Trisha Krishnan to star in Rajinikanth’s Next film

Date:

Speculations surrounding the female lead in Rajinikanth’s next movie, directed by Karthik Subbaraj, has finally come to an end. An official announcement made by the production house has confirmed that the actress in the multilingual movie is none other than Trisha Krishnan.

For years, Trisha Krishnan has been expressing her desire to work with Rajinikanth. Although she had a few opportunities to land a role in Rajnikanth starrer films, dates and other issues had forced her to reject those offers. However, the actress’ wish has finally been fulfilled with this movie produced by Sun Pictures.

The production house announced the news on Twitter and wrote, “We are happy to announce that for the first time, @trishtrashers will be acting with Superstar Rajini in #SuperstarWithSunPictures. [sic]”

It seems like Trisha’s profile will now be complete as she has now worked with all the A-list actors of her times – Kamal Haasan, Vijay, Ajith, Suriya and Vikram in Tamil. In Telugu, the actress has also teamed up with most of the A-list actors including Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan and Balakrishna.
