Cine icon Amitabh Bachchan, who has confirmed his venture with movie ‘Jhund’, will come to Nagpur for shooting of the film likely in the last week of November.
Big B in his recent blog stated “There is the next venture in Nagpur perhaps with Jhund”, and removed all speculations that going on in social media from past few weeks.
He will start shooting after the finale of Kaun Banega Crorepati and the release of his movie ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’. “The schedule has not yet confirmed by his side however we are in contact with Big B for his time,” said Dr Abhijit Barse.
Sairat Director Nagraj Manjule is filming ‘Jhund’ on the life of Vijay Barse, who is the founder of slum soccer that provided a platform to many underprivileged children at National and International level.
In the film, Big B Amitabh Bachchan plays the role of a professor who channelizes the street children to build a soccer team. Many local soccer players are also playing role in the movie. The total shoot duration is 70-80 days, and Amitabh will likely to shoot for 45 days in the city.
The film is produced by Savita Raj Hiremath, Nagraj Manjule under the banner of T-Series Films, Taandav Films Entertainment Ltd, and Aatpat.
