Nagpur: A two-3 days vintage leopard cub determined dead in a nullah in an open region outdoor Balasaheb Thackeray Gorewada worldwide Zoo premises, officials said, on Monday.
As per the officers of Gorewada challenge, “for the reason that compound wall of the zoo is undamaged there is no threat of any wild animal either going out of doors or coming in. There’s movement of a few leopards outdoor the park and this cub have to be belonging to a female leopard transferring and making habitat out of doors.”
The carcass became determined in compartment No 791, Reserve wooded area West Gorewada outdoor the park within the nullah. After conducting ‘panchnaama’, the body become delivered to Gorewada Rescue Centre.
Dr Sujit Kolangat and Dr Mayur Pawse carried out the autopsy and confirmed death because of drowning.
