Nagpur: “Maha Metro is constructing a world class double decker in Nagpur. The Metro is taking all the efforts to complete the task in given time as well as they are using modern technology for the construction. The construction work is not affecting the busiest traffic of Wardha road,” said Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road, Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari in a function recently.
Gadkari also expressed his grief for not adopting world class technology in construction of flyovers and roads. He said, Maha Metro is making Nagpur a world class city. They are taking special care in construction of metro stations as well as implementing on various themes.
It may be mentioned that Maha Metro is constructing two double-decker flyovers in Nagpur. The upper level of the flyover will be used for Metro Rail while first level will be used for vehicular traffic. The double-deckers being constructed at Wardha road and Kamptee road. Gadkari congratulated Dr Brijesh Dixit, Managing Director of Maha Metro and his entire team.
