Nagpur : Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister of Road, Transport, Highways, Shipping Nitin Gadkari dedicated a state-of-the-art Bhavani Hospital and Research Institute in East Nagpur.
Both leaders praised Shree Bhavani Mata Seva Samiti for its noble gesture. Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, East Nagpur MLA Krishna Khopde, office-bearers of Shree Bhavani Mata Seva Samiti were present.
Ayushyaman Bharat and Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojana will help more than 90 per cent poor and needy from availing quality health care service, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis stated. Charitable trusts should also come forward in creating healthcare infrastructure, he suggested.
Fadnavis applauded Pandurang Mehar, trustee of the Samiti for his painstaking work in completing the hospital in record time and also credited Gadkari for sowing the idea of creating quality hospitals offering services at affordable rates. He also promised to pursue demanded by East Nagpur MLA Krishna Khopde to start CBSE school in East Nagpur. Besides, the smart city is being developed in this part, he stated while cautioning the youngsters not to fall prey to rumours spread by vested interests.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari praised Pandurang Mehar and Shree Bhavani Mata seva Samiti for their wonderful efforts. Major trusts are running schools, colleges, hospitals and hence Samiti should identify land for starting a medical college in future, he advised. He promised help for cathlab and MRI. Gadkari also traced the massive developmental works initiated in East Nagpur and predicted positive change in the life of every Nagpurian in coming days.
Saibaba Sansthan President Suresh Hawre, vice-president Chandrashekhar Kadam, Solar India’s Satyanarayan Nuwal, Shivkishna Agrawal of Haldiram Foods, Subhash Jain of Suruchi Foods, ex-MLA Mohan Mate, Sanjay Bhende, Ashok Goyal and others were present.
