Ind Vs Aus: Are Nagpurians allowed to watch the practise session?

Date:

Nagpur: As the day comes closer, the excitement of Nagpurians seems to get higher. All eyes are on the India Vs Australia match, set to be held at VCA Jamtha on September 23.

While the majority of the population couldn’t get their hands on the tickets, they are now eyeing to watch the practice session of team India. Both the teams–India and Australia are set to arrive in Nagpur on September 22 and will be practising at Jamtha stadium at different timings.

Team Australia would practise from 1pm to 4pm while team India will be practising from 5pm to 8pm. But the main question Nagpurians have is– are they allowed to watch the practice session?

VCA CEO Farokh Dastur told Nagpur Today that one is not allowed to visit Jamtha to watch the practice session. “The teams are set to arrive tomorrow (September 22) but the public cannot visit the stadium to watch the practice session. High security will be deployed in and around the stadium for the same,” he said.
