On Friday the second capital of the state witnessed 180 new positive cases and zero deaths. With these additions, the number of cumulative tallies increased to 5,85084 The cumulative fatality remains at 10350.
Meanwhile, 146 persons recovered in a single day from coronavirus infection taking the number of cumulative recoveries to 5,73,356. The active count in the district now stands at 1378.
From the total cases in the day, Nagpur rural reported 68 new cases while 112 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Nagpur city. With this, the number of cumulative positive cases increased to 5,845084.
Nagpur district continues to maintain a recovery rate of 97.98%.
