Nagpur district on Thursday reported 249 new COVID positive cases. There is continous rise in the cases from last one week becoming a matter of concern for the civic authorities. With these additions, the number of cumulative tally increased to 5,81,993
In last 24 hours 102 persons recovered from coronavirus infection taking the number of cumulative recoveries to 5,70,268. The active count in the district now stands 1386.
From the total cases in the day, Nagpur rural reported 90 new cases while 159 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Nagpur city.With this, the number of cumulative positive cases increased to 5,81,993.
No death due to the coronavirus was registered in the district. Nagpur district continues to maintain recovery rate of 98.14%.
