The Khasdar Sanskrutik Mahotsav 2022′ will be organised from December 2 to 11 at the Ishwar Deshmukh College of Physical Education, Ha- numan Nagar. The festival will be inaugurated with a musical programme called ‘Vande Mataram’.
Local, national and in- ternational artists will be participating in this cultural festival which will witness a confluence of various art forms such as singing, music, dance, drama, poetry. Various cultural pro- grammes will be orga- nised every evening. The event is a brainchild of Union road transport and highways minister Nitin Gadkari.
Every day half an hour before the main event, various perform- Iances will be rendered by local artists. These in- clude a grand Geeta rec- itation by 5,500 women by Sanskrit Sakhi Sabha.
