Department of post has launch a Philately Scholarship scheme Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana(Scholarship for promotion of aptitude & Research in stamp as a hobby) on 15Th September-2022(Tentative) for generating interest regarding philately among students.
Students of class VI to IX having good academy record pursuing philately as a hobby will be awarded scholarship. The amount of Scholarship is to be Rs 6000/- per annuam @ 500/- per months for selected candidates.
Candidate for Scholarship will be selected on the basis of two processes;
- Philately Written Quize
- Philately Project
Candidates selected in the Philately Quiz will be eligible to participate in Philately Project.
