Nagpur to host 14th World Congress & 22nd Indian Conference of NARCHI

Nagpur: National association of Reproductive and Child Health India, Nagpur Chapter along with NKP SIMS is hosting the 14th World Congress & 22nd Indian Conference of NARCHI. Basic purpose of NARCHI is to propagate maternal and child health services to rural India. And this conference is fully devoted for the same purpose. NARCHI (National Association of Reproductive Child Health of India) was founded by Late Dr. C S Dawn, way back in 1976. It was formed as an association of post-graduate professionals, to work for better Reproductive and Maternal Child Health Services in India. In 1992, to train MBBS doctors in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, an academic wing named Dr. C S Dawn ICMCH, was also instituted. Every two years National Association of Reproductive and Child Health of India -NARCHI- conducts a World Congress and Conference on Reproductive Child and Maternal Health issues which is attended by over 1000 delegates, both from India and abroad. These conferences are a great opportunity of continued learning. Nagpur Chapter is privileged to be hosting such an event for the first time. The venue is Hotel Centre Point Ramdaspeth Nagpur and some institutions of the city. Conference will be held on 28-30th September 2018 at Hotel Center Point, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur Formal Inauguration of will be held at 12 noon on Saturday 29th Sept. 2018. Registration is still going on. NARCHI Nagpur Chapter Oration) & total of 5 workshops focusing on Urogyanecology, Emergency Obstetrics, Rural Reproductive & Child Health.(in Association with AMOGS), Neonatal Emergencies & Workshop For Nurses.(in Association with AMOGS) There are many prizes for Paper and Posters presenters. There is a scientific feast of CMEs, Lectures Panel Discussion & Debates. The highlight of conference is the Convocation Ceremony for Indian College of Maternal and Child Health (ICMCH) fellows & added attraction will be a Moot Court.Org. Chairperson Dr. Nirmala Vaze will be taking over the reins of NARCHI as National President. There are many eminent National & International faculties participating in the Conference.
