CREDAI to hold New India Summit in Nagpur to address the progress of Tier II, III & IV cities

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is organising a New India Summit in Nagpur on November 9 and 10 at to address the progress and issues faced by the real estate developers from Tier II, III & IV cities in the country.

The theme of the event is “Small Towns, Big Capabilities”.

The real estate industry, having gone through a revolutionary phase, provides an extremely exciting opportunity for all realtors to participate.

New India Summit in Nagpur, CREDAI believes an increase in involvement would be beneficial for all. The undoubted potential of Tier II, III & IV cities is also evident from the current growth rate of the industry in non-metro cities which stands at 79 percent, while the same for metro cities is 21 percent.

CREDAI, in an attempt to elevate that number to an even greater degree, aims to set up a platform wherein the factors behind the small-scale cities’ long-term sustainable growth can be ascertained and managed.

The forum will be attended by Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Nitin Gadkari, Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation.

The event will facilitate and impart knowledge regarding different aspects like improved infrastructure, construction of low-cost houses, using advanced business techniques for sales & efficient utilization of financial resources, amongst other things.

The New India Summit in Nagpur will also witness the launch of the book Makers of New India.
