Twitter will begin sharing income from commercials with some of its content material creators, Chief Executive Elon Musk stated on Friday.

Effective Friday, income from commercials that appear on a creator’s reply threads, will be shared. The person ought to be a subscriber of Blue Verified, Musk said.

Musk, however, did no longer provide important points about the portion of income that would be shared with users.

Twitter has viewed advertisers flee amid issues about Musk’s method to content material moderation rules, impacting its revenue.
