New Delhi: The country’s largest two wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp Monday forayed into the 125-cc scooter segment with the launch of all new product — Destiny 125.
The new model comes with two variants priced at Rs 54,650 and Rs 57,500, respectively.
It will compete with the likes of Suzuki Access 125, Honda Activa and Grazia, and TVS NTorq.
The Hero Destini 125 was first revealed at the Auto Expo 2018 as the Duet 125. The flagship 125cc scooter from Hero MotoCorp gets premium styling elements such as a chrome insert on the front apron, side chrome garnish, stylish cast wheels, body colour mirrors and dual-tone seat.
The Hero Destini 125 is available in four premium metallic colours: Noble Red (only on the VX variant), Chestnut Bronze, Panther Black, and Pearl Silver White.
The Hero Desitini 125 is equipped with i3S (Idle-stop-start system) for enhanced fuel efficiency. The i3S technology is a first-in-class feature in the 125cc segment. Other features include digital-analogue instrument cluster, side stand indicator, external fuel filling system and remote key opening.
