On Amazon, select variants are available whereas most Series 4 models are sold out on Flipkart.
Those interested can also buy the smartwatch offline via Apple authorized resellers across India and avail attractive offers.

Apple Watch Series 4: Variants
Apple Watch Series 4 is offered in two case materials – Aluminum and Stainless Steel; and comes in two sizes – 40mm and 44mm.
The Aluminum models are offered in Silver, Space Grey, and Gold colors while the Stainless Steel models come in Space Black, Gold and Stainless steel options.
Notably, you can choose from several band options as well- Leather, Sport, Steel.
