Serbia’s Novak Djokovic’s corona test has been positive. He himself informed about it on Tuesday. World No. 1 Djokovic hosted the exhibition Adria Tour charity tennis tournament during the corona virus earlier this month. Three players involved in the tournament have already been infected.
The players are Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria, Borna Koric of Croatia and Viktor Troiki of Serbia. Victor’s pregnant wife is also infected with corona.
Djokovic had played basketball with Corona Positive Dimitrov
British player Dan Evans has blamed World No. 1 Djokovic for all this. Just last week, a photo went viral on social media. It featured Djokovic, Alexander Zverev and Marin Silich playing basketball with Dimitrov.
Djokovic won 17 Grand Slams
Djokovic won the Australian Open for the 8th time earlier this year. He defeated Dominic Thiemus of Austria 6-4, 4-6, 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the final. Djokovic has 17 Grand Slams to his name. He has won 8 Australian Open, 5 Wimbledon, 1 French Open and 3 US Open.
