Nagpur : Nagpur Municipal Corporation in association with CREDAI Nagpur Metro is organizing a three day property expo, from January 25 to 27th, 2019 at NMC premises, Civil Lines, Nagpur. Affordable Housing projects being constructed by various builders in Nagpur will be displayed at the Expo. The expo will mainly focus on the people belonging to the Economical Weaker Section (EWS) & Low Income Group (LIG). The expo will give a wide choice of homes for the first buyers as they will get to choose from a vide choice of projects by different builders. In Addition to this, buyers will also get assistance regarding the home loans from various leading Banks and Financial Institutions at the expo.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) was launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister in 2015 with an aim that every family shall have their own home. It will be a great opportunity for the buyers to know about the projects available where they can own their dream home as per their budget. This exhibition which is the need of the hour is being organised to make aware the citizens of Nagpur about affordable houses and avail the PMAY subsidy upto Rs.2.67 Lakhs for eligible buyers.
The exhibition will have around 30 stalls where builders will showcase properties from different locations and financial institutions will provide details on PMAY subsidy & Home Loans. The flat sizes displayed in the exhibition will be up to 30 sq.mts for 1 BHK and upto 60 Sq. Mtrs. For 2 BHK as per PMAY norms and the prices will start from 10 Lakhs onwards. The visitors will have an option to visit stalls set up by financial institutes offering housing finance at reasonable rate along with the PMAY subsidy. The event will bring potential buyers and real estate developers on single platform where in the USP will be transparency and value. Nagpur Municipal Corporation will also have their informative stalls, where visitors will get details about the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna. Highlights of the exhibition are that only sanctioned and RERA registered projects will be showcased in the exhibition. CREDAI Members are known for exhibiting sanctioned property with fair and legal standards.
