New Delhi: Royal Stag Barrel Select Large Short Films today released its latest short film titled ‘Baj Gai Seeti, starring Bollywood’sveteran Badman Gulshan Grover in a new humours avatar, critically acclaimed actor Manu Rishi Chadha and new generation actors from Kota Factory, Mayur More andAlam KhanandSonu KeTitu Ki Sweety famePriitamm Jaiswal.
Directed by Dheeraj Jindal and produced by Sunday Films, the short film is a light-hearted entertainment narrating the tale of two gullible thieves portrayed by Gulshan Grover and Manu Rishi Chadha, who are planning to retire from thievery and plan to plot one last robbery to have enough money to live for the remainder of their lives.However, fate has something else planned for the duo when they are forced to give refuge to three engineering college students, played by Mayur More, Alam Khan and Priitamm Jaiswal,in the same house they are about to rob. What happens next is the ultimate ‘Twist’ in the tale.
The movie revolves around the existential crisis the two thieves are facing as age catches up with them and they soon start planning one last retirement heist. Famously known as the ‘BawarchiGang’ owing to a peculiar habit of cooking a meal in the same house they are about to rob,it’s the very same ritual starts a series of events when the pressure cooker makes a loud whistle and invites three innocent college students, seeking shelter to spend the night while running away from their own demons.
