Nagpur : A special programme will be held here at Suresh Bhat Auditorium located at Great Nag Road, Reshim Bagh on November 2 where in live telecast launching of the web portal ‘www.psbloansin59minutes.com’ will be shown. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate the portal to the nation at a function held on November 2, at 2 pm at Vigyan Bhawan, Delhi.
The event will be followed by Modi’s interaction with MSMEs. Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation; Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis; Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri; Maharashtra Energy Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule; Executive Director of Bank of India Atanu Kumar Das; and others will attend the event in Nagpur.
The Central Governmnet will launch the common online platform for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) which will enable them to get loans from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 1 crore within just 59 minutes.
The web portal www.psbloansin59minutes.com will enable ‘in principle’ approval for MSME loans within 59 minutes from SIDBI and public sector banks. The Union Government is launching the new initiative to transform the MSME credit space.
