Nagpur: The small permanent Ganesha Temple in Orange City Hospital & Research Institute, a unit of Ravi Nair Hospitals Private Limited provides spiritual healing to incoming patients and their relatives. Today Lord Ganesha was welcomed in a traditional manner by a staff of OCHRI. शिव हा मागील शंभर दिवसांपासून ‘बिग बॉस’च्या चार भिंतीच्या आत होता. बाहेरच्या जगाशी त्याचा अजिबात संपर्क नव्हता. उत्तम खेळी करत असलेल्या शिवची बाहेर, सोशल मीडियावर मात्र भरपूर चर्चा होती. शिवच जिंकेल अशीही अनेकांना खात्री होती. ‘रोडीज’ या रिअॅलिटी शोमधे मिळालेले अपयश पुसून काढत बिग बॉसच्या विजेतेपदावर आपले नाव कोरले. शिव हा अभिनेता व कोरिओग्राफर आहे. त्याचा जन्म अमरावती येथे ९ सप्टेंबर १९८९ साली झाला. त्याचे वडील मनोहर ठाकरे यांचे किराणा दुकान व पानठेला होता. आई आशा ठाकरे या गृहिणी असून बहीण मनीषा इंजिनीअरिंग कॉलेजमध्ये प्राध्यापक आहे. त्याने अमरावतीच्या रायसोनी कॉलेजमधून इंजिनीअरिंगची पदवी घेतली आहे. शिवला अभिनेता व्हायचे होते. त्यानुषंगाने प्रयत्न करत असतानाच तो टेलीव्हिजन रिअॅलिटी शो एमटीव्ही रोडीज रायझिंगमध्ये पहिल्यांदा झळकला. पाच वर्षांपासून तो रोडीजसाठी प्रयत्न करीत होता. या शोमध्ये तो सेमिफायनलपर्यंत पोहोचला. पण, प्रत्येकवेळी विजेतेपदाने त्याला हुलकावणी दिली. मात्र, ती सल त्याने ‘बिग बॉस’ या शोतून भरून काढत विजेतेपद पटकावले आहे.

उरण ओएनजीसी प्लांटला भीषण आग; ५ जणांचा होरपळून मृत्यू
नागपूर: नवी मुंबई जवळील उरण येथील ओएनजीसी गॅस प्रोसेसिंग प्लांटला आज सकाळी लागलेल्या भीषण आगीत ५ जण मृत्यू झाला आहे. तर, तिघे गंभीर जखमी झाले आहेत. मृतांमध्ये दोन अग्निशमन दलाच्या जवानांचा समावेश असल्याचे समजते. प्लांटमध्ये आणखीही काही लोक अडकून पडल्याची भीती असून आगीवर नियंत्रण मिळवण्याचे शर्थीचे प्रयत्न सुरू आहेत. सकाळी सातच्या सुमाराला लागलेली आग अजूनही भडकतच आहे. गंभीर जखमी झालेल्या कामगारांना उपचारासाठी जवळच्या खासगी रुग्णालयात दाखल करण्यात आले आहे.
प्राथमिक माहितीनुसार, ही आग लिक्विड गळतीमुळे लागली आहे. आग लागली तेव्हा रात्रीपाळीचे कामगार कामावर होते. आग लागल्यानंतर तिथं मोठा गोंधळ उडाला. बाहेर पडण्याच्या प्रयत्नात असतानाच अनेक कामगार जखमी झाले. त्यापैकी पाच जणांचा मृत्यू झाला. प्लांटमध्ये नेमके किती कामगार होते, याबाबतची अधिकृत माहिती अद्याप मिळू शकलेली नाही.
या आगीमुळे परिसरात घबराट पसरली असून आजूबाजूला असलेल्या वसाहतींमधील रहिवासी सुरक्षित स्थळी जाऊ लागले आहेत. आगीची माहिती मिळताच, ओएनजीसी, जेएनपीटी फायर ब्रिगेड, तसेच द्रोणागिरी, पनवेल आणि नेरुळ नेरूळ इथूनही अग्निशमन दलाच्या गाड्या मागवण्यात आल्या आहेत. संततधार पावसामुळे आग आटोक्यात आणण्यात अडथळे येत आहेत. गेल्याच महिन्यात या प्लाटमध्ये स्फोट होऊन आग लागली होती. हा प्लांट मोठा आणि जुना असून आतील सामग्रीही जुनी झालेली आहे. यामुळे या प्लांटला गळतीचा धोका नेहमीच राहिलेला आहे. या आगीमुळे पुन्हा एकदा या प्लांटचा, कामगारांचा आणि आसपासच्या परिसरातील रहिवाशांच्या सुरक्षेचा प्रश्न गंभीर बनला आहे.

नागपूर: आयुष मानकर हा मुलांच्या गटातून, धनश्री वाटकर हे युवा गटातून तर प्रसन्ना नायक हे प्रौढ गटातून व्हाईस ऑफ विदर्भ पर्व २ चे विजेते ठरले. नागपूर महानगरपालिका, आई फाऊंडेशन आणि लकी इंटरटेंटमेंट यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने व्हॉईस ऑफ विदर्भ पर्व २ च्या अंतिम फेरीचे आयोजन रविवारी (ता.१) कविवर्य सुरेश भट सभागृहात करण्यात आले.
यावेळी महापौर नंदा जिचकार, क्रीडा समिती सभापती प्रमोद चिखले, शिक्षण समिती उपसभापती प्रमोद तभाने, समाजसेविका रिचा जैन, प्रिती दास,संयोजक लकी खान प्रामुख्याने उपस्थित होते. तिन्ही गटातील प्रथम तीन विजेत्यांना मान्यवरांच्या हस्ते बक्षिसे देण्यात आली.
वयोगट ३ ते १५ या किशोरवयीन गटातून प्रथम क्रमांक आयुष मानकर, द्वितीय क्रमांक सारिका बोभाटे, तृतीय क्रमांक पूर्वा सहारे यांनी पटकाविला. वयोगट १६ ते ४० युवा गटातून प्रथम क्रमांक धनश्री वाटकर, द्वितीय क्रमांक गौरव सहारे, तृतीय क्रमांक रिदा शेख, वयोगट ४१ च्या वरील गटातून प्रथम क्रमांक प्रसन्ना नायक, द्वितीय गटात अरूण नलगे, तृतीय क्रमांक विजय ढवळे विजयी झाले. किशोरवयीन गटातून अनुश्री केळकर, हर्षद चवरे,श्रावणी खंडारे तर युवा गटातून चेतन आमटे, भाग्यश्री वाटकर आणि प्रौढ गटातून श्याम बापटे, नित्यानंद रेड्डी यांना उत्तेजनार्थ बक्षीसे देण्यात आली.
अंतिम फेरीमध्ये अनिलकुमार खोब्रागडे, यशश्री भावे पाठक, पंकज सिंग, सुनील गजभिये, अंकिता टकले, स्वस्तिका ठाकूर यांनी परीक्षक म्हणून कार्य केले. प्रथम विजेत्या स्पर्धकाला २१ हजार रूपयांचा धनादेश आणि ट्रॉफी, द्वितीय विजेत्या स्पर्धकाला ११ हजार रूपयांचा धनादेश आणि ट्रॉफी, तृतीय विजेत्यांना पाच हजार रूपयांचा धनादेश आणि ट्रॉफी प्रदान करण्यात आली.
यावेळी महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांनी आपले मनोगत व्यक्त करताना, नागपूर महानगरपालिका प्रत्येक क्षेत्रातील कलाकारांना व्यासपीठ निर्माण करून देणारी पहिली महानगरपालिका असल्याचे सांगितले. यावेळी रिचा जैन यांनीही मनोगत व्यक्त केले.
अंतिम फेरीतील स्पर्धकांची गाणी संपल्यानंतर यशश्री भावे पाठक, पंकज सिंग, सुनील गजभिये, अंकिता टिकले, स्वस्तिका टिकले यांनी गाणं सादर केले. अंतिम फेरीसाठी संपूर्ण विदर्भातून २७ स्पर्धकांची निवड करण्यात आली होती. व्हॉईस ऑफ विदर्भच्या पर्व २ मध्ये संपूर्ण विदर्भातून ३५०० स्पर्धक सहभागी झाले होते. या स्पर्धेचे संयोजक लकी खान यांचा महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांच्या हस्ते सत्कार करण्यात आला.

मोदींच्या हस्ते लोकमान्यनगर ते सीताबर्डी मेट्रोला हिरवी झेंडी!
नागपूर: खापरी ते सीताबर्डी या मार्गाचे लोकार्पण केल्यानंतर तब्बल सहा महिन्यानंतर म्हणजे ७ सप्टेंबर रोजी लोकमान्यनगर ते सीताबर्डी या मार्गाचे लोकार्पण करण्यात येत असून या मार्गावरील मेट्रोला हिरवी झेंडी दाखविण्यासाठी पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी येणार आहेत. पंतप्रधानांचा नागपूरला येण्याचा कार्यक्रम आता जवळपास निश्चित झाला असून यासाठी प्रशासनही कामाला लागले असल्याचे विश्वसनीय सूत्रांनी सांगितले.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी ७ मार्च २०१९ रोजी खापरी ते सीताबर्डी या १३.५ कि.मी. मार्गाचे व्हिडीओ लिंकच्या माध्यमातून हिरवी झेंडी दाखवून लोकार्पण केले होते. यावेळी पंतप्रधानांनी नागपूरला यावे, अशी इच्छा मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी व्यक्त केली होती. याला उत्तर देताना प्रकल्पाचे काम पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर जूननंतर नागपूरला येणार असल्याचे मोदी यांनी सांगितले होते. त्यामुळे आता येत्या ७ तारखेला रिच-३चे लोकार्पण करण्यात येणार असल्याने या मार्गाच्या लोकार्पणासाठी पंतप्रधान मोदी येणार असल्याचे आता जवळपास निश्चित झाले असल्याचे विश्वसनीय सूत्रांनी सांगितले.
या कार्यक्रमाला मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस, केंद्रीय मंत्री नितीन गडकरी, पालकमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे, खासदार कृपाल तुमाने, डॉ. विकास महात्मे, महामेट्रोचे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक ब्रिजेश दीक्षित आदी उपस्थित राहणार आहेत. पंतप्रधान येणार असल्याने प्रशासन तयारीला लागले आहे. जिल्हाधिकारी अश्विन मुद्गल, महामेट्रोचे वरिष्ठ अधिकारी यांनी शुक्रवारी कस्तूरचंद पार्कची पाहणी केली. ७ सप्टेंबर रोजी सायंकाळी ५.३० वाजता लोकार्पणाचा कार्यक्रम होणार आहे.
पंतप्रधान करणार मेट्रोने प्रवास
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी नागपूर मेट्रोने प्रवास करणार आहेत. सुभाषनगर ते मुंजे इंटरचेंज स्टेशनदरम्यान मोदी मेट्रोने प्रवास करणार असल्याचे विश्वसनीय सूत्रांनी सांगितले. त्यानंतर मुख्य कार्यक्रम कस्तूरचंद पार्कवर होणार असून येथे सुमारे एक लाख नागरिकांना पंतप्रधान संबोधित करतील.

नागपूर: वन संरक्षणासाठी जाणीवपूर्वक प्रयत्न करण्याची गरज लक्षात घेवून केंद्र सरकारनं नागपूरजवळच्या गोरेवाडा भागामध्ये आंतरराष्ट्रीय मानकानुसार प्राणीसंग्रहालय आणि जैव उद्यानाची निर्मिती करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. वने आणि वन्यजीवन यांच्या संरक्षण तसेच संवर्धनाविषयी भारताची प्रतिबद्धता कायम आहे, त्यादृष्टीनं सरकार सतत प्रयत्नशील आहे, असं केंद्रीय पर्यावरण, वने आणि हवामान बदल खात्याचे मंत्री प्रकाश जावडेकर यांनी आज नवी दिल्लीत सांगितलं. गोरेवाडा इथं निर्माण करण्यात येणा-या प्राणी संग्रहालयामध्ये अनेक आकर्षणं असतील. यामध्ये जैव उद्यान, ‘इंडियन सफारी’, ‘अफ्रिकन सफारी’, ‘नाईट सफारी’, संशोधन, शिक्षण आणि प्रशिक्षण यांच्याबरोबरच पर्यटकांसाठी सर्व प्रकारच्या सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येणार आहेत.
महाराष्ट्र सरकारने राज्याच्या वन्य विकास महामंडळ,नागपूर (एफडीसीएम)च्या माध्यमातून या आंतरराष्ट्रीय प्राणीसंग्रहालयाच्या निर्मितीला मंजुरी दिली आहे. एफडीसीएम या प्राणी संग्रहालयासाठी विशेष उद्देश वाहने उपलब्ध करून देणार आहे. या प्रकल्पामध्ये सार्वजनिक खाजगी भागीदारीतून (पीपीपी) गुंतवणूक करण्यात येणार आहे. तर सरकार 51 टक्के आर्थिक गुंतवणूक करणार आहे. त्याचबरोबर व्यवहार्यता फरकाचा निधी म्हणून सरकारनं 200 कोटी रूपये मंजूर केले आहेत.
गोरेवाडा भागामध्ये जंगल आणि वन्यजीवांचे संवर्धन करावे, प्राण्यांसाठी सुरक्षित अधिवास मिळावा, यासाठी या प्राणीसंग्रहालयाची निर्मिती करण्यात येत आहे. हे कार्य एफडीसीएमकडे सोपवण्यात आले आहे. या महामंडळाला राज्य वन खात्याकडून वित्त पुरवठा केला जातो तसेच मनुष्यबळही महामंडळाला देण्यात आले आहे.
इंडियन सफारी आणि त्यासाठी लागत असलेल्या पूरक गोष्टींची उभारणी करणे, आवश्यक जलसाठा निर्माण करण्याचे काम एफडीसीएम करणार आहे. यासाठी सरकार निधी देणार आहे, असंही प्रकाश जावडेकर यांनी यावेळी सांगितलं.

‘त्या’ याचिकेतून अमृता फडणवीसांचे नाव वगळले
नागपूर : सरकारी कर्मचाऱ्यांची खाती अॅक्सिस बँकेत वळती करण्यात आल्याचा आरोप करणाऱ्या याचिकेतून मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या पत्नी अमृता फडणवीस यांना प्रतिवादी म्हणून वगळण्यात यावे, अशी याचिकाकर्त्याने केलेली विनंती मुंबई हायकोर्टाच्या नागपूर खंडपीठाने मान्य केली.
देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या आदेशानुसार राज्याच्या मुख्य सचिवांनी परिपत्रक काढून सरकारी कर्मचाऱ्यांची एसबीआय व इतर राष्ट्रीयीकृत बँकांमधील खाती अॅक्सिस बँकेत वळती करण्याचा आदेश दिला, असा आरोप करणारी याचिका मोहनीश जबलापुरे यांनी हायकोर्टात दाखल केली. त्यावर न्या. प्रदीप देशमुख आणि न्या. पुष्पा गनेडीवाल यांच्या खंडपीठासमोर सुनावणी झाली. याचिकेत अॅक्सिस बँकेच्या पदाधिकारी अमृता फडणवीस यांनाही प्रतिवादी करण्यात आले. परंतु, अमृता फडणवीस यांचे नाव प्रतिवादी म्हणून वगळण्यात यावे, अशी विनंती याचिकाकर्त्यांच्यावतीने बाजू मांडताना अॅड. सतीश उके यांनी केली. याचिकेत नमूद मुद्द्यांवर सरकारने अभ्यास करून दोन आठवड्यांत माहिती द्यावी, असे कोर्टाने नमूद केले. दरम्यान, जबलापुरे यांनी अॅक्सिस बँकेत सरकारी कर्मचाऱ्यांची खाती वळण्यात आल्याची तक्रार ईडीकडे केली आहे. त्याची ईडीने निष्पक्ष चौकशी करावी, अशी मागणी काँग्रेसचे नेते नाना पटोले यांनी केली आहे.
१०० रुपयांची नोट आता लखलखणार!
नागपुर: चलनी नोटांमध्ये आपल्या जांभळ्या रंगामुळे लक्ष वेधून घेणारी १०० रुपयांची नोट आता आणखी लखलखणार आहे. रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडियाने १०० रुपयांच्या नोटांना वार्निशचा कोट देण्याचं ठरवलं आहे. सुरुवातीला प्रायोगिक तत्वावर काही नोटांना कोटिंग केलं जाईल. नोटांचं आयुष्य वाढवण्यासाठी आरबीआय हा प्रयोग करत आहे. प्रयोग यशस्वी झाल्यास १०० रुपयांच्या सर्व नोटांना वॉर्निश कोट लावला जाईल.
वॉर्निश लावण्याचा हा प्रस्ताव आरबीआयच्या वार्षिक अहवालात नमूद करण्यात आला आहे. हा अहवाल गुरुवारी जारी झाला. यासारख्या आणखी काही कल्पक योजना आरबीआय नोटांसाठी आणणार आहे. अंधांना हाताळता याव्यात यासाठी नोटा अधिक सोयीस्कर बनवण्याचाही आरबीआयचा प्रयत्न आहे. अहवालात असं म्हटलंय की इनटाग्लिओ प्रिंटींग, टॅक्टिकल मार्क, आकार, मोठे आकडे आदि विविध गोष्टींचा वापर करून अंध, अंशत: अंधांसाठी या नोटा हाताळणं अधिक सुकर करण्यात येणार आहे.
मुंबईत एक बँक नोट क्वालिटी अॅश्युअरन्स प्रयोगशाळा देखील स्थापन करण्यात आली आहे. नोटांच्या गुणवत्तेकडे ही प्रयोगशाळा लक्ष केंद्रित करणार आहे.

बैठकीत मनपा आरोग्य उपसंचालक डॉ. भावना सोनकुसळे, सदर रोग निदान केंद्राच्या डॉ. शिल्पा जिचकार, डॉ. अजुंम बेग,कल्पना वानखेडे, प्रदीप कुंभारे यांच्यासह सर्व डॉक्टर्स, नर्स, आशा सेविका, टी.बी. कर्मचारी आदी उपस्थित होते.
मुलींचे जन्मदर कमी होण्यामागे समाजातील मानसिकता जबाबदार आहे. शहरात लिंग गुणोत्तर वाढविण्यासाठी नागपूर महानगरपालिकेतर्फे वेळोवेळी जनजागृती केली जाते. सर्व डॉक्टर्सचे प्रशिक्षणही घेण्यात येते. याशिवाय सोनोग्रॉफी करणा-या डॉक्टर्सचेही प्रबोधन करण्यात येते. त्याचेच फलित म्हणून शहरात मुलींच्या जन्मदराचे प्रमाण वाढल्याचे दिसून येत आहे.२०११च्या जनगणनेनुसार एक हजार मुलींमागे ९२६ एवढे मुलींचे प्रमाण होते तर जानेवारी २०१९ ते जुलै २०१९ या कालावधीमध्ये एक हजार मुलींमागे ९६८ एवढे जन्मदराचे प्रमाण असल्याचे निदर्शनास आले आहे, अशी माहिती बैठकीमध्ये देण्यात आली.
यावेळी आरोग्य उपसंचालक डॉ. भावना सोनकुसळे म्हणाल्या, शहरामध्ये पीसीपीएनडीटी नियमांचे व्यवस्थित पालन केले जाते. शिवाय मनपाच्या डॉक्टर्सतर्फे दर तीन महिन्यांनी शहरातील ६३० सोनाग्रॉफी केंद्राला भेट देउन तपासणीही केली जाते,त्याचेच यश आज शहरातील मुलींच्या वाढत्या जन्मदराद्वारे दिसून येत आहे.
उपकरणांना एमआरसी क्रमांक देण्यात येतो. पीसीपीएनडीटी अंतर्गत नोंदणी असलेल्या शहरातील एकूण ७९२ उपकरणांना एमआरसी क्रमांक देण्यात येत आहे. यामध्ये ७२३ सोनोग्रॉफी उपकरणे तरे १७ एमआरआय, 43सीटी स्कॅन, 9बी स्कॅन या उपकरणांचा समावेश आहे. शहरातील मुलींच्या जन्मदराचे प्रमाण वाढणे ही आनंददायी बाब आहे. सामाजिक मानसिकता बदलत असल्याचे यावरून दिसून येत आहे. मात्र शहरातील सोनोलॉजिस्ट, स्त्री रोगतज्ज्ञ यांनीही सजग राहणे आवश्यक कुणीही लिंग निदान करू नये व इतरत्र कुठेही होउ नये, याची सर्वांनी जबाबदारीने काळजी घ्यावी, असे आवाहन आरोग्य उपसंचालक डॉ. भावना सोनकुसळे यांनी केले.
एखादी डॉक्टर सोनोग्रॉफी करुन गर्भातलील लिंग चाचणी करुन मुलगा किंवा मुलगी असल्याचे सांगत असल्यास त्याचे नाव विभागाला कळवावे ते सिद्ध झाल्यास माहिती देणा-याला शासनातर्फे एक लाख रुपये बक्षीस जाहीर आहे. याशिवाय डिकॉय केस यशस्वी झाल्यास शासनातर्फे २५ हजार रुपये व डॉक्टर्सच्या आय.एम.ए. संस्थेतर्फेही बक्षीस देण्यात येते, अशी माहितीही त्यांनी यावेळी दिली.

एका रहस्याचा ‘खिचिक’ मराठी चित्रपट २० सप्टेंबरला संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्रात
एक छोटा मुलगा झपाटून जातो… सतत खिचिकचा शोध घेऊ लागतो. पण हे खिचिक काय रहस्य आहे, असा प्रश्न “खिचिक” या चित्रपटाच्या ट्रेलरमधून निर्माण झाला आहे. या चित्रपटाचा रंगतदार ट्रेलर सोशल मीडियाद्वारे लाँच करण्यात आला.
कांतानंद प्रॉडक्शन्सच्या सचिन अनिल धकाते यांनी चित्रपटाची निर्मिती केली आहे तर पराग जांभुळे, अमितकुमार बिडला चित्रपटाचे सहनिर्माते आहेत. प्रीतम एसके पाटील यांनी या चित्रपटाचं लेखन दिग्दर्शन केलं आहे. योगेश कोळीनं छायांकन, अमित मलकानी आणि रोहन पाटीलनं संकलन, अभिषेक-दत्तानं संगीत दिग्दर्शन, ध्वनी आरेखन राशी बुट्टे , नितीन बोरकरनं कला दिग्दर्शन, विजय गवंडेनं पार्श्वसंगीत केलं आहे.सचिन दुबाले पाटील हे या चित्रपटाचे कार्यकारी निर्माते आहेत. चित्रपटात सिद्धार्थ जाधव, प्रथमेश परब, पॉला मॅक्ग्लिन, सुदेश बेरी, अनिल धकाते, शिल्पा ठाकरे, रसिका चव्हाण बालकलाकार यश खोंड यांच्या प्रमुख भूमिका आहेत.
ट्रेलर पाहून खिचिक हा चित्रपट एका शोधावर आधारित असल्याचा आपल्याला अंदाज बांधता येतो. पण या शोधालाही अनेक कंगोरे आहेत. ते काय आहेत आणि चित्रपटाची कथा कुठे कुठे घेऊन जाते याची उत्तरं चित्रपटातूनच मिळतील. मात्र मनोरंजक संवाद, दमदार अभिनय असलेल्या खिचिक विषयी उत्सुकता निर्माण झालीय हे निश्चित!
येत्या २० सप्टेंबरला हा “खिचिक” चित्रपट संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्रात प्रदर्शित होत आहे.
नागपूर होणार ऐव्हिएशन मॅन्युफॅक्चरिंग हब
नागपूर: नागपूरच्या मिहान विशेष औद्योगिक क्षेत्रामध्ये (सेझ) टाल या ऐव्हिऐशन कंपनीने उत्पादन चालू केले असून बोईंग या एयरक्राफ्ट निर्मिती करणा-या कंपनीला 25,000 फ्लोर बीमचा पुरवठा करून या कंपनीने एक विक्रम स्थापित केला आहे. नागपूरचे एव्हिएशन मॅन्युफॅक्चरिंग हबचे स्वप्न यामुळे आधिक बळकट होईल, असा आशावाद केंद्रीय रस्ते वाहतूक, महामार्ग व जहाजबांधणी आणि केंद्रीय सूक्ष्म, लघू व मध्यम उद्योग मंत्री श्री. नितीन गडकरी यांनी याप्रसंगी व्यक्त केला. ‘टाल’ या टाटा उद्योग समूहाच्या एयरोस्पेस व संरक्षण क्षेत्रातील कंपनीतर्फे त्यांच्या मिहान येथील प्रकल्पातून 25 हजार ऍडव्हान्स कंपोझिट फ्लोर बीम (ए.सी.एफ.बी.) या एयरक्राफ्ट निर्मिती साठी लागणा-या पार्टची रवानगी बोंईग एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनीला आज करण्यात आली, यावेळी आयोजित कार्यक्रमाप्रसंगी मुख्य अतिथी म्हणून ते बोलत होते. टाल कंपनीचे अध्यक्ष विजय सिंग, पालकमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे, वन राज्यमंत्री डॉ. परिणय फुके, महापौर नंदा जिचकार, बोईंग इंडियाचे अध्यक्ष सलिल गुप्ते या प्रसंगी प्रामुख्याने उपस्थित होते.
टाल कंपनीसाठी मिहानमध्ये जागा संपादन करण्यास शासनाने पुढाकार घेतला व टाटा समुहाने त्याला सकारात्मक प्रतिसाद देत आपला प्रकल्प मिहानमध्ये चालू केला. या प्रकल्पात स्थानिक युवक काम करत आहेत, ही बाब अभिमानास्पद असल्याचे सांगून गडकरी यांनी टाल कंपनीला मिहानमध्ये विस्तार करण्याचे सुचविले.आय.आय.आय.टी, आय.आय.एम,
राज्य सरकारने मिहानमधील कंपन्याना कमी दरात वीज उपलब्ध करून दिली असल्याने मिहानमध्ये औद्योगिक प्रकल्पांना चालना मिळत असल्याचे त्यांनी यावेळी स्पष्ट केले. या कार्यक्रमादरम्यान बोईंग इंडियाचे अध्यक्ष सलील गुप्ते व टाल कंपनीचे संचालन विभागाचे अध्यक्ष यांच्यात ए.सी.एफ.बी. पार्टच्या रवानगी बाबतच्या कागद पत्रांचे हस्तांरणही झाले.
बोईंग इंडियाचे अध्यक्ष सलील गुप्ते यांनी बोईंग व टाल यांची भागीदारी ही भारताच्या स्किल इंडिया व मेक इन इंडिया अभियानात महत्वाची भूमिका बजावत असल्याचे सांगितले. या कार्यक्रमाप्रसंगी बोईंग इंडियाचे कर्मचारी, अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
आरबीआय देणार केंद्राला १ लाख ७६ हजार कोटी
नागपूर : केंद्र सरकारला रिझर्व्ह बँकेकडून लाभांश व अतिरिक्त राखीव निधीपोटी १ लाख ७६ हजार कोटी रुपयांचा निधी मिळण्याचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला आहे. रिझर्व्ह बँकेच्या अतिरिक्त राखीव निधीपैकी किती निधी सरकारकडे वर्ग करता येईल यासाठी सरकारने नेमलेल्या बिमल जालन समितीने सोपवलेला अहवाल रिझर्व्ह बँकेने सोमवारी स्वीकारला. देशातील आर्थिक मंदीची चिंता व्यक्त होत असतानाच, सरकारला या निधीमुळे दिलासा मिळाला आहे.
जालन समितीने केलेल्या शिफारशी रिझर्व्ह बँकेने स्वीकारल्याने केंद्र सरकारला हा निधी मिळणार असून, यामध्ये २०१८-१९ या आर्थिक वर्षातील १ लाख २३ हजार ४१४ कोटी रुपये अतिरिक्त निधीचा समावेश आहे. उर्वरीत रकमेत ५२ हजार ६३७ कोटी रुपयांच्या अतिरिक्त तरतुदींचा समावेश आहे. अतिरिक्त तरतुदींची ही रक्कम आर्थिक भांडवल आराखड्यानुसार (ईसीएफ) निश्चित करण्यात आली, असे रिझर्व्ह बँकेच्या पत्रकात म्हटले आहे. रिझर्व्ह बँकेची आर्थिक लवचिकता, बँकेचे देशभरातील व्यवहार, कायदेशीर तरतुदी, रिझर्व्ह बँकेच्या सार्वजनिक धोरणाविषयीचे आदेश, बँकेचा ताळेबंद, संभाव्य धोके आदी सर्व गोष्टी लक्षात घेऊन जालन समितीने या शिफारशी केल्या आहेत, अशी माहितीही ‘आरबीआय’ने दिली आहे. चालू आर्थिक वर्षासाठी जीडीपीच्या (एकूण राष्ट्रीय उत्पादन) तुलनेत वित्तीय तूट ३.३ टक्क्यांपर्यंत राखण्याचे उद्दिष्ट सरकारने आखले आहे. रिझर्व्ह बँकेकडून मिळणाऱ्या या निधीमुळे हे उद्दिष्ट साध्य करण्यात सरकारला मदत होईल. रिझर्व्ह बँकेतील निधीबाबत निर्णय घेण्यासाठी यापूर्वी व्ही. सुब्रमण्यम (१९९७), उषा थोरात (२००४) आणि वाय. एच. मालेगाम (२०१३) अशा तीन समित्या नेमण्यात आल्या होत्या. तातडीचा निधी म्हणून रिझर्व्ह बँकेच्या एकूण मालमत्तेच्या १८ टक्के निधी राखीव ठेवावा, अशी शिफारस थोरात समितीने केली होती. तर, हा निधी १२ टक्के असावा, असे सुब्रमण्यम समितीने सुचवले होते.
‘आरबीआय’कडे एकूण निधी ९.६० लाख कोटी
रिझर्व्ह बँकेकडे सध्या ९ लाख ६० हजार कोटी रुपयांचा अतिरिक्त निधी आहे. या निधीतील काही हिश्श्याची केंद्र सरकारने मागणी केल्याची वृत्ते प्रसिद्ध झाल्याने गेल्या वर्षी वाद निर्माण झाला होता. सरकारकडून या वृत्ताचे खंडन करण्यात आले होते. सहा सदस्यीय जालन समितीची २६ डिसेंबर, २०१८मध्ये स्थापना करण्यात आली. जालन अध्यक्ष असलेल्या समितीच्या उपाध्यक्षपदी माजी डेप्युटी गव्हर्नर राकेश मोहन आहेत. अन्य सदस्यांमध्ये वित्तीय सचिव सुभाषचंद्र गर्ग, डेप्युटी गव्हर्नर एन. एस. विश्वनाथन आणि रिझर्व्ह बँकेच्या केंद्रीय बोर्डाचे सदस्य असणाऱ्या भरत दोशी आणि सुधीर मांकड यांचा समावेश आहे. समितीच्या पहिल्या बैठकीनंतर ९० दिवसांच्या आत हा अहवाल सोपविण्याचे ठरविण्यात आले होते. या समितीची पहिली बैठक ८ जानेवारीला झाली. पहिल्या बैठकीनंतर ९० दिवसांच्या कालावधीत समितीने रिझर्व्ह बँकेला अहवाल देणे अपेक्षित होते. मात्र समितीमधील सहा सदस्यांमध्ये एकमत होत नसल्याने एकूण तीन बैठका घ्याव्या लागल्या. यामधील गर्ग यांनी हा निधी देण्यास विरोध केला होता.
या कायद्याचा आधार
बुडीत व संशयित कर्जांसाठी केलेली तरतूद, मालमत्तांचा घसारा, कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या पीएफमधील अंशदान, कर्मचारी निवृत्ती वेतनासाठीची तरतूद व बँकेच्या कायद्यानुसार आवश्यक असलेल्या सर्व तरतुदी केल्यानंतर नफ्याचा उर्वरित हिस्सा हा रिझर्व्ह बँकेने सरकारला पूर्णपणे द्यावा, असे रिझर्व्ह बँक कायद्याच्या कलम ४७ मध्ये म्हटले आहे. त्याचाच आधार घेत रिझर्व्ह बँकेने केंद्र सरकारला निधी देण्याचे पाऊल उचलले आहे.

3D printing is a way to create 3 dimensional physical objects directly from digital files. 3D printing is also called Additive manufacturing. This term accurately describes how this technology works to create objects. Unlike conventional machining, casting and forging processes, where material is removed from a stock item or poured into a mold and shaped by means of dies, presses and hammers. 3D printing is the opposite of subtractive manufacturing which is cutting out / hollowing out a piece of metal or plastic with for instance a milling machine.
3D printing enables you to produce complex shapes using less material than traditional manufacturing methods.
How Does 3D Printing Work?
There are 3 main steps in 3D printing.
The first step is the preparation just before printing, when you design a 3D fileof the object you want to print. This 3D file can be created using CAD software , with a 3D scanner or simply downloaded from an online marketplace. Once you have checked that your 3D file is ready to be printed , you can proceed to the second step.
The second step is the actual printing process. First, you need to choose which material will best achieve the specific properties required for your object. The variety of materials used in 3D printing is very broad. It includes plastics, ceramics, resins, metals, sand, textiles, bio-materials, glass, food and even lunar dust! Most of these materials also allow for plenty of finishing options that enable you to achieve the precise design result you had in mind, and some others, like glass for example, are still being developed as 3D printing material and are not easily accessible yet.
The third step is the finishing process. This step requires specific skills and materials. When the object is first printed, often it cannot be directly used or delivered until it has been sanded, lacquered or painted to complete it as intended.
The material chosen for the project will determine which printing methods are most suitable. Among these, the most commonly used techniques for each group of materials are described next.

YES BANK Restores Investor Trust with Successful QIP: Ravneet Gill, MD & CEO, YES BANK
Nagpur: YES BANK MD and CEO Ravneet Gill has termed the oversubscription of the recent QIP as a validation of the investors’ belief that the bank’s operating model was still relevant and that it had the ability to bounce back very strongly.
YES BANK’s recent Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) was oversubscribed three times, raising a total of Rs 1,930.4 crore from qualified institutional buyers (QIBs). Two other IPOs in the market launched at the same time were undersubscribed. Gill added that the successful offer was also an indication that investors were beginning to understand YES BANK better in terms of asset book and growth strategy.
YES BANK had allotted 23.1 crore equity shares of the face value of Rs 2 each to eligible QIBs at Rs 83.55 per equity share, in accordance with the pricing formula of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The bank raised this amount in spite of the demand for more funds because shareholders approved only a 10 percent dilution. The QIP took the bank’s CET-1 (common equity tier-1 capital) from 8 percent to 8.60 percent.
“The raised amount gives us more breathing room, time to think about our future growth trajectory, and also the kind of partners we need to bring on board. Going forward, we will look at growth capital as well as transformational capital, which will help us diversify our businesses and differentiate ourselves as institutions,” Ravneet Gill said.
The quality of investors, including first-timers such as HDFC MF and the US-based Key Square Master Fund, indicates that the perception around the bank is beginning to change. The investors were given the real picture in terms of asset book and the bank’s growth plans. They drew comfort from the bank’s ability to bounce back, generate strong revenues, and access capital on an ongoing basis.
YES BANK has always been seen as a well-structured financial institution. But equally there are two other businesses — retail bank and transaction bank, which are good but are undersized. Therefore, the bank saw it necessary to inform investors about its future strategy to scale up these businesses. YES BANK is currently looking to free up capacity for retail growth by cross-selling retail assets, which is important to generate liabilities as well as strengthen the liabilities franchise.
Meanwhile, YES BANK is talking to strategic investors and global majors who can significantly ramp up its digital footprint, especially data mining and analysis, which will give it an edge in risk assessment and open up new market segments.
On technological advancement, Ravneet Gill said, “There is a saying that banks will become technology companies with a banking license. From this perspective, I don’t think there is another bank which is as digitally enabled as YES BANK. This is something the market has not recognised yet. We are looking for partners to help us build on our existing digital capabilities. We want to be in the forefront when banks become technology companies with a banking license.” YES BANK is also confident of expanding its CASA book and transforming itself into a high impact-low visibility bank.

Arun Jaitley Passes Away at the Age of 66
Nagpur: Arun Jaitley, the former finance minister and a stalwart of the Bharatiya Janata Party, passed away on Saturday. Arun Jaitley was unwell for a large part of the last two years. In 2018, Arun Jaitley underwent a kidney transplant surgery, following which he was put under isolation. Four years earlier, in 2014, Arun Jaitley underwent a bariatric surgery to address the excess weight he had gained due to diabetes.
During the Narendra Modi government’s first term in office, Arun Jaitley was seen as the prime minister’s ‘go-to’ man. Jaitley was the one to take on the responsibilities of temporarily handling ministries other than his primary portfolio of finance.
As finance minister, Arun Jaitley presented all of the Narendra Modi government 1.0’s budgets. However, due to his ill health, he was unable to present the 2019 Interim Budget, which was instead presented by his colleague Piyush Goyal. After the Bharatiya Janata Party’s victory in the 2014 Lok Sabha election, Arun Jaitley wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting that he not be given any responsibilities in the new government as he wanted to focus on his health.
A lawyer by profession, Arun Jaitley was among the leaders who were jailed by the Indira Gandhi government during the Emergency. He was a student leader at the time. After being released from jail, Arun Jaitley joined active politics as a member of the Jan Sangh and rose through the ranks of the organization, which later became the BJP.
A lawyer by profession, Arun Jaitley also served on the Atal Bihari Vajpayee cabinet. Between 2009 and 2019, when the BJP sat in the Opposition benches, Arun Jaitley served as the Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha. Arun Jaitley is survived by his wife and two children.

पुढे बोलताना पालकमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे म्हणाले, यापूर्वी झालेल्या हॅकॉथॉनमध्ये आलेल्या ४०० प्रकल्पांपैकी ९० टक्के प्रकल्पांचा उपयोग राज्य शासनामार्फत विविध विकासकामांमध्ये करण्यात येईल. सरकार निधी उपलब्ध करून देण्याचे कार्य करू शकते. मात्र नवसंकल्पना युवाच देऊ शकतात. नागपूरच्या युवा संशोधकांच्या संकल्पना मांडण्यासाठी सुरू केलेला हा उपक्रम आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावर नेण्यासाठी महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांचे प्रयत्न वाखाणण्याजोगे आहेत. राज्य सरकारमधील विविध ४५ विभागांसाठी प्रति विभाग एक नावीन्यपूर्ण कल्पना इनोव्हेशन पर्वच्या माध्यमातून आली तर त्यासाठी नावीन्यपूर्ण योजनेसाठी असलेला निधी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येईल, अशी ग्वाही त्यांनी यावेळी दिली. इनोव्हेशन पर्वमधील संकल्पनांचा वापर करून नागपूर शहर जागतिक स्तरावर नेण्याचा आपला मानस आहे. यासाठी सरकार भक्कमपणे युवा संशोधकांच्या पाठीशी आहे. मात्र, युवा संशोधकांनाही त्याचा पाठपुरावा करावा लागेल, असे आवाहन त्यांनी केले. विदर्भाला ‘पर्यटन हब’ करण्याचा निर्णय शासनाने घेतला आहे. या क्षेत्रात व्यवसायाच्या भरपूर संधी आहे. युवा संशोधकांनी या क्षेत्रासाठी तयार केलेल्या संकल्पना आमंत्रित आहे. त्यांना आकार देण्यासाठी शासन मदत करेल, असे आश्वासनही पालकमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे यांनी यावेळी दिले.
‘इनोव्हेशन पर्व’ गौरवशाली : डॉ. परिणय फुके
राज्याचे सार्वजनिक बांधकाम, वने व आदिवासी विकास राज्यमंत्री डॉ. परिणय फुके यावेळी बोलताना म्हणाले, संत ज्ञानेश्वरांनी बालवयातच ‘ज्ञानेश्वरी’ची रचना केली. १६ व्या वर्षातच बाल शिवाजी यांनी तोरणा जिंकला आणि स्वराज्याची मुहूर्तमेढ रोवली. आपण युवा आहात. या वयात आपल्यालाही जागतिक पातळीवर पोहचण्याची संधी आपण केलेले संशोधन देऊ शकते, असे सांगत त्यांनी २० वर्ष वयातच ११७ पेटंट आपल्या नावावर करणारे यशराज भारद्वाज आणि डिलिव्हरी कंपनीचे अध्यक्ष असलेले साहिल बर्वा यांच्या यशोगाथेचे उदाहरण दिले. फेसबुकचे निर्माते, उबेरचे संचालक यांनी आपल्या संकल्पनेतून अद्वितीय व्यवसाय उभारला. आपणही अशा संकल्पना व्यवसायाच्या रूपात परिवर्तीत कराव्या, असे इनोव्हेशन पर्वचे आयोजन गौरवशाली असून अशा व्यासपीठाचा उपयोग करून घेण्याचे आवाहन त्यांनी केले.
‘इनोव्हेशन’चा उपक्रम जागतिक स्तरावर नेण्याचा संकल्प : महापौर नंदा जिचकार
इनोव्हेशन पर्वमध्ये ५०० नवसंकल्पना येतील अशी अपेक्षा असताना हजारावर युवा संशोधकांनी नोंदणी केली यातच या उपक्रमाचे यश असल्याचे प्रतिपादन महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांनी केले. त्या म्हणाल्या, राष्ट्रउभारणीत युवांचे योगदान मोठे आहे. मानवाच्या डोक्यात अनेक संकल्पना येतात. त्या त्यांनी मांडल्या, त्याचा विकासकार्यात कसा सहभाग करता येईल, याचा विचार केला आणि त्याला व्यवसायात कसे रूपांतरित करता येईल, यादृष्टीने कार्य जर झाले तर भविष्यात भारत देश हा शाश्वत विकासाचे आणि उद्योगनिर्मितचे ‘मॉडेल’ ठरेल, असा विश्वास त्यांनी व्यक्त केला. महापौर इनोव्हेशन अवॉर्ड आणि इनोव्हेशन पर्वच्या निमित्ताने नागपुरातील युवांना एक हक्काचे व्यासपीठ मनपाने उपलब्ध करून दिले आहे. या व्यासपीठावर संकल्पना मांडा, त्या संकल्पनांचा विकासात उपयोग कसा करता येईल, त्याचे उद्योगात रुपांतर कसे करता येईल याबाबत मार्गदर्शही याच व्यासपीठावर मिळेल असे या उपक्रमाचे स्वरूप आहे. हा उपक्रम आता जागतिक स्तरावर जात आहे. भविष्यात जगाच्या पाठीवर जिथे कुठे हा उपक्रम होईल, तेथे ‘नागपूर’ शहराचे नाव गौरवाने घेतले जाईल, असे आपले स्वप्न असल्याचे महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांनी सांगितले. पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांचे स्वप्न पूर्ण होण्यासाठी असे उपक्रम निमित्त ठरेल, असेही त्या म्हणाल्या.
यावेळी आमदार सुधाकर देशमुख, आमदार गिरीश व्यास यांनीही मार्गदर्शन केले. नवउद्योजकांना उद्योग विस्तारासाठी देण्यात येणाऱ्या मुद्रा लोनचे सर्वाधिक लाभार्थी महाराष्ट्रात असल्याचा उल्लेख त्यांनी केला. युवांजवळ कल्पना आहे. विचार आहेत. त्यांना पुढे नेण्याचे कार्य त्यांनाच करायचे आहे. इनोव्हेशन पर्व सारखे उपक्रम त्यासाठी लाभकारक ठरतील, असा विश्वास त्यांनी व्यक्त केला. महामेट्रोचे महाव्यवस्थापक ब्रृजेश दीक्षित यावेळी बोलताना म्हणाले, नागपूर मेट्रोने नेहमी ‘इनोव्हेशन आणि एक्सलेंस’ला चालना दिली आहे. नागपूर मेट्रोचे नावीन्यपूर्ण कार्य हे केवळ देशासाठीच नव्हे तर जगासाठी आदर्श ठरत आहे. अर्थपुरवठा करणाऱ्या जर्मनी आणि फ्रान्स सुद्धा नागपूर मेट्रोकडे ‘इनोव्हेशन’च्या माध्यमातून ‘मॉडेल’ म्हणून बघतात. मेट्रोचे कोच बनविण्याचा कारखानासुद्धा नागपुरात येतोय. लोकसहभाग वाढविण्यासाठी मेट्रो नागरिकांच्या सोयीसाठी विविध योजना आणत आहेत. वाहतूक व्यवस्थेचे एकत्रिकरण, महाकार्ड, ग्रीन एनर्जी अशा नवनवीन संकल्पना नागपूर मेट्रो सत्यात उतरवित असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.
प्रास्ताविकातून मेयर इनोव्हेशन कौन्सिलचे समन्वयक डॉ. प्रशांत कडू यांनी उपक्रम आयोजनामागील भूमिका विषद केली. केवळ उपक्रम आयोजन हाच उद्देश नसून यामध्ये येणाऱ्या संकल्पनांचा उपयोग विविध कामांमध्ये कसा करता येईल, यावर कार्य सुरू राहणार असल्याचेही त्यांनी यावेळी सांगितले.
तत्पूर्वी पालकमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनुकळे यांच्या हस्ते दीपप्रज्वलन करून ‘इनोव्हेशन पर्व’चे विधीवत उद्घाटन करण्यात आले. ‘इनोव्हेशन पर्व’च्या निमित्ताने ‘देशी जुगाड-द इनोव्हेशन हाऊस’ हा एक टिव्ही शो भविष्यात येणार असून त्याच्या पहिल्या पत्रकाचे अनावरण पालकमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे व महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांच्या हस्ते सर्व मान्यवरांच्या उपस्थितीत करण्यात आले. यानंतर पालकमंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे, ना. परिणय फुके, महापौर नंदा जिचकार व अन्य मान्यवरांनी कार्यक्रम परिसरात लागलेल्या स्टॉल्सला भेट देत माहिती जाणून घेतली. कार्यक्रमाचे संचालन सनी फ्रान्सीस यांनी केले. युवा वर्गाच्या उपस्थितीतीने मानकापूर इनोडोअर स्टेडियम खचाखच भरले होते.
मान्यवरांचे मार्गदर्शन आणि तरुणाईसोबत संवाद
उद्घाटन सोहळ्यानंतर उपस्थित तरुणाईला विविध क्षेत्रातील मान्यवरांनी मार्गदर्शन करीत संवाद साधला. नागपूर स्मार्ट ॲण्ड सस्टेनेबल सिटी डेव्हलपमेंट कॉर्पोरेशन लि.चे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी डॉ. रामनाथ सोनवणे यांनी ‘इनोव्हेशन’ म्हणजे काय हे सोदाहरण स्पष्ट केले. नियमितपणे करणाऱ्या कृती वेगळेपणाने करता येतील का, याचा विचार करून त्यावर अंमल करण्याच्या दृष्टीने प्रयत्न करणे म्हणजे ‘इनोव्हेशन’ असे त्यांनी सांगितले. इनोव्हेशन करण्यासाठी शिक्षणाची गरज नाही. तुम्हाला कल्पनांचा विस्तार करता यायला हवा, असे सांगत त्यांनी जागतिक स्तरावर विविध शोध लावणाऱ्या शास्त्रज्ञांची उदाहरणे दिली.
व्हीएनआयटीचे संचालक डॉ. पी.एम. पडोले यांनीही विद्यार्थ्यांना मार्गदर्शन केले. ते म्हणाले, चाकोरीबाहेर पडून विचार करणे, संकल्पना मांडणे आणि त्या सत्यात उतरविणे म्हणजे इनोव्हेशन आहे. व्हीएनआयटी लवकरच ‘इस्त्रो सेंटर ऑफ इनोव्हेशन’ आणि ‘सेंटर ऑफ एक्सलेंस’चा शुभारंभ करीत असून विद्यार्थ्यांना, नव संशोधकांना येथे हवे ते मार्गदर्शन मिळेल, अशी माहितीही त्यांनी दिली. विद्यार्थ्यांनी विचारलेल्या प्रश्नांना त्यांनी उत्तरे दिली.
फेब्रुवारी महिन्यात आयोजित ‘हॅकॅथॉन’ ज्यांच्यासाठी टर्निंग प्वाईंट ठरला, ज्यांनी सादर केलेल्या संकल्पनांना बूस्ट मिळाला आणि आज ते यशस्वी उद्योजक म्हणून वाटचाल करीत आहेत असे मुकुंद पात्रीकर आणि हृषिकेश लांडगे यांनीही आपले अनुभव मांडले. हॅकॉथॉनमुळे आज हे शक्य झाल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.
भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था ७० वर्षांत सर्वात वाईट स्थितीत: अर्थतज्ज्ञ राजीव कुमार
नागपूर : नीती आयोगाचे उपाध्यक्ष, अर्थतज्ज्ञ राजीव कुमार यांनी भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्थेच्या स्थितीबाबत गंभीर वक्तव्य केले आहे. भारताची संपूर्ण अर्थव्यवस्था अडचणीत असून गेल्या ७० वर्षांमध्ये पाहायला मिळाली नाही, अशी वाईट स्थिती सध्याच्या घडीला निर्माण झाली असल्याचे राजीव कुमार यांनी म्हटले आहे. भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्थेच्या स्थितीवर भाष्य करताना राजीव कुमार म्हणाले की, सध्या खासगी क्षेत्रात कुणीही कर्ज देण्यास तयार नाही. तसेच नोटबंदी आणि जीएसटीबाबतच्या निर्णयांनंतर रोखीचे संकट वाढले आहे. यावर सरकारने तातडीने पावले उचलण्याची गरज असल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले.
आज कोणीही कोणावर विश्वास ठेवायला तयार नाही. ही स्थिती केवळ सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रातच आहे असे नाही, तर खासगी क्षेत्रात देखील कोणी कोणाला कर्ज देऊ इच्छित नाही, असे म्हणत राजीव कुमार यांनी विषयाचे गांभीर्य अधोरेखित केले. नोटबंदी आणि जीएसटीच्या निर्णयानंतर अर्थव्यवस्था बदलून गेली आहे. पूर्वी सुमारे ३५ टक्के रोखी उपलब्ध होती, आता मात्र यात बरीच घट झालेली दिसत आहे. यामुळे स्थिती अत्यंत अवघड बनली आहे, अशी माहितीही राजीव कुमार यांनी दिलीय.
सन २००९ पासून ते २०१४ पर्यंत कोणताही मागचा पुढचा विचार न करता कर्जवाटप करण्यात आले. यामुळे सन २०१४ नंतर एनपीएमध्ये ( नॉन परफॉर्मिंग अॅसेट) वाढ झाली. या कारणामुळे बँकांची नवे कर्ज देण्याची क्षमता कमी झाली, असेही राजीव कुमार म्हणाले. बँकांनी कमी कर्ज देण्याची भरपाई एनबीएफसीने केली आहे. एनबीएफसीच्या कर्जात २५ टक्के वाढ झालीय. अर्थव्यवस्थेला चालना देण्यासाठी नुकत्याच सादर करण्यात आलेला अर्थसंकल्पात काही तरतुदी करण्यात आल्याचेही ते म्हणाले.

नागपूर: मार्च महिन्यात झालेल्या ‘मेयर इनोव्हेशन अवार्ड’मध्ये विजयी ठरलेल्या ‘सिग्नल आयलँड’ या संकल्पनेचा उपयोग करुन शहरातील सिग्नलवर ‘रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग’ करण्याच्या प्रकल्पाची अंमलबजावणी नागपूर महानगरपालिकेतर्फे करण्यात येत आहे. नागपूर महानगरपालिकेचा हा पथदर्शी प्रकल्प असून ‘ट्रू ग्रीन एनर्जी’च्या माध्यमातून शहरातील संपूर्ण सिग्नल, महामार्ग व अन्य ठिकाणी हा प्रकल्प राबविण्यात येणार असून शहरातील प्रत्येक सिग्लवर ‘रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग’ करण्यात येईल, असे प्रतिपादन महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांनी केले.
संपूर्ण शहरात राबविण्यात येणा-या या प्रकल्पाचा पहिला टप्पा म्हणून ‘सिग्नल आयलँड’च्या पायलट प्रकल्पाचे गुरूवारी आग्याराम देवी चौकातील सिग्नलवर महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांच्या हस्ते भूमिपूजन करण्यात आले.
यावेळी विरोधी पक्षनेते तानाजी वनवे, जलप्रदाय समिती सभापती विजय (पिंटू) झलके, क्रीडा समिती सभापती प्रमोद चिखले, धंतोली झोन सभापती लता काडगाये, जलप्रदाय समिती उपसभापती भगवान मेंढे, आरोग्य समिती उपसभापती नागेश सहारे, प्रतोद दिव्या धुरडे, सत्तापक्ष उपनेत्या वर्षा ठाकरे, नगरसेविका चेतना टांक, नगरसेविका हर्षला साबळे, नगरसेवक राजेंद्र सोनकुसरे, अतिरिक्त आयुक्त अझीझ शेख, कार्यकारी अभियंता (जलप्रदाय) श्वेता बॅनर्जी, कार्यकारी अभियंता (जलप्रदाय) मनोज गणवीर, ‘ट्रू ग्रीन एनर्जी’चे अमित सरकार, मंगेश मेढेकर, गजानन आखरे, राजू गुहे, दिगंबर आमदरे, अश्वजीत गाणार, हेमंत वाघ, लिकेश पटेल आदी उपस्थित होते.
प्रारंभी महापौर नंदा जिचकार व अन्य मान्यवरांनी आग्याराम देवी चौकातील सिग्नलवर प्रकल्पाचे भूमिपूजन केले. यावेळी महापौर नंदा जिचकार म्हणाल्या, भविष्यातील पाणी टंचाई लक्षात घेता शहरातील शासकीय, निमशासकीय व खासगी मोठ्या इमारतींमध्ये ‘रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग’ आवश्यक असल्याचा व त्यादृष्टीने अंमलबजावणी करण्याचा निर्णय महानगरपालिकेमध्ये घेण्यात आला. पावसाच्या पाण्याचे संकलन करून ते जमिनीत मुरवून भूजल पातळी वाढविण्याच्या प्रकल्पाची अंमलबजावणी नागपूर महानगरपालिकेच्या मुख्यालयामध्येही करण्यात आली आहे. शहरतील रस्ते, महामार्ग आदी ठिकाणी पावसाचे पाणी थांबविण्याची अथवा ते जमिनीत मुरविण्याची कोणतिही व्यवस्था आपल्याकडे नाही. शहरातील महत्वाच्या समस्यांसाठी उपयुक्त ठरणा-या नवसंकल्पना ‘मेयर इनोव्हेशन अवार्ड’मध्ये मांडण्यात आल्या होत्या. त्यातूनच ‘सिग्नल आयलँड’ ही संकल्पना पुढे आली. रस्ते, महामार्गावरुन वाहणा-या पाण्याचे संवर्धन करण्यासाठी हा प्रकल्प पथदर्शी ठरणार आहे, असा विश्वासही महापौर नंदा जिचकार यांनी व्यक्त केला.
