Nagpur – Sixty people were cured of coronavirus in Nagpur on Friday. The cumulative recovery now stands at 5,67,953. The active cases are affected by the good number of recoveries. However, active cases rose by only 5. The active cases rose by 5.5% to 350 on Thursday and 355 on Friday.
In one day, coronavirus infected 65 people in the district. Nagpur rural saw 18 cases of coronavirus infection, and the city has reported 46 more. These cases brought the total number of positive cases to 5,78,646. In the district, there were no COVID-19-related deaths.
The number of people hospitalized has also dropped to 4 from 6. Three patients were discharged from Meditrina, and one each at Seven Star Hospital, Railway Hospital, Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Seven Star Hospital and Railway Hospital became stable. The recovery rate was 98.21%.
There is a marginal fall inCOVID-19 testing as the district reported 1,899 testing. Nagpur rural registered 456 testing and the city witnessed 1,443 testing taking the cumulative testing to 54,56,626.
