Brahmanand Sangeet Sabha at SCZCC on Feb 10

Nagpur : South Central Zone Cultural Centre (SCZCC) has organised popular Sangeet Sabha Brahmanand at 6.30 am on Sunday at its campus.

Local artists Rajesh Khadse and Vidnyaneshwar Khadse will present shahanai rendition. This would be followed by classical and semi-classical singing presentation by renowned youth singer Pandit Bhuvnesh Komkali from Devas, Madhya Pradesh.

Vidnyaneshwar and Rajesh Khadse are sons of noted shahanai player Pandit Mahadeorao Khadse and they took lessons of shahanai from their father. Both have performed in various musical festivals across the country and regaled the audiences.

Pandit Bhuvnesh Komali is known to be masters of Indian classical. He took lessons of khayal gayakifrom Vasundhari Komkali and Madhup Mudgal. He inherits the music from his grandfather Pandit Kumar Gandharva and father Mukul Shivputra. He has bagged a number of awards too.

The entry fee for the programme is Rs 50 per person and the passes are available at SCZCC office.
