Nagpur : Now that the schools and colleges are reopened, the menace of traffic rule breakers has increased. Seeing three four youths on a vehicle in the city has become common sight. But who will take the responsibility to teach them and guide about the importance of the traffic rules.
On seeing the traffic police these rule breakers try to take the other route from escaping penalties or punishments, which leads to life threatening accidents.
