Nagpur district continues to witnessed a very good COVID-19 recoveries. There is a constant rise in number of persons becoming corona-free in the district. It is a very good sign.
On Friday, the district detected 4,306 fresh cases and registered 79 fatalities attributed to novel Coronavirus. Besides, sum of 6,526 people were successfully recovered from the virus borne disease in last 24 hours.
With the latest update, the total number of positive cases has surged to 4,42,144 while the number of deaths rose to 7,988.
From the total positive cases in the day 2255 were from city while 2039 were from rural area. Meanwhile, from the total deaths 43 people were the residents of city and 24 were from rural areas.
With the good count of recoveries in the day from the virus borne disease the total recovered patients rose at 371858. After today’s recovery count the rate has further increased to 84.02 percent. Today the district conducted total 22,298 COVID-19 tests.
