Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary
Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the Bhandara district in the northeastern corner of Maharashtra. The small reserve covering 152 sq. km. is an important corridor that links southern and central forested areas like the Tadoba-Andhari and Kanha Tiger Reserves. Nagzira is often referred to as the Green Oasis of Vidharba. Tigers, leopards, dholes, jungle cats, sloth bears, hyaenas, jackals, wolves and herbivores like gaur and sambar have made this their home. There is also an astonishing variety of butterflies and an interesting amphibian and reptilian population at Nagzira.
Umred Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary
Umred Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary, about 58 km from Nagpur and 60 km from Bhandara spreed over Pauni Tahsil of Bhandara district and Umred, Kuhi and Bhivapur Taluka of Nagpur district. This Sanctuary has also connection with Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve through forest along Wainganga river. The sanctuary is home to resident breeding tigers, herds of Gaur, wild dogs and also rare animals like flying squirrels, pangolins and honey badger.

Ambazari Lake and Garden
It is an combination of beautiful Lake and garden.If you are a nature lover then it is the best place for you in Nagpur. Here you can enjoy long walking on the bank Lake and also spend your time in the amazing environment of garden situated on the bank of lake. I was in NPTI, Nagpur for one week training in Feb. 2015 and I enjoyed every morning by walking along the bank and in the garden. It was a great pleasure to see people enjoying swimming and fishing in the lake and performing yoga in the garden.
Raman Science Centre
The Raman Science Centre at Nagpur is an interactive science center affiliated with Mumbai`s Nehru Science Centre.The center was developed to promote a scientific attitude, portray the growth of science and technology and their applications in industry and human welfare, and hold science exhibits.The centre is named after famous Nobel Prize winner Indian physicist Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman.The Raman Science Centre was inaugurated on 7 March 1992 and the planetarium was started on 5 January 1997
Narrow Gauge Rail Museum
The Narrow Gauge Rail Museum, located in Kadbi Chowk, Kamptee Road, Nagpur (6kms from the city center) is the only one of its kind museum in India, inaugurated on 14 December 2002 by the then railway minister, Shri Nitish Kumar. Spreads about an area of 4.5 acres, Narrow Gauge Rail Museum consists of a number of galleries exhibiting a large variety of old and heritage articles of Indian Railway.
