Nagpur : The National Federation of Insurance Field Workers of India (NFIFWI)-Nagpur Division will be organising ‘Insurance Ka Maha Kumbh’, a national convention for LIC advisors at Suresh Bhatt Auditorium on February 2 and 3.
Union minister for surface transport, highways and shipping Nitin Gadkari will inaugurate this two-day convention, which will be organised for the second time in the history of life insurance industry. The convention will get underway on February 2 at 10 am.
Chief convener of the ‘Mahakumbh’ Deepak Moghe said that NFIFWI will be holding a training programme for the second time. Union minister Gadkari will inaugurate the event in the presence of former MP Datta Meghe, Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Nagpur Guardian Minister and Maharashtra Energy Minister, Sudhir Parve, MLA and LIC advisor, Mukeshchandra Joshi, senior divisional manager LIC. NFIFWI and Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) have completed 62 years. Gadkari will be felicitated for his efforts in solving problems of the LIC advisors, Moghe said.
Anup Gulhane, General Secretary of Nagpur Chapter informed that the two days session will be addressed by luminaries from India and abroad. For financial matters CA Aman Chugh from Mumbai, R K Shetty from Mumbai and Punjab Singh, from Patna will be training the advisors. Suresh Kumar Gaur, senior development officer from Jaipur will give tips of being successful in business to the advisors. Corporate trainer from Indore Amber Arondekar, will also share his views on the topic ‘Human Relations and LIC’. Vinayak Kusare, president of Nagpur Chapter of NFIFWI, said that after an overwhelming response to the first edition, it has been decided to conduct such conclave every alternate year.
Vice president Aniruddha Gomekar, Treasurer Vivek Pachkhede, joint secretaries Keshav Motghare, Amit Bhalave and Harkesh Hir were present.
