Nagpur: The sudden thunderstorm with gusty winds wreck havoc in Second Capital of the State on Monday. Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the thunderstorm and rains was the effect of Cyclone Tauktae which also left a trail of destruction in several places in Nagpur district.
It was a soothing Monday for Nagpurians as after scorching days there came a moment to take a sigh of relief. Though day started with clear sky, the dark clouds started hovering over the city with changing times and then moment of relief came when rain blessed the city.
Though the light rain after the spell of thunderstorm raised the humidity level in the evening in whole district. Citizens enjoyed the pleasant weather at their residence owing to lockdown like restrictions. Many of them preferred capturing the clouds in their mobile cameras from their terrace and posted them on social media.
