“Proposal to reduce VAT on fuel on cards,” Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde

Nagpur: The assembly was addressed by the president on Monday, the newly installed Maharashtra chief minister Eknath Shinde announced a major satisfaction that the government has planned to lower the VAT on fuel.

Maharashtra CM Shinde declared in the assembly that at the next cabinet meeting his government will present the idea of reducing the VAT on fuel. Shinde added that the government is working to end suicides of farmers in Maharashtra.

The new plan will provide relief to the people who are struggling when it comes to buying fuel. The rising cost of fuel has not only increased the cost of both private and public travel, but also placed to the burden that the upper class across the nation.
