Valuable Ornaments worth Rs 1.27 lakh stolen from house in Jaripatka

Nagpur : A gang of unidentified thieves burgled gold ornaments worth Rs 1.27 lakh from a house in Jaripatka.

The burglars gained entry into the house from a window after breaking its grill and took away the gold ornaments. Jaripatka Police registered a case under Sections 454, 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code against the unidentified thieves and started investigations.

The incident came to light when Asha (45) returned and was shocked to find the ornaments stolen from an almirah and house ransacked. Thieves struck at the house of Asha Tota singh Dhamani at Plot No 58, Sugat Nagar, between September 13 and September 25 when she was out of station.
