Nagpur : Defending champions Vidarbha will lock horns with Saurashtra in the Ranji Trophy final beginning at VCA Jamtha Stadium from February 3.
Vidarbha entered the finals crushing Kerala by an innings and 11 runs at Wayanad few days back. Pace bowler Umesh Yadav claimed 12 wickets to ensure big victory.
Today at Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru Saurashtra defeated Karnataka by five wickets to enter the final. Cheteshewar Pujara who slammed three centuries against Australia during India’s historic test series victory Down Under continued his best form in domestic cricket also and played a match winning century knock.
So the Nagpurians will witness the pace bowling of Yadav and patience of Pujara when both the teams will clash in the final.
