Nagpur : Deepali Mishra and Honda Activa-i present ‘Miss Maharashtra Queen 2018’ beauty pageant in association with Rotary Club of Nagpur North, one of the most prestigious beauty-cum-personality contests is scheduled to be held on August 5 at ‘Naivedhyam Eastoria’ (Chikhli-Kalamna road) from 7 pm. In order to discover the leading and the most beautiful faces from across the state, it will be hosted in Nagpur. The Grand Finale will be judged by eminent personalities from the fashion, beauty and entertainment sector.
The shortlisted contestants were invited for a city audition held at INIFD (Ramnagar branch) on July 22 at 12 pm.
The 16 girls who have been selected for the final round of the contest have applied from all over Maharashtra.
The contestants selected from Nagpur are Ravina Jain, Jasmine Kaur, Aishwarya Chauhan, Jasmin Morayya, Shrawani Duragkar, Sharwari Panse, Amrat Bagga, Ruchi Sharma, Sanpreet Kaur & Aditi Zambre. The outstation contestants are Nisha Rajput, Karishma Bhalerao, Eesha Malkani, Rukaiya Kalyanwala, Riyanka Jaiswal & Falguni Zende. These finalists would undergo a special grooming programme by India’s leading show director, Shakir Shaikh.
The jury panel present at the audition included – Mrs. Parveen Tuli (Trained Consciousness Coach & Co-Founder of Infinite Space Games and Services firm), Mrs. Jyoti Kapoor (Co-Founder of Infinite Space Games and Services firm), Mrs. Kavita Shah (Public Speaking Trainer & Social Worker), Mrs. Rumana Rangoonwala (Ace Fashion Designer) and Mr. Anish Ray (Stellar Fashion Designer). Reecha Sugandh was the first-rate master of ceremony whereas Mohd Meraj & Tushar Mahajan supported as back-end team members efficiently.
“Pageant is not always concerned with ‘beauty’ only, but much more than that. It’s a roller-coaster ride of emotions, experience, hard work and all the efforts that the contestants put into it.
The victory will belong to those who believe in their dreams and dare to achieve them”, says prominent event manager Dinesh Mishra, who has been successfully organizing it from more than a decade now.
The designing of all the glamorous outfits for the finalists will be done by Anish Ray while the pageant crown will be designed by Dr Rupinder Chhatwal from Pal Creations Unique Boutique.
