या सर्व वैद्यकीय अधिका-यांची बैठक आयोजित केली होती. मनपा मुख्यालयातील डॉ.पंजाबराव देशमुख स्मृती स्थायी समिती सभागृहात घेण्यात आलेल्या बैठकीत अतिरिक्त आयुक्त राम जोशी, आरोग्य उपसंचालक डॉ.भावना सोनकुसळे, आरोग्य अधिकारी (स्वच्छता) डॉ.प्रदीप दासरवार, आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ.सरीता कामदार, अतिरिक्त सहायक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ.विजय जोशी, डॉ.नरेंद्र बहिरवार, टाटा ट्रस्टचे डॉ.टिकेश बिसेन यांच्यासह मनपाच्या दहाही झोनचे झोनल अधिकारी, विविध प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्र तथा रुग्णालयांचे वैद्यकीय अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

‘कोरोना’चा प्रसार रोकण्यासाठी सर्व यंत्रणा ‘अलर्ट’ आहे. मनपातर्फे नियंत्रण कक्ष उघडण्यात आले आहे. याशिवाय मनपाच्या सर्व प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्र तथा रुग्णालयांमध्ये नियमीत स्वच्छता ठेवण्यात यावी. तसेच २४ तास वैद्यकीय अधिकारी आणि इतर कर्मचारी उपस्थित राहावे. रुग्णालयामध्ये येणा-या सर्वसामान्य नागरिकांमधील भिती घालविणे हे महत्वाचे उद्दीष्ट आहे. त्यामुळे प्रत्येक रुग्णाची संपूर्ण माहिती जाणून घेतल्यानंतर जनजागृती करणे आवश्यक आहे. जनजागृतीसाठी शहरात विविध ठिकाणी बॅनर, पोस्टर्स लावण्याचे निर्देशित करण्यात आले आहे. ते योग्यरित्या लावण्यात आल्याची खात्री करण्यात यावी, असेही आरोग्य समिती सभापती वीरेंद्र कुकरेजा यांनी निर्देशित केले.

झोनल अधिका-यांनीही झोन स्तरावर स्वच्छतेची विशेष काळजी घ्यावी. झोपडपट्टी भागांमध्ये जनजागृतीवर जास्तीत जास्त भर देण्यात यावे. याशिवाय सर्व वैद्यकीय अधिका-यांनी आपापल्या प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्र तसेच रुग्णालयातील रुग्णांची दैनंदिन माहिती तातडीने विभागप्रमुखांना सादर करावी, असेही निर्देश त्यांनी दिले.

मनपातर्फे विशेष नियंत्रण कक्ष

बैठकीत प्रारंभी आरोग्य उपसंचालक डॉ.भावना सोनकुसळे यांनी सर्व वैद्यकीय अधिका-यांना परिस्थिती हाताळण्यासाठी सतर्क राहण्याचे निर्देश दिले. परिस्थितीवर तातडीने नियंत्रण मिळविता यावे यासाठी मनपामध्ये विशेष नियंत्रण कक्ष उघडण्यात करण्यात आले आहे. शिवाय ०७१२-२५६७०२१ हा आपात्कालीन क्रमांकही उपलब्ध करण्यात आला आहे. प्रत्येक प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्रात किंवा रुग्णालयामध्ये २४ तास वैद्यकीय अधिकारी व इतर सर्व कर्मचा-यांनी उपस्थित राहावे. रुग्णांच्या उपचारासह स्वत:ही सुरक्षेची काळजी घ्यावी. वेळोवेळी हात धुणे, सॅनिटायजरचा वापर करणे आणि पूर्णवेळ मास्क बांधून राहण्याचेही त्यांनी निर्देशित केले.

ALMOND & HOLY BASIL THANDAI

Serves: 3 – 4 people (approx. 200ml each)
Ingredients Quantity
Soaked Almonds, skin removed 2 tbsp
Soaked melon seeds 2 tbsp
Soaked poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Almond slivers ½ cup
Sugar ¼ cup
Saffron strands a pinch
Fresh holy basil leaves 4 no.
Milk 2 cup
Green cardamom powder ½ tbsp
Black Peppercorns 1/2 tsp
Soaked Fennel seeds ¼ cup

Method:
● Make a smooth paste of fennel seeds, poppy seeds, and almonds.
● In a heavy bottom pan, bring the milk and saffron strands to boil. Dissolve the sugar in the milk.
● Grind the fresh holy basil leaves and black peppercorns to a paste and add it to the milk.
● Add the almond, poppy seed and fennel seed paste along with cardamom powder and almond slivers to the milk and simmer it for 2-3 minutes.
● Refrigerate the thandai.

नागपूर: ‘कोरोना’ या संसर्गातून होणाऱ्या रोगाची कुणीही भीती बाळगू नका, काळजी हाच त्यावरील उपाय आहे. गर्दीच्या ठिकाणी जाणे टाळा, सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रमात काही काळ सहभागी होणे टाळा, हस्तांदोलन टाळा, काहीही खाण्यापूर्वी हात स्वच्छ धुवा आणि वेळोवेळी तोंडावर हात नेऊ नका आणि कुणीही मास्क वापरू नका, असा संदेश आरोग्य यंत्रणा आणि खासगी डॉक्टर्सच्या माध्यमातून नागरिकांपर्यंत प्रभावीपणे पोहचू द्या, असे आवाहन मनपा आयुक्त तुकाराम मेंढे यांनी केले.

कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर राज्यशासनाने पुरेशी खबरदारी घेतली आहे. या विषाणूचा सामना करण्यासाठी नागपुरातील आरोग्य यंत्रणाही सज्ज झाली आहे. नागपुरातील खासगी व्यवसाय करणाऱ्या डॉक्टरांनीही यासाठी सज्ज राहावे, यासाठी गुरुवारी (ता. ५) आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे यांच्या अध्यक्षतेत नागपूर महानगरपालिका मुख्यालयाच्या आयुक्त कक्षात बैठकीचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. बैठकीला निवासी उपजिल्हाधिकारी रवींद्र खजांची, आरोग्य उपसंचालक डॉ. संजय जायस्वाल, नागपूर महानगरपालिकेच्या आरोग्य उपसंचालक डॉ. भावना सोनकुसळे, जिल्हा शल्य चिकित्सक डॉ. डी.बी. पातुरकर, जिल्हा आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. डी. एस. सेलोकर, वैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ. संजय मानेकर, मनपाचे एपिडेमिक ऑफिसर डॉ. गोवर्धन नवखरे, अतिरिक्त आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. सरीता कामदार, अतिरिक्त सहायक आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. विजय जोशी यांच्यासह विविध वैद्यकीय संघटनांचे पदाधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

यावेळी बोलताना मनपा आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे म्हणाले, नागपूर शहरात या व्हायरसचा शिरकाव होऊ नये, यासाठी जिल्हा आरोग्य यंत्रणा पूर्णपणे सज्ज झाली आहे. जिल्हाधिकारी, मनपा आयुक्त, जिल्हा परिषदेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, मेडिकल आणि मेयोचे अधिष्ठाता आणि जिल्हा शल्य चिकित्सक यांची समिती तयार करण्यात आली आहे. या समितीने संबंधित यंत्रणेला आवश्यक ते निर्देश दिलेले आहे

विमानतळावर तपासणीची सोय करण्यात आली आहे. विमानाची साफसफाई करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांची पुरेशी खबरदारी बाळगण्याच्या सूचना देखील देण्यात आल्या. चार दिवसावर असलेल्या होळीच्या उत्सवावर लोकांनी एकत्र होळी साजरी न करता स्वत:च्या घरी साजरी करावी, असेही त्यांनी आवाहन केले.

कोरोनाबाबतच्या जाणीव जागृतीसाठी नागपूर महानगरपालिकेतर्फे मोठ्या प्रमाणावर मोहिम हाती घेण्यात आली असून नागरी प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्रात त्यासंदर्भात फलक लावण्यात आलेले आहेत. महानगरपालिकेच्या अधिकृत सोशल मीडियावरून यासंदर्भातील माहिती आणि घ्यावयाची काळजी याबाबत जागृती करण्यात येत आहे. नागपूर शहरातील प्रत्येक शाळांमध्येही तातडीने जनजागृतीचे फलक लावण्याचे निर्देश त्यांनी दिले.

बैठकीला नागपूर ॲबास्टट्रिक गायनॉकोलॉजीस्ट असोशिएशनच्या अध्यक्ष डॉ. वैदेही मराठे, बालरोग तज्ज्ञ अकादमीच्या अध्यक्ष डॉ. शुभदा खिरवडकर, आयएमएचे अध्यक्ष डॉ. कुश झुनझुनवाला, उपाध्यक्ष डॉ. प्रकाश देव, प्रसूती व स्त्री रोग संघटनेच्या अध्यक्ष डॉ. प्रियंका कांबळे, डॉ. अर्चना कोठारे, डॉ. मंजुषा गिरी, निमाचे कोषाध्यक्ष डॉ. विनोद गंभीर, ऑल इंडिया युनानी तिब्बी काँग्रेसचे डॉ. अब्दुल अझीझ, डॉ. मोहम्मद हसन आदी उपस्थित होते.

कोरोनावर प्रतिबंधात्मक उपचार म्हणून आवश्यक असलेल्या औषधींचा पुरेसा साठा नागपुरात उपलब्ध आहेत. मेडिकल स्टोअर्समधून जर यासंदर्भातील औषधी अधिक दराने विकल्या जात असेल तर जिल्हाधिकारी आणि अन्न व औषध प्रशासन विभागाकडे तक्रार करण्याचे आवाहन आयुक्त तुकाराम मेंढे यांनी केले आहे.

– मेडिकलमध्ये विशेष वार्ड

शासकीय वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालय व रुग्णालयामध्ये (मेडिकल) आयसोलेशन वॉर्ड तयार करण्यात करण्यात आला आहे. येथे सात खाटांची व्यवस्था करण्यात आली आहे. आवश्यकता भासल्यास त्यात वाढ करण्यात येईल, शासनाच्या मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वानुसार कुठल्या खासगी रुग्णालयात आयसोलेशन वॉर्डची व्यवस्था असेल तर त्याची माहिती देण्याचे आवाहनही आयुक्तांनी वैद्यकीय संघटनेच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांना केले.

मास्क वापरु नका

अफवांमुळे नागरिकांमध्ये भीतीचे वातावरण तयार होते. जो रुग्ण बाधीत आहे, त्यालाच केवळ मास्कची आवश्यकता आहे. तो जेथे दाखल असेल त्या रुग्णालयात ती व्यवस्था असेल. नागरिकांनी मात्र, मास्कचा वापर करू नये, असे आवाहन आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे यांनी केले. मास्कचा वापर केल्यास वेळोवेळी हात चेहऱ्यावर जाईल. त्यामुळे विषाणूचा संसर्ग होण्याची शक्यता अधिक असते, असे त्यांनी सांगितले.
