Bollywod gets another hard hitting drama in the form of ‘Mulk’ directed by Anubhav Sinha. The patriotic drama stars Taapsee Pannu, Rishi Kapoor, Prateik Babbar, Manoj Pahwa, Ashutosh Rana, Neena Gupta, Rajat Kapoor in major roles.
As you can see, the cast is strong and so are their performances in the trailer. The newly released trailer takes us into the world of the family of a misguided Muslim youth who gets involved in violence against the country. The family and the close ones have to face the brunt of his ‘jihad ideologies’ as shown in the film.

The scenes are quite powerful and will make you root for Rishi’s character which is intense and emotional at the same time. Enters, their lawyer Aarti Mohammad, played by Taapsee, who is hell-bent on proving that the family is innocent and true to the nation.
After Pink, this is another courtroom drama that looks extremely promising and that will probably keep us hooked to the screens. After her chirpy, fun role in Judwaa 2, it is refreshing to see Pannu back to a strong role, something that is surely her forte. The court room drama thriller has been jointly produced by Deepak Mukut and Anubhav Sinha.
