In the first hearing of this case, I was not able to present this evidence.

Sumit Sangwan also said earlier that he had taken medication for eye infections on the advice of a doctor. He said, ‘I had taken this medicine only when I could not even open my eyes due to pain. If I had been in an eye-opening situation, I probably would have known what medication I was taking. I trusted the doctor. At that time my liver (liver) had become much larger than normal, due to which this drug could not come out of my body in seven days and on the 13th day of its consumption, it was found in my sample.

However, the boxer, who represented the country at the London Olympics, could not participate in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic qualifier trial due to the ban that he would seek to attend the national camp. Sumit Sangwan said, ‘I will ask the federation to include myself in the national camp. When all this happened, I was the national champion. I should get a place back in the camp. ‘ Sangwan’s sample was taken on 10 October, in which fragments of diuretics and ‘masking agents’ were found.
