Nagpur : Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) in association with CREDAI, Nagpur Metro has organised a three-day property expo from January 25 to January 27 at NMC premises, Civil Lines, Nagpur.
The exhibition was inaugurated at the hands of City Mayor Nanda Jichkar in the presence of Ravindra Thakre, Additional Commissioner, Virendra Kukreja, Chairman of Standing Committee, Sandip Joshi, leader of ruling party in NMC, Anil Nair, President of CREDAI, Nagpur Metro, Gaurav Agarwala, Secretary, Abhay Gotekar, Sunil Agrawal, senior corporator, Nishant Gandhi, corporator, Lakhan Yerawar, Aziz Sheikh, Ram Joshi, Rajesh Mohite, Girish Wasnik, Mahesh Morone, Milind Meshram, Dr Sunil Kamble, Dr Pradip Dasarwar, Rajendra Uchakke, Chief Fire Officer, Ashok Kolhatkar, Sanjiv Jaiswal, Sunil Raut and others.
In her inaugural speech, Jichkar, Anil Nair and Ravindra Thakre extended their greetings to the participants in the exhibition. Affordable housing projects constructed by various builders in Nagpur is being displayed at the exhibition. The expo mainly focuses on the people belonging to the economical weaker section (EWS) and low income group (LIG).
The expo gives a wide choice of homes for the first buyers as they get to choose from a wide choice of projects by different builders. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) was launched by Prime Minister in 2015 with an aim that every family will have their own home. The exhibition is a great opportunity for the buyers to know about the projects available.
