Kaveri Priyam aka AmritaBrar from Dil Diyaan Gallaan:
“Back in school, I used to always participate and perform on the special Republic Day dances as part of our celebration. This day now seems even more special with the messaging of our show Dil Diyaan Gallaan and my character Amrita who comes back from the US to India and decides to stay back to her roots. We all should celebrate this day like any other festival with utter enthusiasm and dedication. So, as we celebrate the 74th Republic Day, I truly hope our nation only progresses from hereon and here’s wishing all the proud Indians a very Happy Republic Day.”
Sandeep Baswana aka Mandeep Brar from Dil Diyaan Gallaan:
“Although India got freedom in 1947, we had to wait for almost 3 years to establish our Constitution. On this Republic Day, I am reminded of the sacrifices and struggles of our founding fathers and the importance of preserving the freedom and democracy of our great nation. As an actor, I celebrate by continuing to tell stories that inspire, educate, and entertain, and by being a responsible citizen through my actions and words. Just like my character in Dil Diyaan Gallaan ‘Mandeep’ I love the values and morals this country provides, and I am a proud Indian. Jai Hind!”
Sumeet Raghavan aka Rajesh Wagle from Wagle Ki Duniya – Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey:
“Republic Day holds a very special place in my heart. Like every year this year as well I will start my day by saluting our national flag and then watch the Prime Minister’s speech. As a proud Indian, I believe that the true celebration of our Republic Day lies in being a responsible citizen and living up to the values and principles that our country stands for. Like my character Rajesh from Wagle Ki Duniya who spreads heartwarming messages to society, on this special day, I will honor our nation and try my best in participating in community service, spreading awareness about the importance of civic responsibility. Let us all come together and reaffirm our commitment to building a better India. Jai Hind!”
Gulki Joshi aka SHO Haseena Malik from Maddam Sir:
“I remember, during my school days, I used to spend Republic Day teaching and learning about our country. It is an honour to be portraying the role of a police officer on screen in Sony SAB’s Maddam Sir, as it gives me a sense of pride and has only made me respect our police and armed forces and their relentless efforts even more. I will be thrilled if I can inspire people to join the police force someday through my portrayal on screen and do something good for the country. Jai Hind!”
Yukti Kapoor aka Karishma Singh from Maddam Sir:
“As a responsible citizen and an actress who plays a cop in Maddam Sir, I believe that the true spirit of Republic Day lies in upholding the law and protecting the rights of every Indian. On this special day, I will honor our nation by taking the oath to serve and protect the people, and by promoting the importance of law and order in the society. I am proud to be an Indian and to be able to contribute to the safety and security of our nation. Jai Hind!”
Ishaan Dhawan aka Dhruv from Dhruv Tara:
“I can’t forget the Republic Day celebrations that used to happen during my school days, and it instils a feeling of pride within me. The best part about the celebration was pinning mini flags to our uniforms, getting sweets, fancy dress competitions and stage dramas at school. These are some of my fondest memories of childhood which I will always cherish. I just wish for peace and good health for our country, and that we can all live carefree lives. A very Happy Republic Day to everyone.”
Riya Sharma aka Tara from Dhruv Tara:
“Republic Day takes me back to the day when my classmates and I would dress up in a white outfit with a tricolor dupatta, perform patriotic songs, and participate in various extracurricular activities. I always feel very proud whenever I listen to our National Anthem. Every year, in our society, we hoist the flag and sing the National Anthem with pride. I would like to wish all my fans a very Republic Day!”
