Nagpur : In yet another raid, the police busted a sex racket operating at residential area under the jurisdiction of Ajni police station. The police rescued three girls and arrested three persons including the master mind of the racket.
The arrested have been identified as Sujitkumar Satyarasad (29), a resident of Ramna Maroti, Durga alias Kavita Gajanan Jadhav (35), a resident of Ramnagar, Wardha and Sonu Gulshan Yadav (32), a resident of Maharana Colony, in the house of Pandhari Bande, Maharana Colony, Ajni.
According to police, the trio was running an online racket on the name of Nagpur Escort Sale, through which they would contact the customers and provide them girls.
On getting a tip off, the police laid a trap to bust the racket. According to the trap, the police under the garb of customer contacted the accused persons. They were sent photographs of some girls on WhatsApp and asked to select the girl of their choice. A deal was fixed for Rs 6000 in lieu of three girls. As per the plan, the police team posing as customers reached near KDK College where they arrested the three accused and rescued the three girls.
The police have registered an offence under relevant sections and are investigating further.
