Delhi : A Delhi-based fashion designer and her domestic help were found dead under mysterious circumstances in Vasant Kunj area of the national capital on Wednesday night. The 53-year-old fashion designer, Mala Lakhani, and her domestic help were found dead at the former’s residence in Vasant Kunj.
The domestic help has been identified as 50-year-old Bahadur. The police have launched an investigation into the case and at least three persons have been arrested till now, reported.
All the three accused have reportedly confessed to their crime. The main accused has been identified as Rahul Anwar, who worked as a tailor at the fashion designer’s workshop.
According to Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police, Ajay Chaudhary, Rahul committed the crime along with two of his relatives in an attemp to loot. The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem.
