Nagpur : Continuing the initiative of Startup Accelerator workshops, TiE Nagpur will be organising a workshop on January 25, to train startup founders, individuals and entrepreneurs for successfully raising capital, improve skill sets, developing deal structuring and financial engineering transactions for growth.
All the startups, professionals, entrepreneurs are invited to take benefit of this opportunity and up skill the capital raising strategies. The learning will be in terms of enhanced understanding of full lifecycle from investment to exit, financial plans, valuation and more.
The workshop will consist of conversation and solutions between participants and mentors. The mentor speaker-Vinod Kalkotwar is Founder and President of Kalozal Consultants, Bangalore. He has assisted 35+ companies and raised capital of more than Rs 1,200 crore. He specialises in creating innovative business, valuation of growth and has good network with VCs, angels from US and Singapore and helped companies from early to late stage.
The workshop will be conducted on January 25, at Laburnum Hall, Chitnavis Centre from 5 pm to 7 pm, informs a press release issued here.
