CBI has raided National Defence Academy (NDA), Pune premises over irregularities in the selection of the various members of faculty. According to an ANI report, CBI has registered a case against Principal of National Defence Academy in Pune’s Khadakwasla, a Professor of Political Science, Assistant Professors of Chemistry, Mathematics, HOD of Chemistry department and others on allegations of irregularities in selection or the appointment of teaching faculty in NDA. Reportedly, the raids are still going on.

As per an ANI report, searches are being conducted by CBI at the premises, including office/residences of the accused in Pune. CBI has said that once the searches are complete and the relevant documents are recovered, the agency will then be able to divulge more information on the matter.
